Dr. Cappy Rothman ist Gründer des Center for Male Reproductive Medicine und Mitgründer der California Cryobank, einer der größten Samenbanken der Welt. Er ist ein facharztanerkannter Urologe und eine landesweit anerkannte Autorität auf dem Gebiet der Andrologie, der urologischen Subspezialisierung für die männliche reproduktive Gesundheit, sowie der menschlichen Samenbank.
Dr. Cappy war ein Pionier beim Einsatz mikrochirurgischer Techniken – von der Behandlung männlicher Infertilität bis zum fortgeschrittenen Einfrieren und Lagern von Spermien.
Dr. Rothman erwarb seinen medizinischen Abschluss an der University of Miami School of Medicine. Er absolvierte eine Facharztausbildung in Allgemeinchirurgie am Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, gefolgt von einer Facharztausbildung in Urologie an der University of California, San Francisco, sowie einer zusätzlichen urologischen Ausbildung an der Loma Linda University.
Dr. Rothman war Mitglied des ärztlichen Teams am Cedars-Sinai Medical Center und am Century City Hospital und klinischer Dozent an der UCLA. Außerdem war er Mitglied des von Al Gore gegründeten Office of Technology Assessment (OTA).

I began seeing Dr. Werthman after poor treatment at another fertility practice. I immediately noticed a major difference: someone took the time to understand us and the problem and discuss options, processes, and more, compared with the assembly-line experience at the other office. He was very personable, friendly, and outgoing and could speak in language you understand instead of medical jargon. We are very happy with the results and our growing family—now two children!

I had a microTESE procedure with Dr. Werthman. The procedure went smoothly, and we obtained plenty of usable sperm. I previously had several microsurgical procedures with other doctors that retrieved no sperm, and I thought all hope was lost. Dr. Werthman tried this as a last resort and retrieved not just some sperm, but a large amount. Amazing results. He is also very pleasant and easy to work with, and his staff communicate well. If you are dealing with male infertility, contact him 100%.

My reversal was unsuccessful. I am unsure whether I would do it again. It was challenging in many ways. Good luck to everyone hoping for results. The staff were wonderful and explained everything. It is simply heartbreaking that the reversal did not work for me.
