The entire IVF preparation process was very quick and easy. Ivan Anatolyevich remained available 24/7. He always listened, offered every possible solution, and discussed issues positively, carefully, and thoroughly. He is the magician who gave us our long-awaited child! Good afternoon. I am writing this review so that naive young women like me are not deceived... A year ago, in 2022, I had IUI at this clinic. My attending doctor was Aidasheva Dinara. It turned out that the doctor was very negligent regarding my problem. I did not understand this at the time because it was my first experience with infertility... They gave me 3 attempts without checking my fallopian tubes, hormones, or anything else. A year later, when I went to the 'Persona' clinic, I had a complete examination and learned that my fallopian tubes had very poor patency... My husband and I spent a great deal of money on these procedures. It is regrettable that Dr. Aidasheva Dinara was so negligent.

We had an extremely negative experience working with E.V. Popova: a rude attitude, inadequate advice, repeatedly confusing me with other patients and stating their prescriptions, poor-quality transfer preparation, and failure to prescribe necessary medication. During the first transfer preparation, she prescribed medication to prepare the endometrium, but the transfer was canceled because of a cold. The second time, she did not prescribe those medications, then claimed that I had asked her to do everything naturally! That is a lie! Apparently, she did not follow the protocol. If I had asked her to prepare my endometrium with 'wormwood tea,' would she have done that too? This is absurd! Once again, she confused me with someone else, or perhaps said this to protect herself because she had no right to act that way. We paid for high-quality preparation, but the result was a failed attempt, loss of money and time, and worst of all, loss of a healthy embryo! On the day we learned the embryo had not implanted, she had the audacity to say it was strange because everyone except me had implanted! From that moment, she ceased to be a doctor in my eyes. It was inhumane cruelty. When I tried to understand what had happened, she simply blocked my number, apparently realizing it was her fault and having nothing to say. During our work with Popova, we became completely disappointed in her as a doctor and as a person and seriously questioned her mental stability. I do not recommend that anyone risk a child by going to her! The clinic's management did not even consider it necessary to apologize for employee Popova's rudeness and incompetence. Their response led to one obvious conclusion: 'A fish rots from the head.' This is unfortunate because the clinic has genuinely worthy and competent doctors, at least one for certain, but I discuss him in another review.

This is a wonderful place, and everyone working at IRM is a professional in their field. Thank you so much for being there ❤️❤️❤️
