Peter Ahlering, MD, is a reproductive specialist and medical director of MCRM Fertility. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Ahlering has provided individualized fertility care for more than 20 years. His research and career have given him a special interest in helping patients with recurrent pregnancy loss, male-factor infertility, diminished ovarian reserve/ovarian aging, and fertility preservation.

Personal Interests/Passion
Dr. Ahlering followed in the footsteps of his father and two older brothers to become an obstetrician. As a young physician, he was emotionally affected whenever a patient experienced pregnancy loss or difficulty conceiving. He became determined to find ways to help these patients build the families they dreamed of. This led Dr. Ahlering to specialize in reproductive care and help create thousands of new families during his career.
