A doctor with no ethics or empathy! First, we arrived on time and saw the doctor walking around with no patients while we were the clinic's only clients, yet we waited 40 minutes. It was no better than public healthcare. Second, my husband and I wanted examinations before deciding our next step. Halfway through hearing our history, the doctor scolded us, saying IVF was our only option and considering anything else wasted her time. She then answered every question dismissively. We have never seen a doctor speak to patients this way. It was insulting. During the consultation, I cried from anger and disappointment. Instead of comforting me, she said, 'Plenty of people have it worse than you. I do not know why you are crying!' During the ultrasound, I said the instrument caused discomfort and pain. She replied, 'If you cannot tolerate a little discomfort, how will you have a baby? Even a cesarean hurts!' She then prescribed ten supplements each for my husband and me. At home we discovered they were ordinary vitamins, yet the medication charge exceeded $2,000. Naturally, we never returned, but the consultation, examination, and medication cost over $5,000. It was not worth it. Permanently blacklisted!

Money comes first. The doctor barely asked about my medical history but repeatedly asked about my and my spouse's jobs, even my parents' jobs. She scolded the assistants throughout, leaving a terrible impression. She kept looking at her phone. When I asked whether the vitamins I was taking were appropriate, she passed them to an assistant without looking and muttered, 'Instead of taking these, just do IVF. Do not waste time...' The transvaginal ultrasound was extremely painful. She is the least empathetic doctor I have seen, and I do not recommend her at all.

The female doctor is incompetent and lacks empathy. Everything is about money, money, money. Ordinary vitamins cost HK$2,000, and HK$2,500 can buy a great deal. I feel sorry for the nurses, who are actually helpful, unlike the female doctor. Dr. L, you are so incompetent!

The staff are friendly and reliable and help whenever possible. I am grateful to have found this clinic, especially Dr. L. Over many years I visited numerous obstetrics and gynecology clinics in Hong Kong, but she was the one who truly helped us conceive. Thanks to her, my pregnancy went smoothly through delivery. I also had an elective cesarean section, which was not as painful as others had said, and Dr. L closed the incision very well. Consultations and medication are expensive, but the service makes them worthwhile. Having consulted many clinics before, I know that most private clinics in Hong Kong charge more.
