My favorite doctor is Dr. James Chang and his team. Thanks to God and to him, I had my first daughter five years ago. We returned to him and welcomed our second child, who will soon be one month old. He is always honest and supported us unconditionally throughout.

There are not enough words in the English language to express our gratitude to Dr. Chuong and his staff. For over 2 years, they worked with us with kindness, grace and expertise. Dr. Chuong never lost hope, always explained all my options and ensured I was seen whenever necessary. His office was the first phone call I made after learning of my pregnancy. They saw me the same day and confirmed my pregnancy immediately. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Chuong and his staff.
To his staff: Rolana, Jennifer and Shah - I have some much love in my heart for these wonderful ladies. They answered all my questions (there were many), greeted me at every visit with a smile and grace (even when I felt like I was losing hope) and shared in our happiness when I got pregnant. They were so invested in our story and always ensured I received the care I needed.
I cannot recommend Dr. Chuong and his staff enough. They were truly a godsend when we didn't know where else to go. After almost 4 years of trying, thanks to Dr. Chuong, we are expecting our first child. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Be very careful if you need to transfer tissue to another clinic. We had to take time off work and go to the office to coordinate the transfer in person because for more than 3 months they refused to respond to emails or calls. His office did not clearly communicate the transfer requirements and even charged a ‘preparation fee’ that is not industry standard. Ultimately, we wanted to tell Dr. Chuong that his office's conduct was unethical and a lawsuit waiting to happen, but he refused to speak with us. As a physician, he swore to do no harm, yet actively tried to delay our family planning.

My wife and I were new to infertility care and were fortunate to find Dr. Chuong. He truly cares about your health and well-being and does not pressure you into anything. Twice, his exceptional caution and additional tests that other clinics might not have ordered protected us from possible harm. The tests showed that proceeding directly with IVF or even waiting longer would have harmed my wife's body. I would definitely recommend him and his clinic.

I am disgusted and shocked by this office's lack of patient care. I planned to use the clinic for outside monitoring and confirmed the appointment multiple times. When I arrived, no doctor was available to perform the labs or tests. Apparently only the medical director, who decided to leave town Friday and Monday, could oversee the labs. Another doctor was present, but his only response was, ‘I am a doctor; do not raise your voice at me,’ while being unable to arrange the laboratory testing. I will file a complaint with the medical board. This is completely unacceptable. In IVF, timing is everything. This was unethical conduct by all physicians involved.
