After completing his training and education on the East Coast, his primary goal was to return to his birthplace in Southern California to care for his community.

 

He completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency followed by a three-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UCLA Medical Center.     We came from a different clinic where the experience was lukewarm, and RPMG impressed us tremendously. From a clinical perspective, the team was very proactive in adjusting the protocol based on bloodwork. They even showed us how to extract extra medication from some vials, saving us hundreds of dollars. The facility was clean—though a little impersonal—and very modern. I highly recommend Dr. Brauer and her clinical team. From a billing perspective, we were very pleased. We received an accurate upfront estimate and were promptly billed the same amount less than 1 month after the procedure. We had a poor experience with billing errors at our previous clinic, so this was a welcome relief. The only minor drawback is that parking in the building is very expensive, so we often parked across San Vicente to save money. Overall, I highly recommend RPMG for fertility care. It is a wonderful place.

    I had a consultation with Dr. Huang, and he immediately showed himself to be personable and helpful. He made me feel very reassured and excited about the next steps, and I am glad to have him with me for the foreseeable future!

    Update: Patient care has improved since the move to the new building. I am seen more promptly and receive updates from the pharmacy and prescriptions quickly. Parking at the new building is expensive, and the office does not validate, so look for metered parking. Patient care was extremely poor. I could never reach anyone by phone. Even after two rounds of IVF, the doctor did not return calls promptly. I waited more than 30 days for a postoperative call. Even with an appointment, the office wait averaged one hour, although I arrived 10 minutes early as requested. When I had an early-morning visit and was told to begin a cycle that day, I would not receive a call about my prescriptions or which medications to start that day. The prescription had not been called in. When I was in the office and received attention from a nurse or doctor, I felt overlooked and rushed toward payment. It felt as though they overbooked and rushed people through. I spent more time in the waiting room and at the counter being asked for payment than speaking with someone or receiving quality care.

    As I write this, I am nursing my baby, who would not be here without the expertise of Dr. Wambach at RP. After 2 failed transfers of PGT-tested AA embryos at another Los Angeles fertility clinic, I transferred my final 2 embryos to RP. The other clinic was ready to transfer another embryo without further testing, but I knew I needed a doctor willing to investigate. Dr. Wambach was that doctor. She identified and treated my silent endometriosis, arranged immunology treatment, and ruled out everything that might prevent successful implantation before attempting another transfer. Sure enough, that little embryo took. I should add that I am over 40. After my success, my sister, who had seen nine fertility doctors, also became pregnant with Dr. Wambach. In our experience, many doctors are unwilling to make the extra effort. They use the same protocols they have practiced for 20 years and transfer embryos one after another. My former doctor actually told me, “It is just a numbers game!” Dr. Wambach is different. She understands the latest research, testing, and technology, and appreciates how precious and valuable our small embryos are—God willing, we are fortunate to obtain any. The office is busy, so keep close track of your appointments and protocols, but holding your baby makes it all worthwhile.     I do not usually leave reviews, but after more than a year of treatment at RPMG—including three egg retrievals, two polypectomies, a mock cycle, and a recent embryo transfer—I feel compelled to share my experience to help others considering this clinic. Fertility treatment is inherently stressful, but poor communication, disorganization, and lack of empathy here made it much worse. Examples include: • Messages marked “time-sensitive” were often answered days or even a week later, with no urgency. • After embryo transfer, I received no information about what to expect or when to return. I had to email for answers and still have not been contacted, although follow-up should be soon. • Once, I clearly asked about the next-step plan and received a one-letter reply: “Y.” It felt careless and disrespectful. • For two major procedures, I was surprised to find a different doctor than expected. Once I was even told the procedure date was wrong when it was not. • My medication was nearly sent to an out-of-network pharmacy, which would have cost me $11,000 out of pocket if I had not caught the error. Other medication quantities were also wrong, forcing me to spend an entire day on the phone investigating because IVF medications are time-sensitive. • I changed doctors during treatment hoping for better support, but the problems continued. I liked both my doctors, and the staff were kind and willing to help. But those positive moments were overshadowed by constant follow-up, conflicting information, and the mental burden of feeling I had to manage treatment myself. I even tried to address the issue privately by calling patient care coordinator Chloe, who repeatedly responds sarcastically to these negative reviews, and left a voicemail. I still have not received a response. I sincerely hope the clinic reflects on how it communicates with and supports patients, especially during such a vulnerable time. I would not want anyone else to experience what I did.

    I am unsure how I feel about this place and hesitate to be fully honest because I still want to work with them. The clinical care is excellent! They charge you quickly, but when you seek support with insurance, there are crickets. You must chase people by phone and wait days for a portal response. For something so overwhelming, complex, frightening, and expensive, I expected an upscale private clinic like this to be more sensitive, compassionate, and helpful. When I requested a call for guidance, I received a two-sentence portal reply that did not acknowledge my message, only offered their “solution,” and gave no reply option, so I had to send another message. It is so draining. But perhaps I am not the client they want. I edited my review to 2 stars because after contacting my insurer for an update, I was told the claim was denied because the clinic submitted the information incorrectly. I love that they did not update us. I am disappointed in the clinic, as if this journey were not disappointing enough. If you have unlimited resources, I am sure you will have a great experience. Once I also waited in the “VIP waiting room,” which had better coffee and bottled drinks. The rest of us ordinary patients received unpleasant K-Cups, which seemed unfair.

    My husband and I are currently 15 weeks pregnant, and we truly could not have succeeded without the outstanding team at RPMG. From the beginning, Dr. Wendy Chang made us feel fully informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Throughout the process, she embodied everything a doctor should be—warm, professional, and thorough. We felt we were receiving the best care at every step. Her assistant Kimberly is truly a gem—extremely kind and responsive. From the nurses and laboratory team to the ultrasound technicians, every staff member went above and beyond for us. Every question I had, including my many questions, was answered patiently and thoroughly, so we always felt fully up to date. IVF can feel overwhelming at times, especially when everything is so unfamiliar, but this team made us feel empowered and hopeful. We are incredibly grateful to have been guided by such a compassionate and highly skilled team. Thank you to Dr. Chang and the entire RPMG family—we will always be grateful!

    I could write countless reviews expressing endless praise and gratitude for Dr. Huang and his entire clinic! Dr. Huang guided my husband and me through two IVF cycles, resulting in two healthy children and a successful third pregnancy. We recently became pregnant this time and graduated from his clinic at 10 weeks! He is the kindest, most attentive, and most encouraging doctor I have worked with in any specialty. He made the entire process clear and understandable and gave us a truly special experience. It felt as though he and the nurses created ease and magic with their own hands. I already cannot wait to see him again! I highly recommend this team and thank them from the bottom of my heart! I am deeply grateful for every moment with them!

    First, Dr. Chang is the best doctor I could have found. She is very attentive and conscientious and provides a unique, highly individualized treatment plan for each patient. She truly cared about me; one evening she called me because she had stayed late reviewing my medical records. She helped me conceive successfully at ages 38 and 40. Overall, she is always positive and simply incredible. Second, regarding the clinic: before RPMG, all my egg retrievals were performed at SCRC, so that is the only other clinic I can compare it with. I can say that RPMG is more organized than SCRC and creates a smoother patient experience. They are excellent at communicating transparently with patients about the entire process and what to expect. My only complaint is that the wait before appointments can sometimes be long. Otherwise, I highly recommend this clinic.

    Dr. Wendy Chang is honestly the most amazing doctor. She is so knowledgeable and competent but also incredibly warm and compassionate. She understood the nuances of our particular situation, and communicated with us every step of the way. She always made us feel like a priority. People say IVF is more of an art than a science, and Dr. Chang is proof of that. She truly is an exceptional doctor.

    It saddens me to leave this review because I genuinely liked the RE I was referred to, Dr. Meredith Brower. However, I cannot in good conscience continue treatment at this clinic because the staff are extremely unprofessional. When you work so hard for every dollar, it is especially painful to pay thousands for incompetent, substandard service. The insurance department in particular shows no regard for the time-sensitive and emotional nature of fertility treatment. They treat you like a stranger, even though they are always paid on time. They show no urgency in submitting insurance preauthorization requests, are dishonest, and are impossible to reach with questions or concerns. The final straw was having my IVF cycle delayed for no reason because the insurance department failed to submit the authorization within 5 business days, lied about when it was actually submitted, and ignored both my expedited authorization request—which could have been completed within 3 days—and multiple follow-up emails. The only delayed response I received said that their workload meant insurance authorization submissions required a week. This is absurd. They did not clearly explain out-of-pocket costs in advance, and I was shocked to learn that these costs could not be submitted to insurance at all and that I did not know when the services had been completed. The billing department was equally disorganized and opaque. I had to demand clarification and waste work hours sorting out bills with misapplied payments. The nursing staff are nice, but at every visit I heard all kinds of gossip about both staff and patients. In fact, I learned that a friend of mine also attended this clinic because the nurses disregarded patient privacy and discussed her condition loudly. When I received calls from doctors or nurses, I often heard loud conversations and laughter in the background. The clinic allows patients to bring dogs that are not service animals into the ultrasound room, which is completely unhygienic. The nurse anesthetist joked and asked what my husband and I did for work while I lay in an undignified position waiting for surgery. Such disregard for patients throughout the clinic makes one question the quality of its care and laboratory handling. I had previously read similar negative reviews about the staff here, and it is clear that the lack of accountability is part of the clinic's culture. What a shame. Be careful.

    Dr. Brower and her team are the absolute best! Dr. Brower has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever interacted with. She is kind, warm and genuinely cares about her patients, often remembering personal details months after we've shared them. Her team is professional, available and incredibly compassionate.     I love this clinic and have been going there for the past few years. I am undergoing my third egg retrieval, so I have been visiting the clinic every other day. The experience has been excellent. Everything is on time, the nurses are friendly, and the information is helpful and easy to understand. I love my doctor, Dr. Brower, my nurse Becky, and ultrasound nurse Lili. My husband and I both give this clinic five stars. I recommend it to anyone looking for a clinic. Best of all, every process is very well organized, which I love. Insurance authorization, genetic testing, medication delivery, bloodwork, and egg retrieval were all smooth and convenient. If I have a question, I can message through the portal and the medical team responds quickly. If I call and leave a message, a nurse calls me back within an hour. Every process is simple, so you can truly focus on yourself and achieving the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Reproductive Partners Medical Group and have only positive things to say about this clinic.

    Dr. Huang at Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners is both professional and kind. Fertility treatment is one of life's most vulnerable and emotional experiences. From the first visit, he demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge, but his empathy truly set him apart. He never rushed me, always explained each step patiently and clearly, and consistently treated me with kindness and respect. I genuinely felt I was receiving the best care. The entire Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners team was warm and professional, and I felt supported throughout my fertility journey. After I became pregnant, he and his team provided attentive early-pregnancy care. Because I live two hours from the clinic, his nurse Claudia checked in with me every week.     Another example of American health care at its worst. They pretend to care about patients but focus only on money. Communication is terrible: voicemail and portal messages go unanswered, and arrogant clinical staff merely follow scripts. They should be ashamed. They have no interest in you as a person, only in their success and failure rates. IVF carries major risks, especially with an organization like this.

    Dr. Brower helped me get pregnant and stay pregnant with both of my children. She helped give me answers to why I didn't have a period and why I wasn't getting pregnant naturally. She was committed to problem solving and getting creative if/when a cycle didn't work. She does not just treat you like a protocol or like everyone else. She goes above and beyond to understand your lifestyle, your bloodwork, your cycle, your history, and your personality to help you achieve the results you want. I loved going to my fertility appointments, a statement you may not hear many people say, because I got to see Dr. Brower. I'd highly recommend working with her and the rest of the staff at RPMG.

    My wife and I are a same-sex couple who have spent the past four years trying to build our family. Like many couples undergoing fertility treatment, our journey was filled with hope, setbacks, and moments when we wondered whether our dream would ever come true. We began with a more holistic approach at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, then visited a fertility clinic near Century City. Unfortunately, neither experience felt right.     I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Brower and her team. Going through egg freezing with her exceeded every expectation. Dr. Brower is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her patients. I went through this process without insurance, and she made sure I truly got the most out of my care. She’s not only an excellent physician, but also so patient, warm, and easy to talk to. I always felt supported and completely at ease. Her team is just as exceptional. The nurses are highly skilled, thorough, and always available. I was able to message them any day—even on weekends—and they consistently responded to me within hours.     I highly recommend Dr. Andy Huang and his talented team. Before finding Dr. Huang, many doctors told me I might not be able to become pregnant. After two failed IVF treatments, including one at a Palm Springs IVF clinic that experienced a terrorist attack, I felt deeply discouraged and uncertain about the future. Then we found Dr. Huang, and everything changed. After just one treatment, my husband and I successfully became pregnant, with additional embryos safely stored. It still feels like a dream! A friend told me that her daughter had undergone eight failed IVF treatments before meeting Dr. Huang—and after just one treatment with him, she had a happy family. When I heard this, I immediately scheduled a consultation. From the beginning, Dr. Huang and his team took a completely different approach. They cared not only about the treatment process but about me as a person. They guided me, helped me develop a diet plan to support my physical and emotional health, encouraged me to prioritize self-care again, and truly prepared my body. Their communication throughout treatment was excellent. Every step was clearly explained, every question was answered, and I always felt supported and seen. They are available seven days a week. We traveled from Palm Springs for treatment, and the journey was absolutely worthwhile. Their team even helped coordinate our appointment times to avoid peak traffic and thoughtfully offered many suggestions to make our travel easier. This level of attentive care meant so much to us.     This review is long overdue! Our daughter is due next week, and I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Wendy Chang and her wonderful team. We had to undergo IVF because of a genetic issue—one we might never have discovered without Dr. Wendy's thorough evaluation. She is truly one of the best doctors I have ever met: considerate, calm, knowledgeable, highly skilled, kind, and incredibly reassuring. Her team, including Jessica, Kimberly, Tatevik, Chandler, Anna, and everyone else, is also amazing. We formed close bonds with them throughout treatment. Although we were happy to “graduate,” it was very difficult to leave everyone! The one area needing improvement is the clinic's logistics. Wait times can be long, and valet parking is expensive, especially when most of the time is spent waiting. Discounted parking would be greatly appreciated. That said, we will always be grateful to Dr. Wendy and her team and cannot wait to bring our daughter to meet the people who helped bring her to us. 🩷

    Please do not waste your money here. You can never reach the billing department, and they keep you waiting for a long time. Seeing Dr. Wambach was the biggest mistake of my life. Before we even began any process, she pressured me to pursue surrogacy. I have hypothyroidism, but after my transfer they did not bother to check my hormones or TSH. It became so high that I miscarried. I tried to contact Dr. Wambach many times, but she did not contact me until everything was over. I would never recommend her. I changed clinics and had a healthy baby.

    I have been a patient at Reproductive Partners on and off for four years! I would not trust this delicate and technical process to anyone else. I previously saw other specialists, and the difference is night and day! For me, it is the combination of the staff's warmth and the unmatched knowledge of the doctors and nurses. This is a very difficult time, but they are excellent at meeting you where you are in your journey and helping you achieve your goals. I love this place.

    Working with the team at Reproductive Partners in Redondo Beach has been an incredible experience for my husband and me. After trying to have a child for some time, we were very grateful for the kindness and understanding shown by all the nurses and staff. Dr. Ho was outstanding, thoroughly explaining every step of the IUI process and always taking the time to answer our many questions in detail. Our nurse, Julie, has become such a caring friend. She shared our excitement about our baby on the way, and her warm smile and positive energy were truly infectious. Seeing her each week was a highlight of this journey, and her genuine care made us feel completely at ease. We are deeply grateful for her support and encouragement.

    My partner and I recently felt very well cared for throughout our journey at Reproductive Partners. After working unsuccessfully with another doctor, we were referred to this fertility group. Dr. Huang took the time to help us understand every option based on our data, test results, and comfort level. He learned what steps we were willing to take in our fertility journey and supported our decisions. Once we arrived at the office, everyone we interacted with used their systems very efficiently. The online portal messaging system and phone calls provide regular updates from the team, so you are never left wondering about the next step. To accommodate our work schedules, we often saw nurses and other doctors, and we had positive experiences with every clinical and office staff member we encountered.     5 Stars – A Dream Come True Thanks to Dr. A After years of uncertainty and heartache, we are overjoyed to finally be holding our healthy baby in our arms — and it’s all thanks to Dr.A and the incredible team at RPMG. After my first transfer failed with another doctor in the clinic, I switched to Dr A. who did an ultrasound which showed that I had fibroid where the baby implants, and referred me to a surgeon to remove the fibroid. I went ahead and did the surgery, and 2nd transfer worked. Infertility can be an emotional rollercoaster, especially for women over 40 like me, but Dr. A. gave us hope when we needed it most. Their personalized care plan and attention to detail were instrumental in helping us conceive, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Moreover, she provides her phone # and answer all questions anytime.     Stop looking and book now!!! I cannot say enough about my experience at Reproductive Partners. Dr. A treated my Asherman's syndrome with D&C surgery and helped me conceive naturally immediately afterward. She was highly professional, and I trusted her completely. The team also stood out. Every woman at Reproductive Partners—from the front desk to the nurses—was kind, helpful, and responsive. I looked forward to appointments because so many welcomed and encouraged me. The process moved very quickly. Waiting is one of the hardest parts of TTC, and Dr. A and the team respected my time and advanced everything promptly.     The nurses and doctors here are always thoughtful, attentive, and excellent communicators. Every appointment has been positive, and they answer all my questions promptly. This is our second IVF attempt. Although the first was unsuccessful, Dr. A carefully listened to our feedback and adjusted the protocol for this cycle. They have moved to a new clinic with more space and greater efficiency.

    We have been patients since the clinic was in Redondo Beach. Dr. Ho is highly skilled, and the clinic staff are excellent. Dr. Ho is attentive and responsive. Many times, when we sent a message through the clinic website, she personally called us back. Their blood-draw technique is also outstanding. My wife and I could barely feel the needle. Even Count Dracula could not match their skill. Every procedure went smoothly, and recovery was good. Our only minor complaint was during the period immediately after they moved to Torrance. Service and professionalism did decline for several weeks, but everything has now returned to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and this clinic.

    The doctors are excellent. The nurses—the actual nurses, not people who are not nurses but call themselves nurses—are also wonderful. However, the procedures and billing are terrible. Had I known, I would definitely have compared more clinics.

    Dr. A, Dr. Ho, and all the nurses are very nice! The nurses are all very responsive too. My only issue is with the billing department. They are slow to call your insurance and coordinate with them. That process has really stressed me. Just make sure, they bill correctly!

    Five stars for Dr. Ho and her entire team, from the front desk and nurses to the phlebotomists. I have followed Dr. Ho since she was a specialist, when she retrieved my eggs, and later completed a successful embryo transfer with her at Reproductive Partners. This year, using insurance added considerable stress, but her team worked tirelessly through all the administrative details. Her nurses are gentle, caring, professional, efficient, and steady; even when I became emotional, they remained compassionate and professional. I have only praise for them. Dr. Ho is unquestionably the team's greatest asset and guiding force.

    I completed four embryo transfers at RPMG as a surrogate, and the entire process went very smoothly. The first transfer was successful, and the intended parents welcomed a beautiful baby boy. I feel incredibly honored to have been part of it. 💙 I visited their former Redondo Beach office as well as their new Torrance and Beverly Hills locations. Every appointment was smooth and well organized, with short wait times. I especially appreciated how considerate the staff were because I live about 2.5 hours from the clinic. They tried to schedule most of my appointments between 7 and 9 a.m., which made the travel much easier. Overall, the entire team was supportive, efficient, and respectful of my time. I am very grateful for the excellent care they gave me and for the work they do to help families grow.

    Words cannot explain how my husband and I feel sharing this review. After a terrible experience at another clinic, I feel very fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience here. Staff members including Precious, Sandra, Patty, and Dr. Amin were excellent. The office flow was impressive! Their organization and, most importantly, the way they made us feel safe were exceptional. Whenever we had a question, they had already uploaded the information to the portal, yet they still took the time to explain it in person; that is priceless. In the past, I retrieved only 2 eggs each time, but this calm environment and excellent team helped me retrieve 9. I could not have done it without God and the support of this amazing team.

    Honestly, I have mixed feelings. I liked the team and the treatment. However, when I moved out of state and needed to take my embryos with me, they charged me another $500 to transport my own embryos and eggs. I was never told about this policy, and the clinic I transferred from did not charge this fee. It felt like a hostage situation where I had to pay a ransom.

We chose RPMG after an unpleasant experience at another local fertility clinic, so we met their team at an especially vulnerable time in our lives. The entire RPMG team communicated well, was responsive, and offered exactly the right degree of cautious optimism, which is difficult to balance during such an emotional experience. We felt fully informed throughout treatment and appreciated the team's approach to shared decision-making without compromising sound medical judgment.     Choosing Dr. Han and RPMG Long Beach for my first IVF treatment was one of the best decisions of my fertility journey. I had previously undergone 5 IUIs at another clinic, along with multiple surgeries and miscarriages, so I was very anxious about beginning IVF. Once I decided to try, I found RPMG online and contacted them, and they returned my call quickly. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Han, and from that first meeting I knew he was the doctor I wanted. He is caring and kind and made my IVF experience feel warm and compassionate.     Dr Amin and her team have been amazing every step of the process. We conceived our son on our first IUI in 2023. We came back in 2025 to try to conceive our 2nd child and unfortunately didn't have luck with 4 IUIs (I was 40). Dr Amin was so supportive and helped us assess next steps. Unfortunately we couldn't afford IVF with Reproductive Partners at the time so we tried another cheaper clinic. We had a horrible experience at the other clinic and couldn't wait to get back to Reproductive Partners and Dr Amin once our insurance kicked in. IVF with Dr Amin was a completely different experience and we were able to conceive our 2nd son in the first cycle with 1st transfer. As a lesbian couple, we felt incredibly safe and supported throughout our journey with Dr Amin and Reproductive Partners. We are eternally grateful for their care and support in helping to build our family.

    One of Beverly Hills' most sought-after OB-GYNs referred me to Dr. Andy Huang, and her office manager insisted I see him. I told the office manager we had tried to conceive naturally for nearly 2 years, and she assured me I would be well cared for if we chose him as our fertility doctor. She was right!!! We are now pregnant and nearing the end of the first trimester. We are so grateful to have found him and his team at Reproductive Partners Medical Group in Beverly Hills. Thankfully, we live nearby because we visited his beautiful, advanced office many times for numerous appointments, laboratory tests, two egg retrievals, and one very successful embryo transfer. Parking costs $20–30 each time, so arrive early if possible and look for metered street parking! The local operating room, surgical center, and embryology laboratory are very modern, and the entire facility is exceptionally clean. They have a useful patient portal for communication, so download the app. We will miss Dr. Andy's charm, countless sports references, very positive attitude, and caring bedside manner. God willing, we will return when we are ready for another pregnancy. Heartfelt thanks to everyone on the team—I love Allie and Hennessy, and even the other doctors who covered when Dr. Andy was away.     I did not have a good experience at this clinic. After a positive virtual consultation, we went to the clinic and everything fell apart. First, parking was extremely expensive. I recall it being about $30. They do not validate, and there is no street parking nearby. Second, we arrived at a crowded, windowless waiting room with the atmosphere of a public library. This is a very personal process, and you do not want to be surrounded by strangers in a dingy room. Third and most importantly, they do not respect your time. After waiting about half an hour, I overheard one woman tell another, “Yes, he has a good reputation, but expect to wait an hour.” Sure enough, we waited more than an hour. After waiting about an hour, I took a stand. I stood up for all the vulnerable women too frightened and desperate to speak up. This man performs well, but his prices are exorbitant, and routinely making people wait more than an hour is disrespectful. Either control your greed or become more organized. After that terrible first meeting, I took control and found West Coast Fertility Center on Reddit. The drive was a little longer, but we never waited very long. We saved more than $20,000, and their facilities were better, with ample free parking, a beautiful waiting area, and no crowding. I also found Vitaly A. Kushnir, MD, much less condescending in the way he spoke. I am happy to say that we just welcomed a beautiful baby boy on our first IVF attempt! Andy Huang is not the only option in town.

    Dr. Andy Huang is remarkable. How can I describe how wonderful he is? In addition to being an excellent doctor, he is a genuine person. Not every doctor cares the way he does. I wish I had known him five years ago; my other fertility doctors wasted so much of my time! Dr. Huang truly cares about his patients and ensures they receive the best care. He is responsive and answers medical questions promptly. Brianna, Becky, and Dr. Huang are like three caring musketeers in scrubs. Martin is one of the best phlebotomists you could meet. He truly knows what he is doing, so even if you have difficult veins like me, you can trust him. They all genuinely care. Twice, I was alarmed by some administrative issues, but Dr. Huang ensured they were handled properly and promptly. Tara is also very caring and helpful. She makes sure everything is managed properly and is very understanding. Becky in third-party services also helped me greatly. The ultrasound technician was kind as well. Dr. Huang helped me with a problem that most, if not all, fertility doctors could not address. I will always be grateful to him. What a wonderful team! My only terrible experience was with the anesthesiologist, Dr. Cousineau. From the start, I told him that my veins were difficult and that the phlebotomist found a vein in my right elbow. He punctured the backs of my hands and my wrists 14 times but never once tried my elbow. My wrists were painful and severely bruised for more than a week. It was so bad that some friends became concerned because they thought I had attempted suicide or had been attacked. Throughout my suffering, which lasted about an hour, Dr. Cousineau kept whistling, and for a time this appeared in my nightmares. It took me a while to overcome those nightmares. When I complained, he acted as though I was overreacting and repeatedly mentioned how experienced and great a doctor he was. He wanted to try my foot but still did not want to try my right elbow. I refused to proceed if he did that. Dr. Wambach, who performed my egg retrieval that day because Dr. Huang was out of the office, then asked the phlebotomist Martin to help. Guess what? Martin found the vein exactly where I had said from the beginning: my right elbow! Dr. Huang and his clinical team are wonderful. I would give them ten stars if I could; 5 stars does not do them justice. However, I would not give Dr. Cousineau even 0 stars. If he may be your anesthesiologist and you have difficult veins like me, be sure to advocate for yourself before you are traumatized.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Huang will always be my hero. Thanks to Andy Huang, I now have two healthy babies at home. I froze my eggs in 2015, experienced multiple miscarriages and canceled cycles, and now have a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old. The second transfer went unbelievably smoothly. I had a few appointments, a scheduled pickup, and my little girl at the foot of my bed. I cannot wait to see the new facility. Update: My baby is now thriving in the other room at 10 months old, and I have seen the new facility. It is incredible—the Ferrari of reproductive facilities, with a master at the wheel. If you want a positive and successful journey, RPMG is the place for you!
