The doctor is very kind, and all the staff are extremely courteous. 😍

The clinic is spacious, beautiful, and clean. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The nurses and staff provided very detailed information. I was impressed from my initial inquiry through the online chat; they answered my questions clearly, concisely, and promptly. Once I arrived at the clinic, the treatment process was well organized. I saw the doctor quickly. She was warm and gracious and created a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. After speaking with her, I felt even more confident that I had made the right choice. If the treatment is successful, I will return to write another review. ^^

The queue management here is as poor as at a public hospital. Since this was my first visit and I had not yet paid, I could understand at first. However, I had blood tests and an appointment at 1:30 p.m. to hear the results from the doctor. It is now 3:03, and I still have not seen the doctor. If I had enough free time to wait this long while paying so much, I could simply go to Phya Thai Hospital, which offers the same service. I am willing to pay more for convenience, reassurance, and an experienced doctor. I understand that schedules may be adjusted slightly when the earlier queue is long, but I had an appointment and was placed at the very end. What is the purpose of an appointment? Am I expected to wait until 5:00 p.m.?
