I was previously a patient at Emory Reproductive Center, and I have to say that Pinnacle is amazing! The staff are very friendly and informative. Dr. Dudley was outstanding from the first appointment to the last. His enthusiasm was infectious and made us even more excited. The whole team is wonderful, and everyone is excellent. Whenever I was nervous, they patiently reassured my wife and me and put us at ease. I love how they communicate by text. They guided us through every step of the injections and provided more detailed information than the pharmacy. I wish I had learned about Pinnacle sooner so that I could have skipped Emory and gone straight to Pinnacle. Our little one might already be here by now.

Dr. Dudley is amazing! We have been on this journey for over three years and have seen several doctors, but he is the most approachable. He always ensures that we have all the information we need and feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services! My first IVF cycle at a clinic south of Atlanta failed. Although Atlanta is close to home, I felt that clinic did not truly have my best interests in mind, so I scheduled consultations with several Atlanta clinics. After my first appointment with Dr. Dudley, the third doctor I consulted, I chose him. His clinic communicated very well, he was honest, and the entire process was easy. I had no idea how much better the experience could be because I knew nothing beyond my previous clinic. I am 38 and a single mother, and my first cycle at Pinnacle succeeded. He is highly skilled, kind, and very thorough in his explanations—the diagrams were so helpful! We tried to conceive for nearly ten years without success. I had four intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles and one in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle in New York, all unsuccessful. After an excellent online consultation with Dr. Paul Dudley, my husband and I felt we had found our doctor. He was very approachable and explained every step in detail. We flew from New York to Atlanta twice, for egg retrieval and embryo transfer, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Dudley and his wonderful team were always ready to answer calls or texts and address every question and concern. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them. This is a success story: we are now almost 15 weeks pregnant. Words cannot describe our joy and happiness. It is all thanks to Dr. Paul Dudley and his outstanding team. Thank you!!! :)

I paid out of pocket for all visits and lab tests, but the doctor never discussed the results with me. The doctor also never followed up despite my messages asking questions or reporting adverse reactions to medication. I felt completely abandoned as a patient. It was a disappointing experience.

Every time I had a question (and there were many!), they responded so quickly and were always so reassuring. It made such a huge difference during an emotional process. Beware of the “free” consultation. When I chose not to proceed because of the doctor's racist and demeaning comments, I received an unexpected bill. Do not trust this office; it is not welcoming to Black patients. Do not be misled by fake reviews.

I was a patient at Oma before the clinic was acquired by Pinnacle Fertility. Unfortunately, the experience at Oma was deeply painful. Oma's doctor abandoned all her patients, including some in the middle of treatment cycles. It was a nightmare and truly heartbreaking. Oma made countless mistakes, and I felt defeated. When Pinnacle Fertility took over, they hired Dr. Dudley, who turned everything around. He and his team recognized the trauma I had experienced and treated me with incredible sensitivity and compassion. They handled my severe anxiety with patience and understanding, exactly what I needed after years of frustration and disappointment at Oma. I initially considered switching clinics entirely, but stayed because Dr. Dudley is one of the country's leading fertility specialists. Thanks to his expertise, I ultimately obtained male and female embryos. I chose to transfer the female embryo, and I am now nearly 12 weeks pregnant! The staff and doctor were incredible throughout.
