This place gave me peace of mind and made me feel cared for while I was navigating a world of uncertainty and pain. Dr. McGuire and Nurse Josephine are wonderful, and the entire staff is so kind and gentle that they made the whole treatment process less frightening. Their system is also very well organized, making everything feel less overwhelming. Here, I felt safe, heard, and well cared for throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I had an extremely frustrating experience obtaining my medical records from RMA West Orange. I was told I would have to wait 30 days for my records. This is completely unreasonable, especially when fertility testing and treatment are time-sensitive and extremely expensive. I need my records immediately to continue treatment elsewhere, and this policy has forced me to put all treatment on hold. Requiring me to wait an entire month for my own medical information is unfair and unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly, and my doctor was also very good and answered all my questions.

It is impossible to reach anyone. I called all day to schedule a consultation, which was extremely frustrating. I even saw that they respond quickly to reviews and provide an easier contact number, but they do not answer that number either.

I called today with a simple question, but the operator abruptly hung up before I finished speaking or asking my questions. Such rude, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

This clinic has serious scheduling problems. They cancel patient appointments without notice, so patients only learn of the cancellation after arriving in person. When asked why, staff simply say the system shows the appointment was canceled, but they do not know who canceled it or why. There is no explanation or accountability. Although the doctors are polite, the effectiveness, professionalism, and technical quality of the fertility procedures at RMA are questionable and compare poorly with other medical facilities. Choose carefully, especially when seeking medical care that requires precision and a high level of trust.

It was terrible from the start. My reproductive window is closing, yet I could not even complete the initial registration. They kept saying they would refer me to the technical team, but I never heard back. The woman who answered the phone acted as though I was bothering her. Now I have to find another clinic. Be careful...it seems the reviews are true! Good luck.

Nicole always takes time to answer my questions, explain the next steps, and offer encouragement when I need it most. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely compassionate—a rare combination for which I am deeply grateful. I am so thankful for Nicole's dedication and thoughtfulness. She made this journey feel less overwhelming and much more hopeful. Anyone fortunate enough to have her as their nurse is truly receiving the best care! I truly love these ladies.

Dr. Maguire is absolutely the best! She genuinely cares about her patients. Throughout treatment, she treated my husband and me with great respect and empathy. My first two IVF transfers did not result in pregnancy, so Dr. Maguire went above and beyond to perform the third transfer personally and improve our chances of success—and it worked! I now have a 4-year-old daughter and have returned to Dr. Maguire to begin the transfer process for a second child. I am deeply grateful to her and the entire staff at RMA West Orange. ❤️

I had a solid experience working with Dr. Maguire and RMA West Orange on my IVF journey. I began with them in December 2024 and got pregnant by July 2025! The staff is warm and supportive, and my nurse was very available via the online portal (I messaged multiple times a week with questions). Maguire is super thorough, compassionate and has great bedside manner (which is really important to me). While they do have a lot of patients, I didn't feel like I ever waited long in my appointments or that it was too congested. Also, the Basking Ridge team was supportive during my egg retrieval and embryo transfer process, making those experiences easeful and nurturing. I'm now 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant!

I received a warm welcome on my first day, and everyone was very friendly. This process is already difficult, so feeling comfortable and cared for was essential, and they delivered. From the front desk to the doctors and nurses, I felt heard. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with RMA. Dr. McGuire was very kind and truly cared about all her patients. Chinue made the entire process so easy. She was excellent at communicating, responded to emails and calls by the end of the day, and called us with any questions or information we requested. I cannot say enough good things about RMA in West Orange. Dr. McGuire, nurse Alexis Cruz, and the lovely phlebotomist were wonderful. Every time I visited, everything seemed so efficient and organized. They truly showed empathy and understanding, and I hope they realize how reassuring that was. These processes are mentally and emotionally difficult, but knowing I had a team dedicated to patient care was a breath of fresh air!
