Kathryn C. Calhoun, MD., joined Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine in the summer of 2012 after she completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Calhoun is a diversely experienced fertility expert and her clinical interests include in vitro fertilization, recurrent pregnancy loss, male infertility, ovarian aging, PCOS, and reproductive surgery.

Dr. Calhoun's interests outside of medicine include running, yoga and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Calhoun is truly an angel on earth. She is an exceptional person and physician: very thorough, deeply kind, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic. She truly cares about you as a person. The IVF journey is emotional, with highs and lows, and she guided us positively at every step. I am so grateful for her help in bringing our beautiful daughter into the world. Dr. Calhoun came highly recommended to me, and I can say without hesitation that I also highly recommend her.

I highly recommend ACRM and Dr. Tiegs. The entire IVF process went very smoothly for us, and we always felt well cared for. Their communication and response times were outstanding. They answered every question, which gave me great confidence and made me feel they were genuinely happy to help. I also met several other doctors at the clinic and have nothing negative to say about any of them. If you choose ACRM, you will receive excellent care regardless of the doctor. Thank you to ACRM, Dr. Tiegs, the staff, and every doctor I met for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents.

My wife and I sincerely thank Dr. Patel, her team, and the ACRM staff for excellent service! Dr. Patel is highly knowledgeable, professional, optimistic yet honest, and personable. She listened to our concerns and needs and then provided clear information and resources. Dr. Patel's team was professional and proactive about appointments and explained the entire process, ensuring we felt safe, comfortable, and informed. The ACRM staff were always kind and provided excellent customer service! Most appointments lasted 20-40 minutes, including the wait, depending on how many procedures were needed. It was a wonderful experience, and we are truly grateful. This was our first attempt, despite its life-changing nature. My wife and I successfully welcomed our baby girl on March 15, 2024, weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces and measuring 19 inches. You are amazing!

I had the worst experience with Dr. Calhoun's team. I am a returning patient who tried to transfer to Dr. Patel. They initially refused because they claimed I had an outstanding balance but could not explain it. I kept emailing to ask why, and as of today, they have not returned any of my calls or emails. I paid to schedule an appointment by Zoom today, waited for an email, and waited and waited, but received nothing and no call. Finally, Dr. Calhoun's team called to apologize for the confusion! What! I missed work to be on time. I agreed to reschedule, but now they claim I must keep a credit card on file because they will charge a $50 cancellation fee if this continues. I am finally ready to proceed with IVF, but after everything I have experienced with this team, I have decided to go to another doctor and clinic. My experience with ACRM has been very unpleasant. The last thing you want to worry about is their mistakes and poor communication. This is why I wanted to transfer to Dr. Patel. I heard she is very professional and communicates extensively with patients. Please do your research before deciding to have a procedure here. Dr. Calhoun and her entire team were outstanding throughout my egg-freezing process and polyp removal. She is highly knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the entire process. She is compassionate, kind, and thorough. She puts patient safety first and always arrives with a smile and a positive attitude. That truly matters! I always received prompt email responses the same day, whether from the finance, scheduling, or nursing team. They were extremely helpful in finding the best prices and options for my egg-freezing medications. I highly recommend Dr. Calhoun!

Dr. Tiegs, Abby, and the entire treatment process were amazing for my wife and me! Dr. Tiegs is knowledgeable and thorough. She guided us through the entire intrauterine insemination (IUI) process and helped us build the family we had always dreamed of. We will definitely return to Dr. Tiegs in the future, and I highly recommend ACRM.

Bonnie Patel and her team were so effective in getting me pregnant. I can’t thank ACRM enough. What I love most is that the Doctors work together if your main Dr has to be away so, Dr Tiegs ended up doing my second transfer, and that’s ok bc when your an anxious ttc girly you’re somewhat impatient and want to make sure the procedure can still happen and that the person taking over for the time being is just as experienced if not more. When my first transfer failed Dr. Patel made sure to come up with a new plan of action quickly. We had to schedule a hysteroscopy but the dates were too far out to my liking and I simply told her if anything comes up sooner to let me know, and guess what? She did. It’s things like that, that make me feel like my Dr is really in my corner. My only wish is that they get a better finance dept but they didn’t hinder the process or the progress. With all that being said I will definitely be going back for my boy as soon as I’m cleared. I’m truly grateful to ACRM. Thanks for making being a mama a reality for me.

Management is even worse. My gynecologist referred me, but after countless calls, voicemails, and emails, I am still waiting for an appointment. Spare yourself this frustration.

I began using this clinic in July 2023 to help me conceive. The medical staff are wonderful. I am a patient of Dr. Bonnie Patel, who is excellent, as are all her nurses. They are highly responsive, and I found both the IUI and IVF processes very clear. After two retrievals and one transfer, I am now pregnant. I also have three embryos available for future transfer. At my first visit, I was surprised by the front desk’s lack of courtesy and warmth. By winter 2023, everyone was wonderful, so they did address that issue. The clinic lost two stars, perhaps three, because of its billing team. When I first began treatment, they billed the wrong insurance; my employer provides fertility coverage through another company. Since around August 2023, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the resulting confusion. Even now, I am unsure whether I overpaid. After more than a year without responses and with a newborn coming, I finally gave up and paid the bill. I then had another problem involving a procedure during transfer preparation. They billed Quest for unclear items with the wrong service date and never replied while I tried to investigate. After about five months of trying to contact them, I again gave up and paid. Review every bill carefully and request an itemized statement for every service. If there is a problem, expect to be ignored and to spend considerable effort pursuing a resolution. I plan to use this clinic for future transfers because my embryos are already there, but I will pay out of pocket and monitor every charge closely.

I wish all doctors and clinics cared as much as Dr. Calhoun and the ACRM team. Infertility can be really difficult, but ACRM does everything possible to make the process simple and comfortable. They do an excellent job with transparent pricing and working with insurance. They always provide an estimate before every procedure, and once everything was complete, I never paid more than the estimate. Dr. Calhoun's team is very responsive to all questions, and I never waited more than a day for a reply, even on weekends. The procedure area for retrievals and other procedures is very comfortable. The sound of ocean waves plays in the preoperative room, which is very soothing. They now also offer nitrous oxide for HSG, SIS, and biopsies, which is absolutely wonderful. Even if you do not have anxiety, it is nice to have something that makes the process more comfortable. Finally, the staff are outstanding. They are always so kind and caring, explain everything well, and make you feel comfortable. During my SIS, a lovely nurse held my hand and talked me through the entire procedure. Her genuine kindness and reassurance made all the difference. I wish all women's healthcare practices were like this. If you are looking for a fertility clinic, ACRM is the place to go.

Communication here is terrible. You cannot contact anyone at the office directly, only an operator. So far, I have left 7 messages with the operator and have not received a single call back from the office, only a call from another operator.

I meant to submit this review some time ago, but being a new mother has kept me especially busy! I am delighted to be able to say this now after an enlightening and successful journey under the guidance of Dr. Ashley Tiegs at ACRM. My husband and I tried for several years without success, so we decided to seek help. That is when Dr. Tiegs stepped in and took charge. We first tried IUI, which was unsuccessful. Although we were disappointed, Dr. Tiegs gave us hope for the next step: IVF. As people who knew almost nothing about it, we appreciated how well Dr. Tiegs explained the entire process and how insightful and personable she was throughout the experience. Thanks to her dedication and that of all the doctors and staff at ACRM, our first round of IVF was successful and we welcomed our beautiful baby girl! Many blessings to Dr. Tiegs and everyone at ACRM! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with unexplained infertility.

About ten years ago, I had an unsuccessful IVF cycle. Incidentally, when my terrible doctor told me it had not worked, he laughed. He laughed and said, 'I guess we picked the wrong egg.' For a woman trying to conceive through IVF, the news that it did not work is devastating. Now to my current complaint: for the past ten years, we have been paying egg storage fees. It was $500 a year, but two years ago it increased to $600 a year. That is crazy because we all know it costs virtually nothing to store my few eggs. In any case, I accidentally paid the bill twice this year, back in July! I have been trying to get my $600 back ever since. The craziest part is that if you are not currently seeing a doctor, you can only speak with the message center?!?! I have left 10 messages and sent 5 emails, but no one will actually call or email me back. My family paid this terrible place $25,000 for failed treatment, then another $5,500 in storage fees, and now I cannot get my $600 back. Absolutely insane. Avoid this place at all costs. Go elsewhere. They only care about money, not people!!!!

My husband and I are incredibly grateful to Dr. Patel and her nursing team for everything they have done for us and our family. The entire team showed compassion from beginning to end. We started our fertility journey with testing in December 2023 and went on to complete 2 egg retrievals. Dr. Patel was always very compassionate and honest when answering our questions. She made us feel comfortable entrusting our fertility journey to her. Her team is wonderful. They always greeted me with a smile when I came in for bloodwork and ultrasounds. Whenever I had questions, they responded immediately and never kept me waiting for results. I cannot thank them enough for giving us the gift of life. Our daughter will be here in two months, and we cannot wait to meet her. Thank you for everything.

We worked with the ACRM team for four IUIs, one egg-retrieval cycle, and one transfer. Dr. Calhoun and her staff were incredible. Through an ultrasound of my ovaries and testing my husband, they discovered that we had several issues to address, but we overcame all of them! We welcomed a baby girl around Thanksgiving and are overjoyed. I also appreciate that Dr. Calhoun listened to every symptom I experienced from the IVF medication and helped ensure that we had a safe, successful transfer cycle. We are very pleased with ACRM.

We used ACRM to try to troubleshoot our unexplained infertility issues when trying to conceive a second baby in 2023 after our struggles trying to conceive our first baby. While I was a patient, the staff were lovely and the doctors were wonderful. I had one very off-putting experience where a man who was there with another patient walked into the exam room in the middle of an exam while I was on the table with my legs in stirrups and exposed. The tech and nurse handled it well, but it never really sat right with me. Shortly after, we conceived again, but it ended in our fourth miscarriage. At that point, we knew we needed to stop trying. I had a D&C through ACRM, and everyone involved in the process was professional and kind. But afterward, I received monthly reminders in the form of statements saying simultaneously that my insurance owed money and that there was a negative balance on my account because I had overpaid. Once my insurance paid, I was told I had a refund check ready for me, right around the one-year anniversary of my D&C. They asked if I wanted to pick it up in person or have it mailed. I did not want to go in person when the office held so many traumatic memories for me, so I asked for it to be mailed and was told the front desk would send it. Weeks later, it still had not arrived, so I followed up and heard nothing. After another month or so, I finally reached someone again, and they said the check was at the front desk for me, even though they had said it was mailed months earlier. I tried to pick it up in person, but by then so much time had passed that the original check had to be voided, and I waited nearly an hour in the office only to be told it would not be ready that day. Three months later, I am still trying to get them to refund what they owe me. Overall, it is a decent experience while you are a patient. Just make sure you do not overpay; so far, it seems you may not be able to get a refund if you do.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Patel, who took the time during our first appointment to thoroughly explain my medical situation, discuss my options, and answer all my questions, giving me so much hope. Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly a blessing. My IVF journey was intense, but the entire team at this clinic made it so much easier. They pay attention to every detail, maintain excellent and professional communication, and provide compassionate care. We had an excellent experience at ACRM and cannot say enough good things about the doctors. Dr. Patel was our primary reproductive specialist. She is highly skilled, supported us throughout the process, and did not give up on us when a cycle did not go as planned. Dr. Calhoun performed our embryo transfer and was equally amazing. After several years of trying and three unexplained miscarriages, we sought help from Dr. Fogle and her team at ACRM to build our family. At our first appointment, we were filled with uncertainty and fear, but Dr. Fogle eased our concerns in every conversation. She is compassionate and was truly a blessing on our journey. ACRM has been a lifesaver during our infertility journey. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smeltzer and her team. She takes time with every patient, answers their millions of questions, pays close attention to detail, and most importantly understands the emotional ups and downs patients experience during this journey. The clinic's communication, efficiency, and timeliness are excellent. They go above and beyond to answer every question quickly and thoughtfully. The clinic is very efficient, making the countless appointments easy and stress-free because you do not have to wait as long as at a typical medical office.

Dr. Patel and her medical team at ACRM are exceptional. I have never regretted entrusting my fertility care to Dr. Patel. She is truly outstanding. Her colleagues, Dr. Fogle and Dr. Calhoun, also cared for me during some of my IVF procedures. They were equally excellent! They are the best! I did experience setbacks during my fertility journey, but they stayed with us throughout, listening, guiding, and encouraging us as we worked toward a successful pregnancy. Working with Dr. Smeltzer and her entire team was a wonderful experience. They always remained calm and showed tremendous patience as I went through life's ups and downs. They gave me optimism and encouragement when I restarted this journey at age 41 after years of struggling with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and insulin resistance. Under Dr. Smeltzer's guidance, I had three unsuccessful IUIs and ultimately became pregnant at age 42 after my second embryo transfer. Working with the IVF finance team was initially somewhat difficult, but once we clarified my health insurance and billing details, everything fell into place. Thank you for helping my husband and me reach this point in our journey! I highly recommend ACRM for your fertility needs. They are professional, courteous, and helpful.

The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr. Fogle is the best IVF doctor in Georgia. Everything was excellent except the finance department, especially Felecia. I had to email several times and ultimately go to the office to get a response from another staff member. Felecia detracted from an otherwise excellent practice.

Update: They still refuse to help me. This started on July 22, 2025, and today is August 19, 2025. I still have received no help. I am exhausted. I am owed $1xxxx.xx, and now my account is blocked. They do not respond to any of my requests or emails. I kept trying to remain polite and avoid social media or the internet, but the problem remains. I have exhausted my options. They will not help me. They want to label me an “angry Black woman,” but I only want my money refunded as promised. They made a mistake and refuse to admit it. Stay away from this place. They label you, ignore you, and take your hard-earned money. A debit card refund should not take this long. Nothing has reached my bank account.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Patel and her team at ACRM. My fertility journey was long and difficult. It took nearly four years, six stimulation cycles, and two embryo transfers before I finally became pregnant. My IVF journey began at RBA, where I unfortunately had a very poor experience. After my first retrieval, I had only one embryo, which did not pass genetic testing. My doctor immediately asked whether I would consider donor eggs. I was devastated. Because wait times were long, I continued treatment with him, but my second cycle was canceled due to oversuppression. For the third cycle, he used exactly the same protocol with higher medication doses. I developed many follicles, but only three were mature, and none reached the blastocyst stage. He simply told me my egg quality was poor. I felt hopeless but was not ready to give up, so I decided to change clinics. That was when I found Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was truly my lifesaver. She is an excellent doctor, and I feel very fortunate to have found her. From the start, she encouraged me and explained that there were many protocols we could try—we simply needed to find the right one for me. Although I did not have many follicles, she reminded me that we needed only one good embryo. She tried different protocols with me, patiently answered every question, and respected my views throughout. I underwent three IVF cycles. In the first, we obtained one blastocyst, but the transfer failed. In the second, we tried a new protocol and again obtained one blastocyst, but it did not pass genetic testing. For the third cycle, we decided to try mini-IVF, and to my surprise, it was the right choice. We obtained three blastocysts, and all passed genetic testing. I transferred one, and it worked. As I write this, my baby is sleeping peacefully in my arms. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Patel. Without her expertise, patience, and support, I would never have met my beautiful baby. She truly is an outstanding doctor. I only wish I had found her sooner.

This was the fourth clinic I visited after multiple failures. Dr. Tiegs was willing to keep helping me and try a very aggressive treatment plan. I am so glad I came here, because my first cycle at this clinic resulted in my miracle baby. Dr. Tiegs is very kind and truly listens to patients. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Robyn Fogle and the entire ACRM team. My path to ACRM was not direct. My OB-GYN initially recommended it, but I wanted to visit other clinics before deciding. Unfortunately, those experiences were discouraging, and I was eventually told I would need donor sperm. A close friend recommended ACRM, which felt like guidance from above, and I am so glad I followed her advice. From the beginning, Dr. Fogle and her team showed tremendous compassion, understanding, and support. I received exceptionally attentive care at ACRM. Dr. Patel and her team are wonderful! I previously experienced a rare and painful molar pregnancy that required uterine artery embolization, after which my oncologist referred me to ACRM. I worried that the procedure would affect my fertility. Unfortunately, those concerns proved valid, and my fertility journey has been extraordinarily difficult. Although I am disappointed with the outcome and my journey continues, I remain sincerely grateful to Dr. Patel and the ACRM care team. They always made me feel reassured, empathized with what I had experienced, and showed genuine compassion, which meant so much during the vulnerable periods before and after procedures. A terrible experience. Although they were pleasant, their billing was extremely disorganized and communication was poor. Now, years later, they claim I owe storage fees even though my wife and I signed a disposal form when we completed treatment. To make matters worse, they refuse to acknowledge any error or investigate. They are the most disorganized billing operation I have encountered, yet this time they insist they are correct?! Now I cannot reach them at all. I strongly do not recommend them.

I received a free care card from my OB-GYN and scheduled an online new-patient consultation for Monday. On Friday morning, I received an email asking me to complete medical forms. That afternoon, someone called to say I needed to pay $300 because my insurance was out of network. Shocked, I asked them to cancel. I later called back and explained that my care card clearly stated the first new-patient consultation was free. It did not say the offer applied only to certain insurance providers. They seemed unaware of the card and kept insisting we had to pay for a consultation. No, thank you. We knew our insurance did not cover IVF; we only wanted to understand the costs and our options. We were angry and disappointed to encounter misleading advertising at such a critical time in our lives.

Terrible experience—do not go here! I was about 20 minutes late for my appointment. To avoid causing delays, I called 20 minutes ahead to notify the clinic and explained that there may have been an accident because my distance to the clinic kept decreasing while my GPS arrival time kept increasing. I knew I would arrive right around the end of the 15-minute grace period. When I arrived, a receptionist told me the doctor had already left, which was strange because I was in the waiting area only 5 to 10 minutes beyond the grace period. Did my doctor simply “slip” away? They said they could “squeeze me in,” which I found odd. For context, I was a new patient and had been undergoing embryo creation and freezing at another fertility clinic for almost a year. In the exam room, a new doctor I had never met suddenly appeared, hurriedly set up the equipment, and told me to raise my legs without introducing herself. Her name was Dr. Smeltzer. After the visit, I had to ask her name because she entered and left so quickly that either she did not introduce herself or spoke too fast for me to understand. I have had several transvaginal ultrasounds; Dr. Smeltzer inserted the probe without any visible or audible use of lubricant. She did not warn me about pressure or tell me to speak up if it became too intense—nothing. I have never had such an uncomfortable ultrasound; it was painful. Hours later, I felt bruised and could still feel where the probe had been inserted. She said it was because my ovaries were deep, but I had previously had three to five transvaginal ultrasounds without any discomfort. Dr. Smeltzer had clearly reviewed the wrong chart because she asked, “Today is the last day of your cycle, correct?” when it was not. She repeatedly mentioned my weight throughout the examination. Her manner felt shaming and very condescending. As noted, I had been seeing another fertility doctor since June 2025, and that doctor had never mentioned my weight. Dr. Smeltzer said she saw only one 2 cm fibroid, although I know I have at least four to seven fibroids, each at least 5 cm. I felt that she was incompetent and did not take my condition seriously; instead, it seemed that she wanted to dismiss me as quickly as possible. After Dr. Smeltzer left, I sat on the exam table in shock, staring at the floor and stunned by what had happened. I felt deeply unsettled, which is the last thing a patient should feel in a medical setting. The nurse gave complicated instructions for the urine sample as though I were an established patient, even though this was my first visit. The nurses mumbled unclear directions, did not show me where to go, and waved dismissively as though I were a nuisance. Although I had submitted prior test results with my records, they nearly repeated the same tests. Another nurse or doctor mentioned the file size, saying, “Oh, the 47-page document?” even though the clinic required me to email all my medical records and I had simply complied. She even falsely claimed that she could not access my records because she was not on my team, then miraculously found them minutes later after I insisted. I have never encountered a doctor as rude and unprofessional as during this visit. I did not feel safe, supported, or understood, and I will tell everyone to stay away from this clinic.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Smeltzer and her team. We had two successful embryo transfers and are now parents to two wonderful boys. The team is efficient, communicative, and caring. Dr. Smeltzer is knowledgeable and very flexible. After my first IVF cycle, I had an allergic reaction to the carrier oil in my progesterone injections. She quickly adjusted the plan and changed me to a different protocol, which was ultimately successful. I am very satisfied with their care and have referred two friends, both of whom also had good outcomes. I recommend them 100%.

This is the worst clinic we have encountered. Here, you are only a number, and they do not care about you or your fertility concerns. They will make you spend thousands of dollars without providing any results. Initially, they schedule only one video call with a doctor. You never see the doctor in person, only nurses. Then they order test after test, with no results or explanations. I had two IUIs at this incompetent clinic, and both failed. The doctor did not even have the courage to call and follow up. The nurse simply tells you to email them when you have the money or are ready to try again. Do not go to this clinic unless you want to be used as a source of revenue.

In 2020, at the age of 34, I went to ACRM for egg retrieval. Although I managed to retrieve quite a few eggs, what I wished most was that my doctor had encouraged me to try again, because he knew how quickly the egg count was declining. In 2022, I moved to another state, and in 2024, I had the eggs transferred to where I now live. More than half of the eggs were lost after thawing. This is utterly unacceptable. Whose fault is it? Is it the ACRM lab or the transfer procedure? I will never know the answer. Now, at this age, I am desperately trying embryo transfers... I really wish I had known more about the relevant knowledge back then, and I have always been haunted by why I didn't take more measures, and why most of the eggs died before being transferred to where I now live.

Listen to all the negative reviews about administration/billing! Please read and heed the reviews about this facility's administration, because they are 100% accurate. I tried to focus on the positive reviews and gave the clinic a chance, but that was a mistake. I called my insurance to confirm that it was in network. Dr. Smeltzer was out of network, so I emailed to cancel my appointment. They then called back and said they could file under the 'corporate NPI,' which was in network. So I began my journey with them... 5 months later, I received a $6,600 bill because these providers were out of network, so the services were not covered. Please note that they submitted services under providers I had never met and could not even identify. I also never received a financial breakdown of services and costs! I do not expect anything to be free, but there was absolutely no discussion. I emailed them the EOB from my insurer showing ACRM/CCRM as in network and showing that the procedures were covered when submitted under the corporate NPI. I asked them to resubmit all claims, and they told me to allow 5-7 days. A month later, they had not replied to emails or my insurer. The insurer called and left a voicemail but could not speak with anyone. I have just received more bills by mail... I am glad some people have had wonderful experiences at this facility. The clinicians I met were fine, although nothing exceptional to me, but they seem able to make many dreams come true, which is wonderful. Their administrative operations, however, are terrible! Listen to all the negative reviews about administration/billing! They are so poor that they make an already difficult experience even harder.

Our experience with this medical office was very negative, and we would not recommend it for IVF care. It was almost impossible to speak with any staff member to establish care or schedule an appointment. During the few imaging examinations we had, the medical assistant was unpleasant and rude and refused to answer any questions.

ACRM's administrative team was a major source of frustration. During my treatment there, I usually paid the bill immediately after each appointment. Sometimes when I did not have my wallet, staff assured me they would mail the balance due. However, several months after treatment ended, I was shocked to receive a large bill that appeared to disregard all the payments I had made directly at the clinic. I tried to contact the billing department to resolve the issue. Despite leaving several voicemails and sending emails, I received complete silence; no one returned my calls or replied to my emails. This was especially frustrating because I had carefully kept every payment receipt and was ready to provide them for clarification. The situation escalated when a collection agency contacted me about the same outstanding balance. I explained the entire experience, including the clinic's failure to respond. Thankfully, the agency was understanding and ruled in my favor, recognizing that the clinic had failed to address my inquiries. However, the relief was short-lived. A few days ago, I received an Experian alert showing that the collection had been added to my credit report. This is especially upsetting because I had maintained excellent credit for more than 20 years. The effect of this misunderstanding on my credit history is deeply concerning. Given these experiences, I strongly advise against using ACRM's services. By contrast, our new clinic has been very responsive. They are always available by phone, and it is refreshing to speak with attentive, helpful people. This change has significantly improved our experience and peace of mind.

Going to ACRM is worse than shopping at Walmart. No one ever picks up the phone, and voice and email messages are completely ignored. I've left them 3 messages in a week, but no one has called back. I think this speaks volumes about the level of medical care we would receive from ACRM. We will be transferring to a more responsive fertility clinic.

1 star We spent more than $5,000 at ACRM—laboratory fees, physician bills, scans, and tests—only to be failed twice by Dr. Kathryn Calhoun and her team. Despite sending clear, time-sensitive ovulation test results and requesting an immediate appointment, they delayed us until after ovulation, making our planned intrauterine insemination completely unfeasible. During one of the most emotionally vulnerable periods of our lives, we trusted Dr. Calhoun with our care. Instead, we were charged thousands of dollars for a procedure that was never performed because of their own scheduling error. After repeated follow-up, she offered a partial refund but refused to accept full responsibility. This was not only a financial loss but also a painful emotional setback. We were out-of-town patients, and they worked with the clinic near our home and communicated with us throughout the IVF process. We visited many fertility clinics where we live, and ACRM exceeded every local clinic. We are incredibly grateful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ACRM team and Dr. Patel! After trying on our own for 2 years, we turned to ACRM for help. It was not an easy journey, but I would not have my little bundle of joy without ACRM's outstanding doctors and nurses. Everyone is very kind and cheers you on throughout the process. Communication is excellent, and all my emails/calls received prompt responses. I am so grateful to Dr. Patel ❤️❤️❤️

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this practice. I encountered numerous scheduling difficulties while trying to arrange a consultation. After the initial consultation, I was instructed to contact them on a specific day for the second phase, which had a strict three-day window. However, I spent two days trying to reach them by email and phone without receiving a response. This raises serious concerns, and I am unwilling to pursue fertility services at a facility with such communication problems. I have therefore decided to explore other options. I strongly urge others to consider seeking care elsewhere. No one should have such a special and sensitive time marred by being ignored by a healthcare provider.

I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment with them. I completed the check-in information several times. I was told I would receive an appointment link, but it never arrived. Instead, they repeatedly resent the registration email. When I called to explain what was happening, I was placed on hold for a long time, and an automated system told me to leave my phone number for a return call. I will not go through this process again.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel. IVF is not easy, but Dr. Patel made it much more pleasant. We were happy to graduate to obstetric care, but genuinely sad to leave Dr. Patel and everyone at the Marietta office. Our baby is now 6 months old. Dr. Patel will always be very special to our family.

Dr. Fogle and the entire ACRM staff were fantastic. They are the golden standard. The team goes above and beyond in every way. They are attentive, responsive and caring! I am typing this review as I am holding my 7 week old beautiful baby girl all thanks to the team at ACRM. In short, Dr. Fogle is brilliant and we couldn’t imagine going through this process with another clinic. We are so thankful for their efforts and can’t wait to go back.

I transferred from ACRM to this clinic, and my experience has been excellent so far! Dr. Best's protocol is much better and worked very well, and her staff are wonderful. They are thorough and helpful, and the care is 100% better than at my previous clinic.

Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to ACRM and Dr. Ashley Tiegs. With the help of Dr. Tiegs and the ACRM team, after five miscarriages we were finally able to conceive, carry, and deliver our miracle baby. From the beginning of our journey at ACRM, Dr. Tiegs helped us through an extremely difficult fertility experience with care, attentiveness, expertise, and kindness. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Calhoun and the team at ACRM. They helped us create the family we always dreamed of, and we will be forever grateful. Our path came with many hurdles and emotional moments, but Dr. Calhoun never gave up on us. The communication was always great, and we felt informed and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Because of Dr. Calhoun’s dedication and expertise, we were able to conceive our two baby girls through IVF. Seeing our dream come true still feels unreal. If you are looking for a fertility doctor and clinic that truly cares, communicates well, and will fight for you every step of the way, I highly recommend Dr. Calhoun and ACRM. Dr. Calhoun took extra time to explain things and listened patiently when I needed reassurance. Her entire practice went further by responding to emails, taking my calls, and generally remaining open to communication.

We loved working with Dr. Calhoun. Our time with her was brief because, fortunately, our IUI with donor sperm worked on the first attempt. During the initial consultation she was warm and enthusiastic and kept referring to ‘our baby,’ making the process feel more real and joyful. You could tell she wanted us to succeed as much as we did, which is rare in a doctor. She was wonderful to work with, as was the entire ACRM team. Dr. Toner happened to be in the office on insemination day and was very kind throughout. We will use ACRM for all future children. What a wonderful workplace!

Dr. Calhoun is clearly in this field for the wrong reasons, especially money. She prescribed over $8,000 in unnecessary medication. I know it was unnecessary because doctors at two different clinics reviewed my records, labs, and tests and were both shocked by everything she prescribed. I am now at a new clinic and having a much better experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor and dishonest clinic. I am glad I went elsewhere and will update this review after beginning the transfer process.
