I had a telephone consultation with Dr. Kiltz several weeks ago and can only say that I was not impressed. After I told him what medications I was taking and what conditions they treated, he said, "Wow, you are a mess." He also told me my mainly vegetarian diet was "deadly" and was causing not only my medical conditions but also my fertility problems. He recommended that I begin a carnivore diet, eating plenty of bacon, eggs, butter, ribeye steak, and similar foods, and said my inflammation would decrease after two to four weeks. He said, "Plants harm the body." He also made strange remarks about lions eating meat and sheep eating vegetables, saying things like "be a lion, not a sheep." I worry this may be influenced by Sean Whalen, an influencer from Utah who is, to put it kindly, a complete jerk. He said we would turn me into a lioness and I would then be more attractive to men. He also said he believed I had endometriosis, which seemed absurd to propose after only a phone call. After that consultation, I began reading reviews of CNY. They were terrible and felt like the final nail in the coffin, making it easy to decide not to go there.

The previous reviews left me somewhat shocked and worried. Today was my first egg retrieval at the Colorado office, and my experience was excellent. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all. Dr. Faruqi was very pleasant and funny and made a stressful situation feel easier. He did not treat me like a number; in fact, the opposite was true. He changed my protocol to give me the best chance on another retrieval. He sat down with my husband and me to discuss this despite having eight other retrievals scheduled that day. Kayla was very informative and patient throughout the process. Ryan was extremely calm and kind, and I did not feel nervous about the anesthesia at all. Everything proceeded smoothly, and I had no pain afterward. I do not have the results yet, but so far everything has exceeded my expectations. I know CNY is sometimes criticized for not offering a hand-holding, intimate approach, especially for travel patients, but once I came here in person, I felt very well cared for.

My baby girl is now a little over two, and I just realized I never posted a review. CNY Colorado Springs was amazing! They made my entire egg-retrieval and embryo-transfer experience in November 2021 seamless and easy. At every step, everything was explained thoroughly and compassionately. I will always be grateful that they helped me become a mother. I strongly recommend this location for your fertility needs.

I am so glad I went to this clinic. The doctors were always very kind, and the staff were wonderful. I traveled from Texas, but unfortunately my first attempt failed. After taking all the medication, this was very discouraging, but I decided to try again. On my second attempt, thanks to everyone who works there, my dream came true. My baby was born healthy on April 9, 2024. Thank you ☺️

Listen to the wife of a local COS urologist: avoid this place at all costs. They have a reputation in the local medical community. I also had a terrible experience and wish I had heeded others' warnings before choosing to undergo IVF here. It was a series of errors, poor or nonexistent communication, and obvious negligence. The staff lack competence in every area of fertility treatment. They also use unethical billing practices and even attempted to bill for appointments that never took place. I had to involve my insurance company, which told them they were charging for services never provided. I now receive endless incorrect bills dating back eight years and am considering retaining legal counsel to resolve this once and for all. There are many better options for fertility clinics. Go to Denver!

Do not use CNY! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by CNY Fertility. I cannot believe your clinic is permitted to practice medicine, much less provide fertility consultations and treatment. The level of poor communication and incompetence I experienced is shocking. Several providers assured me the Colorado clinic could perform a TESA procedure, only for me to discover otherwise after booking travel and making arrangements. I am also deeply troubled that no one at CNY was willing to discuss the meaning of my laboratory results. My AMH was extremely low, which significantly affects my chance of a live birth. Your providers had access to these results but failed to address this critical issue with me, which is unacceptable. I learned this only after consulting a doctor at another fertility clinic unaffiliated with CNY. His laboratory results were exactly the same as those I sent you in November. I am scheduled to travel to Colorado Springs soon, yet I have heard from no one at CNY since January 29. This lack of communication and disregard for my circumstances is unacceptable. I urge you to investigate these issues thoroughly. CNY's practices are unethical and potentially dangerous. I will take further action to ensure others do not experience the same mistreatment.

I had a wonderful experience at CNY and highly recommend this fertility clinic! We first found CNY through Google while looking for lower-cost IVF options because our local clinic cost three times as much. Scheduling a consultation was easy, and they answered all our questions well. I had an excellent experience with egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer at their clinic, and our first transfer succeeded! I know the clinic may not appear to have the best reviews or success rates, but that is because they do not turn anyone away. They are a lower-cost option, offer in-house financing, and do not reject patients based on BMI or diagnosis. We had a wonderful experience. I know people do not always write reviews when everything goes well, so I wanted to share ours. I highly recommend CNY!

I had a great experience at CNY and am glad they provide a more affordable option for those who need it. That said, if you expect a Ferrari experience on a Toyota budget, check your expectations. They have centralized support functions, such as billing, so the beginning of care can feel somewhat disconnected. They use a team-based model, so you see different nurses at each visit and may not meet a doctor until the day of your retrieval. The entire team responds to messages, so you may speak with different people. I believe these trade-offs are well worth the savings, and I would definitely use them again.

Honestly, I would not recommend CNY. First, their preconception testing is the most extensive of any clinic, but I doubt they review any of it. Protocols are not personalized, you rarely speak with a doctor—and when you do, they charge $50—and you are largely on your own and must advocate for yourself. Although the price is lower than at other clinics, it is still very expensive for what you receive. They have too many patients to provide decent care and personalized service. I had my worst retrieval ever with them and canceled my next cycle.

I had success at this clinic two years ago, but their prices have increased significantly, and they no longer provide upfront pricing. The good things in the past: It was the least expensive clinic. They allowed me to begin the retrieval or transfer process when my period started rather than following a preset schedule. The bad: After the egg retrieval, they rushed me out of the procedure room before my body was ready, and I fainted in the elevator. Their patient portal is where all communication occurs, and it is very cumbersome. They increase their prices substantially every year.

I came here from out of state for IVF. Everyone here is wonderful. The women at the front desk are so kind, and every nurse—from the nurse who drew my blood (hi, friend!!) to the nurses who performed my ultrasounds—and all the doctors I worked with were reassuring, communicative, and answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed as I had at other fertility clinics. The people who guided me through the egg retrieval process were very calm and kind, and I was extremely nervous. I cannot recommend this office enough. Before you actually enter the office, everything can feel a little disorganized, and you may feel lost while working with CNY, but once you begin and arrive at the office, they hold your hand through everything. Trust the process—they genuinely care about you.

Writing this in hopes it saves someone else a lot of time, heartache and money. I have very few positive things to say about this clinic. The patient care is terrible, the cleanliness/quality of the facility is appalling (see photos) and overall the lack of professionalism of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced in the medical field. We were often left to navigate this process alone given the lack of clarity from our "care team". When we would call to ask questions or send a portal message you would get a different person every time. There is no consistency with your care team and you likely will never see or speak to the Dr. I was given the weirdest concoction of medications for transfers to the point where even my in laws (who are retired physicians) had concerns about the process. The billing department is so delayed that you will get bills (without statements), up to a year later and we were often double billed. It was common to leave after a simple blood draw with large bruises and blood stains on your clothes. I started to think that this is what fertility clinics were like, but we have since switched to a different clinic in Greenwood Village and are having a much more positive experience. Our new clinic couldn't event accept embyos from CNY because CNY DOES NOT follow guidelines required by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (red flag alert). While it may appear to be cheaper, you will pay for it in patient care, failed attempts and medications. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere from the start. *One positive piece of info to share- the sonographers at CNY were very kind and truly one of the only reasons we even made it a full year there.

I just had my first transfer, but it was unsuccessful. The doctor does not call you; the nurses do, and they cannot clarify your concerns. This was my best embryo, and I will try again next cycle. They did not tell me why it failed or what could be improved for implantation. After the transfer, the embryologist does not check the catheter in the laboratory to see whether the embryo remained in it... The truth is that this has made me slow down.

I cannot speak for anyone else's experience here, but I can share my own! From the moment we walked through the door, everything felt very welcoming! The receptionist was warm and friendly. She answered all our questions, and if she did not know an answer, she directed us to the right doctor. My care team included my amazing doctor, Dr. Gondra. She was wonderful. She made sure I understood everything that would happen and confidently answered all my questions. My nurse Tara was very kind and made me feel at ease throughout the process. We even shared some laughs! My embryologist was also excellent and made sure I understood the importance of the fertility timeline. Last but equally important, my anesthesiologist Ryan did an outstanding job ensuring I felt comfortable and safe! As I prepared for a short beauty sleep, he even offered to play my choice of music—Morgan Wallen. I highly recommend them to help you build your family! Thank you, CNY COLORADO! I had monitoring in Denver and my egg retrieval in Colorado Springs. They called the day before to confirm that I understood everything and to discuss the new medication. When I arrived at the clinic, they checked me in and took me to a room. The nurses were wonderful and explained the entire process in detail. When I was admitted, they played Post Malone because they were preparing to attend his concert the next day. :) When I woke up, they took me to the waiting area where my sister was. They told me how many eggs had been retrieved and called the next morning to tell me how many had been frozen. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CNY.

I hope the procedure goes well and am willing to reassess when the time is right, but at present their communication and patient care are terrible. They did not notify me that they had overbooked an entire month, which delayed my menstrual cycle by six weeks. There was no phone call or email—I only learned when I called to begin my medication. Because of the delay they caused, I had to pay to replace expired medication because they would not cover it. I am afraid to continue treatment, but there is no room to turn back. I can only pray that everything goes well and hope CNY successfully completes the egg retrieval and transfer, but this is deeply disappointing.

I was very excited to schedule a consultation with CNY because I had seen that they helped plus-size patients. Last June, I consulted with someone named Brandy or Brandis. She completely dismissed my concerns, looked at my weight, and said they could not help me. She did not refer me elsewhere or even ask what issues I was having. They also charged me a $100 consultation fee, only for me to meet with an extremely rude, indifferent, and vague nurse who simply said no. What kind of service is this? Someone needs to address her terrible customer service.

At our second appointment in 2024, our prayers were answered. The staff were attentive, scheduling was easy, and communication through the portal was smooth. Rena and I thank you for helping us add another member to our family.

I tried to book online. They did not say how long the wait for an appointment would be and only communicate by phone. I paid $50 simply to obtain information, and now they refuse to refund it.

This place is terrible.

Although I am grateful that CNY helped me become pregnant, which is why I did not give one star, my overall experience was disappointing and emotionally draining because of poor communication and a lack of warmth. At the beginning, I waited 3–4 months for cycle scheduling only to discover that my embryo transfer request had never been processed, delaying treatment by several more months. After miscarrying at 11 weeks and reporting it immediately, I received an email asking for the baby’s ‘due date, weight, and sex.’ Receiving this after such a significant loss was unacceptable and retraumatizing. Throughout treatment, every call felt rushed, and whenever I asked a question or needed clarification, I felt like a burden. Fertility treatment is already physically and emotionally exhausting; their lack of coordination and warmth made it harder. CNY’s affordability should not come at the expense of basic compassion and communication. I hope they address these issues so other patients do not experience what I did.

Beware!!! I would think very carefully before coming here. Cheaper is not always better! Three consecutive cycles were mismanaged. One was canceled after 16 days of stimulation because of poor management and communication: they did not reply to my cycle-day-one message, schedule my baseline on time, or prescribe the correct medication to prevent ovulation. The other two failed for several reasons, including the egg retrieval doctor’s lack of expertise, triggering too early, prescribing medication too late, inadequate treatment, and poor portal communication. If I had not repeatedly asked questions and called attention to problems, they would not have noticed errors and medications would not have been ordered; I had to message several times asking where the medication/prescription was. They schedule retrievals around their overloaded calendar rather than follicle size and the medically appropriate trigger time. They do not review your medical history, what has or has not worked, or what you have tried. They use only very basic protocols without considering your history. They are too busy, and there are too many errors. Join the Facebook groups and you will see many women with the same or similar experiences. They have too many patients and too few staff, so you are only a number and your outcome is not their priority. Feel free to message me for full details, but for your own sake, pay a little more and go elsewhere. This is our life and future, but to them, we are only money.

Do not book with CNY Fertility. They take your money while ignoring you and your needs. You cannot reach anyone who can answer questions or help. The staff are unprofessional and indifferent. Your time and money will be wasted. I scheduled a telephone consultation five weeks in advance for late May. On the appointment day, they called my partner/emergency contact even though my intake records should have shown that I was the person to contact. She was at work and was not expecting the call, so she did not answer. The doctor did not try the other number in the file, which was the actual primary patient contact. I could not reach my doctor. I called the company’s main number but could not reach patient services because they close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern/3:00 p.m. Mountain—how convenient. I reached a clinical team member who could neither reschedule the appointment nor explain why I had not been called. She said she could not contact my provider because she was taking another call, even though we were still within my scheduled consultation window. I called again the next business day. The patient service representative was the only somewhat helpful CNY employee and stayed in contact with me. She explained that they usually call the female partner for consultations. I explained why our situation was different, and she assured me my new provider would see a notice instructing them to contact me. She rescheduled me with Dr. Gondra for the same day and promised the problem would not recur. At the appointment time, Dr. Gondra called 8 minutes late and called my partner again despite what had been discussed earlier. Fortunately, my partner was working from home, and I answered her phone. Dr. Gondra immediately began asking about egg freezing and IVF, which were irrelevant to our situation. I asked whether the chart stated why I was seeking care and instructed her to call me rather than my partner. She said she saw no such note and continued asking irrelevant questions. I told her she made me feel ignored and disrespected. She told me to reschedule with another doctor and abruptly hung up. Her manner was rude and disrespectful. This organization is clearly dysfunctional and cannot provide the quality required for care as personal as fertility treatment. Learn from my experience and other negative reviews and go elsewhere. You deserve better.

We had an unsuccessful pregnancy here because of an unprofessional referral.

The prices are good, but be aware of many additional costs for monitoring, medication, storage, and more. The worst issue is extremely poor communication. If you are a traveling patient, staff often fail to communicate with one another or with you. I received conflicting information that caused delays, extra costs, failure to meet my goals, and an overall negative experience. For a time-sensitive procedure, vague and delayed messages, multiple unanswered questions, and being almost unable to reach anyone by phone are completely unacceptable. When they do answer, the wait is 30 minutes or more. I have already missed several months of treatment because of poor or absent communication, so I felt I needed to warn others that if you choose CNY, staying informed about them and the entire process will effectively become your full-time job.

My experience here was wonderful! My husband and I struggled with unexplained infertility for five years. We tried many treatments without success until we found CNY Fertility. Our first transfer was successful, and we welcomed our daughter in June 2025. Words cannot express how grateful we are to be CNY patients. From day one, everyone was friendly, supportive, and positive. I strongly recommend trying CNY. It is affordable, and the team genuinely wants to help people build families.

My son is 14 months old, and my wife and I would not have him without CNY Colorado Springs! Why three stars instead of five? Mainly for two reasons. 1. Communication was very stressful. We had to proactively contact the providers to request prescriptions and repeatedly verify the orders we received. 2. We underwent reciprocal IVF. Although my egg retrieval went smoothly, there were some medication management problems during our embryo transfer. My wife is a nurse practitioner; without her knowledge, we would have followed their instructions blindly instead of asking questions and seeking clarification. Overall, I think this was a case of getting what you pay for. However, when I look at our outcome—a 14-month-old son and 10 frozen embryos—I feel extremely grateful.

This is one of the worst maternal-fetal medicine clinics. Some doctors either do not care or lack knowledge and experience. This clinic has a higher pregnancy rate.

Honestly, I would not use any CNY clinic unless I had no other choice. They do transfer abnormal and mosaic embryos, which my local clinic does not. Their patient coordination is terrible. Phone waits are long, emails are not answered promptly, and you speak with a different person every time. This is not what healthcare should be. Once you enter the clinic, everyone is extremely friendly, I was seen on time, and I felt comfortable. However, much of the stress of IVF comes from planning and logistics, and this clinic caused far more stress than it was worth. If you can transfer an abnormal or mosaic embryo elsewhere, I recommend doing so. Otherwise, prepare for inefficiency and frustration before you ever reach the clinic.

If you are reading this, look at the one-star reviews. That is where the truth is. Do not trust the 3.2-star rating; those reviews may have been purchased! We had a failed pregnancy here, and the process was chaotic from beginning to end. No one followed up or cared. There were only endless emails with vague replies. It felt like dealing with a cheap call center, not a fertility clinic. They would not even explain what went wrong. They simply asked whether we wanted another cycle or offered a consultation two months later. Who does that? We had just experienced a failed pregnancy and needed help understanding what happened. How could we begin another cycle without understanding the first one?

I experienced a failed pregnancy here, and the entire process felt cold and chaotic. No one truly cared. There were endless messages, long waits, and repeated handoffs, as though I were dealing with a call center rather than a fertility clinic. Every step was a guessing game. There were no clear answers or accountability, only back-and-forth communication. We paid thousands of dollars and received nothing but stress and silence. If you want compassion or consistency, go elsewhere. A lower price means nothing if you do not receive what you need.

Please be aware. We stored embryos from 2020 through 2024. In 2024, we called, paid the final balance, and signed documents authorizing destruction of all stored material. Now, in 2025, we have received storage bills for 2022 and 2023 because they changed billing companies or for some other unexplained reason, even though my balance was $0 when I closed the account in June 2024. I am deeply concerned that they misled us in writing into believing the account was closed with no balance, only for us to receive bills for hundreds of dollars from 2022 and 2023 16 months later.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at CNY Fertility Colorado Springs. From the moment I entered the clinic, I experienced the compassion, professionalism, and care that set this clinic apart. The staff made us feel fully supported at every step, and their expertise and dedication were evident. Thank you for playing such an important role in our path to parenthood.

Do not waste your time. I deeply regret not choosing another clinic and wasting three years and so much money. We had five failed embryo transfers using both our own eggs and donor-egg embryos. Instead of helping us identify the problem, they simply said, "Contact us when you are ready for the next cycle." I did not meet the doctor until transfer day, and then only briefly. I always dealt with a different person through the portal and had to repeat my information because they did not review my chart. You cannot reach a real person; everything must go through the portal. They use the same process for every patient with no personalization. I regret wasting so much time. You get what you pay for.

Our experience at CNY Fertility in Colorado Springs in early October 2025 was one of the worst parts of the entire IVF process. If you are considering other treatment options, I strongly advise against choosing this clinic. Their scheduling was extremely disorganized, making every appointment difficult to arrange from start to finish. The embryo transfer was especially bad: staff required us to book last-minute flights and accommodations within 48 hours, giving us no chance to plan ahead. We had to pay three times the normal airfare, adding more than $1,500 in unexpected expenses. I have used other clinics and never encountered scheduling problems like these. CNY consistently disregarded patient convenience and well-being. Scheduling was not our only issue. On the day of the embryo transfer, they had me sign the informed consent forms for the first time, though these should have been completed through DocuSign weeks earlier. My wife had to keep her bladder full for more than an hour, as required for the procedure, while I rushed through paperwork that should have been completed in advance. The staff did not apologize for their mistake or for my wife's pain and discomfort. Once again, they completely disregarded what she was experiencing, which could have made embryo implantation more difficult. Other reviews show that many people have had similarly poor experiences. I am writing this to help you avoid the same problems and becoming caught in their inefficiency and disorganization. I wish you well with IVF treatment. It is a difficult journey, and I admire your perseverance.

We chose CNY in Colorado Springs because it was affordable, and we traveled from out of state for egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Although the initial steps—egg retrieval and sperm collection—went smoothly, the overall process was chaotic and poorly managed. Communication was consistently difficult. Everything had to go through the patient portal, where you could only message a coordinator or nursing assistant, and responses were always slow. Calls were rarely answered, and instructions were often late or unclear. Two months after egg retrieval, we returned for a frozen embryo transfer. Shockingly, they assigned an inexperienced person to perform it. This person struggled badly, and the situation worsened until the clinic director, Brandiz Montez, was called in. The transfer was extremely painful and ultimately failed. When I contacted the clinic to ask why, their first response was, "Do you want to try again?" How could I try again without knowing what went wrong? I requested a formal review, but the earliest appointment they offered was two months later. This clinic wasted an embryo that might have survived and left me even more confused. I do not care about the lost money; I am devastated by the loss of the embryo. Do not be misled by the low price. This clinic's lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable.

The other reviewers are expecting white glove hand-holding service from a DIY clinic. If you are high agency and don’t mind being in reactive mode for a week, it’s worth it. They are the commodity version of egg freezing. $4,800 USD in 2025 including meds, plus approx. $1.2k outside monitoring. The clinic staff are very experienced, smart, accommodating, and helpful. Even when I slightly messed up the first dosing on my own, they recovered a lot of eggs (26 mature and frozen (no pcos)) during the procedure. This is a great clinic. The nurses answer the phone whenever you call. They gave me a daily schedule to follow. They use an industry-standard premade stim kit, and their freezing statistics are in the top nationally due to the new industry standard cryopreservation technology in 2025. I would definitely recommend it to others! All in I saved probably $25,000 USD for the exact same result and 0 micromanagement. I am extremely satisfied.

If you deal with CNY, you will experience poor staff, unprofessionalism, and constantly shifting requirements. They gave us a detailed process for obtaining GS clearance, which we followed exactly, only for them to suddenly change their position. Eventually, they arranged a meeting with a doctor who agreed that we should receive clearance—or, more accurately, should be allowed to proceed under the clearance they originally approved—but then claimed he was only a doctor and could do nothing for us. I do not even understand why they scheduled the meeting. It was an endless cycle of wasted time and money. I strongly advise others not to waste their time with them. P.S. Their templated response is worthless. They had many opportunities to address our concerns before this was posted. I will not waste another second of my time or energy on their mess.

They charge a $50 consultation fee even if you cancel the appointment or become pregnant naturally. This is very disappointing and unreasonable.

Do not waste your time here!! I chose CNY because it was the only fertility clinic in Colorado Springs that worked with my insurance. The front desk staff were pleasant and organized, but the medical staff did not seem to know what they were doing. After numerous blood tests and an HSG/saline ultrasound, nurse Brandis was ready to send me for IVF without any doctor reviewing or explaining the results. According to the nurse, the HSG showed that both of my fallopian tubes were blocked. But I had become pregnant and miscarried only a month earlier, so that made no sense. When I asked how that was possible, Brandis could not answer and simply said IVF was my only option with blocked tubes. I asked to speak with a doctor, and they scheduled a follow-up call several days later. I expected a doctor to discuss the test results, but Brandis called to ask whether I was ready for IVF. It was obvious that they were trying to direct everyone toward IVF even when less invasive treatments might be more appropriate. A doctor never spoke to me during my time there, so I took my records to my OB-GYN. After reviewing my history and bloodwork, she questioned the claim that both tubes were blocked. I am now at Shady Grove Fertility, where a doctor conducted the initial consultation and reviewed all the diagnostic results to develop an appropriate treatment plan. They repeated the HSG—it felt completely different, and the one at CNY was clearly performed incorrectly—and found that both tubes were fully open. We may choose medication for ovulation induction, which is much easier and less expensive than IVF. I am very glad I recognized the problem early and did not follow Brandis’s recommendation for unnecessary testing. Do not waste your time at CNY!

Excellent Egg Retrieval Experience at CNY Colorado Springs I had an excellent egg retrieval experience at CNY Colorado Springs. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and caring. The process can feel overwhelming, but they made everything run smoothly and put me at ease. The doctor who performed my retrieval was reassuring and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence in the procedure. Special thanks to anesthesiologist Ryan, whose calm, reassuring manner and humor made anesthesia easy and stress-free. I felt safe and well cared for throughout. I also want to recognize nurse Lucy, who was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, reassured, and genuinely cared for. Her warmth and attention were deeply comforting at such a vulnerable time. I am sincerely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend CNY Colorado Springs to anyone undergoing fertility treatment. They did everything possible to make a stressful experience positive and supportive.

Brandis Montez did an excellent job with my FET today. She was kind, personable, and highly skilled. I could not be more pleased. The clinic's acupuncturist was also wonderful, and I was so glad she was available. Overall, it was an excellent visit, and I am very grateful to CNY CO Springs!

My husband and I tried to conceive for nearly eight years. We saw countless doctors, visited many clinics, and tried many treatments, procedures, and medication regimens, but most results were disappointing. When we lost insurance coverage, CNY became our only option. Although it was stressful, it was clearly meant to be! Brandis performed all three of my embryo transfers and was outstanding every time. She was knowledgeable and compassionate and brought a light, positive atmosphere to a usually serious and stressful process. She and her team truly helped make our wish come true, and I am now 20 weeks pregnant with our long-awaited baby! Brandis is highly knowledgeable and always willing to share her expertise or consult other doctors when needed to find the most effective approach. I am so grateful we found CNY, especially Brandis!

My experience at CNY Colorado Springs was terrible. I am a nurse, so I arrived with reasonable expectations and some medical knowledge. First, I made about 20 calls over three days because I could not reach a person. They kept telling me to leave a message, but you cannot schedule an appointment by leaving messages. They also said I needed testing on cycle day 5, and Monday was already day 3, so repeatedly trying to reach them was extremely stressful. Be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself because no one will help resolve your problems. It was a nightmare, and this was before I even had the test. After finally reaching several people and scheduling the appointment, I arrived on time. The front desk staff were at least friendly, but that was the only positive. The blood draw room had damaged or missing ceiling panels, and half the room looked like storage space. I then went upstairs for the procedure and waited almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive. I returned to the room, undressed, and Brandis came in. She barely introduced herself before inserting the speculum. I had an HSG/hysterosalpingogram, and the entire procedure lasted only 6 minutes. There was no slow or warmed injection and no breathing guidance. It felt cold, and I was cramping. Before I could say anything, Brandis told me both tubes were blocked and there was a mass in my uterus. When I asked where the mass was, she could not say. If you cannot interpret the ultrasound, you should not perform this test. I had experienced a chemical pregnancy just the previous month, so I asked how both tubes could be blocked so soon after a pregnancy. She offered no reasonable explanation beyond saying sexually transmitted infections can cause this. Really? Then she told me my only option was IVF. The conversation lasted three minutes, and she left. I later saw my OB-GYN and, as expected, I had no mass and my tubes were open. Tubal spasms are common during these procedures, especially with rapid or cold injections, which is exactly what happened to me. She did not even mention that possibility. Do not trust any diagnosis from Brandis without confirmation from another doctor, because she clearly does not know what she is doing. I will receive the rest of my fertility care elsewhere. CNY may be inexpensive, but apparently you get what you pay for.

This clinic is a joke, and no one is held accountable. Our appointment was at 11:45, and we arrived at 11:30, but the nurse went to lunch because she was short on time. Everyone acts friendly, of course, but wasting people’s time deserves one star. I am updating my review but still giving one star. We arrived early on transfer day because my wife apparently needed an intralipid infusion. When we got there, they did not have it. They said we were supposed to bring it ourselves, but we had no prescription, email, or anything else. My wife has to take so many medications and injections on a strict schedule. This clinic is terrible.

My experience was frustrating from the start. They repeatedly gave me incorrect appointment times for phone calls, and the calls did not occur at the scheduled times. When I finally reached someone, I was told I would receive a call back within a week, but no one followed up. This level of communication and organization is extremely disappointing for a clinic providing such important and emotionally sensitive care.

I specifically requested Brandis for my egg retrieval, and she also performed my embryo transfer. I would not choose anyone else because Brandis is always approachable and positive. I will ask for her for all my future transfers in Central New York! Brandis, thank you for everything you do!

Communication was poor, though that was expected. When I went for an HSG and evaluation for tubal narrowing, the room reminded me of a veterinary clinic. Nurse Brandi performed the procedure, which was extremely painful, and I bled for five days afterward. They also prescribed antibiotics, which seemed strange. I had never had any problems with previous HSGs. She told me both fallopian tubes were blocked. I later returned to my previous clinic, where the procedure was painless, caused no bleeding, and required no antibiotics—and, as it turned out, my tubes were not blocked. Be careful: low prices usually have a reason, and here it appears to be the investment in medical staff and equipment.

They know that the people who come to them are at their most vulnerable, yet their communication is terrible. I even question whether anyone in that office is competent. They do not have a local number, so who exactly are you supposed to call? They always claim you never called them. Just wonderful.

This place is absolutely awful!! Stay away. I am sharing my experience in the hope that it will spare others the same pain and financial loss. Everything went reasonably well until my egg retrieval in 2025 6, when everything quickly went downhill. On the day of the retrieval, the staff yelled at me to get up and get dressed. I was groggy, in pain, unable to open my eyes, bleeding, and too unsteady to stand. The staff refused to help me dress or allow my husband to come in and help. I nearly fell several times. They then made me walk out instead of taking me out in a wheelchair to prevent a fall. This was the first red flag. I have worked in a surgical center, and patients are wheeled out after any procedure, especially after anesthesia. Next came the first embryo transfer. Everything went well, and I became pregnant, but at my 7-week follow-up, we learned that the baby had stopped developing at 6 weeks and that I had miscarried at 8 weeks. They did not investigate possible causes and simply said, “Let's try again.” At my second transfer, I met another woman who was also having her second transfer after losing her baby at 6 weeks. This seemed strange and very similar to my experience. Was it a coincidence? The second transfer failed, and so did the third. I asked to see a doctor but was told I could only speak with a nurse practitioner. That was the second red flag. During the entire year we went there, I never once saw or spoke with a doctor. I finally had a call with nurse practitioner Brandis Montez to understand what was happening and try to adjust my treatment plan and obtain appropriate testing. Not only was she an hour late for the appointment, but she told me she would not change my treatment plan or order any tests because that would be a complete waste of time. She said nothing was wrong and that the only problem was my embryos! Who speaks to a patient that way? If my embryos were so poor, why were they kept and transferred? That was the third red flag. The fourth transfer failed. That was the end of our treatment journey. Our questions were repeatedly ignored. Every blood draw left large bruises, and my clothes were stained with blood. One medical assistant would jab hard at your arm to find a vein. I asked several times for my chart to note that I should not be assigned to her, but I still got her almost every time! After being taken to an examination room, you would sit there for 45 minutes before seeing a provider. The entire appointment was so rushed that there was no time to ask questions. The medication list was astonishingly long. After extensive research, I found that many clinics advise patients to avoid antihistamines and steroids during embryo transfer unless specific testing indicates they are needed, because these medications can cause miscarriage and failed transfers. This clinic had me taking two antihistamines and a steroid at the same time—I had one miscarriage and three failed transfers, so was that a coincidence? They refused to investigate underlying health issues. You can never see a doctor at this clinic. It is always “under renovation” and looks extremely dirty and cluttered. The lack of a sterile environment for such important procedures is disgusting. It feels like a veterinary clinic. Communication is extremely poor and takes far too long. They do not follow embryo transfer guidelines, which may well be why all my transfers failed. Other clinics will not accept embryos from this clinic! This clinic is absolutely terrible, and I have much more I could say. Please choose another provider where your time, money, feelings, thoughts, opinions, and precious embryos will be taken more seriously and genuinely cared for. Cheaper is not always better. I only hope my experience helps many women avoid pain and financial loss.

My experience here has been mixed: excellent clinical care on one hand and an extremely frustrating administrative system on the other. First, the medical team is truly outstanding. The nurses, ultrasound technicians, and doctors are caring and knowledgeable and consistently provide high-quality care. Despite the many shortcomings elsewhere, they are the reason I would still consider choosing this clinic. However, the administrative and billing systems are seriously lacking. The entire system feels outdated and inefficient. Communication through the patient portal is slow and cumbersome, like a system from the early 2000s. Telephone hold times are consistently long, making it difficult to get timely answers when problems arise. The billing system is also highly unreliable. Charge information from CNY is not always updated in real time, making it difficult to determine which payments have been processed and which are still pending. This lack of transparency makes it very hard to track payments or understand your financial status. We also enrolled in an intrauterine insemination (IUI) payment plan but have received no notice of late payments, failed payments, or processing issues. My bank records show no insufficient-funds fees or declined transactions, and even after several months, there is no record of any attempted payment. At the same time, the agreement includes a clause stating that unpaid accounts will be sent to collections, creating unnecessary stress in the absence of communication or clear billing records. We have repeatedly chosen to self-pay, and this is documented, yet our insurance information has continued to be used and claims have repeatedly been submitted without authorization. In addition, the genetic testing discount requires patients to opt in and must be processed internally. This was not clearly explained during onboarding and was only briefly mentioned in the documentation without direct communication. As a technology professional, I am shocked by how outdated the system's design and user experience are. The workflows are fragmented, billing updates are not made in real time, and the overall communication infrastructure does not meet modern expectations for accuracy, transparency, and usability. Overall, the clinical care is excellent and deserves recognition. However, the communication systems, billing transparency, insurance processing, and outdated administrative infrastructure seriously detract from the overall experience.

I had an absolutely terrible “consultation” call. The 150 dollars were completely wasted. The caller was a customer service representative with very little medical knowledge. She opened by asking, “How can I help you?” Really? You expect me to lead the call? My wife then explained why we were calling. The representative had no interest in explaining any of the processes. It was obvious that she did not even want to be on the call. In the end, she hung up without saying goodbye. I was still talking and had no idea why she had stopped responding. If you need any fertility services, do not choose this clinic. Any other clinic would be better.

I have had an egg retrieval, a hysteroscopy, 4 frozen embryo transfers, a mock cycle, numerous monitoring appointments, and various diagnostic tests at this clinic. I have interacted with every member of the care team and have been very satisfied with their service. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. They even remember my name and face, which is impressive given how busy this clinic is. The nursing staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable. One thing I especially appreciate is that when I do my own research and bring suggestions or questions to the medical team, they always listen carefully and are willing to discuss the options with me. I have always felt heard and involved in my treatment. My only complaint about CNY is the billing department. I have had many problems with them. Overall, however, the price is excellent value for the services provided, and after every appointment, I have felt fully heard and supported.
