The night nurse was very unprofessional, leaving the door open while giving injections and failing to respect patient privacy.
The nurse also had a poor attitude.

I only came in for an HPV vaccine, but they scheduled me for blood tests and a transvaginal ultrasound. After the examination, they said I might have a cyst and mentioned that it could be an endometrioma, making it sound very serious. They then recommended self-pay testing costing 6,000–8,000, which was genuinely frightening at the time. I later went to another gynecology clinic for confirmation, and there was no such problem at all.
These examinations are not required for the HPV vaccine, either. The entire process felt very unreasonable and could easily cause unnecessary panic.
If you encounter a similar situation, I recommend getting a second opinion. I do not recommend this clinic.

Director Jiang is warm, gentle during consultations, and highly knowledgeable. I only came for irregular menstruation, but she also prescribed acne medication, saving me the cost of seeing a dermatologist, haha 😆😆 I went home with plenty of useful medication.

Dr. Jiang is kind, conducts thorough consultations, and does not pressure patients into services. The wait can be long, so do not come if you are in a hurry.
I visited for medication to induce my period. Dr. Jiang carefully discussed my travel dates and the different options for inducing or delaying menstruation. He also recommended more precise testing for my gynecologic concerns, but did not use scare tactics or pressure me; he simply let me consider it and return if I chose.
As many reviews mention, the wait really is quite long, but the consultation is also lengthy. Personally, I do not mind waiting longer to understand my condition thoroughly.
The K-pop music in the waiting area was also excellent!

The doctors are all very kind. The low ratings are probably because appointments run slowly, but perhaps that is better than rushing everyone through!

Dr. Jiang is wonderful. He is thorough, humorous, handsome, easy to talk to, and has an excellent memory. He truly considers his patients' needs!
I was preparing to travel abroad, and he did his best to complete all the necessary evaluations before I left. I am very grateful to Dr. Jiang!

Come here if you are not in a hurry. The consultation is very thorough, and the doctor is professional and warm—as long as you have plenty of time.

The wait was extremely long. Before my appointment was even finished, they started another patient's pelvic exam, with no order at all. As other reviews mentioned, they ask about your education and job. Although the doctor knew I was menstruating, they recommended bloodwork without warning that it could affect the results, which felt unprofessional.
The nurse was also poor at drawing blood, leaving me bruised for a week. Then, in an open area with no partitions, they asked how many men I had slept with, showing no respect for privacy.
I strongly do not recommend this place. It was terrible!

They unexpectedly and persistently ask whether you want to donate eggs, but never mention the risks—only the compensation.
During appointments, they require self-pay services and say the problem will otherwise be difficult to resolve because tests cannot identify it.

Very unprofessional! I had bleeding in early pregnancy and urgently went to the nearest clinic to find out what was happening. The doctor said I might be miscarrying and even asked whether I wanted medication to help clear everything out. I rushed back to Cathay General Hospital, where the fetus was completely stable. The Cathay doctor also said bleeding in early pregnancy is common.
Absolutely absurd! When I told my coworkers, no one could believe it!

I am in my early 30s, but my AMH was only a little over 2, so I planned to freeze my eggs. Amazingly, I became pregnant right after the consultation. I must have a special connection with the doctor. I hope everyone who comes here receives good pregnancy news.

I had tried every method to improve my health and never expected to succeed after just one attempt here☺️. The doctors and nursing staff were all warm and considerate. I do have one regret: I chose to transfer two embryos at once. Now, late in my twin pregnancy, my abdomen is very distended and I often feel short of breath. At the time, I thought that because I was healthy and tall, I had more room, but now I sleep poorly every day, have insomnia, and experience contractions at night...
I should have followed the doctor's advice and transferred only one😅. I will keep going!

Because this was the first obstetrics and gynecology clinic I visited, I initially thought none of these things were a problem.
After recently visiting another OB-GYN clinic, I decided to leave a review.
I came here for an examination a year ago.
After learning that I had a condition, I followed the doctor's recommendations.
I had a Pap smear, biopsy, blood tests, and other procedures.
I was charged a lot but did not know exactly what tests I had received.
The follow-up report was also explained poorly.
They only said I needed monitoring, but I did not know what needed to be monitored = =
Once, despite having an appointment, I waited three hours and ended up canceling.
All the doctors here are men, and several pelvic examinations were very uncomfortable.
After comparing this clinic with others, I still find female doctors gentler :)
At least they understand that a speculum can be extremely painful!!

I previously received brand-name PrEP medication at the hospital, and it was honestly very expensive. On my first visit with Dr. Jiang, I had a comprehensive consultation, testing, and received medication. This time I received Tenoem. After taking it for three months, it was much less expensive and caused no discomfort, while also saving me the wait at the hospital.
Anyone who needs it can make an appointment first.

Yesterday I arrived at around 20:20 because I was unwell. There were only four people in the entire clinic including me, but I waited forever. At 21:10 it was finally my turn. The doctor asked many irrelevant questions, such as: What does the clinic do? Which clinic is it? Do you not have to shadow a doctor? Which school did you attend? What was your major? Have you obtained your license? There were many more completely unrelated questions. I came for medical care, not a job interview! Then I said I had SSA antibodies, and the doctor actually asked what they were and what effects they could cause! I had to explain it to the doctor; surely this could not have been the first time they had heard of them.... The ultrasound was performed on a gynecological examination table in an extremely awkward position, and just as it was about to begin, the doctor disappeared again to see someone in the next examination room!
Many other bizarre things happened. This is the most shocking clinic I have ever visited. Please avoid it!

I had struggled with infertility for years and seen countless fertility specialists before someone recommended Dr. Jiang. Dr. Jiang is truly an excellent and highly skilled physician. After years of trying, my husband and I finally had a son through IVF. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Jiang and the medical team for helping us have a complete family~

I was very satisfied with my experience at Jiang Obstetrics and Gynecology. The doctor was professional and kind, listened patiently, and clearly explained every examination and medication detail, which made me feel very reassured. The clinic was clean and comfortable, and the nursing staff were patient and empathetic. They gave me a great deal of positive support and assistance, especially with the many anxieties of pregnancy.
It was very important to find such a professional and welcoming OB-GYN practice during my pregnancy. I highly recommend it to expectant mothers looking for an OB-GYN in the Hsinchu area!
My baby is now 2 years and 4 months old! ❤️ (I will find time to bring my child to visit Dr. Jiang at the clinic ☺️)

Does the doctor have any medical knowledge? They ordered many irrelevant tests. If the kidneys are the problem, why perform an internal uterine examination? What does where I live have to do with my condition? They might as well ask what my cat eats. I was told to return the next day, then asked why I had come back. I paid another 200 just to wait for a transfer letter. They said my condition was very serious, but the larger hospital found nothing wrong and wondered what this clinic had seen to call it 'very serious.' You wasted my time. Do you make money through unethical practices like this? Can you answer?

I have known Dr. Jiang Zheng-Jie since childhood; he delivered me, and now, at age 27, I still choose him as my obstetrician-gynecologist. Dr. Jiang is not only professional but also deeply concerned about his patients' overall health.
For a time, I struggled with obesity and facial acne. I tried various weight-loss and dermatology treatments without clear results. I decided to ask Dr. Jiang for help. He carefully assessed my situation and quickly identified the root cause: these symptoms were related to a gynecologic condition. After his diagnosis and treatment, my health improved significantly and the acne gradually subsided.
Dr. Jiang is truly trustworthy. He always puts his patients' interests first and provides the best medical recommendations with extensive expertise and patience. Thank you, Dr. Jiang Zheng-Jie, for caring for me over so many years and making me feel reassured and confident at every visit.
If you are looking for a professional and caring obstetrician-gynecologist, I highly recommend Dr. Jiang Zheng-Jie. He will provide you with excellent medical care!

I have been receiving care at this hospital for almost 10 years. The hospital has excellent equipment, and the doctors and nurses interact very well with patients, so I do not feel nervous or afraid.

The environment is pleasant, the counter staff provide good service, and the injection staff are also good. However, the doctor was seeing three patients simultaneously and directly confused my condition with another patient's.
I have an endocrine disorder and irregular periods, but during diagnosis the doctor repeatedly mentioned suspected PCOS and the need for blood tests, leading me to pay three to four thousand for testing. At the follow-up to review the results, the doctor said I did not have PCOS, my period had arrived normally, and there was no need to review the test report. I was quickly dismissed so the doctor could see the next patient. Why were the tests "recommended" in the first place 😊?
Based on other reviews, this seems to happen frequently at this clinic. Before paying, consider whether the tests are truly necessary or whether the immediate issue should be addressed first—for example, if menstruation has not started and you are not pregnant, an injection can induce it. There is no need to undergo too many tests at this clinic; 3-4 thousand would cover a comprehensive examination at a major hospital, where you are also less likely to be dismissed.
Additional note: I recommend having tests at a major hospital with a one-to-one outpatient consultation, avoiding this clinic's process and the possibility of patients' conditions being confused 😊

The red-haired nurse at the evening counter had a very poor attitude when asking me to fill in my information, as did the nurse who drew my blood. The blood draw was poorly done and left a large red patch. I do not know whether it was intentional, but my arm was bruised for quite a while after I went home. I later realized she had not even followed the basic procedure of weighing me. It was really unacceptable! When I raised the issue of her attitude, she retorted that they work in health care, not the service industry. I was not asking for special service, just for her to speak normally and politely. There was no need to order me around as though I were her dog. I came for medical care; I do not owe you anything! Very poor manners! The evening staff were poor, although the doctor, daytime staff, and examination-room nurse were fine.

The nurse who gives injections had an extremely poor attitude. We came here on a friend's recommendation and, as first-time patients, did not understand the process. We thought we had to wait for our number to be called for the injection. When we asked, we learned that we were supposed to go over ourselves. The nurse said to me, “If you don't give me the form, how am I supposed to know you need an injection?” Do I owe you money? After scrolling on her phone, she handled an alcohol pad with her bare hands to disinfect the area. Could you please pay more attention to hygiene?

The consultation process is complicated and inefficient, and wait times are extremely long. Previously, I was told I could book through the personal health manager, but when I arrived they said it made no difference. Last time I heard a nurse say that urine testing was optional, but this time it was mandatory. Some nurses also have poor attitudes, even first thing in the morning when the clinic has just opened. The main advantage here seems to be the long business hours, and that is about it...
