Dr. Dudley is from Douglas, Georgia. He graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech and earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Dudley completed his residency and fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, a major academic program within the renowned Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the United States.


Recognized by his peers as a thought leader, Dr. Dudley has served on the Pinnacle Fertility board and the American Fertility Pharmacy Advisory Board. He was elected to the board of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and has held various roles since 2015, including society president.     Dr. Dudley and his staff are wonderful! I felt comfortable with all of them. They were responsive to every question, and most importantly, with their help and expertise, I became pregnant. I am now 9 weeks pregnant! I would recommend them to anyone needing IVF services, whatever their circumstances.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire Pinnacle staff! My experience was wonderful. My fiancée and I were treated with respect throughout the journey, and they treated us like family. My IVF journey was successful, and I am currently 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant, all thanks to Dr. Dudley and his team. I want to thank Dr. Dudley, Rachel (my nurse), Jojo (ultrasound technician), Kimone (nurse), and Shay (front desk) individually for giving me such a wonderful experience. They never made my fiancée or me feel uncomfortable. All they showed us was love. I will always return to and recommend Pinnacle Fertility.

    I was a patient at Oma before the clinic was acquired by Pinnacle Fertility. Unfortunately, the experience at Oma was deeply painful. Oma's doctor abandoned all her patients, including some in the middle of treatment cycles. It was a nightmare and truly heartbreaking. Oma made countless mistakes, and I felt defeated. When Pinnacle Fertility took over, they hired Dr. Dudley, who turned everything around. He and his team recognized the trauma I had experienced and treated me with incredible sensitivity and compassion. They handled my severe anxiety with patience and understanding, exactly what I needed after years of frustration and disappointment at Oma. I initially considered switching clinics entirely, but stayed because Dr. Dudley is one of the country's leading fertility specialists. Thanks to his expertise, I ultimately obtained male and female embryos. I chose to transfer the female embryo, and I am now nearly 12 weeks pregnant! The staff and doctor were incredible throughout. Although I am an anxious patient, they always made me feel supported rather than judged. Dr. Dudley is humble, kind, professional, and genuinely shares your excitement. He immediately put me at ease and even provided extra ultrasounds to help with my anxiety. I highly recommend him and his team.     Beware of the “free” consultation. When I chose not to proceed because of the doctor's racist and demeaning comments, I received an unexpected bill. Do not trust this office; it is not welcoming to Black patients. Do not be misled by fake reviews.

    From my first appointment, I knew I was in the best hands with Dr. Dudley and the entire team at Pinnacle Fertility. Dr. Dudley is not only highly knowledgeable, but also one of the most genuine and compassionate doctors I have met. He always made me feel like more than a patient and sincerely kept my best interests at heart throughout the process.     Dr. Dudley and his team truly embody the compassion, knowledge, and understanding needed during IVF. Dr. Dudley's personality makes patients feel genuinely cared for—you are more than a number, and he would help you even if this were not his profession! I cannot praise him enough! His team is outstanding! From the front desk and laboratory technicians to the nurses, they are like family!! They love you, cry with you, and always make you feel loved!!! I am thrilled to graduate with my twins, but sad they cannot guide me and my babies throughout the rest of my pregnancy!! I love Pinniacle Fertility!!!

    My wife and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dudley at Pinnacle Fertility. This was the third clinic in our four-year fertility journey and by far the best. You are not treated like a number here. The entire team is outstanding, and Dr. Dudley patiently listens at every step and keeps in close communication. Your treatment plan is tailored to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I highly recommend this clinic, and we plan to return when we try for a second child.

    Pinnacle Fertility has been absolutely incredible. From day one, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Dr. Dudley is the definition of compassionate. He listens, he explains everything clearly and he truly cares. He’s the kind of doctor who remembers details and makes you feel comfortable right away. The nurses and staff are so professional and sweet. They are also on it with communication. Every time I had a question (and there were many!), they responded so quickly and were always so reassuring. It made such a huge difference during an emotional process. The office is beautiful, super clean, organized, and feels like a calming place to be in. Everything about how this clinic runs is professional, thoughtful, and seamless. I’m so happy to be graduating but also a little sad because this team has been such a big part of my life lately. I would 100000% recommend this clinic to anyone going through fertility treatments.     I paid out of pocket for all visits and lab tests, but the doctor never discussed the results with me. The doctor also never followed up despite my messages asking questions or reporting adverse reactions to medication. I felt completely abandoned as a patient. It was a disappointing experience.

    We tried to conceive for nearly ten years without success. I had four intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles and one in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle in New York, all unsuccessful. After an excellent online consultation with Dr. Paul Dudley, my husband and I felt we had found our doctor. He was very approachable and explained every step in detail. We flew from New York to Atlanta twice, for egg retrieval and embryo transfer, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Dudley and his wonderful team were always ready to answer calls or texts and address every question and concern. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them. This is a success story: we are now almost 15 weeks pregnant. Words cannot describe our joy and happiness. It is all thanks to Dr. Paul Dudley and his outstanding team. Thank you!!! :)

    Honestly, we felt we had run out of options, and Dr. Paul Dudley was the only specialist we could afford. We had already failed with three IVF doctors at three different clinics, but he succeeded. After our fourth attempt, we are now nearly 10 weeks pregnant—look at the ultrasound—thanks to the Pinnacle Fertility Atlanta team! Dr. Dudley is very candid. Rather than giving us the same standard IVF protocol as other doctors, he carefully reviewed our history and tailored treatment to us. For anyone who feels they have reached the end of the road at other clinics, he is truly the best fertility doctor in Atlanta. The support from Brittany, Rachel, and Shay changed everything for us. IVF is physically and emotionally exhausting, but they—and their excellent ultrasound technicians—were patient and made us feel truly human. They never rushed us and offered genuine care. If previous IVF failures have left you discouraged, visit the Pinnacle team. They gave us a miracle we had almost stopped believing in.

    Pinnacle Fertility – Atlanta, Georgia After multiple failed IVF cycles at other clinics, my husband and I truly believed we had run out of options. Frankly, Dr. Paul Dudley at Pinnacle Fertility Atlanta was the only fertility specialist we could afford at the time, and he is the reason I am now nearly 10 weeks pregnant. Ultrasound photo attached 💕. We had previously seen three IVF doctors at different clinics, all of whom used the same one-size-fits-all approach that did not work for us. From the first consultation, Dr. Dudley was different. He was honest, direct, and knowledgeable. He took time to understand our complete medical history and created a personalized IVF protocol instead of repeating a standard process. Our fourth IVF attempt succeeded, and I truly believe it would not have happened without him. The entire Pinnacle Fertility team deserves recognition. Brittany, Rachel, and Shea were wonderful.     The team at Pinnacle Fertility Atlanta is amazing! We began our IVF journey with them and have now welcomed our little angel! During our consultation, Dr. Dudley immediately convinced us that he was the right doctor for us.     You should definitely learn more about Pinnacle Fertility! After your first consultation with Dr. Dudley, you will know you want to choose them. He is highly skilled, kind, and very thorough in his explanations—the diagrams were so helpful! I had previously consulted several other clinics and felt that I had reached a dead end, but Pinnacle Fertility made me feel completely at ease.     My first IVF cycle at a clinic south of Atlanta failed. Although Atlanta is close to home, I felt that clinic did not truly have my best interests in mind, so I scheduled consultations with several Atlanta clinics. After my first appointment with Dr. Dudley, the third doctor I consulted, I chose him. His clinic communicated very well, he was honest, and the entire process was easy. I had no idea how much better the experience could be because I knew nothing beyond my previous clinic. I am 38 and a single mother, and my first cycle at Pinnacle succeeded.
