Dr. Ikhena-Abel earned her medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, followed by her Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine in Worcester, MA. She further honed her expertise with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Northwestern University. Dr. Ikhena-Abel is deeply committed to assisting her patients in growing their families, destigmatizing infertility and pregnancy loss, and providing comprehensive education on the medical and mental health aspects of these journeys.

 

Dr. Ikhena-Abel specializes in a wide range of women’s health conditions, including infertility, fertility preservation, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine fibroids, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis, and irregular or absent periods.

    I had a wonderful experience with my doctor, Dr. Kelly, but their back office is a mess. I had poor experiences over 3 cycles. I am now transferring to a new clinic and have waited 4 weeks for Aspire to send my embryology records. I cannot plan my next embryo transfer because I cannot obtain my records from Aspire.

    Dr.Adallah & my cypress clinic staff is beyond amazing. They have amazing communication & have been there every step of the way. After having 3 failed IUI’s at a different clinic, the haven’t skipped a beat since taking me as a patient. I love them so much. 🫶🏼

    I booked a month in advance and completed all required paperwork. Four days before the appointment, I received a voicemail saying it would be canceled because my paperwork was incomplete. I called back immediately and was told my health history form was missing, but I had never received any notice or communication about this additional form. I rescheduled for the day after the original appointment and completed everything requested. Two days before the rescheduled appointment, I called to confirm because I had received no confirmation. I was then told it was now virtual, although the original appointment was supposed to be in person. This change was never communicated. The staff, especially the front desk, were disorganized and communicated poorly, which was very frustrating. Based on this experience, I have advised friends to avoid this location and cannot recommend it.

    Great team and great clinic. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. No matter what time of day you visit, you receive the same level of care. They never make you feel rushed or like you are just another number. Every one of them takes excellent care of you and explains the entire process in detail.     I left Texas Fertility Center in Central Texas and came here. I felt much better; the technology and doctors are up to date, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was about to start treatment when I became pregnant! The doctor even said he could see on my ultrasound that I had ovulated and might be pregnant. He was right!

    *Women of color, beware* Read all the reviews. If you are a woman of color or do not fit the mold of a traditional white woman, you may want to find another fertility office. This office's nurses and staff are not very diverse. On the day of my egg retrieval in 09/24, the nurses made my experience so painful that I have not returned to the doctor's office since. They were racist and deeply biased against me, making me feel like a criminal because my transportation did not arrive and threatening to call the police if I tried to leave. Please note that after my procedure I was still connected to an IV. I had committed no crime; I was simply a Black woman without support. Then they called me and made me feel inferior ‘because everyone else found a ride.’ Many other women of color have had terrible experiences here. I do not recommend it, especially in the current climate in this country. Find another office!!!!

    I delayed leaving this review because I worried I might someday need this clinic again to complete a transfer. But after all the nonsense with billing, I would rather use someone else. That is unfortunate because Tanya and Dr. Prokai are both wonderful. Financial adviser Casey is a joke and has no idea what she is doing. I have now waited more than a year for a refund. Before my egg-freezing cycle, Aspire charged me $3100 in advance. Insurance paid most of it, and I actually owed only about $1000. They can see my coverage and should be able to calculate what I owe. During the past 12 months, they repeatedly delayed, submitted duplicate claims, and refused to send basic clinical records for claims, doing everything possible to prevent my insurer from processing matters. Even now, a year later, they still claim there is a pending claim, although there is not, and say they cannot refund me until it is processed. I spent hours on the phone with Cigna trying to resolve this. Every time we tried to reach someone at Aspire, we could not, not even a receptionist. Despite many Google reviews very similar to mine, I went there only because they were the only nearby Austin clinic accepting Cigna. Huge mistake. During this highly stressful period of your life, find another clinic. I cannot imagine having to undergo multiple retrievals and transfers with them. They might take a great deal of my money. These business practices are criminal. I am certain I am not the only person they treat this way. I am glad it was only $2000. I suspect they are holding much more from unsuspecting women and families.

    Great experience with transporting our embryos and with the 3rd party coordinator, Antonella! We're transferring our embryos to our surrogate within the next couple of weeks and can't say enough about the service so far with Aspire. Dr. Kelly is fantastic, warm, friendly and seems like her plans are empirically based, which is refreshing. We had a very negative experience with Texas Fertility and Dr. Probst, but things happen for a reason. Here we are with a new team.

    I froze my eggs at Aspire Fertility in February. I had my first online consultation with Dr. Kelley in December, when she gave a broad overview of testing, injections, monitoring, and retrieval. I asked nothing because I did not know what to ask. Costs were not discussed, and I assumed someone would discuss them later. At my testing appointment, the nurse practitioner explained what she was looking for on ultrasound and said she would tell me the next steps after the blood results. Two weeks passed with no news. I messaged the doctor through the app and explained that I hoped to start with my next menstrual cycle, 10 days away. A nurse said that was fine; I only needed to sign the financial agreement and would receive medication within days. She did not explain that signing would generate a $10,000 electronic bill, with no mention of payment plans or installments. Fortunately, I was prepared to pay out of pocket. It was hard to find the right person for questions, which could delay medication ordering. Aspire uses a third party for medication orders. They sent mine to the wrong pharmacy and could not redirect it, so I had to call for a transfer. Some prior authorizations were delayed, and the third party had no way to expedite them. I had to ask Aspire for an urgent order. This phone tag took hours. My final medications arrived the morning treatment began, only because I persisted. The first appointment felt chaotic. My provider said, “You know what to do,” but I did not. Dr. Prokai, who was not my doctor, performed an ultrasound, said I would receive injection training videos that evening, and dismissed me. They told the front desk I felt unprepared. A medical assistant returned and asked what questions I had, but I still had none because I did not know enough to know what I did not know. The videos were detailed but omitted what injections might feel like, that I might not want to be alone, or that I might need to sit down. Thankfully, a friend insisted on staying. I fainted after my first injection. I had no emergency contact and called a physician friend for advice. Had I been alone, I might have quit immediately. I wish I had known how much support I would need. Friends came over during injections for the first several nights. I asked Dr. Kelley to perform my second ultrasound and told her how stressful the medical issues, unexpected costs, and poor communication had been. She said nurse Rachel had answered all my messages, which was true—but only after I worked out what to ask. Her response was, “I'm sorry you had that experience,” as though she were not central to it. Treatment continued. I learned about fatigue, mood changes, and discomfort through Google. Monitoring occurred during work hours and could not be scheduled. Retrieval required a full day off. Thankfully my job was flexible, but Aspire never discussed the scheduling impact. I received my calendar the day treatment began. To my surprise, Dr. Prokai performed my egg retrieval, although by then I trusted him more than Dr. Kelley. They never explained that someone other than my doctor might perform it. No one told me what happened to my eggs. I had to ask. Nurse Rachel said they were “safely stored.” A week later, the laboratory director called and explained more clearly. I also had to ask about storage fees. Despite repeated requests, I never spoke with the clinic manager, so I contacted a patient experience representative. Aspire's communication, patient support, and transparency were terrible. I had to advocate for myself at every step. I was fortunate to have good friends, financial resources, and a flexible job. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone without strong outside support and time to learn and manage the process themselves.

    After visiting another fertility clinic, I felt very discouraged about the entire IVF process. Aspire Fertility changed everything. For the first time, I found a clinic where I truly felt at ease. When uncertainties arose, the staff addressed them quickly and made the process as simple as possible. They arrange everything, from quick Zoom appointments for clarification to scheduling and financing. Angela Kelly's team is wonderful and answers questions promptly. They are knowledgeable, caring professionals who make you feel valued rather than like a number. Their portal makes communication easy, and they continually seek feedback to improve. Because of my circumstances, I may need another IVF cycle, and I only wish I had gone to Aspire Fertility first. I cannot emphasize enough that this is the best clinic for fertility care. Do not make my mistake by going elsewhere first.

    Stay away from this clinic. Unless you are booking as a new patient, it is impossible to speak with anyone. They are excellent at scheduling and responding promptly when they want to collect money, but they disappear when they owe you money. We have been fighting with them since April 2025 and still have no resolution. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional conduct at a medical facility.

    Patient support is nonexistent, and the finance team took an entire week to respond about an invoice. In fact, they never responded; I finally reached them by phone after leaving five voicemails. Clinical support is also nonexistent. Nurses respond to messages only between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m., or you must wait a day for a reply. For my first appointment, they scheduled bloodwork at a downtown clinic and then an ultrasound at the same location. The clinic appears severely understaffed and overwhelmed. The last time I visited, there were 18 people in the waiting room. I was so shocked that I counted them. Proceed with caution.

    The staff are completely unresponsive, and it is impossible to get answers. They could not provide an estimate for the consultation fee. When my boyfriend tried to schedule self-pay testing, they said he needed a referral. Even after he obtained one, they ignored him completely. When you are spending $10,000 and putting your body through tremendous strain, you need a clinic that communicates effectively, but unfortunately this one cannot. I thought the nurses/doctors might be better because the clinic's overall ratings are high, so I do not know how they decide who receives good care and who is completely ignored, but beware!!

    I scheduled an appointment at a clinic listed at a North Austin address. I never received a confirmation email or was told that I had to install an app to get any information. I eventually went to the clinic I had called to schedule, but it was closed. I called the main line 10 times with no answer or callback. I was finally told I had to drive twice as far to another clinic. They never contacted me to discuss my test results. They expected me to read and interpret my own medical records. They submitted a second referral for my wife but lost it. I had to resubmit it more than a week later before they called me back. When I first contacted them, they said no consultation was needed. When scheduling, they said one was required. There is a complete lack of communication. They have only caused me headaches.

    ***Update***: Aspire, I saw your response to my Google review. As a Black woman, I feel no need to call and discuss my experience further. Deep down, I know that nothing will truly be done to address the racism embedded in your system. No matter how many laws or policies are created to supposedly "protect" people who look like me, they cannot change what resides in a person’s heart. At this point, your apology means nothing to me. What it does make clear is that I need to stop placing trust in a system built by—and for—people who view those who look like me as less than human. My experience with Aspire left me deeply disappointed. I invested time, money, and energy into a system that, in practice, didn’t seem built to support people who look like me. The doctor I saw was dismissive and unwilling to listen or explore alternative options. Throughout my time as a patient, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was encountering a subtle form of racism. It felt as though, had I been of a different race, more care, empathy, and treatment options would have been readily offered.

    I am writing this review to thank ALL of the kind, caring and compassionate team members at Aspire Fertility who helped us on our fertility journey. We came to Aspire having already completed several fertility treatments at another clinic and feeling disheartened by the lack of success. What made Aspire experience different, was that we didn't feel like we were "just a number." Even though I did not see my doctor as frequently as I would have liked (I get it -- doctors are busy!) I received the best care from every person I interacted with (shout out to the girl who did my ultrasounds, you are the BEST, and my nurse who was always ON IT with every question or concern I had, and even the super nice doctor and anesthesiologist who did my retrieval). We are happy to say that we are finally moving on to the next chapter of our lives - thank you Aspire!

    Dr. Angela Kelley is amazing! After a terrible 18-month experience at another clinic, I was referred here and quickly felt at home. From the warm, friendly staff to Dr. Kelley treating me like a person, understanding my medical history, and recommending the treatment best suited to me, this was the first time I felt a clinic genuinely wanted me to become pregnant rather than simply make money. Dr. Kelley is very optimistic and made me feel completely comfortable. Long story short, I was not at this clinic long because I became pregnant on the first try, and I will always be grateful :)

    My experience with Dr. Kelly and Aspire was terrible. They made an already stressful and emotionally difficult fertility journey even worse. Communication with Dr. Kelly was extremely poor. She repeatedly said she would do something but never followed through. When you try to contact her or her team, no one responds. My husband and I also had numerous problems with billing. For 8 months, they kept telling us they were addressing a dispute with our insurance company. We had to keep calling and messaging through the app for updates, but the issue remains unresolved. We wasted nearly a year trying to conceive while dealing with Dr. Kelly and the entire Aspire team.

Whenever I had a question, she answered patiently and thoroughly until I fully understood. She made me feel very comfortable and excited about the experience.     I completed two treatment cycles at Aspire Fertility Clinic, but unfortunately the experience was consistently chaotic and stressful. The first cycle was very difficult, and I expected the clinic to address the problems during the second, but it did not. During last year's first cycle, my medications were sent to six different pharmacies despite my providing all insurance information in advance. The clinic repeatedly told me to call each pharmacy myself to resolve matters and obtain medication on time. The situation became so bad that my husband had to visit the clinic manager in person to coordinate care. Throughout the cycle, I felt left to figure out scans, bloodwork, and even birth-control use without clear guidance. When the second cycle began this October, I expected the pharmacy issues to be resolved. Instead, medications again moved between several pharmacies, causing delays and postponing treatment. Although insurance covered my egg retrieval, communication between the clinic and insurer remained poor. I received more than a dozen collection emails demanding payment I did not owe. The current clinic manager said the issue had been resolved by the account manager, yet payment notices continued. My emails and calls now go unanswered, and I worry this mismanagement will damage my credit or leave me responsible for money I do not owe. I do not know whether legal action is the only remaining option. Fertility treatment is already physically and emotionally exhausting. Patients should not also have to manage pharmacy coordination, billing disputes, and unanswered messages. Aspire fell far below the standard patients deserve for organization, communication, and support.

    If negative ratings were possible, I would give Aspire Fertility one. The clinic's billing is terrible. IVF is already emotionally stressful and painful, and paying to have our beloved baby was difficult enough. Aspire makes matters worse by not communicating. Carefully review every bill sent to you and your insurer. Aspire charged me thousands of dollars multiple times for the same services, and I paid far more than I owed. Had I not noticed, I might have overpaid by more than $10,000. If duplicate charges lead you to overpay, do not expect a refund. Instead, Aspire may send your account to collections—even though I owed nothing and had receipts proving every charge was paid by me or insurance. The collection agency needed Aspire to provide updated information to remove the item from my credit report. Aspire apparently knew how to send information that damaged my credit but not how to submit an update removing the debt. I waited more than three months for a return call. LAUREN DANIELS from billing finally called but was no help. She claimed Aspire could do nothing once the matter went to collections, while the agency said it needed Aspire to verify payment, which Ms. Daniels refused to do. ASPIRE FERTILITY is a joke. Find another IVF clinic; this journey is already hard enough. I never write reviews, but this experience required one. They tried to overcharge me by more than $10,000 in addition to thousands I paid out of pocket while also billing insurance. They refused a refund and refused to remove the item from my credit report. Aspire is a scam. Be careful!!!

    Dealing with the financial and billing team has been a nightmare. They cannot provide clear answers. Before my appointment, they misled me and left me unaware of the costs; now the amount due in the portal keeps changing. They update the number without providing an itemized bill, so I do not know what I am paying for. I repeatedly tried to resolve this privately, but Aspire never contacted me to explain or address it, so I am sharing my experience publicly. For over a month, I have asked to speak with a supervisor. They always say they will leave a message, but no supervisor has contacted me. I also contacted various teams through the portal, and they only said they would ask finance to call. Other reviews suggest this is a common problem. Fertility is already a vulnerable issue, and women spend time, effort, and often years of savings to preserve their options. This is especially frustrating.

    Do not go to Aspire in Austin. The clinical staff repeatedly make mistakes, management and employees are completely incompetent, and patients are treated like sources of money without compassion. Austin has many other excellent clinics—go elsewhere!

    Update: After I posted my complaint, the financial manager called—not to apologize for delaying my treatment, but to ‘educate’ me about how fortunate I was to have good insurance. She admitted they impose long waiting periods on everyone as standard policy to avoid liability. Her attitude was arrogant and missed the point: I already had the approval documents ready, but they refused to review them. This clinic treats patients as numbers to process rather than people who must follow fertility timelines. Original review: I am writing to warn other patients with strict fertility timelines. Although the clinic’s clinical care may be adequate, its financial and administrative team is completely disconnected from the realities of fertility treatment. I urgently needed an ultrasound scheduled for the next day to remain within my clinical window. I proactively emailed the finance team with proof of insurance to prevent a delay. Instead of helping, they sent a generic template stating that standard approval takes ‘7–10 business days.’ Telling an infertility patient who needs care tomorrow to wait two weeks for administrative paperwork—especially after the patient has submitted all required documents—is negligent. It felt as though bureaucracy was being used to mock me while my treatment window closed. This process is already stressful, and it is even worse when administrative staff obstruct treatment.     I do not know Dr. Kelley well, but her care team is extremely inefficient. They seem to take the next step only after repeated reminders, which is very frustrating. I feel I wasted more than a year here. Even after more than three IUI cycles, they showed no urgency or proactive planning. If you have other options, I strongly recommend avoiding Aspire Fertility.

    I am very satisfied with my IVF experience here. Every doctor and nurse I met was warm and thoughtful, especially Dr. Oliva and nurses Laurel and Maddie, who helped me relax when I was extremely nervous. My primary nurse Rachel was also wonderful. She was very patient and responded promptly whenever I messaged her through the app. Even the anesthesiologist and IVF laboratory staff I met on retrieval day seemed to genuinely love their work. I am very happy—thank you!

    The reviews here are greatly exaggerated. This is the most poorly communicating and careless clinic I have encountered. The office looks luxurious, but that is all. Examples of their negligent patient care include: They referred us to another specialist with the wrong date of birth. They never billed insurance correctly. We called four times over three months, yet emails continued showing a false balance. They performed blood tests too early; another fertility specialist explained that the results could not reflect our true situation. Across three visits, the nurse never explained the stages or timing of IVF, leaving us with almost no understanding of the process. Our next clinic took time to explain everything thoroughly. When we requested that records be sent to another clinic, the receiving doctor said they were incomplete. I called five times in one week but could not reach a nurse, medical assistant, records administrator, or anyone else, and nobody returned our calls. I recommend staying away from this clinic, even if it looks warm and comfortable.

    My child is now over a year and a half old, so this review is long overdue. We are deeply grateful to Aspire for helping us build our family! Dr. Prokai is compassionate, understanding, attentive, and always puts patients' needs first. Special thanks to Jenna, who was also outstanding.     Dr. Kelley is incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to truly listen and answer every question I have. She has such a calming presence and consistently puts my worries at ease, especially during difficult and emotional moments. Her nurses, Taylor, Jenna, and Rachel, are absolutely amazing as well.     Title: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Exhausting—Stay Away My wife and I came to Aspire Fertility at one of the most vulnerable times in our lives, hoping for support and professional help. Instead, we encountered an unacceptable level of inefficiency and poor communication from a medical provider. Communication at this clinic is virtually nonexistent. Reaching the clinical team is a nightmare; their voicemail is often full and cannot accept messages. When you finally reach someone, they cannot answer even basic questions. Instead of helping, they repeatedly direct you to the Prelude App because it is supposedly "more efficient," rather than connecting you directly with support. It felt like a deliberate way to avoid responsibility, and the app proved as useless as their phone system. They promised callbacks that never came, leaving us without answers. After we decided to transfer to another provider, the refund process was even worse. Through the app, we were told that a refund for services not yet provided would take about 60 days because of a cumbersome manual review and mailing process. We waited patiently for 10 weeks and urgently needed the money to begin treatment at another fertility clinic in Austin. When the check still had not arrived, we contacted them and were told the refund had been returned to my card in week eight. They never notified us that the refund method had changed or that the matter had been "resolved." Because of their incorrect internal information and complete lack of transparency, we waited more than two months for a check that was never coming. This level of administrative negligence is extremely disappointing. For a clinic serving families hoping to have children, their lack of compassion and basic customer service is disgraceful. If you want a team that values your time, money, and emotional well-being, go elsewhere.

    I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Kelly is highly skilled, and her meticulous service and warm, attentive care meant so much to us. She supported us throughout the entire process. Our nurse, Rachel, was also excellent and patiently answered all our questions. The clinic's online platform was very easy to use. Everyone was welcoming, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team.

    I recently transferred from two other clinics to Aspire Fertility, and the difference in service is remarkable. From the first consultation, Dr. Oliva was excellent. She is warm, knowledgeable, and skilled at explaining complex medical information in clear terms that anyone can understand, even without a medical background. I feel very reassured having her guide me through the process. I must especially thank her physician assistant/medical assistant, Chinyere, who is truly outstanding. I arrive at every visit with many questions and concerns, and she not only responds promptly and thoroughly but also calls to ensure I fully understand and feel comfortable before proceeding. I can only imagine how many other patients she manages, yet she always makes me feel genuinely heard. She has relieved so much of my stress, and I feel very fortunate to be in her care. I highly recommend Aspire Fertility, especially Dr. Oliva and Chinyere!

    Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel made us feel safe and welcome during our initial visit. She took the time to ask questions and listen thoroughly as we expressed our wishes and concerns. Together, we developed the first steps of our fertility plan and left feeling grounded and confident. We are doing everything we can to conceive our first child. The nurses were very friendly and welcoming, both when we arrived and during other interactions in the laboratory. We are excited to continue working with this team and would definitely recommend them to other women and couples trying to conceive.

    From the moment I walked into Aspire Fertility – Domain, I felt supported and cared for. Every staff member was wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my treatment. What could have been an overwhelming and frightening experience became much easier because of this excellent team. My physician was compassionate and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in detail, making me feel confident and reassured. They even took exceptional care of my husband during a blood draw. When he began to feel faint, the staff immediately brought apple juice, crackers, and snacks to help him recover. It was very reassuring to see them treat him with the same kindness they showed me. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and support throughout. We truly felt at ease.

    I honestly do not know where to begin because words can never fully express my gratitude to Dr. Debo Ikhena-Abel at Aspire Fertility. I am currently pregnant with baby number two, and I truly believe none of this would have been possible without her. From our first appointment, I knew I was receiving the best care. Dr. Debo combines extraordinary expertise, calm reassurance, and genuine compassion, making you feel like family rather than simply another patient. As someone with PCOS, I always knew pregnancy might be challenging, but Dr. Debo never let me feel discouraged. She approached my journey with such personalized care and confidence that she put my mind and heart at ease. She explained everything clearly, patiently answered every question, and helped me feel empowered throughout. The treatment, timing, and decisions were all thoughtfully planned and executed. I still cannot believe how smoothly everything went. It felt like magic, but I know it was truly the result of Dr. Debo’s skill and dedication. She knew exactly what she was doing at every step, and I felt I was exactly where I needed to be. I must also praise the Aspire Fertility team. From the front desk and laboratory to the nurses, everyone was kind, welcoming, and very supportive. Jasmine on the nursing staff especially stood out; she is a gem. Dr. Debo is simply the best fertility physician! I sincerely believe she was meant for this work.     Wow. Today was my first meeting with Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel. I am moved and grateful that I found her and Aspire. Everyone my husband and I met was lovely, from the front-desk staff and nurses to everyone in between. Before the appointment, I had questions and contacted the patient portal. Every response was prompt, kind, and helpful. Dr. Ikhena-Abel took time to understand our goals for today’s appointment. I felt cared for and understood and never felt rushed. I did not expect any answers today, but she diagnosed a longstanding problem that other physicians had overlooked or misdiagnosed. I was so relieved I could have cried. We have an excellent plan that we can confidently follow, and I am pleased to have Aspire Fertility and Dr. Ikhena-Abel managing my care. She is a gem. I cannot recommend her and this office highly enough.

    Sadly, this clinic is definitely in it for the money. I understand this is a fertility clinic, but all the OBGYN offices I've been to in the past were pretty good at responding to messages in regards to lab results. Here at Aspire, they require you to have a visit (in person or virtual) to discuss results - despite it just being 1 marker that is not within normal boundaries. As a worker in the health field myself, I asked if this would be part of the initial consultation of hundreds of dollars. They stated it will not incur costs. Well, Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel and I had a virtual meeting for 5 minutes max and I got billed for that visit. Also, when I went to the OBGYN 2 weeks after my visit at Aspire, the OBGYN was suprised that the fertility clinic ran a whole "OB panel" without being pregnant.

    Do not go here! Their billing is incorrect, and they charge astronomical amounts after processing insurance and telling you that you are covered. The physicians are young and lack knowledge, especially regarding specialized issues such as autoimmune disorders and PCOS. Go elsewhere!

    My OB-GYN and a friend, both IVF patients, recommended this clinic. It has the worst communication and billing of any medical practice I have used. 1. Initial visit 45 minutes late: longer visits happen, but 45 minutes is unacceptable. Patients pay late or cancellation fees, so why not charge late doctors? Better scheduling was needed; my husband and I were late for work. 2. Unclear billing: my employer covers some fertility costs, so I need itemized invoices. The portal shows only balances, without charges or details. Requested invoices still did not meet employer requirements. 3. Severe communication delays: aside from front-desk scheduling, most contact uses messaging. At 35, time matters, yet replies take a long time and phone contact is impossible. They work on their schedule, not yours. Initial testing was useful, but the overall experience was poor, and I found another clinic. Other Aspire locations may be better, but I do not recommend this one.

    I had a very good experience at this clinic. The team was kind and thoughtful. Trying to conceive is always stressful, but my concerns were never dismissed and they always listened carefully. I am surprised by the negative reviews because my experience was excellent!

    This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Coordination was chaotic, and the medical management was a mess. They failed to send my medication three times, forcing me to wait until my next menstrual cycle and delaying treatment by an entire month. Time is critical in infertility treatment, yet they acted as though it did not matter. They strongly recommend using the Prelude app for communication, but even the most basic questions take 10 days to receive a response. Ten days, while I was taking medications with strict timing requirements. Their attitude was entirely, 'Not my problem.' There was no accountability, urgency, or ownership. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable for something so important and emotionally significant. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    千万别去这家诊所!!!简直是我去过的最差的诊所!!!绝对是最差劲的诊所!我真想知道他们是怎么进行背景调查的,又是怎么招行政人员的——他们的服务让我痛苦不堪。我的保险是通过Maven购买的,诊所一开始说会按流程办事,结果却把所有费用都算在了我的账上。我的保险公司什么都没收到。我丈夫只是简单地请前台女士把病历摘要和处方单的PDF文件发给他。没想到她竟然用极其粗鲁无礼的语气说:“我不知道怎么把文件转换成PDF,你是这么说的吗?你只能从App里下载了。” 我简直不敢相信自己的耳朵。我理解诊所需要雇用退休人员,因为他们愿意接受较低的工资——但是请你们雇用一些有能力的人吧,ASPIRE!!!这太荒谬了!!!现在我得处理几百美元的保险理赔和账单问题,就因为你们的行政人员一开始根本没把账单寄过来!!!这是我第一次去生育诊所,只是想和我丈夫做个检查。毫无疑问,阿贝尔医生很棒,她资历深厚,资质合格。但是,不仅仅是医生,而是所有人,都抱着一种想方设法从人们身上榨取尽可能多的钱的想法,因为人们急需用钱,愿意付出任何代价来拥有孩子——这简直是犯罪!!我不得不做各种血液检查、扫描、基因检测等等,结果还是被拒绝做试管婴儿,因为“医生说他们想先做其他治疗,最后再做试管婴儿”。我可能不是医疗专业人士,但我有权要求我想要的!!为了做这些不必要的检查和扫描等等,我们浪费了好几个月的时间。我觉得这还算可以接受——但以下几点绝对不行:1)前台人员态度恶劣,对你和你的丈夫无礼,因为他们自己根本不胜任工作,浪费别人的时间;2)实验室助理抽血时总是看电视或玩手机,完全不专心;3)没有好用的应用程序或沟通渠道与工作人员或医生联系——Prelude 应用程序简直烂透了!再次提醒,这家诊所是个陷阱,千万要小心!
