I was a known egg donor through SGF, so my experience with everyone was viewed through a very professional lens, but every person I encountered was wonderful. The women at the front desk were warm and friendly every day I came in. Every blood test and ultrasound made me feel reassured that everything was going well. I especially have to thank Lisa in the operating room. She prepared me and helped me recover from the egg retrieval, and she is such a caring person. She made me feel comfortable, listened carefully, and supported me when I needed it. She is an absolute queen!

Our first experience taking my daughter to SGF Chesterbrook was wonderful! From the receptionist's warm smile and greeting to the very easy blood draw and ultrasound, everyone was extremely kind. There was almost no wait...and every specialist we met reassured my anxious daughter. We look forward to continuing with this clinic throughout her fertility journey. Thank you!

The doctors and nurses at SGF Chesterbrook are amazing! We had a wonderful experience. Through both joy and disappointment, we always felt their care. Dr. Sasson is the best.
25/07/2025
After multiple unsuccessful attempts and disappointment with other clinics, my husband and I finally chose Shady Grove. My only regret is that we did not choose Shady Grove sooner. Every visit, appointment, phone call, and interaction made me feel incredibly comfortable and reassured. I no longer felt like just a patient or a number to them. They did not overwhelm me with generic information or statistics, but provided genuine, thoughtful care. From the front desk to Dr. Sasson, everyone made me feel important and fully supported in my treatment journey. Every step was explained thoroughly, and we proceeded at my pace. Messages sent through the portal received immediate, friendly replies. I felt that they genuinely had my best interests at heart instead of simply pushing their own plan, unlike my previous fertility clinic. I will always be grateful that they brought this little miracle to our family. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs guidance on their fertility journey. Every employee at the Chesterbrook clinic will make you feel important and confirm that you came to the right place. Infertility is difficult, but Shady Grove made it easier.

We had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove. Everyone on the care team took our treatment plan very seriously, responded promptly to portal messages, and stayed in contact throughout the process. When we began infertility treatment, we were stressed and overwhelmed, but everyone was exceptional, from Dr. Schumacher, the nurse practitioners, nurses, phlebotomists, and finance department to the front-desk receptionists! Fortunately, our treatment was successful, and we are expecting twins this winter!

I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove Chesterbrook! From the receptionists, who made me feel like more than a number, to the excellent technicians who performed my blood draws and ultrasounds, and Dr. Schumacher, I sincerely thank everyone who made our impossible dream possible. The women in the operating room were also amazing! Graduating from SGF is bittersweet because I know we are moving into the next phase, but I will miss the wonderful women who held my hand throughout the journey.

Seven years later, I suddenly started receiving emails saying that I owed money. In 2018, I was happy to be done with Shady Grove, but now I need to share my opinion. I deeply regret going to Shady Grove in Chesterbrook. Please remember that this is a business and you are a customer. My ex-wife desperately wanted a child and was willing to do anything, and Shady Grove was her choice. The decision-makers at this clinic should be ashamed.

One of the best fertility clinics. They communicate with each patient individually and conduct a very thorough examination to find out what the cause is. You will get the desired result on the first try.

I had an interview scheduled with Bianca McConney from the talent team. We agreed on a date and time for an interview for the financial advisor position, but I never received a call or email. I first emailed 5 minutes after the scheduled time to confirm, then called for another 10 minutes with no answer. It has now been 30 minutes with no follow-up. This interview interaction was very unprofessional: the recruiter was late and never contacted me afterward. I will not consider this company again. Update: I received a voicemail saying I was not on the interview schedule, even though I had added the appointment confirmation. I suggest not allowing candidates to schedule themselves from time slots if the calendars are not synchronized.

I highly recommend this clinic. The care, kindness, and attentiveness are unmatched. Dr. Sasson is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He listened carefully to every concern and symptom and did not stop until he found the root cause. He is truly special and can make you feel comfortable within minutes. All the nurses are top-notch and very attentive. I will always be grateful for SGF's care!

My experience at Shady Grove was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained. We never felt pressured or rushed. Contacting the doctor and scheduling appointments were easy. My team was wonderful. I am due to have my baby in month 12. I had tried for years, and other doctors told me it might not be possible. But after a 30-minute consultation and 4 months of treatment and testing, we finally conceived. I highly recommend this place.

The SGF clinic in Chesterbrook exceeded all my expectations. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Morgan, Sarah, and London for their patience and encouragement throughout treatment. Dr. Sasson provided outstanding care—he was kind and calm, explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering egg freezing or any IVF treatment.

The embryo transfer that lasted all day. I came in on 1/12/26 for my embryo transfer at the Chesterbrook location at 11:00AM. Dr. Shoemaker, Lisa, Erin, Danielle, and one other woman that I can not remember her name were relentless in successfully completing my transfer at 3:00PM. These woman were not going to give up on me. I was absolutely overwhelmed by love and support. I could not possibly thank you each enough! I will absolutely never forget your passion and determination. Thank you so much ❤️

Dealing with cryopreservation has been extremely discouraging and frustrating, and the billing issue is still unresolved. Very disappointing.

First, I want to acknowledge that I came here with very, very high expectations. I also want to emphasize that at a place like this, you naturally expect compassion, care, and understanding... but they always smile while focusing only on money. They listen to you and all your concerns, then collect payment for various treatments only after repeated follow-up. They are extremely cold and uncaring toward women with severe PCOS or even women who have just had their first period. They pretended to listen to me, then prescribed exactly the same medication I had taken before, even though I had already told them it did not work for me and I did not want to take it again. Then they ignored me for weeks!! Completely unprofessional!! They even had the nerve to say they would call back... After more than a week without contact, they called to say they were dismissing me from the clinic, despite having already collected more than $600 from me for treatment! I can now say very honestly that yes, I was angry, frustrated, hurt, and felt deceived. I could not believe that a place I thought would bring me the greatest good could treat a client this way. Dr. Marchetto, her boss Amy, assistant Amanda, and another person whose name I cannot recall do not care about you; they care only about how much money they can make. Please research this organization as carefully as possible! Thank you for reading! I hope this helps! Good luck! ❤️

We tried several times to begin treatment at this clinic. Each time, the front desk staff were extremely unpleasant, unwelcoming, arrogant, and rude. The treatment process is already complex and emotional, and it is unfortunate that they made us feel inferior simply for wanting to understand their procedures.
08/03/2026
My wife and I both had an excellent experience! Everyone was very professional and made us feel completely at ease. My wife's procedure was completed very quickly; everything moved so fast that I could hardly believe it. We are very glad we chose Shady Grove!

I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and possibly silent endometriosis. I really like this clinic. It is clean, and everyone is very kind. I had three failed intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), followed by one embryo transfer (ER) and two frozen embryo transfers (FETs). Although I am only 6 weeks pregnant after the second FET, I am very grateful to the entire clinic staff for the care they have always given me. Over the past two and a half years of treatment, I have truly felt that Dr. Sasson and the nurses care deeply about my health. They never pressured me into treatment and always checked on me when I took breaks. They helped adjust my medications and answered all my questions. I especially find Dr. Sasson very knowledgeable. Many doctors might simply have tried once more, but he suspected silent endometriosis and adjusted my treatment plan. I am grateful to him because I believe that is why the second FET succeeded. I had Progyny coverage, which covered many of the costs and made treatment easier. My husband and I are very satisfied with the clinic's services.
03/03/2026
We had an excellent experience at SGF! Dr. Marchetto was knowledgeable, approachable, and compassionate, as were all the nurses and staff.
05/04/2026
Working with Dr. Sasson was wonderful. He is very kind, approachable, and reassuring, especially during such an anxiety-filled stage of life. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with him. Everyone at Shady Grove was excellent. They were all very kind and knowledgeable about every stage of treatment. I would recommend SGF to anyone.
04/04/2026
Shady Grove is amazing! I had visited several clinics before but did not like the atmosphere or how treatment was progressing. Dr. Sasson is the most intelligent and compassionate doctor I have met, and he truly listens to his patients. I felt very safe in his care, and I believe that was one reason our first IVF cycle succeeded! We now have a beautiful baby boy, and I will always be grateful to Shady Grove and Dr. Sasson! We also frequently saw Dr. Kallen in Philadelphia for ultrasounds—he and the Philadelphia team were excellent.
03/04/2026
How can I give only five stars? Dr. Sasson and my nurse Brittany gave me my baby boy!! My case was complicated, and he approached it like a detective! I am so grateful to all the providers and to my nurse—and of course Dr. Sasson! Honestly, I could not have done it without Brittany. Love you all!!

After several difficult IVF cycles, we transferred to Dr. Isaac Sasson at SGF Chesterbrook. Our previous doctor had a good reputation, but we felt like a number and received a standard, one-size-fits-all protocol. Another patient recommended Dr. Sasson, and from our second consultation onward, everything changed. Dr. Sasson was compassionate, generous with his time, and thoughtful about our unique case. Although we live several hours from Chesterbrook, we immediately decided to transfer. Words cannot describe the confidence—and the feeling of being valued and heard—that we experienced under his care. The journey was difficult, but we ultimately became pregnant and now have a beautiful daughter. We cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Sasson and his team for their help and care throughout our path to parenthood!
03/04/2026
Dr Sasson and his team have helped make my family complete! We were referred to Dr. Sasson in 2021 and since then has helped us grow our family which now consists of a 3 year old son and identical twin girls. We are so thankful and cannot recommend him enough!

Interestingly, my doctor did not initially prescribe metformin for my PCOS. After I moved to RMA New Jersey, the doctor prescribed metformin immediately, and I conceived naturally. Regardless of my A1c level, metformin should have been the first-line treatment. Their handling of my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance was also terrible—the worst experience of my life. They had me begin a new medicated IUI cycle, only for my insurer to tell me halfway through that the cycle had not been approved. I had to pay out of pocket for charges both sides had originally approved. I would not recommend Shady Grove even if it were the last fertility clinic on earth. Go to RMA New Jersey; they genuinely wanted me to become pregnant, unlike Shady Grove.
25/04/2026
I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Fertility. Dr. Sasson and his team were very caring. I had previously received treatment at another clinic, then transferred to Shady Grove and ultimately became pregnant. My husband and I welcomed a beautiful daughter last May. I am very grateful to Dr. Sasson and his team for helping us become parents.
23/04/2026
After a heartbreaking setback, we found Dr. Sasson and Shady Grove Fertility. Our frozen eggs were unfortunately lost during thawing at Main Line Fertility, a clinic I strongly recommend avoiding. We were under Dr. Maureen Kelly's care at the time, but the difference in care and service between her clinic and Shady Grove Fertility was night and day. From the moment Dr. Sasson appeared, he was genuine, compassionate, and calm—exactly what we needed after such a devastating loss. He helped us regroup, recover, and believe again that parenthood was still possible. Our fertility journey was not easy, and I truly cannot imagine going through it without this team. Everyone at Shady Grove Fertility Chesterbrook was kind, supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our success. At one point, we truly did not know whether we would ever become parents—and now, thanks to this exceptional clinic, we are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. I wish we had found Dr. Sasson and his team sooner, but I am incredibly grateful that we eventually did. They are the best in the area, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for our family.

I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Schumacher at Shady Grove for five years. During that time, I built my family through IVF and now have three wonderful children. When I first came to Shady Grove, I was exhausted from infertility treatment at another facility, where I felt like just a number. My hopes had been dashed repeatedly, but my first consultation with Dr. Schumacher was deeply reassuring. She spent nearly an hour speaking with me and created a treatment plan that put me at ease. Choosing Shady Grove was the best decision I ever made, and I will always be grateful that they helped me build my family.
09/04/2026
Words cannot express how grateful I am to Shady Grove Fertility, Dr. Schumacher, and Nurse Chelsea. At my previous clinic, I felt like a number being passed around, with no doctor who truly understood my case. At Shady Grove, you matter, and the nurses are amazing. They respond promptly and gave me tremendous support during difficult times. After 7 failed IUIs at our previous clinic, we knew it was time to switch. After 2 egg retrievals and 4 transfers, we now have an adorable two-month-old baby boy, thanks to Dr. Schumacher for not giving up on us. She took the time to find the best treatment plan. The entire Shady Grove staff supported us when we felt discouraged. Thanks to SGF, our lives have changed completely. Even when the road feels long and difficult, never give up hope! Special thanks to the front desk staff, who remembered me and gave me so much support!!
18/05/2026
Dr. Schumacher is amazing! She is very understanding and explains the treatment process clearly. The staff are wonderful, and the clinic’s facilities and location are convenient.

This is not my usual SGF location, and I encountered many problems during this visit. I went on a Sunday, which was Mother’s Day. I checked in quickly and was slightly late, but they knew at least 30 minutes in advance because the drive took an hour. First, she checked in the wrong person. As usual, I gave only my first name. She did not ask for my date of birth, last name, or any other information. Her tone seemed impatient, and she immediately told me the check-in was wrong, even though I had explained my process in detail and had never had problems checking in online before previous visits. I even tried to show her my completed thank-you card, but she was not interested and only said the check-in was wrong. A minute later, she called me back to the desk and said I had an unpaid $50 bill from 2025. I was shocked but willing to pay. Just before I handed over my card, I was called to the back. Please note that the person she checked in had a name very similar to mine, but with different spelling and initials—and my name is very difficult to pronounce, with 95% of people saying it incorrectly, so if it sounds like my name, I assume it is me. The blood draw was by far the most painful of my life! I have had blood drawn before, but this hurt ten times more than usual. Before inserting the needle, she asked for my full name and date of birth, and I gave both. She drew my blood—ouch! Then she asked me to confirm the name on the label, and it belonged to a completely different person. I could not believe I had reached this point after checking in and giving my full name and date of birth before they discovered the error. Although everything was eventually resolved, the process was terrible, especially since I was nearly charged someone else’s bill! I must say my ultrasound technician was very kind and explained everything; that was the only satisfactory part of the visit. The front desk did apologize, but personal information truly needs to be verified, and the phlebotomist should have listened when I gave my full name and date of birth. If this were not medical, it might not be a major issue because everyone makes mistakes, but this should not happen! The clinic was clean, so I have no complaints there, but most of my interactions with staff were unpleasant. It made me appreciate my experiences at the Bethlehem location even more.
08/05/2026
Dr. Sasson is the kindest and smartest person I have met. Thanks to him, SGF, and the entire staff, I am now the mother of a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Sasson and SGF have made me the happiest person in the world. The clinic is clean, well equipped, and staffed by well-trained employees. I recommend SGF to everyone who needs their services. I would give them 10 out of 10.
04/05/2026
If I could give Shady Grove a negative rating, I would. I first went there in 2024 for infertility testing. My first ultrasound found a large 10 cm endometrioma, which indicates at least stage III endometriosis. They did not tell me how severe it was or even explain that I had endometriosis—I had to ask. Because I wanted to try alternatives before IVF, they recommended intrauterine insemination (IUI). My doctor specifically told me, “I have no reason to believe IUI will fail.” However, IUI has only a 3% success rate for patients with stage III endometriosis, which they did not disclose. They also did not tell me that the IUI medications were likely to worsen my endometriosis. After the IUI failed, my pain went from barely manageable to making it almost impossible to work. When I raised the fact that I had not been informed about the medication risks before IUI, the staff essentially gaslighted me. I still receive bills for procedures from 2024, and today Shady Grove withdrew $500 from my bank account without my consent. Worse, it is the weekend, and neither their office nor my insurer is open, so I cannot reach anyone. Shady Grove does not care whether you are healthy or whether your fertility is restored. They are willing to damage your body and finances to get you pregnant, potentially without a good outcome. I underwent surgery with Dr. Milburn, a NaPro-certified surgeon, who said I was the worst case he had seen in over a year. It took him 8 hours to repair my body. Meanwhile, Shady Grove was willing to put me through a high-risk pregnancy in that condition without even telling me it would be high risk. There was almost no shared decision-making, little explanation of procedure success rates, and no discussion of medication side effects. Please spend your hard-earned money on a restorative reproductive medicine physician who can help restore your health so you can not only deliver a healthy baby but also care for your child afterward. Women deserve better healthcare. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I truly look forward to my appointments and seeing my care team! From the front desk and clinical team to the doctors, we love them all. What a wonderful group of people!
19/06/2025
My experience at Shady Grove Fertility was very disappointing. At first, they created a lot of unrealistic hope about my fertility treatment, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Rather than focusing on my health, they seemed to treat every visit as an opportunity to sell additional services. I left feeling more like a prospective customer than a patient who genuinely needed help. I expected more transparency and attentive care, but unfortunately that was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. After they finally told me the cost, I was not willing to undergo certain treatments. They then tried to persuade me to try another method that they themselves said had only a 2-4% success rate. It sounded like nothing more than a money grab.

My growing family will always be grateful to the SGF team and doctors. The staff are kind and compassionate and are always willing to ease concerns/answer questions throughout the journey. SGF always made us feel like family, and it was wonderful knowing a team supported us at every step. I cannot praise this staff enough and highly recommend them to anyone considering this journey!

SGF is a wonderful, caring clinic. They are always professional and kind. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule and have even seen me at the last minute. Thank you to the entire staff!
07/10/2025
I am very grateful to the Shady Grove team. Their dedication, care, and patience made my treatment easier. The entire team was highly professional. And to my dear Dr. Nicole M. Marchetto, thank you for making my dream of motherhood come true!

21/11/2025
My wife and I unfortunately had a very poor experience at this clinic, especially with the front desk staff. They were cold, uncaring, and at times quite rude—extremely upsetting when dealing with something as sensitive and emotional as infertility. No one chooses this path, and compassion should be fundamental. Their attitude made us feel dismissed rather than supported, especially Joy. They seemed not to understand what patients in this situation endure. Because of the poor front desk service, we decided not to return to Shady Grove and continued our fertility journey elsewhere, where we fortunately succeeded. If you work in health care, especially in a sensitive field like infertility, kindness, empathy, and proper training are essential. At one of the most vulnerable times in their lives, patients deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!
27/01/2026
We cannot say enough good things about the Lancaster and Chesterbrook Shady Grove locations. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The infertility journey is difficult, and having medical professionals who genuinely care for their patients makes it much easier. Thank you for helping us fulfill our dream of building a family!
15/01/2026
I cannot say enough good things about this facility. IVF treatment is an emotional and stressful process, and the team at Shady Grove gave me tremendous support and care at every stage. My nurse, Brittany, was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Nurse practitioner Elyse was also very kind during every scan. They truly made a journey I never expected to experience easy to understand and navigate.
14/02/2026
Yesterday, after five years of treatment at Shady Grove, we finally brought our little one home from the hospital. Thank you to Dr. Connell, my nurse Amanda, Elyse, and everyone else on the Shady Grove team for all you did during our journey. We are incredibly grateful!
12/03/2026
I am very happy with my treatment and grateful to the physicians, nurses, and everyone who helped our family grow! I am now playing on the floor with my five-month-old baby, who would not be here without Shady Grove. Our entire family is deeply grateful! Most of my visits were at the Lancaster office, where everyone was very kind and thoughtful. I cried when I “graduated” because I had never felt so cared for and heard as I did there!
04/03/2026
The doctor and all the staff are very kind. I have enjoyed working with them, and I believe I can achieve all my goals.
22/04/2026
Our experience with SGF Lancaster and the Chesterbrook team was exceptional. Before meeting Elyse and Dr. O, we felt very discouraged, but everyone treated us like family and supported us through every challenge. Brittany was patient and extremely helpful. The financial team was thorough and thoughtful. Joy greeted me by name every time I entered. The phlebotomist even remembered which color bandage I disliked. The details showed how much they cared. Bringing our baby back to meet everyone was deeply moving. Below is what we wrote about our journey from treatment through graduation at 10 weeks. Thank you, SGF! You cannot swim! But I need to find my partner. We have you. Millions of warriors are ready to begin the journey. Go! But I have to wait here for my partner. We have you. 6 eggs are ready to begin the journey. Fertilize now! But we do not know what to do here. We have you covered. Millions of sperm and 5 eggs are ready. Give me your cells now! But we are smaller than a poppy seed. Wait, who is that? That is your partner. You have become one. We have you covered. 4 embryos are ready. Dress warmly; it will be cold! But I just became comfortable. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Wake up! But I slept for 9 weeks. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Now swim! But I am heavier than before. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Get tissues ready for the audience! Hey, what happened? Science. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. See that blanket? Get inside! But it did not look like this before. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Hold on! But I do not have fingers yet. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Return in two weeks for testing. But I do not know what to do. We have you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Less than eight months to go! But that is so long, and I am afraid. Mom has you covered. 1 embryo is ready. Congratulations, you are 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant! … We will schedule an ultrasound in about a week so you can hear the heartbeat. … Hello? … Are you sure? Do you need to verify our information? … Science. We did it. Click. Do you think they meant to call another couple? There were many people there that day. 6 weeks Thump thump thump thump thump thump! Did you hear that? They want to tell you. What is it? Baby, we did it. Honey, go to the store. I need a pregnancy test. Of course, I have you. One embryo is ready. Be patient; just 2 minutes! Pink line. Still moving. Pink line. We are pregnant! We should schedule an ultrasound to confirm. 7 weeks Thump thump thump thump thump thump! Did you hear that? I am here! But where is the rest of your body? What was my blood test result again? What was the exact number? We did it. One embryo is ready. 8 weeks Thump thump thump thump thump thump! I told you. My goodness, what is that? I hoped you could tell me; I cannot see anything. Cool, right? We have you. 1 embryo is ready. 10 weeks Thump thump thump thump thump thump! Look at that! I am kicking. Graduation day!! A onesie for baby, fruit snacks for mom, and books for dad. 1 fetus is ready. 12 weeks No peeking today, but look at this. Thump thump thump thump thump thump! Would you prefer an epidural or natural childbirth? Do you plan to breastfeed or use formula? Um… You do not need to answer now, but because you are pregnant, we want to know your plans so we can support you better. Yes, I just… I am pregnant? Yes. We will see you every 4 weeks, then every 2 weeks, and finally every week. Can I come every day? No. Look at this. Honey, they say I am pregnant, but I still have to wait. Do not worry. One baby is ready to begin the journey. #FightInfertility Do not worry. See you in October.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. O and her team at Shady Grove. Thanks to her unwavering support and dedication, we were finally able to build our family. We highly recommend her and her team to anyone facing the same struggle!

I love this dog!

I have only praise for Dr. Ocharski and the rest of the Shady Grove team. They supported us with tremendous patience and expertise through the hardest part of IVF treatment. Dr. Ocharski is a patient-centered physician who truly cared about me as a person.

I had a very good experience at Shady Grove. Staff were friendly and efficient. Physicians took time in addressing concerns.

My husband and I participated in the embryo donation program at Shady Grove Mechanicsburg. We are deeply grateful that our first transfer succeeded, and I am now 12 weeks pregnant. From our first day in November through our “graduation day” in April, the Mechanicsburg staff impressed us. We met Dr. Nguyen only once, but she was very kind, supportive, and caring. She made sure to see us and wish us well on our “graduation day.” Most of our interactions were with front desk staff and nurses. The front desk staff always knew my name when I walked in, even on my first visit. They were consistently kind and welcoming. The several nurses who worked with me throughout the journey were wonderful. They were organized and punctual. When they said I would hear from them on a certain day and time, I did. The financial team and all other staff involved in our care were pleasant to work with and quickly answered our questions. Kristi, the nurse who performed three of our ultrasounds, was genuinely excited for us and explained everything that was happening and what we were seeing. She truly cared about us and our pregnancy. We are deeply grateful that our journey was as quick and smooth as we had hoped. Thank you!

Unless you meet a certain BMI requirement, they will do nothing for you except recommend weight management. And unless you have enough money to pay out of pocket, do not bother seeking GLP1 treatment through them. If you want to use insurance, they will simply send you back to your PCP for the medication. Their hours are also exactly the same as my work hours, 8 to 4, and they close for lunch at noon, so trying to reach them during my lunch break is wonderful. Let me save you the trouble after they let me down.
18/04/2025
They are full of nothing but lies. My wife and I had a free consultation with Nguyen MD in October 2024. Even though it was free, I still received a bill from them. I explained this to their billing department, but they continued sending bills and charged my insurance! I will take them to court for a fraudulent insurance claim over what was supposed to be free information about the procedure, costs, and so on...
11/03/2025
We had a decent experience at Shady Grove. We really liked their former PA Mindy and new PA Kaitlyn. We worked with them for years to obtain my full diagnosis and the best treatment plan. At every visit, the sonographers and nurses warmly provided updates and explained everything in detail. The billing department was regularly difficult to deal with. Some items were billed incorrectly repeatedly, we were told we had not met our deductible, and we were charged for services we knew our insurance covered. Going back and forth with them was the most frustrating part. Overall, however, we had a good experience obtaining the correct diagnosis, receiving comprehensive treatment explanations, and completing several rounds of IUI. When we ultimately conceived naturally, we had been planning to proceed with IVF. The facility allowed us to remain under their care for the first 9 weeks of pregnancy to monitor progress, for which we are deeply grateful. Leaving their care for routine obstetric care was very difficult. We would use Shady Grove again if needed.

This clinic is absolutely profit-driven! If you do not begin treatment immediately, they reject you. I went for a consultation and was told that I was 30 pounds overweight and ineligible for fertility treatment. I then asked whether I could at least complete some testing while continuing to lose weight, and they told me that even after reaching a certain BMI, I would still need an HSG and laboratory tests. I spent months devastated by the rejection before deciding to go to Penn State Health, and they have been amazing! My consultation was on Monday, I had an HSG three days later, laboratory testing a week later, and additional blood work several weeks later to confirm ovulation. Now I am simply waiting for my follow-up and the next step in treatment.

Dr. N and the SGF Mechanicsburg clinic provided attentive, excellent care. Our baby was born on October 1, 2022, following intrauterine insemination (IUI). 🙂
18/09/2025
I can't say enough good things about Shady Grove and the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and positive. Shannon ended up helping me almost every visit and she was so welcoming and happy, it made each appointment feel positive. Highly recommend!
13/09/2025
Patient coordination was completely unhelpful and unfriendly.
06/11/2025
We began going to Shady Grove this summer after several months of trying unsuccessfully for a second child. Dr. Nguyen was compassionate and professional. Everyone, from the front desk and nurses to the ultrasound technicians, was excellent. The clinic assigns a nurse coordinator, and ours always responded quickly. There were occasional minor billing issues, but that happens anywhere insurance is involved. The clinic always found suitable appointment times, and I never waited long. We are now expecting our second child. Honestly, I was sad to leave Shady Grove because their team provided first-rate care and service.
23/10/2025
I went to Shady Grove because I had been diagnosed with PCOS and could not conceive naturally. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on treatment that ultimately had no chance of working because I had severe endometriosis. During my care at SGF, I repeatedly raised concerns about my symptoms and possible endometriosis, but Dr. Lauren Roth dismissed them, saying, “It’s just your PCOS.” All my time, money, and heartbreak were wasted because they refused to investigate an underlying problem. “You’re young; you just need to keep trying,” she said. I would not recommend SGF to anyone.

If you need help, hire me. Prenuptial agreement ready.
15/11/2025
100% recommended! After trying naturally for more than a year without success, we sought help. My husband and I both had comprehensive testing and then discussed our situation and options with Dr. Nguyen. We decided on IUI. Fertility treatment can be complicated, with precise timing and frequent visits, and emotionally difficult, but the staff was consistently patient, kind, caring, helpful, encouraging, and professional. We conceived during our third treatment cycle and now have a healthy baby boy! We are so grateful to SGF for helping us build our family and overcome infertility.
20/12/2025
After several months of trying, we are finally expecting our rainbow baby! My nurse Jess was wonderful throughout the entire process. I am now 8½ weeks pregnant! We feel very fortunate that Shady Grove has been part of growing our family. All the staff were excellent and made us feel reassured. It is bittersweet to graduate from the clinic, but we are extremely grateful! Thank you all for helping us welcome our rainbow baby ❤️

I am very grateful to the entire Shady Grove team and Dr. Nyugen. After two intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, we became pregnant and are now more than halfway through the pregnancy. Every staff member treated me with respect, was attentive, answered my questions patiently, and provided a great deal of support. Throughout the process, I felt heard and included in every decision. This was especially important when I asked to move the IUI to another day because I felt I understood my cycle, and that was the cycle that resulted in pregnancy. At first, I was nervous and unsure how to seek help, but I am very glad I took that step. I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove and encourage anyone struggling with infertility to seek their help!

SGF gave us two miracles, and we are deeply grateful for their support and care throughout the process. The doctors, nurses, and entire care team were wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Nguyen was especially supportive after our miscarriage and helped us rebuild our family. Everyone remembers your name and is very kind. The facilities are also clean and modern. Highly recommended!
08/04/2026
SGF Mechanicsburg exceeded every expectation. Given my medical history, I expected barriers and bad news but instead received what felt like miraculous help. The entire team was organized, caring, and highly professional. Treatment also moved much faster than expected. The 1.5-hour drive each way was completely worthwhile for first-rate care. I am deeply grateful!
08/04/2026
We had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Fertility, and words cannot express our gratitude for the care we received. From the beginning, the entire team showed tremendous compassion, expertise, and support, helping us through an emotional and stressful time. I especially thank my nurse coordinator, Carrie, who was essential to us. No matter how many questions I asked, she was always kind, patient, and prompt. She explained everything clearly, reassured me during tense moments, and made me feel that I was not alone. Her encouragement and care meant more than I can say. Thanks to this clinic and Carrie’s support, we now have our beautiful baby and will always be grateful. I strongly recommend Shady Grove Fertility to anyone undergoing fertility treatment; you will receive excellent care here.
08/04/2026
I loved working with SGF! Facing reality, undergoing tests, enduring the ups and downs, and attending countless appointments were difficult. Yet at every step at Shady Grove, we met caring and positive staff. Feeling safe and comfortable during our most vulnerable moments was wonderful. Our journey had many setbacks, but thanks to SGF, we ultimately succeeded and are overjoyed. Never give up hope!
08/04/2026
Dr. Nguyen and all the staff/nurses gave us tremendous support and help during our family-building journey. It has been a year since my IVF transfer, and my baby is now 4 months old and thriving. I sincerely recommend SGF to anyone hoping to build a family. SGF is a great place to start. Thank you again to the doctors and staff/nurses for everything you did to make our dream of a family come true. My wife and I are deeply grateful.
22/04/2026
At one point, I wondered whether I would ever have the chance to realize the dream I am living today. With the help of an outstanding minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) physician, Dr. Nguyen, her excellent team, and the care team in Towson, Maryland, we finally welcomed our long-awaited, beautiful baby. Because of endometriosis, IVF was our last hope of becoming parents. I am not sure anything can prepare someone for the emotional impact of infertility, but I can assure you that at SGF Mechanicsburg, you will receive not only excellent clinical care but also genuine compassion and empathy. I especially want to thank several staff members who made my experience exceptional: my nurses Morgan S and Amanda R, as well as Shannon V and Caitlin R. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs fertility treatment, and I will definitely return for a future embryo transfer!
07/07/2026
Shannon made me smile with her kind and helpful nature.
16/05/2025
Beware! The staff quoted the wrong price, leaving you responsible for thousands of dollars. They said testing would cost less than $300. I received three bills from three different places totaling more than $1,500. The staff could not even tell me which companies would bill me. I honestly do not understand how this is legal. This was with insurance.
15/04/2025
Thank you, Shady Grove. After 10 years of trying and failing, we finally succeeded. Dr. Kallen, Brooke, Carly, Aliyah, and all the other staff encouraged me to keep going, and I never gave up. I had dreamed of becoming pregnant for years, and despite my PCOS, they helped me achieve that goal. I highly recommend this place.
28/02/2025
Dr. Kallen worked with us for nearly two years before we finally became pregnant. It was a very difficult journey with many unpleasant surprises, but Dr. Kallen did not give up on us. He was confident and encouraging and gave us tremendous support when needed. Everyone at the Center City office was wonderful to us. Brooke and Alesha were kind and friendly at every visit and genuinely made me feel important. I will always be grateful to everyone at Shady Grove.
16/01/2025
22/12/2024
Throughout this challenging experience, Jordan (RN) was our guardian angel. Her exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism helped turn our entire fertility journey around. I will always be grateful that she joined my care team! No matter how early the morning, Brooke always had a smile and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She was a bright spot throughout my monitoring and SGF's greatest “guardian”!
16/07/2025
Brooke and Aliya deserve a raise today. They are wonderful people who make you feel comfortable at your appointments. They are incredibly kind, and I love them.
11/07/2025
Shady grove has been an overall wonderful experience . Walking in early mornings I was always greeted by Brooke’s wonderful smile and warm welcoming energy. Alicia and Brooke made difficult appointments just that much easier. Dr. Kallen was an absolute delight to work with. Everything was always explained in detail and any minor setback we faced I trusted his expertise and judgement to reach our end goal! I cannot thank Center City office enough for making this process and journey just that much easier!
04/10/2025
My wife and I came to Shady Grove Fertility hoping for compassionate treatment, but the staff were cold and dismissive. The doctor rushed through the consultation without explaining our options. After spending thousands of dollars on treatment, we felt more like numbers than patients. The experience left us frustrated and hopeless.
18/11/2025
Wonderful staff! Brooke is the best and makes morning appointments more enjoyable!
13/11/2025
I cannot say enough good things about SGF's downtown office. This is my second treatment here, and the staff is genuinely considerate and supportive. They respond quickly, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen—usually I am seen immediately. Dr. Kallen is also wonderful. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this clinic.
09/04/2026
Dr. Kallen and his team are amazing! Throughout our treatment, he always provided helpful information and encouragement. We are so grateful that he helped us welcome our baby boy!
08/04/2026
I worked with Dr. Kallen and his team and was able to have a healthy baby girl! They could not have been kinder throughout the process. I felt heard and informed at every visit. Managing the medications was easy because the team always made themselves available. I cried when I graduated, and I still think about the people in this office to this day.
08/04/2026
Dr. Kallen is very kind and considerate. He helped us welcome the daughter we had always dreamed of. Our heartfelt thanks to Shady Grove!
08/04/2026
Dr. Kallen and his team have helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents to 4 healthy babies. We have worked with Dr. Kallen since 2017 and have felt comfortable returning several times, with very successful results. Dr. Kallen is caring and considerate, listens to every concern, and answers all questions so you feel well informed. He is passionate about helping families facing fertility challenges and understands how sensitive the experience can be. He personally called me several times to help me decide how to move forward. When we became pregnant, he called again to celebrate with me. His nurses and staff are also wonderful and caring. Jordan in particular was very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend Shady Grove to anyone who needs fertility care!
08/04/2026
We came to SGF after a terrible experience at another fertility clinic, and the difference was remarkable! The SGF team was responsive, compassionate, and informative. We felt supported throughout this emotional time. We had been worried about the timeline, but Jordan, Dr. Kallen, and their team were exceptional and kept the entire process on track. We went from struggling with infertility to welcoming our little angel 1 year later, and we could not be happier. Thank you so much for helping us build our family.
12/06/2026
I highly recommend SGF. They are truly first-rate. Dr. Kallen and his nurse Jordan are absolute angels. My husband and I initially tried intrauterine insemination (IUI), but it was unsuccessful, so we moved on to in vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Kallen and Jordan adjusted my treatment plan, and we are now successfully approaching 14 weeks of pregnancy. People often contact me to ask about my IVF experience and where I received treatment. I always tell them SGF and express how grateful I am to everyone there. I recommend SGF to everyone. Despite the pain of infertility, I have only wonderful memories of my time there. Thank you again, and I will always be grateful for everything you did.
07/06/2025
From the moment my husband and I entered Dr. Martin's clinic, we felt welcomed, hopeful, and able to obtain information whenever needed. Dr. Martin is very direct and transparent, which made us feel confident and fully prepared throughout the process of building our family. His team is equally outstanding—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. In vitro fertilization (IVF) can be mentally and emotionally challenging, but what stood out most was how everyone at the clinic became invested in our journey. You can feel that they truly support you. You are not just a number here; you are treated as a person with a story, goals, and dreams. Thank you, Dr. Martin and team, for accompanying us through every step.
09/05/2025
Graduating from SGF is bittersweet because I genuinely enjoyed every visit to the Warrington office. The people at SGF become your friends. Unfortunately, sometimes you enter the office knowing a treatment did not work, but being with staff who want you to succeed makes everything easier. This is a major life experience, and I will never regret choosing SGF for this journey.
19/04/2025
We are deeply grateful and blessed by all the support and encouragement from SGF. With Pat, Jen, and Michelle at the front desk, the care team, Dr. Martin, Christine, and the many fertility nurses, you truly build a family there. We spent three years TTC, tried TI and IUI, then decided on IVF and conceived with one of our embryos. They took time to develop a plan with us, ensure that we were comfortable with every decision, and provide information on how to succeed. We would recommend them to anyone who needs this support.
13/04/2025
I am extremely happy and grateful that I decided to see Dr. Martin. Before coming here, I consulted another place that was not right for me. My first IVF attempt at SGF succeeded. My baby is 1 month old and already getting so big. This would not have been possible without coming to this office. It was a long journey, but everyone was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. If I had to do it again, I would definitely choose Dr. Martin and his team again! Thank you for everything.
27/03/2025
Dr. Martin and his team at Shady Grove Fertility Warrington are absolutely the best! From the initial infertility consultation and testing after multiple miscarriages to finally seeing a healthy baby on the 8-week ultrasound, Dr. Martin and his team showed professionalism and compassion throughout. Nurse practitioner Christine is wonderful! She is extremely intelligent, and her knowledge and skill during examinations and procedures put you at ease. All the nurses and front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I am so glad I found this office during a difficult journey. Thank you, Dr. Martin, Christine, Jen, Emily, and Pat! :)
23/07/2025
I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove and Dr. Martin! From the first consultation, we felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient throughout. Every step was explained clearly, and they made what could have been an overwhelming, emotional experience feel manageable and hopeful. Communication was excellent—we always felt informed and never rushed. They tailored the care plan to our specific needs and patiently answered all our questions. Most importantly, we are now expecting a healthy baby, largely thanks to the exceptional Shady Grove team. Their dedication and expertise made our dream come true. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that genuinely cares about your outcome and experience, this is the place. We will always be grateful!
07/07/2025
The team at Shady Grove Fertility in Warrington is amazing! Although IVF was difficult, everyone was attentive and professional. We felt supported by the entire team throughout. Special thanks to Dr. Martin, Carly, Christine, Breanna, Emily, Cheryl, and Pat for being with us through every high and low. We are thrilled to be pregnant, but after receiving so much support, graduating from SGF was bittersweet. We highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team!
25/08/2025
Shady Grove Fertility in Warrington and Abington, Pennsylvania, gave me an excellent experience. Everyone was supportive and kind throughout. Scheduling was flexible, and they readily communicated results and plans. I truly felt they were working to help us build a family. I recommend this clinic to anyone needing fertility help. Thank you, Shady Grove!
30/07/2025
Dr. Martin, the front desk, and care team were pleasant and explained the process and each step well. However, our insurance coverage was assessed incorrectly, and we proceeded based on erroneous advice that IVF was covered. After learning it was not, SGF neither helped nor accepted responsibility for misleading us. More than a year after my last visit, I am still pursuing a large refund owed by billing. Unfortunately, SGF added more emotion and disappointment to our fertility journey.
19/09/2025
Shady Grove was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly caring. The infertility journey can feel overwhelming and full of unknowns, but throughout the process my husband and I always felt we could trust them. They answered every question with patience, eased every worry, and went above and beyond to support us. Whenever we faced a potential obstacle, they had a solution ready. I cannot recommend Shady Grove enough, and I am forever grateful—I can’t wait to meet my baby because of them ❤️
16/09/2025
Many thanks to Dr. Martin and the entire SGF Warrington team. They helped me and changed my life!
30/09/2025
I love the SGF Warrington team! They are always warm, friendly, and genuine, and truly feel like family. Dr. Martin and the entire staff made the process easy and greatly reduced my anxiety. They supported me from the beginning through graduation and even afterward—I cannot say enough good things about them. This will be my second baby with SGF Warrington, and I recommend them to everyone struggling with infertility! Thank you, SGF team!
17/11/2025
Overall, I had a great experience and no complaints about the Warrington office or staff. Dr. Martin is one of the most ethical and approachable doctors I have met. He is attentive, kind, and professional. Physician assistant Christine also impressed me; she is knowledgeable and was excellent throughout. Lindsey and Alicia are wonderful nurses who take time to care for patients and explain procedures. I never had difficulty reaching them or asking questions. The front desk was always warm and friendly. My only complaint is not about this office but Shady Grove's billing process. They require advance payment for services such as IUI, but obtaining a refund is very difficult if something unexpected prevents treatment. This is worth noting because it seems questionable, especially for people already under financial strain from expensive fertility care.
14/11/2025
We had an amazing experience here! Everyone is very kind, which matters, and highly competent. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout. I highly recommend them to everyone.
28/12/2025
Our experience was excellent. We learned firsthand that routine OB-GYN care cannot compare with the specialized support and assistance we received here. I would definitely recommend this team. Infertility involves many unknowns, but Dr. Martin made the entire family-planning process much easier. Their guidance gave us the confidence to move forward—and ultimately, we succeeded.
26/12/2025
I did not actually need to see a fertility specialist, but my OB-GYN essentially forced me to because my birth control pills disrupted my ovulation and menstrual cycles for about five months. After approximately a hundred tests confirmed that nothing was wrong with me, they still recommended harmful hormones and expensive treatment. While I was a patient, their database was hacked, and my identity was stolen. That is essentially the whole story. After leaving them, I successfully became pregnant three times.
07/12/2025
The infertility journey is full of uncertainty, but choosing SGF was one of the easiest decisions we made. After our first consultation with Dr. Martin, my husband and I knew SGF was right for us. Dr. Martin provided encouragement and optimism while setting clear, realistic expectations. Despite the many visits, I never felt like just a number. Pat at the front desk always greeted me warmly and recognized me before I even checked in. My nurse Danielle supported me through both exciting and difficult moments. Emily was like a ray of sunshine every morning, and her kindness made blood draws much easier. I was fortunate to work with nurse practitioner Kristen, who was outstanding—patient, thoughtful, and always willing to give me the time and space I needed, especially on the hardest days. At our second meeting, Dr. Martin told us that although he could not predict how long the process would take, he believed he could help us. Today, we are delighted that he was right. Our entire family sincerely thanks the SGF Warrington team. If you are considering a consultation, I strongly encourage you to take that step.
17/01/2026
Everyone at this clinic is wonderful! They are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We successfully conceived through IVF with them, and we would return if we decide to have a second baby. I previously had some billing issues, and although there were a few complications while resolving them, the clinic ultimately fixed everything and handled it very well. They are truly excellent, and I highly recommend this clinic.
15/01/2026
After the painful loss of our child, my husband and I sought answers from Dr. Martin. From the first consultation, he was thorough and compassionate and understood our need for more answers. His team was outstanding. His nurse, Kristin, was also very considerate and made the process much easier. After testing, Dr. Martin outlined every treatment option in detail and took time to discuss each one with us. Although we did not choose a treatment at that time, his team remained beside us and gave us the confidence and support we needed after our loss. I have no doubt that they would be an excellent choice for any treatment plan. Highly recommended!
12/01/2026
First-rate facility and wonderful staff! Highly recommended! 10/10
02/01/2026
They helped me achieve my dream of starting a family and remained positive and supportive throughout. Today I am 39 weeks pregnant. 😁
24/03/2026
SGF isn't just for infertility. It's for people who want to have a child of their own and may be on their own. Single parent fertility is part of their process and they treat you with the same respect they would anyone else! They generally are excited to help you on your journey!
09/02/2026
Wonderful experience! I would recommend SGF to anyone with fertility concerns.
04/02/2026
I did not want to write this review, but unfortunately the billing department's poor performance was deeply disappointing. First, the staff, nurses, and Dr. Martin were wonderful. Although I did not get the outcome I hoped for, that is not the issue. Before treatment, make sure you fully understand every cost. My financial counselor did not explain the fee structure adequately. I thought I would pay only my standard copay at each visit. She never mentioned separate copays for lab work and ultrasound at every appointment. They should call with an itemized cost, or at least an estimate, before each visit. I received no bills for an entire year—nothing, with a zero balance. Yet during the final months of treatment, I was charged a different amount at every appointment. I repeatedly reminded them of my copay, and they collected only that amount, but could not explain why the charges varied. One week before Christmas, after a full year without a bill, I suddenly received an enormous one and was told I had to pay it before I could be seen. My local clinic “had no idea where the bill came from,” which itself is a problem. The billing department was equally confused, and the issue was passed around until someone determined what happened and why I had received no bills for a year. I cannot understand how they can treat patients this way—sending a 20-page document saying, “Wait, you owe this much,” after no bills for an entire year. Unfortunately, this suggests they care more about payment than patients. Another issue is that if you keep a credit card on file, they will charge it toward your account balance. Before every appointment, you are told that a card must be registered in advance. This means they can charge any card on file against your balance. I learned that you must register a card before every visit, then ask them to remove it afterward so they cannot charge it again. Please be aware of this. I was told my previous cycle had been paid in full, but billing was not notified and charged me several hundred dollars. Fortunately, after a week of back-and-forth, the money was refunded. The past month has been a nightmare, following a year that already left me heartbroken and disappointed. The billing department should be held accountable.

After multiple losses and months of walking through grief with no answers, I came to this clinic carrying more fear than hope. From the very first visit, something felt different. They didn’t just review labs or outline protocols. They looked at us. They listened to the whole story — the heartbreak, the fear, the quiet desperation that comes after you’ve said goodbye more times than you ever imagined you would. Above all else, they made us feel seen. Not as statistics. Not as “another unexplained infertility case.” But as parents already grieving children we loved deeply and longing for the chance to bring another home. Their responsiveness was just as remarkable. In moments of anxiety or uncertainty, we were never left waiting in silence. Every message was answered with promptness, patience, and genuine care. In a journey where waiting can feel unbearable, that steadiness meant everything. For the first time, we felt like someone was fighting with us instead of just managing us. Their compassion was steady. Their expertise was thorough. And their persistence in finding answers where others hadn’t changed the course of our lives. Today, our daughter is here. There is no way to fully express what that means after loss. But a part of her story will always belong to this team — because when we felt broken and overlooked, they saw us clearly and refused to let us disappear in the process. For anyone navigating this path feeling invisible or forgotten, they will see you, listen to you, and walk with you. We couldn’t be more grateful.

My husband and I were incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Martin. Over ten years of infertility treatment, we visited many clinics before finally meeting him. The difference was immediate. He gave us hope, support, and warmth unlike any other doctor. Through successes and failures, he remained by our side—not only as a highly skilled physician but as a sincere, kind, supportive mentor and friend. We could not have our family without him and will always be grateful for his support, experience, and persistence in helping us achieve this dream. We do not miss the fertility journey, but we deeply miss Dr. Martin and the entire SGF team, whose warmth, kindness, and care made those difficult years better.

The entire staff at Shady Grove Fertility in Warrington, Pennsylvania, were supportive, professional, and helpful throughout our time with the clinic. They always responded promptly to questions, providing reassurance and comfort during a stressful fertility journey. My wife and I recently welcomed our second child with Shady Grove's help and are very pleased with the team. We were also impressed by their events connecting us with other couples.

Shady Grove Warrington was a beacon during our infertility journey. Dr. Martin is wonderful; his expertise and compassion are unmatched. He helped us welcome our first son, then supported us through another two years of treatment until we welcomed our second baby—our second child after our rainbow baby. He was humorous during visits that needed levity and deeply caring during difficult moments. He is a skilled physician with a kind heart. Thank you, Dr. Martin. Christine, the nurses, Lindsey, Pat, and many others will always hold a special place in my heart. Their compassion and kindness helped us tremendously on the hardest days.

My husband and I always received respectful, top-quality care at SGF Warrington. Dr. Martin gently told me, ‘You need IVF,’ but respected my wish to try intrauterine insemination (IUI) first. After three failed IUIs, favorable changes in our lives finally enabled us to pursue IVF. Dr. Martin created a more complex embryo transfer protocol for me, with a longer course and higher medication doses, and the first transfer succeeded! My embryo split, and we will welcome identical twins this August. Words cannot express our gratitude to everyone who helped us along the way. Christine is truly an angel. Danielle was always warm, friendly, and responsive. Seeing Emily always brightened difficult days. Thank you to the entire team! Your work truly improves so many lives!

From the moment I first entered Shady Grove Fertility Warrington for a consultation, the team made an exceptional impression. I felt completely lost when I first called. After two miscarriages and a year of trying for a second child, they were the first people to truly listen and make me feel understood. Dr. Martin, Christine, and the entire staff treated us with extraordinary care and thoughtfulness. I knew they wanted this baby as much as I did. I am now 10 weeks pregnant, and my little miracle is in sight. I cannot thank them enough.

My gratitude to the SGF team goes far beyond a simple 'thank you,' but words cannot fully express how grateful we are. Helping families achieve their dreams is nothing short of miraculous. The compassion and professionalism shown by everyone, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses, were vital during this emotional journey. Their support, care, and expertise were exceptional. They made experiences that could feel overwhelming and heartbreaking manageable and hopeful, with attentive care at every step, through both the highs and lows. What a difficult journey it was, but we ultimately succeeded. We will always be grateful to every member of SGF for helping us build our family.

Dr. Martin and his wonderful team at SGF Warrington supported us tremendously throughout every high and low of our treatment journey. We sincerely thank Christine, Debbie, Carly, Emily, and the many other clinic staff members for their care and compassion.

I have never encountered such an amazing team. They were professional, compassionate, and responsive, making the entire experience excellent. Every person and every interaction was wonderful, and they always made me feel at ease. I am so glad I chose this clinic. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Shady Grove Fertility! You are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove and this location. Dr. O was excellent and thorough when explaining options and next steps, and her bedside manner was very calming. The clinical and front desk staff are the backbone of this practice and could not be better. They get to know you, build relationships, and celebrate victories with you. We were sad when we graduated from the clinic, but we would recommend it and return. I gave only 4/5 stars because the financial coordinator, Annie, was a nightmare. She was rude, aggressive, difficult to communicate with, and seemed to know nothing about finance or insurance despite that being her job title.

Trusting a clinic like this does not require much knowledge about health until you lose a pregnancy and need emergency surgery. This clinic was recommended by Wellspan. The way modern healthcare systems operate is overwhelming. SGF York is run by kind, caring people. But honestly, entrusting a painful and sometimes heartbreaking process to a fast-paced, modern, assembly-line-like system is frightening. All healthcare systems seem this way, including Wellspan/UPMC. I have visited SGF offices in York, Towson, and Rockville, and the staff were kind at each. I was simply accustomed to a family practice where I spoke with two or three people and clearly knew what was happening. This is not the healthcare workers' fault, but the experience is different and can be stressful. You need confidence and trust. Modern science is remarkable, and the doctors here are remarkable.

This practice is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone who works there genuinely cares about patients and will do everything possible to help. When deciding which steps to take, I felt heard and like part of the team. I 100% recommend seeking their help.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. O and the clinic staff! They are all wonderful! Kayei, Emily, Autumn, and Lindsay are excellent! They helped us during our second visit! We are extremely grateful!

Dr. O is an amazing person. This experience would not have been the same without her. She was my greatest blessing during this holiday season. She answered all my questions, stayed with me through every high and low, and hugged me when I cried. I am sad that she cannot accompany me through the rest of my journey. She is genuinely the best doctor I have ever met and worked with. Thank you so much, Dr. O. You are a light, and anyone who works with you is fortunate. My nurse Lindsey was extremely helpful. I swear I must have been the most demanding and anxious person, yet she was always patient and calm. She responded quickly, answered all my questions, and normalized all my fears. I am also very grateful for Autumn's calm and composure. My emotions were always complicated during blood draws, and she was so kind and helpful. Kayci, thank you for always being so positive at the front desk; it put me at ease. Emily, thank you for remaining optimistic and positive through all the highs and lows. I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the York office. You are a lovely group of women during a highly stressful time. Thank you all so much.

We had three unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUI). We then did in vitro fertilization (IVF), became pregnant, and miscarried. I am tired of experiences that end in disappointment. This went on for a year and was a complete waste of time. The doctors do not care about you; they only care about money. We cannot afford another IVF cycle. This was our only attempt, and it ended in heartbreak. Why don't doctors monitor patients more closely and truly care about them? My wife has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and is high risk, so they should have watched her more closely. We even told Dr. O that my wife had PCOS and needed closer monitoring, but they did not provide it. This only proves that they see you as a number as long as they can make money. They do not care about patients and should have treated us differently. Based on the number of eggs retrieved, I expected a poor outcome. They retrieved only five eggs, and just one was successful because we did PGTA testing. If we had not done pgta testing, the outcome might have been better and our chance of success may have been higher. Perhaps we should have done a fresh embryo transfer and transferred all the eggs. We might have had better luck that way.

The doctors, front desk staff, and nurses are all wonderful and very kind! I can ask any question, and they listen carefully and answer it, making me feel heard and valued. I would give them ten stars if I could.

My initial experience with this facility was very poor, especially because trying to conceive is already stressful. I had an initial consultation with a brief conversation and several recommendations. One concerned weight loss: the doctor mentioned GLP-1 injections and said three months would cost $280. She even wrote down the price, but a nurse later told me the actual cost was more than twice that amount. If I cannot trust the pricing information she provides, how can I entrust my fertility treatment to her? In addition, the consultation was supposed to be free through their referral program, but I received several texts saying they would charge $250 to the card on file. When I called the financial department, they did not know about the referral program and told me to call again in a few days. Overall, my first impression was very poor, and I cannot afford to pay $250 for a brief consultation.

I love this clinic and its staff! Dr. Ochalski and her team are amazing. They are passionate about their work and take pride in it. They always patiently answer all my questions and concerns. I could not ask for a better medical team!

I love visiting the York, Pennsylvania clinic! Dr. O is wonderful. He patiently answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. Autumn is excellent at drawing blood, and Denise explains the findings in detail during ultrasounds. My nurse Rachel is also very responsive and answers portal messages immediately. I would recommend this clinic to anyone nearby!

My experience at Shady Grove York was incredible! Every staff member was attentive and kind and went above and beyond to keep you comfortable, make everything run smoothly, and help you reach your goal. I highly recommend Dr. Ochalski. Special thanks to several women: Autumn G. is a ray of light and always put me at ease during blood draws. Kayci B. is consistently positive and calming and is excellent at scheduling appointments. The entire York team is amazing—words cannot describe them! 10/10! Love them!

For over a year, I have had all my bloodwork and monitoring appointments at Shady Grove's York location. It has been a long journey, but I cannot speak highly enough of the clinic and staff. They are always smiling, quick and efficient, patiently answer every question, and never rush me. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

SGF York is amazing! Everyone there is very kind, Dr. O is wonderful, and my nurse was excellent and always answered my questions promptly. Thanks to SGF, my baby is now almost 4 months old! If you have any doubts, don't. Choose SGF York for all your fertility needs!
