I enjoy attending prenatal appointments. The nurses and doctors are very kind. God willing, with the doctor's help, we are preparing to have our second daughter ☺️

I had an excellent IVF experience at Care Fertility. Dr. Rudy Quintero is a highly skilled and experienced physician who made my IVF journey smooth and easy, without complications. His team was also excellent and met all my needs. By God’s grace, I became pregnant and had my baby. I highly recommend Care Fertility to any woman considering IVF treatment.

The communication is terrible. They do not reply to emails or text messages as promised.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rudy Quintero and the entire staff at CARE Fertility. After several unsuccessful attempts with other fertility doctors, I began searching for another provider and found CARE Fertility. We are extremely grateful that Dr. Quintero was willing to answer calls after hours, took the time to understand us, and helped us overcome challenges to achieve the result we hoped for. As I write this, I am five weeks pregnant, and if I could do it again, I would still choose Dr. Quintero. It would be perfect if he could deliver my baby too.

Very informative, with smooth communication. I was nervous about speaking with the doctor, but he put me at ease. They do not waste your time with unnecessary talk and get straight to the point.

We are receiving treatment at this clinic, and everyone has been very kind to me. Our consultant Nancy is very kind and wonderful.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid SEMARA THOMAS. She lacked customer service from the moment she came to get me from the waiting room and did not bother introducing herself. Once seated in her office, her first words were, “What are you here for?” Hello!!! I scheduled an IVF appointment with your IVF doctor. She also asked me to hand her my ultrasound results. She either could not or would not read them and made me explain them, although I am not a healthcare professional. Everything she said was negative. She focused only on my age and reasons my IVF would fail. I have seen several IVF doctors and have never been treated this way. She is by far the worst IVF doctor I have met.

He was cold and arrogant. Honesty does not require hurting someone's feelings. I felt afraid, humiliated, disappointed, and ignored.

Dr. Quintero is wonderful, and I am very grateful to the entire team. The women treated me so well throughout this journey. As I wait for my rainbow baby, I will always be grateful that they made the journey so easy ❤

It has taken me time to write this because I still cannot believe how amazingly CARE Fertility helped give me my miracle after years of infertility. A friend who also came here referred me; she has beautiful twin girls. Before this, I visited several places, including Mexico, looking for the right doctor—someone who could help me become pregnant and support me every step of the way. From our first appointment, Dr. Quintero listened carefully, answered every question honestly, and made us comfortable. He explained everything without rushing or making us feel that any question was wrong or foolish. After meeting Dr. Q, my husband and I met Genesis, the financial coordinator, and again received amazing service. She was sweet and kind and answered all our questions. We took a few days to think, and Genesis kindly followed up to ask whether we needed anything. We prayed and decided to proceed. Then we were assigned Nancy, our nurse coordinator. No matter the day or time, she answered my countless texts and helped me through so much. Every appointment felt like visiting a second home. From the receptionist to Jennifer, the ultrasound technician, everyone was warm and kind—exactly what a woman needs during this time. I looked forward to appointments because I knew I was not alone and always had support, encouragement, and care. Even when the journey took longer or results were not what we hoped, they helped me remain positive. In the end, our first transfer gave us our baby boy. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and still cannot believe it. Thank you, Care Fertility, for creating such a loving, caring environment. This journey was hard, but you made it a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to return. Fun fact: my OB-GYN also went to Care Fertility and now has a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
