If you want a doctor and staff who genuinely care and do not judge you, I would not recommend this place. I will not provide all the details because they concern private matters. Unfortunately, I never met the doctor, but what the staff said was enough for me to cancel my appointment. I have never felt so judged and belittled in my life, especially over something so personal and difficult.

We had a wonderful experience at the Infertility Center of St. Louis. The clinic assigns a coordinator to your case, which was extremely helpful to me. My coordinator played an important role in helping me keep track of all medications and appointments. She always responded promptly when I had questions. Dr. Silber and Dr. DeRosa clearly and patiently explained each process, and both were very kind and attentive throughout. We also had an excellent experience with ultrasound and laboratory testing at St. Luke’s Hospital. The receptionists always welcomed us warmly and were helpful. The ultrasound and laboratory technicians were friendly and explained the procedures in detail. Egg retrieval and transfer were performed at the Frontenac Surgery Center, where the staff were also courteous and helpful. We had previously undergone one egg retrieval and three failed transfers at another clinic, so this second retrieval was our last hope. Our first transfer with Dr. Silber was successful, and our first baby is due in February. Dr. Silber was sent by God to help us!!! We are so grateful to him and his team! After four unsuccessful IVF cycles at two different clinics in Wisconsin, we had completely lost hope of having another child. We finally found Dr. Silber through Google, and thank God we did! We had an egg retrieval in January 2024, and today our miracle daughter is almost three months old!!! After our 12-year-old son, she is a miracle in our lives. This is all thanks to Dr. Silber and his dedicated team!!! Many thanks to Dr. DeRosa and special thanks to our coordinator Kelsey, who is the best!!!! My husband and I cannot put into words how grateful we are to Dr. Silber, Dr. DeRosa, our IVF coordinator Liz, and the entire staff. Even as I sit here writing this review, I am still amazed that we have a healthy baby boy. After years of infertility, countless surgeries, and almost no hope, we finally found Dr. Silber’s clinic and froze 3 embryos through mini-IVF. Our first embryo transfer was successful, and we have just welcomed our first child! We will always be grateful that we found Dr. Silber. Dr. Silberman and his team are amazing! I underwent mini-stimulation IVF, and although the process naturally felt overwhelming, the personalized step-by-step plan he created helped me successfully have twin boys. I am now even considering a second embryo transfer! I am very grateful that I found him and that his clinical expertise helped complete my family.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for years and saw many reproductive endocrinologists in the hope of achieving pregnancy. We are very grateful that we found Dr. Silber. The entire process, from consultation to egg retrieval, took only a few months. His team was very kind and attentive. Thanks to Dr. Silber, after a long fertility journey, we finally welcomed our first baby and could not be happier. I highly recommend him!

We are very grateful to Dr. Silber, Dr. DeRosa, Dina, and her team for helping us conceive. After three years of infertility, I finally gave birth to our son at age 41. My IVF coordinator Dina communicated very well throughout the process and answered every question. Before the embryo transfer, Dr. Silber was very honest and told me there was only a 30% chance of pregnancy. But it worked! Dr. DeRosa was also very understanding when I cried throughout egg retrieval—not from pain, but because I was emotional! We are very glad we chose this clinic and highly recommend it!

I am sorry it took me a full year to write this. Juliette turned one on 2/23. I will always be grateful to this clinic, especially Dr. Silber. I traveled from Florida to Missouri specifically for his care, and I would choose him again without hesitation. Because of him, I now have a sweet, happy one-year-old daughter. After a long and emotional journey, he gave me hope. He was compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable, and I truly felt cared for. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. It is super disheartening to hear the way Dr. Silber talks to his staff. Dr. Silber is extremely unprofessional and makes me really uncomfortable.

His expertise is immediately apparent, but what truly distinguishes him is his outstanding communication and exceptional dedication to patients. He was so committed that he answered my call around 9 p.m. on a weekend, months after I had transferred care. He listens, explains, and reassures. In frightening and uncertain moments, he gave us calm and trust, helping us bear the unique, unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming stress. With his surgical skill and life experience, Tessa and I always felt confident that we were receiving the best care. Julie in the financial department also deserves special recognition. She was thoughtful, transparent, and tremendously helpful, making a complex, emotional, and expensive process manageable and fair. Her kindness, careful planning, and clear explanations lifted a heavy burden we had not realized we were carrying. Every nurse, coordinator, and staff member treated us with dignity, empathy, and respect. We never felt like a number or simply another new patient to bill. This team has been a precious gift in our lives. Because of them, our family exists in a way that once felt unattainable. We will remain forever grateful and hope to see them again soon!

This place made our dream come true. After 6 years of infertility, we contacted the Silber Infertility Center, and now we have a perfect little boy who is 5 months old!

I wish I had researched more carefully. Do not go here. They use the same protocol for every patient. I did not feel heard, and their processes and methods are very outdated.

Our fertility journey was not easy. After deciding to try IVF, we researched extensively before choosing a clinic. We live in Iowa, and after our first video call with Dr. Silber, we knew we had found the right clinic. IVF is not guaranteed. We experienced one failed transfer and an unfortunate ectopic pregnancy, which was not their fault. We took a break and, when ready, underwent another egg retrieval and transfer. I know some people feel like a number on an assembly line, but I never felt that way. Dr. Silber, Dr. DeRosa, and the entire team always made us feel comfortable and reassured. They always remembered us, even when time had passed between retrievals or transfers. This time, we tried a different approach, and fortunately the transfer succeeded! I will always be grateful to Dr. Silber and his entire team. Dr. DeRosa was equally professional and kind. I wish I lived closer so he could be my OB-GYN! Do not be afraid to try; choose this team. We also found the price very reasonable. Clinics closer to us quoted much higher prices, with some charging more than $600 for the consultation alone. Thank you again to the entire team!!!

Our initial meeting with Dr. Silber was very pleasant. He was a warm, articulate gentleman who assured us we would receive highly personalized care. He encouraged us to call the clinic ten times a day if necessary. My husband and I felt valued and comfortable choosing treatment with Dr. Silber. However, we soon realized we were merely numbers, herded into the surgical center like expensive livestock. Our case manager, Dusty, consistently took 56 hours to respond. We had only one phone call and exchanged very few emails. Every interaction felt cold and rushed. My egg-retrieval instructions even listed my husband's name incorrectly. After spending nearly $30,000, should they not ensure that patient names are correct? This should have been a special moment, but learning that we were simply blanks on a form for her to complete ruined it. I was preparing physically and emotionally for what came next, yet they could not even take time to proofread. During a Zoom meeting to discuss whether to undergo two additional retrievals, Dr. Silber again said we should not hesitate to call ten times a day if needed. I interrupted to mention the long response times we had previously experienced. Dusty mocked us on the video call and then lied by denying it. She told Dr. Silber she had sincerely apologized, but I had to point out that this was another lie because I had never mentioned the incident to anyone except my husband. We were mocked merely for expressing concern about waiting 56 hours for email responses regarding a very strict hormone regimen. We felt dismissed. This reinforced my belief that our earlier concerns were valid and that we had trusted the wrong people. Dr. Silber and Pam at reception arranged a new case worker/case manager for us; I am unsure of her official title, but I believe her name was Kelsey. More than two months have passed since we requested a new case manager, and we have still received no follow-up. IVF is not trivial. Its financial and emotional burden is immense. Given this practice's lack of compassion and attention to detail, I would never recommend it.

I can honestly say Dr. Silber is wonderful. We spent a great deal of time researching local infertility specialists and would choose him every time. From the free consultation through egg retrieval, the process was easy and smooth. My husband had a vasectomy in 2014, and we knew he would need evaluation. Dr. Silber gave us several options, and we ultimately chose sperm retrieval. His team was highly professional throughout. On the day of surgery, he and Dr. DeRosa were candid, knowledgeable, and funny, which truly eased my stress. Their personalities reduced the anxiety most people feel simply entering a hospital. During monitoring, they found a 7 cm uterine fibroid that required surgery before implantation. Dr. Silber could see how worried I was, but he encouraged me and eased my concerns. I can sincerely say Dr. Silber and his team are the best. My husband and I are extremely grateful for the experience and for Dr. Silber and his team!

On the day of my embryo transfer, a staff member told me not to worry because the procedure might not work, meaning I might not become pregnant. It was strange to hear that when I wanted so badly to conceive, so I chose to ignore her. In the end, I did not become pregnant.
