I cannot believe I wasted two years at this clinic. I thought they were professional. They told me to stop treatment, but I refused, and the outcome was deeply disappointing.

Absolutely terrible! Do not go! I would give zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere, where you will not have to chase people for answers or for laboratory results you already paid for.

Do not go!!
This clinic's billing practices are unacceptable and unethical. I was required to prepay for IVF-related services, which I did. The clinic then submitted an incorrect claim with incorrect information to my insurer, causing the claim to be denied. This was their error, not mine.
Worse, I have received no refund for the services. I have followed up repeatedly since August 2025, but the clinic has shown no accountability, urgency, or path to resolution. Keeping a patient's money without providing the corresponding services is inexcusable.
IVF is already emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting. Patients should not have to fight a fertility clinic to recover their own money, especially when the clinic caused the problem. This experience added needless stress during an already vulnerable time.
If you are considering this clinic, document everything in writing, review every billing detail carefully, and think twice before prepaying. I do not trust them to handle finances responsibly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this clinic's customer service and financial practices, and both my wife and I are deeply disappointed. As a consumer, I advise anyone needing similar services to look elsewhere. Seeking medical care is already difficult, and being treated this way is unacceptable.

My husband and I have been with this practice for more than three years. Dr. Shabani is wonderful, patiently answering all our questions and supporting us throughout. We completed three egg retrievals, experienced one miscarriage, and I am now 27 weeks pregnant. Come prepared and raise your questions and concerns, but the team is very professional.

Do not waste your time with Dr. Skorupski. He does not care about patients. He is rigid and needs to improve his professional ethics. I disliked the way he spoke to us, and he seemed indifferent to actually helping us. Terrible.

I had a terrible experience at Aspire. They billed me for lab work and a transvaginal ultrasound I never received. When I disputed the charges, they gave no explanation. It honestly felt as though they cared more about extracting every dollar than providing real medical care.
The doctor seemed more focused on money than my health. Instead of helping me, they made me feel pressured, ignored, and exploited. No patient should feel that way in a medical setting.
Because this conduct was so unethical, I had to contact my health insurer to report the false charges.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking honest, compassionate care.

My IVF journey had many ups and downs, and working with Aspire helped me keep going. Dr. Skorupski and his team were wonderful and compassionate. He answered all my questions and never made me feel incapable or as if I had done something wrong. At every consultation, he listened carefully and clearly answered questions from both me and whoever accompanied me. My friend especially appreciated that he remembered her four months later when she came with me for my transfer. I never lost hope, and having a team that was equally determined meant so much to me. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and more hopeful than ever! I cannot wait to meet my baby girl and introduce her to the team! Thank you so much. I would not be here without you! Steadfast faith and scientific expertise gave me my miracle baby. 🤗🥰

ASPIRE Fertility is amazing! I just graduated from the clinic and must say that Dr. Josh Skorupski is highly knowledgeable and explains everything patiently and clearly, which gave me confidence in my treatment. All the staff are welcoming, attentive, and compassionate, and go above and beyond to help patients feel supported during such an emotional journey. From beginning to end, I felt valued, cared for, and in the best hands. I highly recommend them!

I actually created an email address to write this review, and I do not usually write reviews. This place is poorly managed. There are better options, so go elsewhere. Do not waste your time.

Dr. Reem Sabouni is a wonderful person. From the first day of our IVF journey, she provided care, consideration, and clarity. Her knowledge, patience, and emotional support were invaluable during such a sensitive time. We always felt heard, supported, and exceptionally well cared for.

Stay away from this place. After one failed treatment here, it became clear that they cared more about extracting money from us than genuinely helping us. Every appointment felt like a sales pitch, and after the failure, they showed no accountability; they only pressured us to pay for the next cycle.
There was no genuine compassion or personalized care, only a cold, robotic process designed to empty your wallet. These people are frauds hiding behind white coats. If you are going through something as sensitive and emotional as fertility treatment, you deserve better than this greedy operation.

I have finally graduated from Aspire! Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Sabouni's attentive care and expertise throughout our IVF journey. From the first consultation, Dr. Sabouni was compassionate, knowledgeable, and wholeheartedly committed to helping us realize our dream of building a family. Although multiple attempts left us heartbroken, she never gave up and always told us, “God bless.”

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Skorupski and the Inspire team. After years of hope and heartbreak, we began our IVF journey with cautious optimism. Dr. Skorupski supported us every step of the way. He was gentle, sincere, and compassionate. His expertise gave us confidence, but his kindness truly kept us going.
Our first IVF cycle did not go as we had hoped, and we were devastated, but the support we received from Dr. Skorupski, the nurses, and the entire Inspire team was extraordinary. They never let us feel alone. Their warmth, encouragement, and dedication constantly reminded us that we were receiving the best care.
Our second IVF cycle went smoothly, and we are now finally expecting our miracle baby. It is a bittersweet moment! We are excited to move forward, but sad to say goodbye to people who became like family during such a vulnerable time.
To everyone struggling with infertility, please believe that hope lies ahead! We sincerely recommend Dr. Skorupski and Inspire Fertility. They gave us more than medical care; they gave us empathy, strength, and ultimately the most precious gift.

Our experience was not very good under my original doctor, who retired shortly after we began our journey. But when Dr. Sabouni arrived, we immediately felt the difference! She was extremely helpful and understanding and always showed genuine concern. She is a delightful person, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a fertility doctor. Needless to say, I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and thrilled to graduate from Aspire! 🤗

Dr. Sabouni and her team are wonderful! They guided us through everything we needed to do, and after years of trying, I became pregnant on our first IVF attempt. We began our journey in November 2023, and today, in July 2024, I am 24 weeks pregnant and excited to meet our bundle of joy.

I absolutely love Dr. Sabouni. She is very thorough but also lovely, exactly what we need while trying to add to or start our family 💜. She never makes you feel foolish for any question you may have.

My wife underwent IVF, but it failed. Let me explain. Everything at Aspire worked well except for the embryos. They tested them but did not provide information about embryo quality.
The IVF doctor we now use is at CCRM. He showed us information about every embryo, including likelihood of implantation and success. Ours was 72%. There were also 11 pieces of information about each embryo that demonstrated whether it was good.
Aspire is terrible in this regard. We were easily misled. They tell you the embryos are good but provide no evidence or information to support it.
After buying insurance, we wasted more than $15,000.
