This is a review I wrote 9 years ago, but he deleted it because he did not want people to know what he did to me: He is a terrible person. He essentially told me at 23 that I was infertile. That was not his fault, but the way he treated me was unbelievable. I plan to find a way to report his practice. Not only was he unprofessional, but I was traumatized by some of the things he did to me during our visit. He laughed at my PTSD and asked what I could possibly have gone through at 23. When I explained that I had experienced many abusive situations from early childhood, he laughed and said, “Wow, you're messed up.” He forced devices inside me that did not fit while I cried and asked him to stop. He overfilled my uterus with saline solution and laughed when it gushed out of me. He refused to explain any of his findings. I am 23 and have struggled my entire life with painful periods that I thought were caused by PCOS. Learning that I was infertile in such a traumatic way was completely unacceptable. I hope no one else has to experience what I did. I have been so depressed since dealing with this heartless person that everyone in my social circle is genuinely worried about me. 9-year update: I have a 4-year-old child whom Dr. Jacobs said I would never have because I was “so fat.” I conceived naturally, and he is completely healthy. Dr. Jacobs does not know what he is talking about and tried to destroy my confidence at a young age. I consider his actions sexual assault. Nearly a decade later, I still think about what he did, and I still have difficulty seeing doctors because of the assault. I wish I had hired a lawyer when I was younger. This man is awful.

Many thanks to Dr. Jacob and all the staff. I was very worried about the procedure, but everyone reassured me that it would be fine, and they were right. They did their best to make me feel at home. The hysteroscopy was very quick and much easier than expected, with almost no pain and only slight pressure. It was over quickly, and I am very grateful for their care and encouragement.

They treat you like family and are wonderful people! My fiancé and I are currently working with them, and I highly recommend them. I would not go anywhere else.

Where do I begin? More than a year ago, I began seeing Dr. Jacobs and his team for endometriosis. He used robotic surgery to excise my stage IV endometriosis. He was very thorough throughout the process and put me at ease. A few months after surgery, my husband and I decided to pursue IVF-ICSI (in vitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection). The process was very difficult, but the CRMRS office staff were amazing! I could call them anytime with questions. Ashley is the office manager and was wonderful to work with. She handled matters with my insurance company, which was not easy, and arranged everything needed for the procedures and medications. From Dr. Jacobs to Ashley and the assistants, everyone was wonderful! I cannot thank them enough. I am sad to leave this excellent clinic but excited for the future, because I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Thank you for everything. Love you all!

A few years after having our first child, my husband and I decided to pursue IVF to expand our family. I had two ectopic pregnancies and lost both fallopian tubes. Choosing Dr. Jacobs was one of the best decisions of our lives. We went through IVF twice, and both cycles were successful! We are blessed with two beautiful babies! Dr. Jacobs, office manager Ashley, and the entire staff were so kind and made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say they became family, and we love them dearly. They are highly dedicated and among the most caring people I have ever met. Although I have graduated from CRMRS, they will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for helping us have our children and making our dreams come true!

At my first consultation, Dr. Jacob told me he would do everything he could to help me have a baby, and he kept his promise. He is a dedicated and thorough doctor. Office manager Ashley is wonderful too! I highly recommend them!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have never received such excellent care from everyone in a medical office. From taking vital signs through the procedure and follow-up, everyone was approachable and knowledgeable, and they truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient. Ashley made the entire insurance process manageable and seemed to have an answer to every question. Dr. Jacob takes the time to ensure that you understand everything about your visit and overall care. I wish every medical experience could be as wonderful as my experience with Dr. Jacob.
