I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saadat and his team. After reviewing his ratings and experience, I decided to begin my fertility journey at his clinic. At our first appointment, Dr. Saadat made me feel heard and gave my partner and me hope. We began treatment and were assigned a coordinator, Leslie, who was extremely helpful, guided me through every step, and was always available whenever I had questions. This was my first IVF cycle, and I can say that the entire process went very smoothly. I am now 8 weeks pregnant, and words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Saadat and his team for helping me build a family. I would definitely return here for treatment. Overall, I highly recommend the Reproductive Fertility Center.

I can't recommend RFC enough! We have been with this fertility clinic for 4 years. From egg retrieval through embryo transfers, all the staff have been wonderful. Our IVF coordinator, Lizette, was very helpful every step of the way. Dr. Saadat was very kind and always answered our questions. The front office maintained excellent communication and responded promptly to all questions and requests. Our first transfer was successful.

Excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Saadat was knowledgeable and patient and made me feel at ease. Tasha was sweet and helpful, and the front desk staff were always very friendly.

Unfortunately, our coordinator Lizette was extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and, frankly, incompetent. Because of the poor communication, I repeatedly had to contact her to ask about the next step in treatment. Often, she did not know. When she could not explain why treatment had been interrupted, she blamed my insurance company and became very angry, insisting it was their fault instead of looking for a solution. When I gently told her that her tone toward me felt harsh because I was shocked, she raised her voice on the phone and complained that she was not angry; instead, I, as the customer and patient, was upsetting her. She blamed me for not contacting her earlier about my menstrual cycle. I said I had tried, but again, there had been poor communication. I hung up in tears, deeply disappointed that a well-known medical institution would put someone like this in charge of patient care. We come to you feeling vulnerable and hoping for help. This low level of empathy and customer service is inappropriate.

I am very satisfied with the care from Dr. Saadat and his team! Nurse Lizette has consistently been dedicated and available to help. We all know that the fertility process involves many emotional ups and downs and that circumstances can change at any time, and she helped me tremendously. Thank you, everyone!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Peyman Saadat and his team at the West Hollywood office. Thanks to their expertise and attentive care, our fertility journey succeeded after the first embryo transfer, and we are now expecting our baby. The clinic staff were warm and friendly, appointments ran on time, and the entire process reflected professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Saadat to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

I underwent IVF with Dr. Saadat. Although the first attempt did not result in pregnancy, I tried again and am now expecting twins 👶👶. I highly recommend Dr. Saadat. He is highly skilled 👨‍⚕️ and very kind. Thank you for helping my husband and me achieve our dream.

This was by far the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. A fertility clinic should understand better than anyone how vulnerable and stressful this journey is, yet I was left without information for weeks. I had testing two weeks ago and should have received the results more than a week ago. After countless calls, emails, and follow-ups, I received only silence, delays, and shockingly poor communication. Imagine undergoing a treatment as expensive, physically demanding, and emotionally exhausting as IVF while also facing such serious neglect and poor communication. This concerns people's health, fertility, and future families. The lack of urgency, compassion, and professionalism made an already frightening process far more painful.

Dr. Saadat and his team are wonderful. Throughout my care, they were compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Saadat was calm, patient, and reassuring, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout. He always took time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. My coordinator, Ariel, was also very supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Every staff member was friendly and professional, and I am very grateful for their care. Thanks to Dr. Saadat and his team, I am now pregnant.

Excellent customer service. They are always kind, and I really like Dr. Sadat and Tasha. They are highly skilled, and I strongly recommend them for fertility consultations. They are the best! I have completed three surrogacies with them, and they were wonderful.

Dr. Sadat and his team are wonderful. I had two emergency visits, and each time they were very considerate and provided plenty of helpful information. My coordinator, Saba, is amazing! She was extremely supportive and helpful. I had the opportunity to visit both the Corona and West Hollywood offices. Both were very clean, and all staff members were professional and friendly.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sadat and his team. I felt warmly welcomed from the beginning, and they did everything possible to help me complete a successful embryo transfer. My IVF coordinator, Ariel, was very caring. She patiently explained everything, answered all my questions, and did everything she could to put me at ease because this was my first IVF cycle. I am a surrogate at Dr.Saddat’s office . Who is an amazing doctor who cares dearly for his patients. I had prior went to a different dr’s office and was having trouble getting pregnant. Dr. Saddat and his amazing team took good care of me and were to help us successfully get pregnant. And for them I am so grateful and thankful for today I am 11 weeks and 1 day . I finally get to help my IP’s with their dream come true. I also want to thank Tasha who has just been so amazing with me whenever I have any concerns or questions she’s made my whole experience at Dr.Saadat easy and amazing.
