    Dealing with infertility is overwhelming, but everyone at Dallas IVF made me feel comfortable. I had faced infertility for about two years, with several failed IUIs and miscarriages at another clinic. After establishing care with Dr. Mucowski, she took time to review my records and created a plan tailored to my needs. I was finally able to become pregnant. Even after a positive pregnancy test, Dr. Mucowski carefully monitored my health and the baby's until I graduated. We are extremely grateful to her and the Dallas IVF team. Everyone was very helpful and always happy to answer my questions.

    Dr. Mucowski ensured everything was optimized for our last transfer, giving the embryo the best chance of survival. Our baby is due August 30, 2025. Dr. Mucowski also helped us have two other healthy children.

    At first I was very excited to go to Dallas IVF, but by the end of my experience I was looking for a new clinic. Dr. Ku was initially very kind and informative and seemed invested in our journey. One complaint is that billing needs greater transparency. During our financial consultation in 2024, there were 3 different options for paying IVF costs. In 2025, we had a second financial consultation because their prices had changed and my husband had new insurance through work. During our 2025 consultation, they changed the payment options from 3 to 2. We had already purchased and started egg-retrieval injections, so stopping the IVF process was not an option and we had to choose one of the 2 payment methods. My second complaint is that after completing an entire IVF cycle and none of our 3 embryos succeeded, we never heard from the IVF clinic again. I called and left messages in the patient portal but never received any follow-up. My husband and I were not only grieving that our embryos did not develop, but also felt abandoned by the facility. I really wanted to discuss the embryo biopsy results and possible next steps for fertility treatment. After this experience, I feel I know what to ask and look for in a fertility specialist next time. I hope anyone reading this has a better experience than I did!

    Dallas IVF is our second fertility clinic and I can not recommend them enough. Dr. Mucowski made sure we understood every step of the way. We also saw her at every other appointment. It was so nice to have her so involved. She also really takes the time to listen and answer your questions. We also had some tough decisions about cost, procedures, and outcome possibilities. She really helped us weigh our options and make the best decision we could for our situation. IVF is tough, but having an amazing clinic makes it so much easier. We are so grateful for all of the amazing staff members. We are currently expecting our first baby in February! We wouldn’t be here today without Dallas IVF and Dr. Mucowski.

    I began treatment with Dr. Agrawala at the end of April and valued every moment. From Dr. A to the nurses and clinical staff, everyone was wonderful and helpful. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. A. I struggled with infertility for years without knowing why. She listened carefully to my concerns and guided my treatment with great attention to detail. She genuinely cared, took time to listen, and provided the best care possible. In July, I conceived my miracle baby on the first attempt, and I cannot thank her enough. I graduated from the clinic today, but the staff were so wonderful that I plan to stay in touch with her throughout my pregnancy!

    Dr. Sarah was amazing. The nursing staff was pleasant and we have nothing negative to say about the experience. They were very informative when asked questions. Overall if we had to go through IVF again we would 100% go back to Dallas IVF.     Highly recommend!! Everyone is so kind and professional! IVF is stressful, but everyone at Dallas IVF made it much less stressful for me. Questions through the portal were answered promptly, and I could always reach someone by phone. Appointment wait times were short. Every step was explained clearly, so nothing was left uncertain. I highly recommend Dallas IVF!

    My husband and I felt more valued than at our previous fertility center. Dr. Mucowski is knowledgeable and very professional. The Dallas clinic is warm and comfortable, and the receptionist is welcoming, though parking is difficult. The Frisco clinic is also comfortable and has a more pleasant setting. The nurses at both locations were kind, and the billing staff patiently answered all my questions so I fully understood. Communicating with my care team through the portal was very convenient. My IVF medications were adjusted after each ultrasound.

    My little one is now two and a half, thanks to Dallas IVF and Dr. Mucowski! Fertility treatment of any kind is difficult, but the team at Dallas IVF made the process as easy as possible. I have heard that patients at other clinics do not see their reproductive endocrinologist at every monitoring visit. Fortunately, that was not our experience. We saw Dr. Mucowski at every visit. She is not only highly skilled and kind but also very knowledgeable, and she made us feel genuinely heard. As an LGBTQ couple, we chose our doctor carefully because we wanted support and understanding, and the Dallas IVF team provided both. I wish no one had to undergo IVF, but if you need it, I highly recommend Dallas IVF.

    Hi Everyone!! The time has come and God is truly amazing!! We're Pregnant!! Thank the whole Dallas IVF team for their patience, compassion, and all the love they have shown over the past 11 months!! My husband Jr and I have been trying for 18 years, and every month there was no baby, just another cycle. We first spoke with a fertility specialist in 2015, but the finances and the Lord's timing did not align. On December 26th 2024, yes, 1 day after Christmas, we decided to try Dallaals IVF, and thank Jesus we did! I recommend Dr. SARAH MUCOWSKI AND HER TEAM (NURSE LACEY, TAMIAH, SAVANNAH, MONICA, BLOOD TECH) to anyone who wants to become a parent. Everyone was so loving! Here's to the next journey!!

    Customer service at the Dallas location is terrible. No one answered when I called the McKinney location to schedule, and they showed almost no flexibility when my IVF cycle needed changes. Fax service was ineffective; receiving a fax from an out-of-state partner clinic took more than three days. IVF involves changes, stress, and complications, so I expected more efficient and compassionate service from staff and management.

    I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Dallas IVF/Frisco Fertility Center. I was seen in December 2023, provided my insurance information, and paid my share. My insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, processed and paid the claim in January 2024, as clearly documented in their statement. Nearly two years later, without any phone call, email, mailed bill, or attempt to contact me, I received a ‘final notice’ text saying my account had been sent to collections. When I called, the billing representative gave conflicting explanations, incorrectly labeled the visit as ‘self-pay,’ and was dismissive and unhelpful despite documentation showing insurance payment and a contractual adjustment. Sending an insured visit to collections because of an internal bookkeeping error, without proper notice, is unacceptable.

    I scheduled a consultation to discuss two and a half years of unexplained secondary infertility, hoping to feel heard and supported. That was not my experience. While explaining my history, I mentioned that my progesterone had fallen from 18 to 7.3. I was abruptly interrupted and rudely told that this was not low, without explanation, until I later asked Dr. Mucowski to help me understand why. After years of trying to understand what was happening in my body, being cut off this way felt completely dismissive. When asked why IUI had been difficult, I explained that the medication caused severe skin problems and anxiety. The anxiety—the hardest part—was ignored. Instead, I was told that pregnancy could also cause skin problems, so I should think about that. The response felt dismissive and cold. I had been told to upload all my records and did so, but it was clear during the visit that they had not been carefully reviewed. Instead, I received a generic presentation that felt rehearsed and covered basic information I already knew. There was no personalized conversation, meaningful discussion of my circumstances, or curiosity about my history. After such a long and painful experience with secondary infertility, I needed empathy and care, but felt none from Dr. Mucowski. I rarely write reviews, but I understand the emotional toll of infertility. If you want a doctor who listens, supports you, and treats you as a person rather than a standard case, she is not the right choice. Patients deserve respect, and I did not feel respected here. I hope this feedback encourages more empathetic communication and patient-centered care in the future. I will not continue treatment with this practice.

    As a practicing physician, I understand the limitations and nuances of the doctor-patient relationship, including communication. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sara Mucowski and her clinic was disappointing for three reasons. First, scheduling and communication were unreliable. My first appointment was a Zoom consultation, but I never received the link. Despite repeated calls and messages, no one responded. I was later told the clinic had closed because of weather, but someone still should have answered urgent inquiries. I missed the appointment because I could not obtain the Zoom link. When I called the next day to reschedule, I was promised a new link, but again it was not sent. After repeated follow-up, I finally received it, but I was already frustrated. During the consultation, Dr. Mucowski's approach was rigid and inflexible. She began with basic anatomy and physiology. My husband and I politely explained that we are both physicians and asked to focus on our specific questions to save time. She seemed displeased and said she explains these concepts even to gynecology colleagues. Her manner was stiff and cold, and I felt no connection or understanding. When I asked about ovarian platelet-rich plasma (PRP), she dismissed it outright, saying there was no supporting evidence, without further explanation. Overall, I felt unheard and uncomfortable and could not trust her with such sensitive medical needs. Dr. Mucowski may have many awards and credentials, but professional courtesy, flexibility, and effective communication are essential, especially in sensitive care. In my experience, she lacked these qualities. I do not recommend her.

    Seeking fertility treatment can be truly overwhelming. It is not something you plan for, and it can be difficult to adjust the vision you had for building your family.     Dr. Ku is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet! His positive energy makes IVF easier. I completed two rounds, and despite my infertility issues, God and Dr. Ku gave us a baby boy! He is now three months old, and without finding Dr. Ku, we might never have become parents. I recommend him to everyone! No one could better support you through the difficult struggle to have a child. Whatever the issue, he adjusts what is needed, whether medication or additional ultrasounds. He is absolutely the best!

    First, I want to say that I do believe this clinic can be excellent. However, that was not my husband’s and my overall experience. After learning that Dr. Ku specializes in this diagnosis, we contacted him for a second opinion about my diminished ovarian reserve. We had already completed 3 IVF cycles at another clinic and produced only one low-level mosaic embryo. When we first met Dr. Ku, we felt very hopeful because he had reviewed our history and had a plan for what he wanted to try. We also said that if we did not have success, we might try transferring our low-level mosaic embryo. He gave no indication that this would be a problem. Only after another failed IVF cycle did he tell us he would not transfer our embryo because of the lower chance of success, even though after everything we had endured, it was our only embryo. At that moment, it genuinely felt as though he cared only about his success rate. This was disappointing because until then he had made us feel very well cared for. After that conversation, we decided to explore embryo donation and expressed interest in working with their internal bank. We contacted the appropriate person and understood that the process might take time. However, we completed all the forms and were told someone would review them within a few weeks, confirm whether changes were needed, and officially add us to the waiting list. That was 5 months ago, and no one has contacted us about anything since. We do not even know whether our forms were approved and we are simply waiting for a match. We wanted to like this clinic but are disappointed, to say the least.

From the start, Dr. Gu listened compassionately, created an individualized treatment plan, and worked closely with me. His team carefully monitored every step, provided timely updates, and offered thoughtful guidance. Rebecca and Tammy remained by my side, gave steadfast support, and patiently addressed my concerns.     After 8 years of struggling with infertility, I was referred to Dr. Barnett. The team at Dallas IVF Frisco is amazing! From the front desk staff always being a welcoming face. The ultrasound techs for being thorough and patient when I asked so many questions, this process is scary, but you always were encouraging and put me at ease! The phlebotomist, thank you for always getting my blood without having to stick me multiple times! The nurses, you helped execute the plans flawlessly! Thank you for always being so quick to respond in the portal, you really helped ease my mind when I had my worries! Lastly, Dr. Barnett, thank you for your direct yet gentle approach when explaining the process and plan. We did it! In 5 short months, you got me pregnant with twins! I am forever grateful for you and your team! There’s not a single person who I came in contact with who was not welcoming, supportive, and encouraging of my journey.

    In November 2024, I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) with Dr. Ku. My brief interaction with him was positive, so I have nothing negative to say about him, but the overall experience was a nightmare. Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. The actual appointment was even worse. I was in so much pain that I nearly passed out on the procedure table, and I could not remember or understand what he told me. Trying to obtain the exact results or find someone to discuss them with was a nightmare. Now, 6 months later, I have unexpectedly received a $93 bill. I am actually considering repeating the HSG or having a similar test with my current doctor just to confirm whether the blocked fallopian tube result was accurate, because I do not trust my original experience at Dallas IVF at all. It was both stressful and painful.

    Dr. Barnett never remembered who I was or what we had discussed at our previous appointment. Every appointment/discussion felt rushed and overly formal, and I always left confused about the next steps. The entire office staff seemed miserable, as though they hated their jobs and did not want to be there. They never called to schedule follow-up appointments. I constantly had to follow up and remind them that they were supposed to call me to schedule. But believe me, if you owe them money, they will not forget to call when payment is due. To them, I was nothing more than a bank account. Certainly not a woman longing to have a child. Helping people have children seemed to be their lowest priority. Their business is making money, not helping people become parents.

    This review is long overdue. After two painful years of infertility at another clinic, my wife and I transferred to Dallas IVF. Choosing Dr. Gu was the best decision we ever made. His team was thorough, attentive, and professional. As a same-sex couple, we felt incredibly supported. I truly cannot express our gratitude. Because of Dr. Gu, we now have a healthy, lively, perfect 1-year-old daughter—and she is also why this review took so long! We are wonderfully busy. Before changing clinics, we had several IUI cycles and, after a very disappointing egg retrieval, four failed FETs. With Dr. Gu, the difference was remarkable.     If genetic testing matters to you, go elsewhere. We initially came here because Dr. Gu wanted to screen for a specific balanced translocation. He ordered testing and gave us the results. After consulting another geneticist, however, we learned that Dr. Gu had not ordered the correct test at all. Consider what else he may fail to do properly, potentially causing harm to you or your family.

    The front desk and nurses provide terrible service. Communication is extremely poor, and they almost never answer the phone. Although the messaging platform can resolve some issues, sometimes you really need to speak with a person. IVF is already highly stressful, and this clinic’s support staff make it worse. Dr. Gu is highly skilled, but he cannot do everything alone. The clinic should hire more employees who genuinely care about patients!

    I recently met with Dr. Ku by telemedicine to discuss my fertility options. At first, I felt relieved to finally meet a doctor who understood me, showed empathy, and paid attention to my situation. I was pleased to move forward with treatment—we agreed on the next steps, and he even thanked me for being willing to travel to Dallas for the recommended testing. I left the consultation hopeful and reassured that my fertility care was finally progressing. However, I later received a portal message from Dallas IVF stating without explanation that they could not continue treating me because ‘sometimes patients accept certain treatment plans and sometimes they do not,’ even though I had agreed to every recommended next step. I repeatedly called and sent messages asking for an explanation but received no response. Given how emotional, stressful, and vulnerable the fertility journey can be, I reasonably expected a fertility clinic to communicate clearly and compassionately. Their lack of transparency, abrupt termination of my care, and complete silence afterward left me confused and deeply disappointed. In my experience, Dallas IVF is unreliable. Although they may appear caring, their actions showed otherwise.

    I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Dallas IVF/Fertility Specialists of Frisco. I was seen in December 2023, provided my insurance information, and paid my portion. My insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, processed and paid the claim in January 2024, as clearly documented on their statement. Nearly two years later, without any phone call, email, mailed bill, or other attempted contact, I received a “final notice” text saying my account had been sent to collections. When I called, the billing representative gave inconsistent explanations, incorrectly labeled the visit as “self-pay,” and was dismissive and unhelpful, despite documentation showing insurance payment and a contractual adjustment. Sending an insured visit to collections because of an internal bookkeeping error, without proper notice, is unacceptable.

Two years later, on the day after Christmas while the clinic was closed, we received a text demanding payment of an unexplained balance or threatening collections.     This is my honest review of Dr. Ku, not his administrative, laboratory, or medical staff. It is long and may contain upsetting content, so please read with caution. My husband and I wasted more than three precious years and a great deal of money with Dr. Ku. As this was our first experience with a clinic and reproductive endocrinologist, we began with an open mind and no preconceptions or unrealistic expectations. Given our age, we understood our chances of success when we consulted him. At first, Dr. Ku was warm, confident, and professional, but his confidence and professionalism gradually faded during treatment. We had one spontaneous pregnancy and three frozen embryo transfers, two of which resulted in pregnancy. Sadly, every pregnancy ended in miscarriage before 9 weeks. After my final successful transfer ended in another miscarriage, I was taken to a consultation room. Dr. Ku told me it was in my best interest either to remove several small fibroids—which did not affect conception or maintaining a pregnancy—or to “borrow a uterus” before trying another transfer. He said this to me in front of a relative shortly after his staff confirmed that my final ultrasound, before I left the clinic, showed no fetal heartbeat. I had trusted Dr. Ku and his medical expertise for years, and his cold, insensitive manner shocked me. My relative was also disgusted by the way he treated me. I could no longer trust or spend money on someone who treated patients this way. That evening I found CRE in Dallas. The next month, my husband and I consulted Dr. Saleh and transferred our records and embryos, and we have never regretted it. A simple test identified the cause of our recurrent miscarriages. With a new treatment protocol, I became pregnant after our first transfer at CRE. Twelve months after leaving Dallas IVF, I delivered a healthy daughter at full term without complications. And yes, my small fibroids are still there! Today, looking at my chubby three-month-old baby, I wonder what my life would be like if I had followed Dr. Ku's advice or had not found a more understanding, capable, and considerate reproductive endocrinologist. I am not writing this to disparage Dr. Ku, but to share my experience and encourage anyone questioning the quality of their care to advocate for themselves. My case was complicated, and unfortunately Dr. Ku did not diagnose it correctly. Eventually I found someone who did. It was a gamble, but completely worthwhile and rewarding. Please do not give up. You owe it to yourself to keep going. This process is already stressful and expensive enough. Why not make the most of it and spend your hard-earned money more wisely?

    Getting someone to response back is frustrating. Team needs a manager that puts the pts first and address the multiple complaints already stated in several reviews. Getting someone to response back via email(pt portal) or phone call is a nightmare. Be prepared to get delayed or ignored messages. Also billing is horrible. They have no explanation for anything and will push procedures out so they can get more out of your pocket. I have sent two different email via pt portal about my concerns and seems like nothing has been done to correct or better the situation. Been with the clinic for 6 months and have not been closer to our goal. Frustrating.

    I want to share my experience at Frisco IVF because I wish I had seen similar information before undergoing a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). I went for a routine HSG as part of a fertility evaluation. The doctor briefly explained the procedure and said it was a routine, low-risk test. I followed all pre-procedure instructions exactly and was not given prophylactic antibiotics. The HSG itself was uncomfortable but tolerable at the time. Several weeks later, however, I developed worsening pelvic pain, bloating, and other symptoms inconsistent with normal recovery. Over the following days, my symptoms worsened instead of improving. After further evaluation, I was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This was extremely distressing physically and emotionally, especially because I had no signs of infection before the procedure. I needed additional treatment and recovery time, significantly affecting my fertility journey and overall health, as well as causing financial strain from an emergency visit, multiple medical appointments, and time away from work. The hardest part was the lack of clear communication and support afterward. Although the test is generally considered routine, I felt that the potential risks and warning signs were not emphasized enough and that I was not adequately prepared for this type of complication. I am sharing this not to discourage necessary fertility testing, but to encourage patients to ask detailed questions beforehand about infection risks, antibiotic protocols, and which symptoms require immediate medical attention. Fertility treatment is already physically and emotionally demanding, so patients deserve thorough counseling and attentive follow-up whenever they experience symptoms after a procedure.

    I am extremely grateful to Dallas IVF and Dr. Huffman! Although I conceived naturally, they cared for me attentively and professionally from the beginning. Every nurse, front-desk staff member, and ultrasound technician was kind and made me feel safe and supported at every visit. I am now transitioning to a regular OB-GYN, but I sincerely wish I could stay with Dallas IVF throughout my pregnancy.     At age 3, I developed Wilms tumor, a rare kidney cancer. I had a nephrectomy followed immediately by six months of intensive chemotherapy. My earliest memories are from a children's hospital, where I had little chance of survival. A miracle gave me a second life. At 21, I still had not had a period. Doctors determined that radiation treatment in childhood had caused menopause and told me I would never become pregnant. I buried the emotional pain and remember telling myself I did not want to be a mother anyway, although deep down I was deceiving myself to escape the pain. Thankfully, because of my daily habits and God's grace, my other organs were very healthy. Twenty-one years later, at 42, I married a wonderful husband who believed in me more than I believed in myself. He knew my true desire. He noticed that Dallas IVF in McKinney was one of the few medical facilities that did not require the public to wear masks, so we went to take a look. At first, I seriously doubted that I could become pregnant, but Dr. Huffman told us I could, so I held on to that belief—and of course, she and her team performed many tests to confirm it! In September 2024, I had my first embryo transfer. The doctor advised me to rest for a day, then resume my normal activities while taking it easy. When I learned it had not worked, I was devastated, disappointed, and almost lost all hope. I confronted them in person: "You told me I could get pregnant." The IVF staff and Dr. Huffman understood my frustration and encouraged me not to give up hope. I spent the next 11 months preparing my uterus for another transfer. I am so grateful for the support of the entire team!!! At first, I hesitated to create an online patient portal account and they accommodated my request. Once I developed a relationship with the staff, I agreed to use the portal, and it was very helpful. The wonderful nurses created monthly medication calendars to help me manage my medications and were always available to answer questions. In August 2025, I had my second embryo transfer. This time, I rested for two full days, took several days off, prayed, listened to jokes and laughed, kept my feet warm and comfortable, spent more time outdoors, and the baby finally came!     Dr Havemann and her team helped our dreams come true and now our little boy is due in July next year. Two and a half years ago, this felt like a pipe dream, yet today we are 9 weeks and our little boy was dancing around on the ultrasound this morning. Still in utter disbelief that this is real and will probably continue to feel this way until we're holding him in our arms. Y'all - don't give up on your dreams, no matter how feeble they may seem. Give Dallas IVF a shot first, especially the McKinney location. They're an hour away from me and I had to make the drive sometimes 3x a week, but I would do it all over again.     I had an excellent experience with Dr. Havryman and her team! Everyone—from registration, the medical assistants, and ultrasound technicians to nurse Rachel—was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Rachel almost always responded promptly to my questions and concerns. One day at 4:45 p.m., I still had not been able to pick up the stimulation injection I needed that evening from my usual pharmacy. I called in a panic, and Rachel immediately arranged for it to be sent elsewhere so I could take it that night. Dr. Havryman is outstanding—she explains everything clearly, is reassuring, and gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone hoping to build a family!

    I was referred to Dr. Barnett several years ago and was glad to learn that he has offices in both Tyler and Frisco. This is the second child he has transferred for us. Dr. Barnett and his staff at the Tyler office are wonderful—always efficient and friendly. Dr. Barnett has an excellent bedside manner. He takes time to discuss our fertility treatment plan and gladly answers questions along the way. I would recommend him to anyone I know who needs an REI specialist.

    The billing issues are terrible! I saw Dr. Barnett in 2023. Today, two years later, on the day after Christmas while the clinic was closed, we received a text saying we owed an unexplained balance and would be sent to collections if we did not pay. They also sent a portal message with no subject or content. The billing department is extremely unprofessional!

    A cold, dismissive, and exhausting experience!!!! Please read before booking!!!! After learning that my anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level was low, I saw Dr. Sara Mucowski. I wanted a clear diagnosis, support, and a comprehensive understanding of my reproductive health, including my chances of freezing eggs and conceiving naturally. I completed every test she recommended and came fully prepared to make an informed decision about my future. Instead, my experience at her clinic felt cold, impersonal, and deeply frustrating. From the beginning, Dr. Mucowski made no effort to know me as a person or understand how I envisioned my future family. Given her specialty, this was particularly troubling. I respect an evidence-based approach, but communication is essential in fertility care. She came across as cold, condescending, and uninterested in helping me make a thoughtful, informed choice. She rapidly delivered a large amount of complex medical information without checking whether I understood or had processed it. When I asked questions, she often interrupted or said she had “already answered that,” as though I should immediately understand medical data she had spent years studying while I was still processing the emotional weight of my situation. When I asked why my AMH had declined so quickly, her only response was, “I don't know. That's your fate.” That was her entire explanation. She showed no curiosity and explored no possible causes. I later saw a specialist who explained genuinely evidence-based possibilities, such as environmental factors or autoimmune disease, and even referred me to another physician for further testing. That was the thoughtful, comprehensive care I had hoped to receive from Dr. Mucowski but never did. She presented egg freezing as my only option and portrayed my future as bleak and hopeless. When I asked about my chances of conceiving naturally, she said, “I don't know. You haven't tried,” despite having enough data from my comprehensive fertility evaluation to give a professional answer. She provided no other statistics, context, or practical options—only despair and fear. Worse, the clinic staff were equally unsettling. The woman drawing my blood sat on her phone and ignored me for several minutes, neither greeting me nor acknowledging me after I was brought in. She then asked whether I was married. When I said my husband had died several years earlier, she said she “felt sorry for me because of dating.” It was extremely rude, insensitive, and unnecessary. I left feeling worse than when I arrived—discouraged, isolated, and like a number in an impersonal system. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion. Another doctor treated me like a person, took time to explain the possible reasons for low AMH, gave me individualized statistics, and even discussed medications that might be used if I tried to conceive naturally. He explained that some women remain at a low AMH level for years before it declines completely and that there are options beyond egg freezing. He gave me facts, hope, and a comprehensive perspective—everything Dr. Mucowski failed to provide. If you want thoughtful, compassionate fertility care with both emotional and medical support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, Dr. Mucowski and her team failed me in every way that mattered.

    I am a practicing physician and fully understand the limits and nuances of the doctor-patient relationship, including communication. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sarah Mukowski and her clinic was disappointing in several ways. Scheduling and communication were unreliable. My first appointment was a Zoom consultation, but I never received a link. Multiple calls and messages went unanswered. I was later told the clinic had closed due to weather, but someone still should have responded to urgent inquiries. I missed the appointment because I could not obtain the link. When I called the next day to reschedule, I was promised another Zoom link, but it was again not sent. It arrived only after repeated follow-up, by which point I was very frustrated. During the consultation, Dr. Mukowski was rigid and inflexible. She began by explaining basic anatomy and physiology. My husband and I politely said we are both physicians and asked her to focus on our specific questions to save time. She appeared displeased and said she would explain these concepts even to gynecology colleagues. Her manner was cold and abrupt, and I felt no connection or understanding. When I asked about ovarian platelet-rich plasma (PRP), she dismissed it outright, saying there was no supporting evidence and offering no further explanation. Overall, I felt unheard and uncomfortable and could not trust her with such sensitive medical needs. Dr. Mukowski may have many awards and titles, but professional courtesy, flexibility, and effective communication are essential, especially in sensitive care. In my experience, these qualities were lacking. I do not recommend her.

    Communication is limited and poor. The front desk never returns calls promptly. The doctor is very impersonal, provides little information, always seems rushed to leave, does not explain things well, builds no trusting relationship, and offers no opportunity for questions. You definitely feel like a number rather than a person.
