Today I came to Phyathai Sriracha Hospital with a headache, pain behind my eyes, and a high fever. I arrived at the emergency room at around 21.40, and it took until approximately 00.20 to complete the examination. I said from the outset that I wanted to be admitted because I truly could not cope, but they told me to go home.
When I asked to be admitted, the nurse said the rooms were full and spoke very rudely, essentially telling me to go home and return tomorrow if I did not improve. I feel extremely disappointed by this experience.
My entire family and I have used this hospital for a very long time. I have lost all faith in it.

My first visit!! The staff provided exceptionally good service. A full score of 10; I would give them 100000/10. It is a private hospital that looks luxurious and is cleaner than many leading hospitals in Bangkok. I live in Bangkok but chose to receive care at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. Next time, I will definitely be willing to drive from Bangkok to come here again. It is a long drive, but I can say with certainty that the travel time is worth it. I am extremely impressed 🙏🏻❤️🥰

I had a health check in Building B on the 11 floor, and Dr. Kanokwan reviewed my results with me. Dr. Kanokwan explained them clearly and in detail and gave me excellent advice. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious, the views are lovely, and the staff and nurses are friendly. The health check package was reasonably priced. I will definitely return to try other services.

This was my first health checkup here. My daughter purchased the package for me. The entire service process was very well organized.
- The front desk staff were smiling, warm, and friendly.
- The nurse who took my medical history was polite and gentle and spoke kindly.
- The staff member who drew my blood had a gentle technique, and the procedure was painless.
- The examination process was convenient. Everything was completed in one place and was not complicated.
- Ms. Rungrat explained the health checkup app that I could access on my phone. It was very easy to use and helpful.
- Dr. Adisorn reviewed my test results with me. He explained them calmly, thoroughly, and clearly and offered excellent advice.
- The environment was clean and tidy, and the health checkup package included a complimentary meal. I was very impressed.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Ping Dulyanat at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. The service was excellent. The room first impressed me—it was as luxurious as a five-star hotel. I come here for regular checkups with Dr. Suthin in cardiology, who advises me and schedules visits every four months to monitor my blood vessels and sensitive nervous system. I have known him for seven or eight years and have learned a great deal from him. He is both a doctor and a trusted health adviser. My health and quality of life have improved. Regular medical visits help us learn how to prevent illness, and I can share that knowledge with those around me. Although treatment costs money, it is worthwhile if you can afford it. I recommend the clinic for cardiovascular care.

Although I had visited Phyathai Sriracha Hospital several times before for outpatient care with satisfactory results, today's experience in the ENT department was terrible. Last week, I booked a one-hour treatment, and the hospital confirmed it yesterday. I took half a day off work, arrived 20 minutes early, and registered. An hour later—40 minutes after my appointment time—I asked at the nurses' station. They could not explain why I had not been treated or estimate when I would be seen. I had to cancel the appointment and leave.

Everything else is good, but waiting 2-3 hours to pay is a problem that needs improvement. I am unsure of the exact cause, but if it is an insurance issue, you could recommend a faster insurer.
I have brought my child here 3-4 times, and every visit has involved hours of waiting. Last time, we waited 2-3 hours and were exhausted.

I went to this hospital after noticing symptoms of high blood pressure. Several interpreters were available and provided excellent service. The consultation was efficient, with a short wait. The doctor also explained everything in detail. I was treated without insurance, and a one-month prescription for blood pressure medication, 20 mg nifedipine, cost only 1200 baht! The worst doctor I have encountered in my life.
Worse than a government hospital.
The examination and advice were rushed and worse than at a government hospital. You barely need to sit in the chair.
He does not listen, ask questions, or give advice, and I had to repeat myself before he answered. I sounded like a crow. He did not respond. His answers were unhelpful. He only said PCOS is a symptom, but how can it be treated? He would not explain, answer, or recommend anything. When asked about other symptoms, he said nothing was abnormal.
When asked about symptoms and medications, he told me to ask the doctor I had been seeing, who prescribed the medication, and said every medication was the same. This is also risky.
Seeing this doctor will bring no benefit to your life.
His statements do not reflect knowledge or ethics.
This was the worst experience of my life. I wasted nearly 3,000 baht on an examination of lower quality than a free government hospital.
Why does the hospital employ a doctor like this?
He lowers the hospital's image.
The nurse assigned patients to this doctor because his queue was short.
I unfortunately assumed this hospital's specialists would be as good as specialists elsewhere, but that was not true.
The nursing staff do their jobs well. You are all admirable.
The health department's doctors are very good, but this specialist was terrible.
I liked the restaurant. The service staff were pleasant and the setting comfortable,
but the food tasted worse than dirt.
Anyone visiting this hospital may need to research the doctors carefully.
There are many hospitals to choose from in the Si Racha area.

The registration staff outside the emergency department did not ask about the patient's eligibility for treatment. In our case, our baby was not moving, and we wanted a doctor to examine the fetus because we were ill and the baby had moved less the previous day. By that morning, there had been no movement. The staff member did not ask whether we were willing to pay ourselves. Instead, they assigned us to the Social Security internal medicine department. We were already worried and should have been sent to a gynecologist. As staff, they should have known the correct process. We followed their instructions, got in the vehicle, and waited to be taken to the Social Security internal medicine department. When we arrived, we sat for another hour before our history was taken. When it was our turn, the staff member asked what was wrong with the patient. We replied that the baby was not moving. The staff member then told us Social Security did not cover this situation and asked whether we could pay ourselves. We said we intended to pay ourselves. The staff then said the patient should contact gynecology next. We opened a self-pay treatment authorization. I ultimately had to move to another building and wait to be transferred again. After waiting in obstetrics, another staff member came and asked what was wrong. Social Security coverage could not be used, so we again said we would pay ourselves. We arrived at the hospital around 9 a.m. and waited until approximately 11 a.m. to be examined. Correct registration at the beginning could have led to faster admission, treatment, and examination.

The internal medicine doctor spoke very poorly to us, but all the nurses provided excellent service. This was the only time I experienced this.

Please read this carefully to the end.
I requested an ultrasound for right lower abdominal pain lasting 3 days.
I was self-paying, without benefits or a social security card.
>The front desk staff were excellent. They asked about my basic symptoms and spoke politely.
>At general surgery, staff measured my blood pressure and took my medical history. They handled this well.
>The next step was waiting to see the doctor. After 30 minutes, there were fewer patients and I thought my turn was close. I had already reached the front of the examination room. After 50 minutes, nearly 1 hour, I went to ask.
The staff checked the queue and said I was next. In other words, I had already waited 1 hour. Less than 5 minutes later, an officer called me to see the doctor. It was the doctor who had just come out looking for an assistant.
Reporting my symptoms, reviewing my history, and undergoing the examination took no more than 10 minutes. I was sent for an ultrasound. Before I went, the staff explained the examination price and the need to avoid food and drink.
>At radiology, they greeted me, spoke politely, and asked for my VN number.
My turn came in less than 20 minutes. I lay on the bed waiting for the doctor. The staff spoke very well and provided good service.
>Examination process: We waited for the doctor to examine me, and because we were concerned about appendicitis and my ovaries, we asked questions. The doctor pointed to the projected images and also measured the size.
>I returned to the same room, asked staff about the queue, and provided my VN because I was worried about missing my turn. The officer explained that I would need to wait for the results to be issued, which was understandable, so I waited.
Then an officer came and asked me to wait outside the doctor's room. I was told that another doctor would report the results. We did not mind, so we agreed.
>At surgery, I saw the doctor, who explained the results and the likely diagnosis. The plan was to monitor symptoms and prescribe medication, but I already had medication, so I did not take any. I raised my concerns and asked the doctor questions. The doctor answered clearly, listened to the staff, and spoke very well.
>Billing: I walked over, provided my VN number, waited briefly, closed the visit, and paid.
Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with the service, but the wait was long and no one checked or explained what patients were waiting for. Although I waited patiently with abdominal pain outside the examination room, I felt bad because I did not know what I was waiting for. If a nearby staff member had explained that it would take another hour, the patient could have gone to get something to eat first. Why wait without knowing?
That is really all I wanted: to know what we were waiting for and receive an explanation we could understand, because we also work in this field. I do not know whether I missed something because nothing was clarified. If this could be improved, the experience would be excellent, because it was otherwise very good.

If the hospital is not ready to provide Social Security services in an industrial area with many users, please address it. I canceled. Seeing a doctor takes at least 4–5 hours. There are not enough doctors or nurses for Social Security patients. The system should be managed much better.
Compared with other public hospitals offering Social Security, Ekchon Hospital and Phyathai Sriracha Hospital are the worst hospitals I have encountered in this area.
Anyone considering transferring Social Security here should think carefully.

The third-floor nursing team provides professional service, makes eye contact, promptly approaches to ask questions, and offers clear guidance with a smile. I also want to praise the housekeeping staff, who serve coffee and food with smiles throughout mealtime. Most importantly, this was my second year receiving my health assessment from Dr. Adisorn Kaewsongsri. He explained everything in great detail, speaking gently and politely in simple language that helped us understand, with clear guidance on how to adjust our lifestyle. I had the opportunity to use the services at Phyathai Sriracha Hospital. I would like to praise the staff for their attention to patients. After a long wait, I saw the doctor and received a quick and accurate diagnosis. Dr. Manok performed my laparoscopic appendectomy. The incision was small, and although there was some postoperative pain, the nurses cared for me well and provided pain medication until my symptoms gradually improved. Thank you to the hospital, medical team, nursing team, and everyone else for taking such good care of me.
