I am very dissatisfied with Zaza Khotenashvili! I will not attend, and if they insist on participating, it will damage their reputation.

The experience was mixed. Everyone smiled, but the professionalism was questionable. The nurses were good, but the doctors need better screening. I recommend avoiding the trauma department entirely.

It is very irresponsible when you have a 1:00 p.m. appointment with the doctor and he does not arrive until 1:43.

Going through our surrogacy journey with them right now. Our coordinator is Katya Chokina and our doctor is Ketevan Osidze. The place was incredibly busy but Katya helped me navigate the ins & outs perfectly.
The first consult went great and now comes the big steps. Will update this review as we go through it. Our agency is VittoriaVita Georgia.

I highly recommend Innova Clinic. The clinic itself is clean, and compared with other clinics in Tbilisi, its hygiene standards are very well maintained. The staff are helpful and multilingual. I especially appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Tamar Dzotsenidze. In my experience and from what I observed, she treats every patient attentively and without judgment. Gynecological procedures can be traumatic, but Dr. Tamar works according to each patient's comfort level, making visits easier. She is very kind and can even be reached at night through her personal phone number in an emergency—something you would not find anywhere in the EU or United States. Highly recommended!!!

Inova Clinic truly deserves the highest praise for its high standards and professional medical staff. I especially want to thank the outstanding anesthesiologists Tsitsi Marjanidze, Marekhi Sulkhanishvili, and their team. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and care. Their experience, warmth, and attentiveness are unforgettable. It is a blessing to meet doctors like these!
I sincerely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking safe, professional, and compassionate medical care.

My review is not about the doctor but about the reception staff. We never got to see a doctor. We went in the evening with our child. The young woman at reception refused to communicate with us because we spoke Russian. She did not know our nationality. She refused to speak and told her colleague not to speak either. A man beside her tried to help translate, but she told him not to respond as well. I understand how people feel, but is this attitude really acceptable in a hospital? I wish this conscientious employee peace and hope she never has to seek refuge or help abroad 🙏🏻

You have to queue to see a doctor, appointments are impossible, and there is a water dispenser but no cups. The gynecologist's exam room opens onto a courtyard, and people constantly enter to look for things or ask questions while the door remains open. The gynecologist refused to consult without an ultrasound, even though ultrasound is often uninformative in early pregnancy. Reception could not answer whether they offer a pregnancy-management plan. Thank God I do not want to deal with this clinic.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Innova. It is an exceptional clinic with professional doctors and nurses. It is impeccably clean, and the medical staff provide complete attention. I must mention Tamuna Petashvili and Inga: when they are working, I feel hopeful ❤️❤️🙏🏻 Thank you, Innova, for staff and service like this.

Disgusting clinic. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor every time.
Inappropriate gynecological treatment was prescribed.
I have never bled after a smear test in my life.
I agree with the review below about the smear test; perhaps it was the same doctor.
I strongly advise against this clinic.
I paid a great deal for testing, and the results still had not arrived after 10 days.

I encountered a very unpleasant registration clerk who spoke to me condescendingly. She would not let me see the doctor, and eventually gave me a queue number for the doctor after I had already waited two hours.

Terrible place. I registered for a consultation and waited 30 minutes. The doctor ordered tests, and they made me queue for another 30 minutes instead of keeping my original number. By the time I reached the laboratory, my number had passed. The laboratory technician, 'Yazvad,' told me I could not control time and it was my fault, while people who arrived after me went first. I registered at 10 for my second visit with the doctor but was not seen until 12:30. 'There are other people ahead of you' 😂 Miraculous.

People, be extremely careful. Check everything repeatedly and do not blindly trust doctors. They took a completely healthy woman from us, and we still cannot believe that something so unheard of happened in two days. I worked at an Athens hospital for 14 years and never saw such a case in my practice. Protect your life and stay away from this clinic.
