Would never recommend anyone to MCRM. They are probably good for "cookie cutter" protocols but NOT for special cases. Their Billing department is a complete joke and NEVER return phone calls. Please take your business to Pinnacle Fertility in Tulsa, you will not regret it! I have been successful 1st try with them unlike YEARS of disappointment with MCRM.

This company’s lack of communication, compassion, and customer service deserves a negative rating. Such disregard is heartbreaking in a field where these qualities should be paramount. We had problems from the start. They quoted one price, then called weeks later to say we owed more. After paying for all testing, we repeatedly had to call about the next IVF steps but never received clear communication. They prescribed medication to my husband, then said they did not know why it had been prescribed. Because of the poor communication and ongoing problems, we eventually decided to switch companies. Months later, someone from MCRM contacted us to ask whether we were still interested. We repeated our earlier concerns, and they insisted they would correct them and wanted to help. We planned one cycle, but communication remained poor, the price increased, and they called us repeatedly for two weeks urging us to sign the cycle documents and pay. We ultimately decided not to proceed. Now, weeks later, they claim we owe for an initial consultation in September. Overall, we spent about $4,000 only to be told we needed IVF. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. I cannot understand how they can work in this field and make an already difficult situation worse. Absolutely not recommended. Thank you, MCRM, for making my IVF journey even harder.

We are very grateful to everyone who helped us build our family. Because of them, we will welcome our daughter this fall. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming and patiently answered all our questions about the insemination process and more. Our only difficulty was reaching the billing department and getting answers. I would definitely recommend MCRM.

There are no doctors in this state!! All appointments must be made online through an outdated computer system that barely works. Every appointment is rescheduled at least twice, and they never answer the phone because the Tulsa office has no phone! Even after a long hold, you are transferred to India. WebMD provides comparable service for much less!

Dr. Leslie was amazing and extremely patient! She made me feel relaxed and did not rush me during the saline ultrasound. Highly recommended!!! The staff were also fantastic! 10/10!

My wife and I met this doctor and liked her. Unfortunately, given the high cost, the administrative department should have fulfilled its responsibilities but did not. We decided not to continue with this clinic because the billing team and financial advisers were so disappointing. The process is already extremely stressful, and their poor communication, inability to answer questions, and failure to return calls or emails made it worse. I do not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Aubuchon and every member of her team are amazing! I had a successful egg retrieval at 39 and gave birth to my son at 40. We are now trying for a second child. My results here were far better than at other fertility clinics. Dr. Aubuchon graduated from the renowned Washington University School of Medicine, and her extensive knowledge and evidence-based treatment are evident in her work. Our whole family is grateful to her!

We had a wonderful experience at MCRM Fertility. We chose the clinic for egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, and from beginning to end we felt genuine love, respect, and care. The clinic was clean and private, and every visit felt comfortable. With the MCRM team's attentive care and support, IVF brought us our lovely baby boy. We will always be grateful and highly recommend MCRM to anyone on a fertility journey. 💙

This place was such a blessing to us! We had been trying for our second child for about six months before being referred to MCRM. We were met with kindness and professionalism from the moment we arrived and throughout our experience. We had one round of IUI, and it was successful. We are expecting our baby boy in June! The team always answered our questions and made us feel supported at every step. The process was smooth and straightforward, making a stressful treatment much easier. Thanks to MCRM and Dr. Ahlring, we have a healthy, happy 5-month-old baby boy! It was an unforgettable experience, and most of the staff helped ease our stress. They answered all kinds of questions quickly, even late-night concerns about vaccination issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ahlring!

I am very disappointed that MCRM has not addressed Leslie King's behavior. She was seen berating an employee at a gym, and many former colleagues and patients have shared similar experiences regarding her lack of professionalism. MCRM's silence speaks volumes.

Unfortunately, my experience working with Leslie King was very disappointing. She came across as rude and highly unprofessional, especially when speaking to young people. Rather than encouraging or guiding them, she seemed to enjoy belittling them, which was upsetting. Respect and professionalism should be shown in every setting, but sadly, she did not do so.

The initial consultation put us completely at ease and made us glad we had not settled for any of the other places we consulted. We have had only 1 appointment, but fully trust MCRM Fertility to help us reach our ultimate goal!

I am still waiting for results from my initial labs, ultrasound, and my husband’s $400 semen analysis. They told me my testing was preventive and covered by my BCBSofOK insurance, which was incorrect. Immediately after our virtual consultation, the ‘financial planning’ team called, rushed through treatment options, and pushed us to schedule all preliminary tests. I repeatedly requested billing codes so I could confirm coverage, but they never provided them and kept assuring me everything was preventive. Since I know my plan excludes infertility care, I questioned how specialist diagnostic testing could be covered. The lack of individualized care is unacceptable. I did not realize this was a corporate organization. Based on the rushed care so far, I am uneasy about continuing. The issue is not simply money; they tried to schedule everything without allowing time to research insurance coverage. This is a major family decision and has only added stress. Our journey has been completely derailed.

Beware of fraud! We went to the actual clinic to schedule a sperm count and blood tests for $700, with no insurance accepted. At our initial appointment, they said they already had our results! I asked how that was possible because we had not taken the tests yet. We then actually took the tests and received a call the day after the results were available. Our appointment with the doctor was canceled. I called 4 times trying to reschedule, and once again they did not answer! I do not trust them because they had test results before we were even tested! I would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service. As of July 2025, for everyone's information: Trump will have health insurance, so please be patient and choose another company.

The entire MCRM team is wonderful, kind, and receptive to feedback, and they are the reason my husband and I will welcome a baby into our family this year. We are so grateful! I also never felt that we were being overcharged or misled—Dr. Ahlering was straightforward and honest, and we received many helpful, cost-effective options/ideas. They also accepted our insurance when some other centers did not. In my opinion, this is the best fertility clinic in Tulsa 😊.

When Dr. Allering entered my examination room, he held my hand and treated me like a person. He did not seem rushed. He answered every question and eased my concerns about the upcoming procedure. I do not know what my result will be, but I appreciate the staff maintaining close contact throughout the process. I have great trust in this medical team.

We learned nothing and gained nothing except medical debt. When we first scheduled with MCRM, we clearly said we were not interested in IVF. We only wanted to explore more natural family-planning options. If they had been honest, they could have said that was not what they did, and we would have parted ways. Honesty would not have earned them money, so they lied and said they would work with us in a way that felt comfortable. After spending hundreds of dollars on tests, we met the rudest doctor we had ever seen. Despite repeatedly saying we were not interested, he spent an hour selling us IVF. We repeatedly asked him to explain our results, but he did so only in the context of selling IVF. He made clear that IVF was the only service MCRM wanted to offer us. Ultimately, we learned nothing useful from the tests. The only time MCRC contacted us again was to mail more IVF marketing material. Heartbroken, we wrote off the entire experience. Unfortunately, our problems with MCRM were not over. Weeks later, our insurer denied the most basic blood test MCRM had requested. MCRM assured us this was normal and that they would resolve it. For months, the pattern repeated: every few weeks we received another denial, called MCRM, and were assured they were handling it. They were not. They had completed the insurance documents incorrectly. When MCRM finally corrected and submitted them, the insurer said the appeal period had passed and the denial could no longer be appealed. Because of MCRM's failure, we received a bill of more than $1,000 for a simple blood test, in addition to the hundreds they took for useless testing. Had we never entered MCRM, we would be in the same position but $1,500 richer. Learn from our mistake.

My only expectation from this clinic is good customer service. Calling has been frustrating. The woman who spoke to me today, July 19 at 1:31 p.m., was completely disrespectful. We come here seeking treatment. As a provider, please respect your patients. Times are difficult for everyone, so whatever you do today, do it with kindness. Thank you!

These people do everything possible to convince you that you need this treatment. I realize they make a lot of money from it. They told us we had no chance of becoming pregnant and needed treatment to do so. During the semen analysis, they said the sperm looked abnormally shaped and had other problems, making it seem that we needed treatment. We generally distrust places that seem more interested in their wallets than helping people, and we were right. Thank God we did not spend $20,000 on treatment, because attempts can fail and you may need more than one. We left and found a genuine Middle Eastern doctor who found no sperm problem under his tests and microscope. He was one of the best doctors and had worked for years in England and Jordan. They said the entire procedure would cost only about $2,000. We happened to find a natural herbal practitioner in Palestine who mixed strong, special herbs for us to consume. She also repositioned my wife's uterus using suction cups, fire, and her hands, and performed Islamic prayers. We conceived our first child within six months, and she called wondering why we had not become pregnant sooner! An amazing woman!
