Thank you, Dr. Prach. I had my eye procedure today, and the result is excellent and beautiful. I am very impressed. The staff at the plastic surgery department on floor 3 provided great service. Recommended.
2026.07.06
An excellent hospital with the highest standards of cleanliness and respect. We thank all the hospital staff, as well as the interpreters Ali and Hanafi, for treating us so well. Thank you very much.

Today I came to Phyathai Sriracha Hospital with a headache, pain behind my eyes, and a high fever. I arrived at the emergency room at around 21.40, and it took until approximately 00.20 to complete the examination. I said from the outset that I wanted to be admitted because I truly could not cope, but they told me to go home. When I asked to be admitted, the nurse said the rooms were full and spoke very rudely, essentially telling me to go home and return tomorrow if I did not improve. I feel extremely disappointed by this experience. My entire family and I have used this hospital for a very long time. I have lost all faith in it.
2026.07.07
My first visit!! The staff provided exceptionally good service. A full score of 10; I would give them 100000/10. It is a private hospital that looks luxurious and is cleaner than many leading hospitals in Bangkok. I live in Bangkok but chose to receive care at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. Next time, I will definitely be willing to drive from Bangkok to come here again. It is a long drive, but I can say with certainty that the travel time is worth it. I am extremely impressed 🙏🏻❤️🥰

I had a health check in Building B on the 11 floor, and Dr. Kanokwan reviewed my results with me. Dr. Kanokwan explained them clearly and in detail and gave me excellent advice. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious, the views are lovely, and the staff and nurses are friendly. The health check package was reasonably priced. I will definitely return to try other services.
2026.06.16
This was my first health checkup here. My daughter purchased the package for me. The entire service process was very well organized. - The front desk staff were smiling, warm, and friendly. - The nurse who took my medical history was polite and gentle and spoke kindly. - The staff member who drew my blood had a gentle technique, and the procedure was painless. - The examination process was convenient. Everything was completed in one place and was not complicated. - Ms. Rungrat explained the health checkup app that I could access on my phone. It was very easy to use and helpful. - Dr. Adisorn reviewed my test results with me. He explained them calmly, thoroughly, and clearly and offered excellent advice. - The environment was clean and tidy, and the health checkup package included a complimentary meal. I was very impressed.

Excellent, prompt service. The staff are very attentive. This is a newly constructed building with beautiful ocean views. Thank you to head nurse Ms. Tawan for providing helpful information about the available services. The package prices offer excellent value. Highly recommended.

2026.05.27
Dr. Ple explained everything clearly and gave excellent advice. Wonderful!
2026.05.28
My condition continues to improve. As always, Dr. Hathairat provided detailed test results. All examinations can be completed here in one place. Excellent!
2026.05.28
This was my first visit here after a friend from my faculty recommended it. The service was genuinely excellent, and the staff took very good care of me. The wait from testing to seeing the doctor was short. Dr. Hathairat reviewed my results and explained them very clearly and thoroughly. The facility was clean. I also liked the health screening app and found it very useful. I will return.

2026.05.07
Perfect, professional, and attentive service. Dr. NUTTAMON is very professional. The interpreter was also helpful.
2026.05.08
I noticed a health screening promotion and decided to purchase a screening package for my family. The price was affordable, and the package offered good value. The staff and nurses provided excellent service. I was especially impressed by Dr. Katairat, who explained the screening results in detail. She was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the experience and will continue watching for future promotions and use their services again.
2026.05.08
A very worthwhile investment. Dr. Hatarat provides excellent value.
2026.04.14
I had breast augmentation with Dr. Ping Dulyanat at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. The service was excellent. The room first impressed me—it was as luxurious as a five-star hotel. The doctor gave me excellent advice, the nurses were very attentive, and the food was delicious. Most importantly, Dr. Ping's secretary provided excellent guidance and support. I highly recommend Dr. Ping to anyone considering breast augmentation. I came to Phyathai Sriracha Hospital specifically for Dr. Ping. Dr. Dulyanat will give you a whole new look, a whole new look, a whole new look. If you want to fit into this world, you will not be able to. If you want to write a book, Ping Ping will create a new book for you. Whether writing a book, writing letters, writing letters, or reading letters, Ping Ping can make it happen.

I come here for regular checkups with Dr. Suthin in cardiology, who advises me and schedules visits every four months to monitor my blood vessels and sensitive nervous system. I have known him for seven or eight years and have learned a great deal from him. He is both a doctor and a trusted health adviser. My health and quality of life have improved. Regular medical visits help us learn how to prevent illness, and I can share that knowledge with those around me. Although treatment costs money, it is worthwhile if you can afford it. I recommend the clinic for cardiovascular care.
2026.04.17
Excellent.
2026.04.18
I had a level-two Social Security examination with Dr. Piyalak. He provided excellent care and explained my symptoms very clearly and thoroughly.

Although I had visited Phyathai Sriracha Hospital several times before for outpatient care with satisfactory results, today's experience in the ENT department was terrible. Last week, I booked a one-hour treatment, and the hospital confirmed it yesterday. I took half a day off work, arrived 20 minutes early, and registered. An hour later—40 minutes after my appointment time—I asked at the nurses' station. They could not explain why I had not been treated or estimate when I would be seen. I had to cancel the appointment and leave.

It was a great hospital where they looked after me very professionally and the staff go out of there way to make you comfortable and help you l give it a ,10 out of 10
2026.03.04
Dr. Hathairat consulted with me about weight loss and gave me excellent advice, thoroughly explaining its benefits and drawbacks. She also arranged consultations with a physiotherapist and dietitian.
2026.03.05
The service at Social Security on the 2nd floor was average. I would like today's staff to speak more politely to patients and explain things more clearly.
2026.03.05
The plastic surgery department was very convenient and efficient. The nurses and doctors were lovely.
2026.03.05

2026.02.13
I took my whole family to Phyathai Sriracha Hospital for our first annual checkup. The department was pleasant, uncrowded, and had a waiting room. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and gave helpful advice. Dr. Hathairat and Dr. Kanokwan gave sound and straightforward recommendations.
2026.02.13

2026.01.23
Very satisfied with the service.
2026.01.23
I called for some information, and the public relations staff were very helpful. They transferred me to the number I needed and later called back to follow up. I normally use social security at this hospital, so I never need to call. The patient care here is excellent—truly excellent. I give the public relations staff very high marks today.

I am very pleased to have received treatment from Dr. Duliyanat Aranyapal. He is highly skilled and cured my abscess. I sincerely thank the doctor and nurses for their attentive care. Thank you very much!
2025.12.26
Everything else is good, but waiting 2-3 hours to pay is a problem that needs improvement. I am unsure of the exact cause, but if it is an insurance issue, you could recommend a faster insurer. I have brought my child here 3-4 times, and every visit has involved hours of waiting. Last time, we waited 2-3 hours and were exhausted.

2025.12.13
I came to floor 11B for a routine checkup. Dr. Nattamon gave me excellent, easy-to-understand advice.
2025.12.13
I came here for a health check as part of a Father’s Day event. Dr. Hathairat Atiyadi was wonderful and explained the results in detail. The staff were also attentive and explained the entire process step by step through completion.

2025.12.13
Dr. Hathairat explained everything in detail and gave very good advice.
2025.12.14
The parking lot was full, but no one informed anyone, causing a traffic jam. No one directed traffic during the congestion. If you park in the outside lot, you have to walk to the hospital. Poor management and poor parking.

The plastic surgery clinic has moved to Phyathai Building A. The area is attractive and clean, and it is more convenient and accessible than Building B. Dr. Ping is also very kind.
2025.11.20
Very good service. The doctors and nurses provided excellent advice.
2025.11.21
2025.10.28
The service was truly excellent.
2025.10.29
The physical examination took more than three hours, and with additional tests, more than four hours in total. Because the wait was so long, I had to ask about the order of the tests myself. My weight was recorded incorrectly and had to be corrected. There was only one blood draw room and one nurse. 🤦‍♀️
2025.10.29
The patient appointment management system is terrible. This was not an emergency, but the system does not follow appointment order. Patients with earlier appointments arrive first, yet the treatment order is completely wrong. It is extremely chaotic.
2025.10.30
The overall experience was excellent—both the hospital and Dr. Sapaya Supanutarok were outstanding. I would gladly return for any future medical needs and highly recommend them to others.
2025.10.30
I came for my factory's annual health examination. The service was very slow, and I waited more than 3 hours for the results. The counter staff could not provide any estimate, even when asked, and only said which queue number was currently being served. Time management and the counter staff's ability to answer questions should be improved for patients' convenience.
2025.10.07
God bless. A high-end hospital with effective treatment, fast and well-organized service in every department, and, most importantly, upscale and comfortable waiting areas. Thanks to the interpreter…
2025.10.07
Only the 12th floor felt good. I have nothing to say about the other floors and do not want to tell you.
2025.10.08

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phyathai Hospital is absolutely brilliant! The service is excellent, everything is very organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. From start to finish, my experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch medical care!
2025.09.19
Excellent, impressive service. Admitted patients receive a gift; when the siblings fought over it, the staff added another doll so they could each have one. Great care, discounts, and gifts. Forget the old image of Phyathai—whether your illness is minor or serious, you can trust Phyathai Sriracha.
2025.09.12
The plastic surgery advice was very good, the doctor was lovely, and the treatment felt safe and worry-free.

2025.09.04
Excellent service.
2025.09.04
This hospital... If you pay out of pocket or use private health insurance, ‘you will receive royal treatment.’ But... if you use social security, ‘you will be treated like a beggar.’ This hospital clearly discriminates by class and caste.

The room was also clean and pleasant. Dr. Hathairat explained the test results clearly and in an easy-to-understand way, with excellent health guidance. 2025.08.09
Excellent service and facilities. The sea view is also nice, good for relaxation. The Health Up application is great for conveniently checking the results.
2025.07.31
I came here for a physical examination, and they took very good care of me. The doctors and nurses spoke politely and provided helpful advice.
2025.07.31
Terrible! I have group insurance, but the wait for a physical examination was very long. The doctor was rude, and the charges were high. The medication was shockingly expensive. I paid 1400 baht for painkillers. Absolutely terrible. This was my only physical examination here. Enough!
2025.08.01
I went to this hospital after noticing symptoms of high blood pressure. Several interpreters were available and provided excellent service. The consultation was efficient, with a short wait. The doctor also explained everything in detail. I was treated without insurance, and a one-month prescription for blood pressure medication, 20 mg nifedipine, cost only 1200 baht! I think this hospital is excellent in every respect. Appointments and consultations are also available through LINE, which is very convenient.
2025.08.01
Excellent location and service.
2025.08.01
Excellent service. Rungrat arranged everything. She is truly wonderful.

2025.02.23
With social security, you have to wait forever for your turn, but if you can pay cash, you receive treatment immediately. I do not understand; social security is money too. I have already wasted time coming twice.

2025.02.15
Dr. Chanchai Sumonwong The worst doctor I have encountered in my life. Worse than a government hospital. The examination and advice were rushed and worse than at a government hospital. You barely need to sit in the chair. He does not listen, ask questions, or give advice, and I had to repeat myself before he answered. I sounded like a crow. He did not respond. His answers were unhelpful. He only said PCOS is a symptom, but how can it be treated? He would not explain, answer, or recommend anything. When asked about other symptoms, he said nothing was abnormal. When asked about symptoms and medications, he told me to ask the doctor I had been seeing, who prescribed the medication, and said every medication was the same. This is also risky. Seeing this doctor will bring no benefit to your life. His statements do not reflect knowledge or ethics. This was the worst experience of my life. I wasted nearly 3,000 baht on an examination of lower quality than a free government hospital. Why does the hospital employ a doctor like this? He lowers the hospital's image. The nurse assigned patients to this doctor because his queue was short. I unfortunately assumed this hospital's specialists would be as good as specialists elsewhere, but that was not true. The nursing staff do their jobs well. You are all admirable. The health department's doctors are very good, but this specialist was terrible. I liked the restaurant. The service staff were pleasant and the setting comfortable, but the food tasted worse than dirt. Anyone visiting this hospital may need to research the doctors carefully. There are many hospitals to choose from in the Si Racha area.

I come here for an annual health examination. From my first call to ask about an appointment until the examination is complete, the staff take excellent care of me, give good advice, and explain everything thoroughly.
2025.02.06
The Japanese-Thai interpretation is good, but internal coordination is otherwise chaotic. Patients are passed around, staff lack initiative, and any problem is immediately handed to the interpreter without being resolved.
2025.02.07
My first health check left a deep impression. The staff, doctors, service, and location were all excellent and convenient.

January 29, 2025, 9:00 a.m. The registration staff outside the emergency department did not ask about the patient's eligibility for treatment. In our case, our baby was not moving, and we wanted a doctor to examine the fetus because we were ill and the baby had moved less the previous day. By that morning, there had been no movement. The staff member did not ask whether we were willing to pay ourselves. Instead, they assigned us to the Social Security internal medicine department. We were already worried and should have been sent to a gynecologist. As staff, they should have known the correct process. We followed their instructions, got in the vehicle, and waited to be taken to the Social Security internal medicine department. When we arrived, we sat for another hour before our history was taken. When it was our turn, the staff member asked what was wrong with the patient. We replied that the baby was not moving. The staff member then told us Social Security did not cover this situation and asked whether we could pay ourselves. We said we intended to pay ourselves. The staff then said the patient should contact gynecology next. We opened a self-pay treatment authorization. I ultimately had to move to another building and wait to be transferred again. After waiting in obstetrics, another staff member came and asked what was wrong. Social Security coverage could not be used, so we again said we would pay ourselves. We arrived at the hospital around 9 a.m. and waited until approximately 11 a.m. to be examined. Correct registration at the beginning could have led to faster admission, treatment, and examination.

Please read this carefully to the end. I requested an ultrasound for right lower abdominal pain lasting 3 days. I was self-paying, without benefits or a social security card. >The front desk staff were excellent. They asked about my basic symptoms and spoke politely. >At general surgery, staff measured my blood pressure and took my medical history. They handled this well. >The next step was waiting to see the doctor. After 30 minutes, there were fewer patients and I thought my turn was close. I had already reached the front of the examination room. After 50 minutes, nearly 1 hour, I went to ask. The staff checked the queue and said I was next. In other words, I had already waited 1 hour. Less than 5 minutes later, an officer called me to see the doctor. It was the doctor who had just come out looking for an assistant. Reporting my symptoms, reviewing my history, and undergoing the examination took no more than 10 minutes. I was sent for an ultrasound. Before I went, the staff explained the examination price and the need to avoid food and drink. >At radiology, they greeted me, spoke politely, and asked for my VN number. My turn came in less than 20 minutes. I lay on the bed waiting for the doctor. The staff spoke very well and provided good service. >Examination process: We waited for the doctor to examine me, and because we were concerned about appendicitis and my ovaries, we asked questions. The doctor pointed to the projected images and also measured the size. >I returned to the same room, asked staff about the queue, and provided my VN because I was worried about missing my turn. The officer explained that I would need to wait for the results to be issued, which was understandable, so I waited. Then an officer came and asked me to wait outside the doctor's room. I was told that another doctor would report the results. We did not mind, so we agreed. >At surgery, I saw the doctor, who explained the results and the likely diagnosis. The plan was to monitor symptoms and prescribe medication, but I already had medication, so I did not take any. I raised my concerns and asked the doctor questions. The doctor answered clearly, listened to the staff, and spoke very well. >Billing: I walked over, provided my VN number, waited briefly, closed the visit, and paid. Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with the service, but the wait was long and no one checked or explained what patients were waiting for. Although I waited patiently with abdominal pain outside the examination room, I felt bad because I did not know what I was waiting for. If a nearby staff member had explained that it would take another hour, the patient could have gone to get something to eat first. Why wait without knowing? That is really all I wanted: to know what we were waiting for and receive an explanation we could understand, because we also work in this field. I do not know whether I missed something because nothing was clarified. If this could be improved, the experience would be excellent, because it was otherwise very good.

If the hospital is not ready to provide Social Security services in an industrial area with many users, please address it. I canceled. Seeing a doctor takes at least 4–5 hours. There are not enough doctors or nurses for Social Security patients. The system should be managed much better. Compared with other public hospitals offering Social Security, Ekchon Hospital and Phyathai Sriracha Hospital are the worst hospitals I have encountered in this area. Anyone considering transferring Social Security here should think carefully. Please read the reviews before transferring.

I have my annual health checkup at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital every year, and I am more impressed each time. The third-floor nursing team provides professional service, makes eye contact, promptly approaches to ask questions, and offers clear guidance with a smile. I also want to praise the housekeeping staff, who serve coffee and food with smiles throughout mealtime. Most importantly, this was my second year receiving my health assessment from Dr. Adisorn Kaewsongsri. He explained everything in great detail, speaking gently and politely in simple language that helped us understand, with clear guidance on how to adjust our lifestyle. Today the whole family had checkups. Thank you very much to the team. See you again next time.

After a long wait, I saw the doctor and received a quick and accurate diagnosis. Dr. Manok performed my laparoscopic appendectomy. Thank you to the hospital, medical team, nursing team, and everyone else for taking such good care of me.
