The General Surgery department provided meticulous care for the patients and carefully verified their insurance coverage. I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the parking lot.
I hope the doctors, nurses, and all staff will always maintain their consistent courtesy and enthusiasm. ❤️❤️❤️
Dr. Jessada Aduldej is highly skilled and kind. More importantly, regardless of which insurance I used, my surgery appointments were arranged very quickly. I am very satisfied with this. I truly hope to get rid of this terrible abdominal pain. I love Phyathai Hospital. Today, I bought water and wanted to distribute it to the parking lot staff. If I failed to give it to everyone, I deeply apologize.

1. The security guard's attitude was extremely poor. Due to being in a hurry and acting on instinct, I accidentally drove the wrong way from the emergency entrance up to the parking building. He came over and yelled at me; I apologized, admitting I was indeed wrong, but he still wouldn't stop scolding. No, this isn't such a big deal that it warrants this level of reprimand. Besides, I regularly use Phyathai Hospital (in Bangkok) and have always had good experiences there, so I decided to stop using this branch, even though there are many other nearby options. But this experience was terrible.
P.S. The security guard, who is dark-skinned, older, with cloudy eyes, and wearing a hat, was on the night shift yesterday, June 7, 2026.
2. The service was very slow. I waited a long time to lie down. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry to examine me and go home. He only asked a few questions and prescribed medication, but did not offer an injection, even though I was in severe pain with cramping and spasms, to the point where I had to request the injection myself.
P.S. The other staff members were nice, and the facility was clean. But I was very disappointed with this branch and very angry at the security guard for saying such things. I give it 1 star.

The service was excellent. This was my first health checkup here. The promotional price was affordable, and the service was impeccable. Dr. Adisorn professionally explained the results, answered all my questions, and gave me excellent advice. The package also included a meal and coffee. The setting is beautiful, and the newly renovated clinic feels like a café.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Ping Dulyanat at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. The service was excellent. The room first impressed me because it was as luxurious as a five-star hotel. The doctor gave excellent advice, the nurses were very attentive, and the food was delicious. Most importantly, Dr. Ping’s secretary provided excellent guidance and support. I strongly recommend Dr. Ping to anyone considering breast augmentation.

I have regular health checks here with Dr. Sutin in cardiology, who advises me and schedules visits every four months to monitor my blood vessels and sensitive nervous system. I have known him for 7-8 years and learned a great deal. He is both a physician and health adviser. My health and quality of life have improved, and I have learned that regular medical care can help prevent illness. I have also shared this with people around me. Although treatment costs money, it is worthwhile if you can afford it. I recommend this hospital for cardiovascular care.

The service here is excellent! I highly recommend the medical care and staff, who were extremely helpful with my health checkup and diagnosis. Be sure to come for a checkup yourself! Dr. Adisorn explained all my abnormal findings in great detail. It was a wonderful experience. This was my first visit to a Thai hospital in ten years, and it felt excellent.

- The registration staff provided a warm welcome.
- The nurses and staff were attentive and caring.
- Dr. Kanokwan explained the results and gave excellent advice.
- Free meals are provided.
- All examinations are completed on one floor, which is very convenient.
- The promotional prices are affordable.
- Social Security patients aged 50 are also advised about the free influenza vaccination.
I was very impressed. If there are good promotions, I will definitely return.

I participated in a program led by Dr. Hathairat.
She gave me a great deal of helpful advice and spoke very kindly.
The service was very fast. While I waited, the staff helped me install an app for viewing test results and tracking appointments. They also recommended a flu vaccination. It was wonderful! Treatment with Dr. Hathairat produced excellent results, and I lost 3 kilograms. It was well worth it. I highly recommend trying their service; you will see real results!

I used to have my health checkups in Bangkok, but a friend recommended trying this hospital. I was very impressed by the attentive care and service here. Everyone was friendly, the food was delicious, and the viewpoint was beautiful. The doctor gave helpful advice and explained the test results clearly, then referred me to a specialist. The specialist provided an excellent consultation. I especially appreciate Dr. Rujaravee. I would also like to thank Rung Rat for looking after me and taking me everywhere I needed to go. I will definitely return and will recommend this hospital to my friends.

First time here for a promo health check-up but certainly not my last! Very well organized, smooth and efficient; full checkup including general checkup (BP etc.), blood test, X-ray, Ultrasound, EKG took a mere one hour, and the whole visit including waiting for results, complimentary breakfast (which was a nice touch), doctor consultation and waiting for the final report took four hours. Highly attentive and friendly staff, the consulting doctor (Kanokwan) was very patient and actually took the time to discuss the entire checkup in thorough detail. Thanks also to Gavin, the Marketing Executive for organizing everything. I drove myself there and was pleasantly surprised to find free valet parking (a first at hospitals in this area to my knowledge), but the hospital also arranges for free transportation within the Pattaya region. Highly recommended.

I took my mother for a health checkup. Everything went smoothly except ophthalmology. The wait there was extremely long. After waiting a long time, I asked the nurse at the front desk how much longer it would be, but they could not answer. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., and it is now almost 3:00 p.m. The examination is still not finished, and we cannot leave.
