I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chung and her staff. During our IVF journey, Dr. Chung provided exceptional care to my husband and me. I never felt rushed at appointments or like just another name on the schedule. She took time to answer our questions, showed compassion, and ensured we felt comfortable with our protocol. Her bedside manner is 10/10. Now, just days away from meeting our baby, we are very grateful to the entire team at Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates. We look forward to working with Dr. Chung for our next transfer!

This was the worst experience of my life. The office lacked courtesy and made me anxious. I paid $500 for a consultation only to be told I was fat, as though that were the most absurd thing ever. I will never return. Better clinics will treat you with greater respect and actually listen rather than simply taking your money.

I genuinely try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but since Dr. Putman's passing, this place has truly become a nightmare. I do not even know where to begin. A year after the new person took over, I finally had to call to ask when my next appointment would be, only to be told I had to start over. Dr. Putman and I had developed a complete plan before his untimely passing—may he rest in peace—but the staff were unhelpful and rude and should find new jobs if they dislike their profession. I completed all the new paperwork and provided my new insurance. Nearly a month later, I was told the visit would cost $500 because she did not accept my new insurance and that I had to pay for my medical records, even though she asked whether they had already provided them to me and I explained that they never had. People are better off going anywhere else. I would not recommend this place to my enemy even if it were the last place on Earth!

Dr. Chung and her team are amazing! My journey with Dr. Chung truly changed my life. She and her incredible team guided my husband and me through IVF with great care, expertise, and compassion. After years of trying to conceive, they made our dream of becoming parents a reality. The team was consistently supportive, kind, and attentive, making a challenging process feel less overwhelming. I will always be grateful to Dr. Chung and her staff for their dedication and care. Highly recommended to anyone facing fertility challenges!

We are very grateful to Dr. Monica Chung and her team for exceptional care. From our first consultation through the final stage, her expertise and compassion made a complex, emotional process easier to manage. Her clear communication, patience with every question, and encouragement during difficult moments truly mattered. She was thorough, patient, kind, and sensitive. Diana, Liz, Erin, and the entire staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making the experience as smooth and positive as possible. We feel fortunate to graduate from the care of such an excellent team.

Our journey toward parenthood lasted 15 long years, and we could not have done it without the help of Dr. Chung and her amazing, professional, and caring team. DFW Fertility Associates has been with me since I underwent a groundbreaking uterine transplant procedure for our wonderful surrogate, who will bless us with our first child in just a few weeks. We will always be grateful for their guidance, understanding, and compassion throughout the journey.

This was the third IVF clinic I visited after unsuccessful attempts at other clinics. Dr. Thomas is absolutely the best. She is not only capable and personable but also listened to my concerns and needs, tailoring my treatment protocol based on the latest research while considering my previous treatments and experiences. I never felt “processed in batches” as I had at many clinics. Even better, we became pregnant on our first attempt with Dr. Thomas and had 3 additional viable embryos frozen! I gave birth to a healthy baby boy six weeks ago and am already planning to transfer another boy in about a year. I am staying with Dr. Thomas! Highly recommended!

Dr. Thomas and her team are exceptional! Dr. Thomas was very patient with me, and her nurse Kendra frequently called to check on me and give me clear instructions. Whenever I had concerns or questions, they addressed them immediately. The procedure and entire cycle went smoothly, and I am very grateful.

They will not provide IVF pricing unless you first pay for a consultation! I have called several other places, and they always told me their starting price. This is ridiculous!

You lost a new patient because of how my appointment was handled. My IVF consultation had been scheduled with Dr. Lee for 6/25 since 5/21. After I emailed on 6/13 to confirm receipt of my records, I was notified on 6/14 that my appointment with Dr. Lee had to be rescheduled for an “emergency reason,” and a 2 p.m. appointment on 6/17 was available. I confirmed that this would work. I had to follow up at 8:22 a.m. on 6/17 to confirm the appointment that day. Ray said it was fine and that the nurse needed to be notified. However, she called back a few minutes later and said there was a conflict, offering me 9 a.m. on 6/18. I told her mornings did not work because my husband could not attend. She had the audacity to say he did not have to attend and ask whether I wanted him there. I asked what had happened to my original appointment and why it was no longer available. I was told Dr. Lee had to fly out for a family matter. I asked why no one had tried to contact me earlier to reschedule. Ray claimed she had tried to contact me, but I had no missed calls, voicemails, or emails from your office. I am an operations director, so my email and phone are monitored 24/7, and I assure you it would have taken very little effort to reach me. My only options were a morning appointment or waiting another month for the next opening. I contacted another doctor and scheduled an appointment elsewhere for 6/24. This may seem insignificant to you, but after trying to conceive for about 36 months and finally making the difficult decision to proceed with IVF, I need a doctor and staff I can trust and who make me feel supported. This felt like a complete disregard for a previous commitment, disorganization, and unprofessionalism. It seems there was a scheduling mix-up and I was the one who suffered, or perhaps it was truly a blessing in disguise.

We were blessed to have found this place. Dr Thomas was so wonderful and caring. The whole team was extremely supportive and made you feel welcome. We got pregnant on the first transfer and first embryo. Now we are going back for our second baby and cannot wait.

I am a 41-year-old first-time mother who had a baby after one successful IVF cycle here. Today, with gratitude and excitement, we brought our six-month-old baby back to the place where her life began. We witnessed the miracle of her life here. From a single follicle, Dr. Samuel and all the nurses accompanied us step by step to this day. The first time we saw her here, she was a tiny moving cell under a laboratory microscope. Today our baby is safely in the world, and her life began here. This is not only a place of medicine, but the starting point of our hope and the birthplace of a miracle. I sincerely thank the entire medical team at Dallas Fertility Center, especially Dr. Samuel, for your professional, meticulous, and warm support throughout this challenging and hopeful journey. From our first consultation, the doctors and nurses patiently and empathetically explained the process and answered our questions. Dr. Samuel is highly skilled and clear-thinking, tailoring the most appropriate plan for us at every step and helping us feel secure and confident amid uncertainty. The nursing team moved me deeply. With every injection and examination, I felt their gentleness, care, and encouragement. When I was anxious or close to tears, they always knew what to say to comfort and strengthen me. Thank you, dear Candice. I could tell you were as nervous as I was during every ultrasound 💗 You made me feel calm and secure. I came to understand that this is more than a medical facility. It is a group of caring professionals with a mission to protect every family's dream. They care not only for our bodies, but also for our emotions and well-being. Thank you to every healthcare professional here. You made our dream a reality and turned a tiny embryo into the most important part of our lives. Everyone here is wonderful—warm, kind, patient, and highly professional! Holly always answered my questions promptly, reassured me, arranged my tests and medications on time, and patiently explained everything. I am truly grateful 😊 Candice was attentive and caring throughout all my examinations and treated our baby with such care. From a point of light under the microscope to a heartbeat in our arms, you witnessed the entire miracle. I also want to thank Dr. Samuel in particular. Your responsibility and expertise made our dream come true. During the transfer, you and your colleagues carefully found the best location for the embryo. It still feels like a dream. Like an angel, you have helped many little lives enter the world. You create miracles! Because of the language barrier, after I became pregnant they took time from their busy schedules to help me find a suitable Chinese-speaking OB-GYN. The excellent doctor we later met was recommended here! We love this place. I will often bring our baby back so she knows that her first journey began here—and what a sacred place it is!

Dr. Thomas is amazing! I was told I needed IVF because endometriosis had damaged my fallopian tubes. My experience with IVFMD was terrible. In short, I paid out of pocket for several ‘exploratory’ procedures. After my year of unlimited cycles ran out, they told me to seek a second opinion and then abandoned my care. When I asked, they would not even offer another referral. I was frustrated and lost, but then I found Dr. Thomas. She is wonderful. From our first meeting, she was thoughtful and direct about the possible outcomes. She accounted for my endometriosis and planned treatment accordingly. My first transfer resulted in a chemical pregnancy, although it was the longest pregnancy I had experienced. My second transfer was in April, and I am now nine weeks pregnant! Even if I were not pregnant now, I would still give five stars because she truly puts care into her work. She does not pressure you into unnecessary procedures or make you feel that something is wrong with you. This ordeal is stressful enough, but having someone who cares about and values you makes it much easier!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about DFW Fertility! From beginning to end, the entire team has been amazing. I had two transfers here, and both were successful. We have a healthy, adorable little boy who just turned one, and we are now joyfully expecting our daughter! 💕 The doctors, nurses, and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve our dream. Dr. Chantilis guided us with patience and expertise. Every step of the process was filled with care, professionalism, and hope—from TJ greeting you when you walk in, to Bailee performing your laboratory tests, to Gwenaelle carefully adjusting the ultrasound images. We will always be grateful to this clinic for helping our family grow! I highly recommend DFW Fertility to anyone beginning a fertility journey, regardless of their reason or medical history. They are simply the best! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

After a year of infertility and a miscarriage at nine weeks last October, I chose Dr. Mika Thomas for treatment. When I first tried to become pregnant, I conceived during the fourth month. By the time I began consulting Dr. Thomas, I was in my seventh cycle after the miscarriage. Dr. Thomas was kind and encouraging, although she often seemed rushed. One point to note about most reproductive endocrinologists is that they usually focus on medications, intrauterine insemination, or in vitro fertilization (IVF) that may help you conceive rather than truly finding out why you cannot. You may need to do extensive research and advocate strongly for yourself to identify the root cause. We began with standard testing: day-three laboratory tests, semen analysis, and a vaginal ultrasound. All results were normal, and I was told I had "unexplained infertility." When I requested more thorough testing, Dr. Thomas said it was outside her standard workup but agreed to arrange a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and hysteroscopy to rule out other problems. The hysterosalpingogram (HSG) was clear, so the following month we did the hysteroscopy. I remained awake during the procedure and was surprised by how brief it was: the actual imaging lasted less than 5 seconds. It felt rushed, and I was unsure whether she had thoroughly examined my uterus. I asked several times whether she had checked carefully, and she said everything looked "absolutely perfect." I later learned that hysteroscopy takes at least about a minute for most patients. I also received no images, and I now recommend that everyone confirm beforehand whether images will be provided. We had two intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, both unsuccessful. Four months later, I switched to a new doctor who reviewed my history and immediately arranged a laparoscopy and repeat hysteroscopy. During the procedure, he found four large polyps occupying most of my uterus, which he said were likely acting as a "natural IUD." He believed they had probably been missed during Dr. Thomas's hysteroscopy because they were unlikely to have grown so quickly. I was extremely upset. Anyone who has experienced infertility understands the pain of every month, and realizing that the problem could have been found and resolved earlier left me disappointed and angry. I also raised the possibility of endometriosis, but Dr. Thomas dismissed it because she believed infertility was my only symptom. My new doctor found and removed endometriosis during surgery. During my care with Dr. Thomas, I often felt that I was directing the entire process. The clinic seemed to follow a standard "IUI and IVF" model, with little or no interest in underlying causes. When I mentioned having little cervical mucus, they told me it was "unrelated to fertility." When I asked how to investigate the root cause and understand why I had conceived once but could no longer become pregnant, Dr. Thomas said I was a "Type A" patient who had "done too much research online." After losing a pregnancy and trying for months, this lack of empathy was frustrating. I am now in my first cycle trying again after surgery, and my new doctor is optimistic that we can conceive naturally. If not, we will move to IVF. If I had continued with Dr. Thomas, I likely would have gone straight to IVF without discovering the true causes of my infertility.

I wish there were another rating option. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC OR DR. GADA. The staff at the Southlake office are unhelpful and made an already stressful situation even worse. After the initial appointment, my husband scheduled a time to drop off his sample, but THEY DID NOT EVEN ADD HIM TO THE SCHEDULE. He arrived with his sample and was told he was not scheduled. If he was not scheduled, how did he have the specimen jar and instructions? Second, they sent me from Fort Worth to Plano for an HSG. I received only a partial address, with no doctor's name, building number, or suite number. After driving an hour, I arrived at a medical complex with no idea where to go. I arrived 15 minutes early but ended up 5 minutes late. I called the Southlake office for help, and TWO different staff members said, verbatim, "I have never been to the Plano location, so there is nothing I can do." They should have provided all the information when scheduling the appointment. That evening, my husband found the correct information on their website, meaning they could not even check their own website to help. Another issue is that they seem to care only about profit. They push IVF extremely aggressively because that is how they make money. They asked me three times whether I wanted to "start a cycle" before receiving my bloodwork and test results. If that does not show they are motivated only by profit, I do not know what does. Fertility treatment in this country is a JOKE, and this facility should be ashamed. Do better.

We will always be grateful to Dr. Chantilis and his entire team. We had been trying to conceive for three years. Early this year, we decided to leave our previous fertility doctor and choose Dr. Chantilis, which was the best decision we could have made. He was thoughtful, patient, calm, and always responded promptly to our questions and concerns, unlike our previous experience. With his guidance and the team's support, our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycle resulted in pregnancy with our daughter. I delivered safely last Saturday and am overwhelmed with gratitude. Because of their dedication and attentive care, the Christmas gift we had prayed for over the past three years finally arrived.

We met Dr. Lee in spring 2023 and welcomed our son last month. We are very grateful to Dr. Lee and her team. The fertility journey was long and difficult, but Dr. Lee was someone we trusted deeply and she gave us great reassurance. Having our first child now feels wonderful!

If I could, I would give Dr. Micah Thomas zero stars. I first saw Dr. Thomas in January 2025. After an ultrasound, she told me that "my uterus looked old." She said some people's uteruses look younger than their actual age, while mine looked clearly older. I told her I was not sure whether I had fertility problems because I had not been actively trying to conceive; I was seeking fertility care because I wanted to pursue this on my own. She looked up at me and said sarcastically, "We'll see." Later, during an HSG, I asked her a question while still lying on the examination table. She looked down at me with disgust and said, "You can sit up now." Dr. Thomas clearly practices for money and does not care about her patients. She has an almost self-important superiority complex, and it is easy to see how an arrogant fertility doctor could develop one. She never reviewed my previous test results. She would tell me the next treatment step, then her nurse would call the following day and say, "The doctor reviewed your results and is prescribing medication," which was completely different from what Dr. Thomas had told me. The clinic feels like an assembly line. The doctors seem eager to finish and send you out; you feel rushed, unheard, and dismissed. Most communication with the doctors goes through nurses. After seeing Dr. Thomas for two months, I had to transfer to another doctor. Calling it a terrible experience would be an understatement.

Dr. Lawrence has a pleasant, approachable personality, and you will probably enjoy speaking with her casually. However, I would not recommend her medically. My husband and I pursued IVF for male-factor infertility. Throughout treatment, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with me and that, based on my age and anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level, I was a “perfect patient.” Despite reporting a family history of endometriosis, I did not feel it was adequately considered or investigated. After one failed transfer of a PGT-A-tested embryo, Dr. Lawrence recommended proceeding directly to a second transfer without further testing. We felt this was inappropriate, so we sought a second opinion and ultimately changed clinics. At the new clinic, our concerns were taken seriously, I underwent a comprehensive evaluation, and I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I understand that IVF often requires multiple attempts, but my treatment plan should have been adjusted for endometriosis. Unfortunately, I felt I did not receive the attention and individualized care I deserved. I must note that nurses Selena and Kristin were outstanding and were the highlight of my experience. However, based on my care, I would not recommend Dr. Lawrence.

My wife and I began our fertility journey with Dr. Thomas almost 1 year ago. We entered the office excited, hopeful, and open-minded about doing whatever would give us the best outcome. The first appointment seemed to go well, and we felt Dr. Thomas would be a good fit, but that quickly changed. My wife's ultrasound did not look good. Dr. Thomas said, “You have a lot going on,” then looked at me and asked whether I was willing to carry. It was not the plan we had hoped for, but we wanted to start our family and were willing to do whatever was necessary. I was scheduled for an HSG and hysteroscopy, which showed a polyp that needed to be removed. My wife was scheduled for a hysteroscopy and biopsy at the end of June. She had the hysteroscopy on Thursday and the biopsy on Friday. Another doctor began the biopsy because Dr. Thomas was busy. After unsuccessfully trying to insert the catheter for over 30 minutes, she called Dr. Thomas, who succeeded on the first attempt. Within 24 hours, my wife became very ill, with a fever and vomiting, and could not keep down water. On Sunday, we finally went to the local emergency department, where they said she had a 12 cm abscess on her left fallopian tube. They gave her IV fluids and prescribed antibiotics. She was no better on Monday, and we became very concerned. We took her to a hospital in another city, where her heart stopped. She spent the next 12 days in the hospital with sepsis and a drain in her abdomen. When she finally recovered, we met with Dr. Thomas and asked why my wife had not received an HSG before the hysteroscopy and biopsy and why her treatment differed from mine. She said everyone is different and that the next step would have been an HSG. If the HSG had been performed first, we would have known her tube was blocked, and perhaps this would not have happened. After that, we did not feel we were receiving the care we needed. Each time we went for a baseline appointment or IUI, we did not see Dr. Thomas. After the second unsuccessful IUI, we requested to speak with her. We received an 8-minute phone call during which she said, “Your body is responding well. I do not want to change anything.” At my baseline appointment 2 weeks ago, the billing department told me I had an outstanding bill for that 8-minute conversation, which upset me. It is unreasonable to have to request a conversation with your doctor and then be charged for it. My baseline appointment was scheduled earlier than in the previous 2 cycles, which also confused me. I went for an ultrasound last week, and my follicles were very small. The nurse said it was early in the cycle and asked me to return the following week. When I asked why I had come in early and started medication earlier, she had no answer. That seems to happen at every appointment: you are left uninformed while waiting for the nurse to call after speaking with the doctor. The nurses are wonderful and help as much as they can; I have nothing negative to say about them. The billing department can never explain the charges and is rude when you ask questions. They simply want you to pay without asking questions. Each time I prepare for IUI, they ask for payment before we even know whether the results will allow us to proceed that cycle. When I ask when the IUI is scheduled, it is not yet scheduled. I then ask why I am paying when we do not know when it will happen. I will pay when it is scheduled. This clinic is focused on money. If you want good care and a doctor who cares about your treatment and outcome, this is not the place. Update: We were able to speak with Dr. Thomas and express all our concerns. At the next ultrasound, the care was perfect, with no complaints. This should be the standard. We had our IUI today, and Dr. Thomas was there and put us at ease. That is all we wanted.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Shannon. When I brought something to her attention, she listened to me and my concerns and researched it for me. We conceived through IVF with her and just welcomed our baby boy after struggling with secondary infertility. Her team was also very kind and helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering them. We visited other fertility clinics in DFW, but this clinic made us feel comfortable and helped us conceive our little boy. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates at the Plano office was incredible. I had a terrible experience at my previous fertility clinic. When I entered Dr. Shannon's office and realized how much detail she knew about me and how much thought she had put into my treatment plan, I immediately felt relieved. Dr. Shannon has extensive knowledge of the clinical aspects of fertility, including supplements, lifestyle changes, and medication protocols tailored to the individual, which truly impressed me. At my previous clinic, I felt like just another patient, but Dr. Shannon treated me as an individual. The office staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr. Shannon's staff left me direct voicemails and emails rather than portal messages, so I could access them quickly. The surgical staff were wonderful, and the laboratory staff were very helpful. Previously, I could not communicate with anyone, including the doctor, without going through office management. At DFWFA, I could speak directly with everyone. I did not feel stressed for a single moment during the process; I felt heard and cared for. Compared with my previous experience, it felt unbelievably better. I could have saved considerable time, money, and frustration if I had started with Dr. Shannon. I will always be grateful to this clinic and Dr. Shannon.

After trying to conceive for more than a year and experiencing a miscarriage, I came to Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates on the recommendation of a close friend. Dr. Evans was very approachable. She took the time to answer all our questions and thoroughly evaluated both my husband and me to determine the best treatment for us. We are now expecting our rainbow baby and are extremely grateful to Dr. Evans and her lovely staff for helping our family grow! I highly recommend her practice to anyone hoping to grow their family!

Although our infertility journey and losses have not been easy, Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates in Plano has been a tremendous bright spot. I genuinely looked forward to every appointment because the staff were so wonderful. Karen, Vickie, and Barbara at the front desk were outstanding, welcoming, and helpful. I loved seeing them at every appointment and talking with them afterward. The nurses—Tiara, Adrienne, and Casey—were very helpful and kind. They always smiled and answered all my questions! Terri sometimes helped by performing ultrasounds, and she was such a joy to be around; her gentle spirit always put me at ease. Dr. Shannon was also wonderful, always had my best interests at heart, and was consistently encouraging. I cannot imagine this difficult journey without these women—they are simply the best!! If you are considering trying this office, do not hesitate! You will absolutely be blessed by these amazing women.

They have the most impatient representatives. They hang up every time before I have even finished answering their questions.

Dr. Shannon is very kind, gentle, and thorough! I had an excellent experience and highly recommend her. Everyone from the front desk to the clinical staff was warm, friendly, and helpful.

Dr. Gada's office staff are difficult to work with. Clinically, we achieved the best outcome, but we are still dealing with billing problems. Staff sent us outdated documents, were very rude whenever I asked questions, and claimed matters would be handled, only for us to discover two months after discharge to obstetric care that they had not been. When I tried to resolve this, the billing employee was again extremely rude and did not even investigate. Thankfully, the anesthesia group had records from June showing that Renee in billing had directly told them exactly what I had said and that the matter would be handled. After completing my procedure, my experience at the Dallas office was much more pleasant. I do not know what kind of culture Dr. Gada promotes, but it brought me to tears more than once. I have never had medical staff speak to me or make me feel the way they did. After discharge, I struggled with whether to write a review because I successfully became pregnant under Dr. Gada's care, but I felt this needed to be shared. Infertility is already such a difficult, vulnerable process, and Dr. Gada and his staff made it more painful.

Dr. Gada, the nurses, and the staff are wonderful! We completed IVF at the end of 2023 and just had our baby!
    Jun 26, 2024
Dr. Gada and his team were the third fertility specialists we tried. We are extremely grateful we decided to make the drive from Austin, as I am now 30 weeks pregnant. After seeing two other fertility specialists without becoming pregnant, a friend recommended Dr. Gada. He was very patient with all our questions and gave us a step-by-step plan for achieving pregnancy. His staff are wonderful too! If you are having difficulty becoming pregnant, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Gada.

With Dr. Gada and his team's help, we just had our first child. Our experience working with them was excellent. We initially sought a second opinion and ultimately decided they were the best fit for us. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean and well run, and whenever we needed to meet, Dr. Gada always allotted enough time—from our first consultation through discussions of test results and options. He never rushed us out of his office, answered our many questions in detail, and always asked what other questions we had. I am deeply grateful to this clinic for the thoughtful care and service they provided while helping us finally become pregnant. I strongly recommend them and would return if needed in the future.

Dr. Gada was excellent and helped identify the cause of my recurrent miscarriages. The staff was helpful, my appointments were always on time, and there was little to no waiting. With Dr. Gada's help, we now have a very healthy baby boy. The process was straightforward, and he was gentle during that sensitive time. I am very grateful to him and his office.

I am sharing a profound and moving story from North Texas—a story about in vitro fertilization (IVF), emergency intervention, and a rare kind of doctor who not only treats patients, but also steps up when they need him most. My wife Angela and I were nearing the end of our IVF journey. Her transfer took place on June 9, 2025. After her recent egg retrieval, she began feeling nauseated and faint, and her condition deteriorated rapidly. While rushing her to the hospital, I had to stop at a gas station near our home and call 911. Within minutes, multiple emergency vehicles arrived, creating a scene like something from NCIS. Angela lost consciousness and was rushed to Texas Health Alliance Hospital. Once stabilized, she was transferred to Baylor Hospital, where she was placed in the oncology unit—not because of cancer, but because she needed emergency care. What happened next is exactly why this clinic is so highly regarded for its compassion and patient care. When Angela's fertility specialist, Dr. Gada, learned what had happened, he did not merely call—he came to the hospital himself. He visited Angela in person several times, guided the hospital team's treatment strategy, and ensured that she received expert care, even though it was Mother's Day week. When Angela became ill again the day after discharge, he appeared again on his own initiative, without anyone asking. In a field often criticized for high costs and commercialization, Dr. Gada showed us what genuine care looks like. We believe this incredible experience and first-rate care can deeply resonate with prospective patients, especially those facing infertility who wonder whether anyone in the healthcare system still sees them as human. Dr. Gada treats each person as an individual, not a statistic. Based on my research, he has repeatedly declined private equity buyouts, and DFW's partners remain an independent clinic free from outside influence. My wife has now had a successful first transfer with an AA-grade embryo, so far.

This clinic is busy! But no matter how busy they are, they always fit me in for same-day bloodwork or respond quickly to messages on the nurse line. Very helpful staff!

My private medical information was sent to a complete stranger who used my name on another email server. I received no email about how to prepare for egg freezing. This means an enemy may have tried to sabotage my chance of having my own biological child, which is extremely cruel because this is an expensive process. Imagine what the person using my name in a fake email from aol.com might do to jeopardize my chance of becoming the mother of my own biological child.

I was a patient here for about 6-8 months. Never met with the actual Dr. when I asked to see the Dr I was told he only comes to the office for procedures. This was my first experience with a fertility specialist office. Which they were aware of. After we wasted close to 8 months and $1200 in fees-not pregnant got told my diagnosis was unexplained. I started seeing CARE Fertility and met the dr the first appointment and had been at each of my appointments since and they found out why we were having trouble at my first office visit. Had DFW been thorough or even a had done more tests, this would have been discovered sooner and I could’ve had the simple corrective procedure done or started ivf and had a child by now. Dfw WASTED a year of my time and $1200+ in sperm wash fees. Would’ve loved to have met the Dr If you can don’t waste time here. Find a practice that truly cares of you not the money they can get from you without helping you

Without Dr. Gada, we would not have our son. He is highly skilled and experienced. We had previously visited two IVF centers and had nearly lost all hope by the time we came here. DFW Fertility Associates has an excellent messaging system for communicating with nurses, making appointments and prescription questions much easier. Neither of the two IVF centers I previously tried had such a system. IVF is already very stressful, so anything that simplifies scheduling and planning is a major advantage. The nurses are also easy to reach by phone, and I was even able to speak with Dr. Gada after hours to answer questions or ease my anxiety. The nurses are generally kind as well. Although I had a few unpleasant experiences here, I believe that is common at all IVF clinics. If I had constructive feedback, I would share it privately with Dr. Gada because he seems receptive. That said, I am very grateful that he is willing to help us try for a second child, because I was not an easy patient during my first pregnancy.

I had an excellent experience at the Southlake location of DFW Fertility Associates. The staff were warm and friendly, and Dr. Gada always listened patiently and supported his patients. I am very grateful for the attentive care and highly recommend this clinic!

I would like to share a concern regarding the lack of insurance coverage information prior to my appointment. Not providing details about test costs and insurance coverage until the day of the visit can result in unnecessary time commitments and inconvenience for patients who are trying to make informed healthcare decisions. Providing this information in advance would greatly improve the patient experience and help avoid unexpected surprises. Thank you for understanding and considering this feedback.

Dr. Laurence has a pleasant, approachable personality, and you will probably enjoy casual conversation with her. However, I do not recommend her medically. My husband and I pursued IVF for male-factor infertility. Throughout treatment, I was repeatedly told nothing was wrong with me and that my age and anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level made me a perfect patient. Despite disclosing a family history of endometriosis, I felt it was not adequately considered or investigated. After one failed PGT-A embryo transfer, Dr. Laurence recommended proceeding directly to a second transfer without further testing. This did not feel right, so we sought a second opinion and changed clinics. The new clinic took our concerns seriously, completed a thorough evaluation, and diagnosed me with endometriosis. I understand IVF may require multiple attempts, but my treatment plan should have been adjusted for endometriosis. Unfortunately, I did not feel I received the attention or individualized care I deserved. Nurses Selena and Kristin were exceptional and the highlights of my experience. However, based on my care, I would not recommend Dr. Laurence.

During my IVF treatment, I loved Dr. Lawrence, her nurse, and ultrasound technician Candance. Their attentive care made me feel valued! I would recommend the Dallas–Fort Worth clinic.

I worked with this clinic for nearly three years and cannot say enough good things about them. My treatment journey was incredibly long and sometimes devastating, but I could not have persevered without the care and compassion of Dr. Lawrence and the clinical staff, especially Kelly, Selena, and Candice. They accommodated my schedule, arranged appointments quickly, responded promptly by email, and encouraged me during difficult times. On several occasions, Dr. Lawrence spoke with me privately to discuss options and develop a plan when challenges arose. I genuinely felt that everyone there cared about my experience and wanted us to succeed. When reading fertility reviews, it can be difficult to distinguish people who are happy because they had a good outcome from those who are truly satisfied with their clinic experience. My outcome was wonderful, but what truly inspired this review was the hugs, congratulations, and tearful goodbyes when I ‘graduated’ after my second successful IVF treatment. If you want personalized care, this is the place!

After years of visits, I have only positive things to say about Dr. Laurence, her staff, and the Glen Lake office staff. She tried multiple approaches with me to prepare my uterine lining, and she succeeded. We have a son because of many prayers, Dr. Laurence's wisdom, and her staff. Jenny and Kelly are two of our favorites, but you cannot go wrong with anyone there. Give them a chance; you will not be disappointed.

Anyone reading this review likely understands some of the challenges that trying to have a child may bring. Choosing the right fertility doctor is essential to starting, growing, or completing your family. Before interviewing fertility doctors, it is important to understand what TTC looks like for you and to trust your instincts. I would be remiss not to describe a doctor who may not suit me but could suit you. This was my experience with Dr. Laurence; take what is useful and leave the rest, as I hope your experience differs. After spending months deciding whether to pursue fertility treatment, I met Dr. Laurence on a colleague's recommendation to hear her view of my options. Although I felt confident about another fertility doctor, I believed I owed myself and my future child an additional opinion. I arrived early. After blood pressure and weight checks, I was taken to an examination room and told to remove everything, including my underwear, and given a paper gown. I was told Dr. Laurence would arrive shortly. I waited 45 minutes without anyone checking on me or saying she was delayed, sitting cold and essentially naked. I eventually dressed and asked the front desk to refund my copay because I was leaving. The staff member apologized, said the doctor was behind schedule, and told me she was now ready. I politely declined and left. Several hours later, Dr. Laurence called with a sincere apology, which I appreciated. She emphasized that my time was valuable and continued apologizing. She then chose to share her assessment based on information from 7 months earlier, unaware that my data had improved and hers was outdated. I wanted a thorough second opinion, not an opinion based on another doctor's old bloodwork. Recent tests had shown major improvement after lifestyle changes, but she did not know because she had not asked or taken time to speak with me. Instead, she recited discouraging statistics about motherhood and reduced my chances to IVF as the only path. I agree that IVF may be one route, but I also wanted to consider IUI or advice to improve my chances naturally or with IVF. In such a sensitive field, speaking with hope is extremely important. Bedside manner begins before meeting the patient and continues after the examination; it is the whole experience. Fortunately, while she described my low chances of becoming a mother, I moved the phone away from my ear. My main issue was the timing and how turning the apology into a bleak lecture about motherhood undermined its sincerity. It was inappropriate and unnecessary. Fortunately, I am in a good place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Despite her discouraging treatment and words, I sincerely believe that with God, my husband, positive thinking, continued lifestyle changes, and my fertility doctor, I will have a child. When I do, I will post a photo of my healthy baby. It is important to have a doctor who speaks life and encourages you throughout the journey despite possible outcomes. I wish everyone seeking to build a family the very best.

We began seeing Dr. Laurence last October after friends recommended her. Unfortunately, our experience differed from theirs. The staff was friendly, but when paying to see a fertility specialist, I expect to see the doctor. From October through June, I saw Dr. Laurence only twice. My husband never met her in person, only during our initial phone consultation. Before our first IUI, I saw her in the hallway and she asked whether I was ‘ready to try again.’ I replied that I was ready to try. She then asked whether I had changed my hair to ease the awkwardness. She happened to be on call for my first IUI that weekend and performed it. Afterward, she stayed only a few minutes and said that if it did not work, we would need to discuss my ‘aging eggs.’ This was not helpful and made it difficult to relax. My test results showed no indication of poor egg quality. Dr. Laurence seemed to talk more than listen. She immediately began recommending IVF and citing statistics about our low chances. I felt dismissed because I would not pursue IVF. After that, I saw only nurses and could not get Dr. Laurence to answer questions by phone. My first cycle was scheduled on a 28-day calendar although I had tracked 26–27-day cycles for two years. During our second cycle, my husband was away for three days, and I worried that this would coincide with ovulation. I wanted to skip the month but was assured it was too early in my cycle. After a course of letrozole, I ovulated before he returned. This was extremely frustrating because I had tried to discuss that possibility. I was told my body had not responded to the medication as expected. We attempted another better-timed IUI with a nurse, but it failed. I then requested that Dr. Laurence attend our next appointment. The appointment offered was more than a month later, requiring us to skip another cycle. We decided to change specialists, and I am so glad we did! We are now 15 weeks pregnant after our new fertility specialist's first IUI attempt. You can read my other review about our experience at that office.

Edit: Dr. Laurence ultimately called me personally to discuss my situation. She also went further by calling my OB-GYN and the laboratory that handled my miscarriage. Although I initially felt she handled my case poorly, I do believe she ultimately made it right. ********************** I had been Dr. Laurence's patient for more than a year. During that year, despite 4 IUIs and countless ultrasounds, I saw her only three times. My husband and I recently consulted her about proceeding with IVF. A month earlier, I had miscarried after conceiving naturally. Our pathology report suggested a partial molar pregnancy. During my consultation with Dr. Laurence, I could not remember whether it was partial or complete, which greatly affects the follow-up plan and when it is safe to try again. As I understand it, doctors may recommend waiting 3 to 6 months depending on the circumstances. Dr. Laurence did not wait for my OB-GYN to send the actual pathology report. Instead, she consulted an oncologist without the relevant records, then had her receptionist call to say the oncologist recommended waiting a year before becoming pregnant. This came after learning during the consultation that at age 37 my egg quality was still reasonable but would begin declining at 38. I found her handling of the case unprofessional on many levels. It was also unprofessional to have the receptionist call with this devastating information rather than calling me herself or at least having a nurse discuss it with me. I do not believe Dr. Laurence truly focuses on individual patients or studies their individual cases, which made me feel very unsafe. I would not feel comfortable giving her thousands of dollars and entrusting my reproductive future to her, and I would caution others.

I came here several years ago for elective treatment. I did not have fertility problems and wanted more options for later in life. My results were lower than I had hoped for someone without fertility issues. I was essentially given a higher dose than necessary, as though I had fertility problems. I later underwent less aggressive and less expensive treatment elsewhere with better results. This is a fast-paced, high-volume clinic, and based on my results, I did not feel my case received individualized attention.
