For 35 years, Reproductive Partners Medical Group (RPMG) has helped couples fulfill their dreams of completing their families and has assisted in the births of thousands of children through assisted reproductive technology. RPMG physicians serve on the editorial and review boards of medical journals such as “Fertility and Sterility” and the “Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics.”
RPMG physicians have served as clinical faculty at leading medical schools, including UCLA, UC San Diego and UC Irvine. Teaching and research are important parts of the RPMG practice. We were completely ignored and are very disappointed. Our doctor was wonderful, which is the only reason I gave two stars, but we had to go to great lengths just to receive a callback, and every step involving the clinic staff was a struggle. We were repeatedly ignored and had to keep calling for updates. After completing the initial genetic testing and insurance consultation, we called to schedule the start of hormone treatment and the next steps, but were ignored again. This was already the fourth or fifth time, and three months have passed without any response. We are now completely disappointed with this clinic. Unless you have time to keep calling and waiting for a response, do not waste your time.

This review is long overdue! Our daughter is due next week, and I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Wendy Chang and her wonderful team. We had to undergo IVF because of a genetic issue—one we might never have discovered without Dr. Wendy's thorough evaluation. She is truly one of the best doctors I have ever met: considerate, calm, knowledgeable, highly skilled, kind, and incredibly reassuring. Her team, including Jessica, Kimberly, Tatevik, Chandler, Anna, and everyone else, is also amazing. We formed close bonds with them throughout treatment. Although we were happy to “graduate,” it was very difficult to leave everyone!
The one area needing improvement is the clinic's logistics. Wait times can be long, and valet parking is expensive, especially when most of the time is spent waiting. Discounted parking would be greatly appreciated.
That said, we will always be grateful to Dr. Wendy and her team and cannot wait to bring our daughter to meet the people who helped bring her to us. 🩷

I highly recommend Dr. Andy Huang and his talented team.
Before finding Dr. Huang, many doctors told me I might not be able to become pregnant. After two failed IVF treatments, including one at a Palm Springs IVF clinic that experienced a terrorist attack, I felt deeply discouraged and uncertain about the future. Then we found Dr. Huang, and everything changed.
After just one treatment, my husband and I successfully became pregnant, with additional embryos safely stored. It still feels like a dream!
A friend told me that her daughter had undergone eight failed IVF treatments before meeting Dr. Huang—and after just one treatment with him, she had a happy family. When I heard this, I immediately scheduled a consultation.
From the beginning, Dr. Huang and his team took a completely different approach. They cared not only about the treatment process but about me as a person. They guided me, helped me develop a diet plan to support my physical and emotional health, encouraged me to prioritize self-care again, and truly prepared my body.
Their communication throughout treatment was excellent. Every step was clearly explained, every question was answered, and I always felt supported and seen. They are available seven days a week.
We traveled from Palm Springs for treatment, and the journey was absolutely worthwhile. Their team even helped coordinate our appointment times to avoid peak traffic and thoughtfully offered many suggestions to make our travel easier. This level of attentive care meant so much to us.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Brower and her team. Going through egg freezing with her exceeded every expectation.
Dr. Brower is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her patients. I went through this process without insurance, and she made sure I truly got the most out of my care. She’s not only an excellent physician, but also so patient, warm, and easy to talk to. I always felt supported and completely at ease.
Her team is just as exceptional. The nurses are highly skilled, thorough, and always available. I was able to message them any day—even on weekends—and they consistently responded to me within hours. When I had confusion about medications while traveling, they went above and beyond to calm my nerves and guide me through it.
The level of care, communication, and compassion I experienced is truly unmatched. I’m so grateful for this team and so happy with my outcome. I would absolutely trust Dr. Brower with all of my future fertility care and recommend her wholeheartedly.

My wife and I are a same-sex couple who have spent the past four years trying to build our family. Like many couples undergoing fertility treatment, our journey was filled with hope, setbacks, and moments when we wondered whether our dream would ever come true.
Before finding Dr. Wendy Chang and the team at Reproductive Partners Medical Group, we tried several other options. We began with a more holistic approach at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, then visited a fertility clinic near Century City. Unfortunately, neither experience felt right. One clinic in particular felt cold and impersonal during one of the most vulnerable, emotional journeys a couple can face. Looking back, we wish we had researched sooner and found Dr. Chang earlier.
From the moment we met Dr. Chang, everything felt different. She was warm, kind, patient, and deeply reassuring. She listened carefully to our story and made us feel understood and supported as a same-sex couple facing fertility challenges. For the first time in our long journey, we felt we were on the right path.
Our journey with Dr. Chang was not easy and lasted about a year. We faced many difficulties, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. Fertility treatment is not a straight path. Dr. Brower helped me get pregnant and stay pregnant with both of my children. She helped give me answers to why I didn't have a period and why I wasn't getting pregnant naturally. She was committed to problem solving and getting creative if/when a cycle didn't work. She does not just treat you like a protocol or like everyone else. She goes above and beyond to understand your lifestyle, your bloodwork, your cycle, your history, and your personality to help you achieve the results you want. I loved going to my fertility appointments, a statement you may not hear many people say, because I got to see Dr. Brower. I'd highly recommend working with her and the rest of the staff at RPMG.

Another example of American health care at its worst. They pretend to care about patients but focus only on money. Communication is terrible: voicemail and portal messages go unanswered, and arrogant clinical staff merely follow scripts. They should be ashamed. They have no interest in you as a person, only in their success and failure rates. IVF carries major risks, especially with an organization like this.

Dr. Huang at Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners is both professional and kind. Fertility treatment is one of life's most vulnerable and emotional experiences. From the first visit, he demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge, but his empathy truly set him apart. He never rushed me, always explained each step patiently and clearly, and consistently treated me with kindness and respect. I genuinely felt I was receiving the best care. The entire Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners team was warm and professional, and I felt supported throughout my fertility journey.
After I became pregnant, he and his team provided attentive early-pregnancy care. Because I live two hours from the clinic, his nurse Claudia checked in with me every week. I was amazed by how much the team cared and that they followed me until I stopped medication at 10 weeks.

I love this clinic and have been going there for the past few years. I am undergoing my third egg retrieval, so I have been visiting the clinic every other day. The experience has been excellent. Everything is on time, the nurses are friendly, and the information is helpful and easy to understand. I love my doctor, Dr. Brower, my nurse Becky, and ultrasound nurse Lili.
My husband and I both give this clinic five stars. I recommend it to anyone looking for a clinic. Best of all, every process is very well organized, which I love.
Insurance authorization, genetic testing, medication delivery, bloodwork, and egg retrieval were all smooth and convenient. If I have a question, I can message through the portal and the medical team responds quickly. If I call and leave a message, a nurse calls me back within an hour. Every process is simple, so you can truly focus on yourself and achieving the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Reproductive Partners Medical Group and have only positive things to say about this clinic.

It saddens me to leave this review because I genuinely liked the RE I was referred to, Dr. Meredith Brower. However, I cannot in good conscience continue treatment at this clinic because the staff are extremely unprofessional. When you work so hard for every dollar, it is especially painful to pay thousands for incompetent, substandard service. The insurance department in particular shows no regard for the time-sensitive and emotional nature of fertility treatment. They treat you like a stranger, even though they are always paid on time. They show no urgency in submitting insurance preauthorization requests, are dishonest, and are impossible to reach with questions or concerns. The final straw was having my IVF cycle delayed for no reason because the insurance department failed to submit the authorization within 5 business days, lied about when it was actually submitted, and ignored both my expedited authorization request—which could have been completed within 3 days—and multiple follow-up emails. The only delayed response I received said that their workload meant insurance authorization submissions required a week. This is absurd. They did not clearly explain out-of-pocket costs in advance, and I was shocked to learn that these costs could not be submitted to insurance at all and that I did not know when the services had been completed. The billing department was equally disorganized and opaque. I had to demand clarification and waste work hours sorting out bills with misapplied payments. The nursing staff are nice, but at every visit I heard all kinds of gossip about both staff and patients. In fact, I learned that a friend of mine also attended this clinic because the nurses disregarded patient privacy and discussed her condition loudly. When I received calls from doctors or nurses, I often heard loud conversations and laughter in the background. The clinic allows patients to bring dogs that are not service animals into the ultrasound room, which is completely unhygienic. The nurse anesthetist joked and asked what my husband and I did for work while I lay in an undignified position waiting for surgery. Such disregard for patients throughout the clinic makes one question the quality of its care and laboratory handling. I had previously read similar negative reviews about the staff here, and it is clear that the lack of accountability is part of the clinic's culture. What a shame. Be careful.

Dr. Wendy Chang is honestly the most amazing doctor. She is so knowledgeable and competent but also incredibly warm and compassionate. She understood the nuances of our particular situation, and communicated with us every step of the way. She always made us feel like a priority. First, Dr. Chang is the best doctor I could have found. She is very attentive and conscientious and provides a unique, highly individualized treatment plan for each patient. She truly cared about me; one evening she called me because she had stayed late reviewing my medical records. She helped me conceive successfully at ages 38 and 40. Overall, she is always positive and simply incredible.
Second, regarding the clinic: before RPMG, all my egg retrievals were performed at SCRC, so that is the only other clinic I can compare it with. I can say that RPMG is more organized than SCRC and creates a smoother patient experience. They are excellent at communicating transparently with patients about the entire process and what to expect. My only complaint is that the wait before appointments can sometimes be long. Otherwise, I highly recommend this clinic.

I could write countless reviews expressing endless praise and gratitude for Dr. Huang and his entire clinic! Dr. Huang guided my husband and me through two IVF cycles, resulting in two healthy children and a successful third pregnancy. We recently became pregnant this time and graduated from his clinic at 10 weeks! He is the kindest, most attentive, and most encouraging doctor I have worked with in any specialty. He made the entire process clear and understandable and gave us a truly special experience. It felt as though he and the nurses created ease and magic with their own hands. I already cannot wait to see him again! I highly recommend this team and thank them from the bottom of my heart! I am deeply grateful for every moment with them!

My husband and I are currently 15 weeks pregnant, and we truly could not have succeeded without the outstanding team at RPMG. From the beginning, Dr. Wendy Chang made us feel fully informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Throughout the process, she embodied everything a doctor should be—warm, professional, and thorough. We felt we were receiving the best care at every step.
Her assistant Kimberly is truly a gem—extremely kind and responsive. From the nurses and laboratory team to the ultrasound technicians, every staff member went above and beyond for us. Every question I had, including my many questions, was answered patiently and thoroughly, so we always felt fully up to date.
IVF can feel overwhelming at times, especially when everything is so unfamiliar, but this team made us feel empowered and hopeful. I am unsure how I feel about this place and hesitate to be fully honest because I still want to work with them. The clinical care is excellent!
They charge you quickly, but when you seek support with insurance, there are crickets. You must chase people by phone and wait days for a portal response. For something so overwhelming, complex, frightening, and expensive, I expected an upscale private clinic like this to be more sensitive, compassionate, and helpful. When I requested a call for guidance, I received a two-sentence portal reply that did not acknowledge my message, only offered their “solution,” and gave no reply option, so I had to send another message. It is so draining.
But perhaps I am not the client they want.
I edited my review to 2 stars because after contacting my insurer for an update, I was told the claim was denied because the clinic submitted the information incorrectly. I love that they did not update us.
I am disappointed in the clinic, as if this journey were not disappointing enough.
If you have unlimited resources, I am sure you will have a great experience. Once I also waited in the “VIP waiting room,” which had better coffee and bottled drinks. The rest of us ordinary patients received unpleasant K-Cups, which seemed unfair.

I do not usually leave reviews, but after more than a year of treatment at RPMG—including three egg retrievals, two polypectomies, a mock cycle, and a recent embryo transfer—I feel compelled to share my experience to help others considering this clinic.
Fertility treatment is inherently stressful, but poor communication, disorganization, and lack of empathy here made it much worse. Examples include:
• Messages marked “time-sensitive” were often answered days or even a week later, with no urgency.
• After embryo transfer, I received no information about what to expect or when to return. I had to email for answers and still have not been contacted, although follow-up should be soon.
• Once, I clearly asked about the next-step plan and received a one-letter reply: “Y.” It felt careless and disrespectful.
• For two major procedures, I was surprised to find a different doctor than expected. Once I was even told the procedure date was wrong when it was not.
• My medication was nearly sent to an out-of-network pharmacy, which would have cost me $11,000 out of pocket if I had not caught the error. Other medication quantities were also wrong, forcing me to spend an entire day on the phone investigating because IVF medications are time-sensitive.
• I changed doctors during treatment hoping for better support, but the problems continued.
I liked both my doctors, and the staff were kind and willing to help. But those positive moments were overshadowed by constant follow-up, conflicting information, and the mental burden of feeling I had to manage treatment myself.
I even tried to address the issue privately by calling patient care coordinator Chloe, who repeatedly responds sarcastically to these negative reviews, and left a voicemail. I still have not received a response.
I sincerely hope the clinic reflects on how it communicates with and supports patients, especially during such a vulnerable time. I would not want anyone else to experience what I did.

As I write this, I am nursing my baby, who would not be here without the expertise of Dr. Wambach at RP. After 2 failed transfers of PGT-tested AA embryos at another Los Angeles fertility clinic, I transferred my final 2 embryos to RP. The other clinic was ready to transfer another embryo without further testing, but I knew I needed a doctor willing to investigate. Dr. Wambach was that doctor. She identified and treated my silent endometriosis, arranged immunology treatment, and ruled out everything that might prevent successful implantation before attempting another transfer. Sure enough, that little embryo took. I should add that I am over 40. After my success, my sister, who had seen nine fertility doctors, also became pregnant with Dr. Wambach. In our experience, many doctors are unwilling to make the extra effort. They use the same protocols they have practiced for 20 years and transfer embryos one after another. My former doctor actually told me, “It is just a numbers game!” Dr. Wambach is different. She understands the latest research, testing, and technology, and appreciates how precious and valuable our small embryos are—God willing, we are fortunate to obtain any.
The office is busy, so keep close track of your appointments and protocols, but holding your baby makes it all worthwhile. I hope this helps some hopeful parents move closer to the family of their dreams. Good luck and best wishes.

Update: Patient care has improved since the move to the new building. I am seen more promptly and receive updates from the pharmacy and prescriptions quickly. Parking at the new building is expensive, and the office does not validate, so look for metered parking.
Patient care was extremely poor. I could never reach anyone by phone. Even after two rounds of IVF, the doctor did not return calls promptly. I waited more than 30 days for a postoperative call.
Even with an appointment, the office wait averaged one hour, although I arrived 10 minutes early as requested.
When I had an early-morning visit and was told to begin a cycle that day, I would not receive a call about my prescriptions or which medications to start that day. The prescription had not been called in.
When I was in the office and received attention from a nurse or doctor, I felt overlooked and rushed toward payment.
It felt as though they overbooked and rushed people through. I spent more time in the waiting room and at the counter being asked for payment than speaking with someone or receiving quality care.

We came from a different clinic where the experience was lukewarm, and RPMG impressed us tremendously.
From a clinical perspective, the team was very proactive in adjusting the protocol based on bloodwork. They even showed us how to extract extra medication from some vials, saving us hundreds of dollars. The facility was clean—though a little impersonal—and very modern. I highly recommend Dr. Brauer and her clinical team.
From a billing perspective, we were very pleased. We received an accurate upfront estimate and were promptly billed the same amount less than 1 month after the procedure. We had a poor experience with billing errors at our previous clinic, so this was a welcome relief.
The only minor drawback is that parking in the building is very expensive, so we often parked across San Vicente to save money.
Overall, I highly recommend RPMG for fertility care. It is a wonderful place.
