I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Mukowski for the meticulous care she provided me. For a long time, I had been suffering from persistent, unbearable pain without being able to find the true cause. Dr. Mukowski was the first doctor who truly listened to me, delved deeply, and identified all the issues. Through her thorough diagnosis and exceptional expertise, she confirmed that I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Endometriosis.
These accurate diagnoses completely transformed my health condition. We were able to immediately develop a targeted treatment plan to eliminate the chronic pain I had endured for so long. Dr. Mukowski is not only highly skilled and professional but also compassionate, making me feel fully understood and accepted. If you are struggling with infertility, I strongly recommend her. Seeking fertility treatment can be truly overwhelming. It is not something you plan for, and it can be difficult to adjust the vision you had for building your family.
Dr. Mucowski, Shannon, and the rest of the team were wonderful! They made sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood every aspect of IVF treatment. I had an excellent experience at Dallas IVF! The Dallas staff and Dr. Mucowski were outstanding and provided tremendous care and encouragement throughout treatment. We are happy to announce that with Dallas IVF's help, we conceived after our first embryo transfer and are expecting our first child.

As a practicing physician, I understand the limitations and nuances of the doctor-patient relationship, including communication. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sara Mucowski and her clinic was disappointing for three reasons.
First, scheduling and communication were unreliable. My first appointment was a Zoom consultation, but I never received the link. Despite repeated calls and messages, no one responded. I was later told the clinic had closed because of weather, but someone still should have answered urgent inquiries. I missed the appointment because I could not obtain the Zoom link.
When I called the next day to reschedule, I was promised a new link, but again it was not sent. After repeated follow-up, I finally received it, but I was already frustrated.
During the consultation, Dr. Mucowski's approach was rigid and inflexible. She began with basic anatomy and physiology. My husband and I politely explained that we are both physicians and asked to focus on our specific questions to save time. She seemed displeased and said she explains these concepts even to gynecology colleagues. Her manner was stiff and cold, and I felt no connection or understanding.
When I asked about ovarian platelet-rich plasma (PRP), she dismissed it outright, saying there was no supporting evidence, without further explanation. Overall, I felt unheard and uncomfortable and could not trust her with such sensitive medical needs.
Dr. Mucowski may have many awards and credentials, but professional courtesy, flexibility, and effective communication are essential, especially in sensitive care. In my experience, she lacked these qualities. I do not recommend her.

I scheduled a consultation to discuss two and a half years of unexplained secondary infertility, hoping to feel heard and supported. That was not my experience.
While explaining my history, I mentioned that my progesterone had fallen from 18 to 7.3. I was abruptly interrupted and rudely told that this was not low, without explanation, until I later asked Dr. Mucowski to help me understand why. After years of trying to understand what was happening in my body, being cut off this way felt completely dismissive.
When asked why IUI had been difficult, I explained that the medication caused severe skin problems and anxiety. The anxiety—the hardest part—was ignored. Instead, I was told that pregnancy could also cause skin problems, so I should think about that. The response felt dismissive and cold.
I had been told to upload all my records and did so, but it was clear during the visit that they had not been carefully reviewed. Instead, I received a generic presentation that felt rehearsed and covered basic information I already knew. There was no personalized conversation, meaningful discussion of my circumstances, or curiosity about my history. After such a long and painful experience with secondary infertility, I needed empathy and care, but felt none from Dr. Mucowski.
I rarely write reviews, but I understand the emotional toll of infertility. If you want a doctor who listens, supports you, and treats you as a person rather than a standard case, she is not the right choice.
Patients deserve respect, and I did not feel respected here. I hope this feedback encourages more empathetic communication and patient-centered care in the future.
I will not continue treatment with this practice.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Agrawala. From our first meeting, she put me completely at ease, listened to me, and offered tremendous support. Her care is exceptional—warm, calm, and compassionate—and her command of the data behind every recommendation is impressive.
What makes Dr. Agrawala special is her thoughtful, strategic approach. Every decision is grounded in clear reasoning and evidence, and she patiently explains why each step is recommended. She is also creative and proactive. If one approach does not work, she has another carefully considered plan ready. I always felt she was thinking one step ahead for us.
She is truly outstanding. Unlike many clinics where communication is mainly through nurses, Dr. Agrawala remained personally involved and accessible throughout. That direct contact meant so much; I felt cared for as a person, not just a patient.
Thanks to her expert guidance, we are now successfully pregnant and deeply grateful. She changed our lives. If you want a physician who combines expertise, innovation, and genuine compassion, Dr. Agrawala is the clear choice.

I am forever grateful to Dallas IVF for giving me the greatest gift of my life — my baby girl, born on September 25, 2025. From start to finish, my experience at this clinic was nothing short of amazing.
I want to give special thanks to my IVF doctor, Dr. Shilpi Agrawala, and her entire team. Dr. Agrawala is truly exceptional — knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process.
As a single lesbian woman, I did not pursue IVF due to fertility issues, but to build my family — and Dallas IVF made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported every step of the way. The entire clinic staff was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in my journey.

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Dallas IVF/Frisco Fertility Center.
I was seen in December 2023, provided my insurance information, and paid my share. My insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, processed and paid the claim in January 2024, as clearly documented in their statement.
Nearly two years later, without any phone call, email, mailed bill, or attempt to contact me, I received a ‘final notice’ text saying my account had been sent to collections. When I called, the billing representative gave conflicting explanations, incorrectly labeled the visit as ‘self-pay,’ and was dismissive and unhelpful despite documentation showing insurance payment and a contractual adjustment.
Sending an insured visit to collections because of an internal bookkeeping error, without proper notice, is unacceptable.

Customer service at the Dallas location is terrible. No one answered when I called the McKinney location to schedule, and they showed almost no flexibility when my IVF cycle needed changes. Fax service was ineffective; receiving a fax from an out-of-state partner clinic took more than three days. IVF involves changes, stress, and complications, so I expected more efficient and compassionate service from staff and management.

From our first appointment, we knew we were in the right place, and that proved true. Her team was very kind, and I felt comfortable from the start. She patiently explained everything and completed the necessary testing, identifying conditions that other facilities had called ‘unexplained,’ and ultimately helped us achieve our goal.

Hi Everyone!! The time has come and God is truly amazing!! We're Pregnant!! Thank the whole Dallas IVF team for their patience, compassion, and all the love they have shown over the past 11 months!! My husband Jr and I have been trying for 18 years, and every month there was no baby, just another cycle. We first spoke with a fertility specialist in 2015, but the finances and the Lord's timing did not align. On December 26th 2024, yes, 1 day after Christmas, we decided to try Dallaals IVF, and thank Jesus we did! I recommend Dr. SARAH MUCOWSKI AND HER TEAM (NURSE LACEY, TAMIAH, SAVANNAH, MONICA, BLOOD TECH) to anyone who wants to become a parent. Everyone was so loving! Here's to the next journey!!

My little one is now two and a half, thanks to Dallas IVF and Dr. Mucowski! Fertility treatment of any kind is difficult, but the team at Dallas IVF made the process as easy as possible. I have heard that patients at other clinics do not see their reproductive endocrinologist at every monitoring visit. Fortunately, that was not our experience. We saw Dr. Mucowski at every visit. She is not only highly skilled and kind but also very knowledgeable, and she made us feel genuinely heard. As an LGBTQ couple, we chose our doctor carefully because we wanted support and understanding, and the Dallas IVF team provided both.
I wish no one had to undergo IVF, but if you need it, I highly recommend Dallas IVF.

My husband and I felt more valued than at our previous fertility center. Dr. Mucowski is knowledgeable and very professional. The Dallas clinic is warm and comfortable, and the receptionist is welcoming, though parking is difficult. The Frisco clinic is also comfortable and has a more pleasant setting. The nurses at both locations were kind, and the billing staff patiently answered all my questions so I fully understood. Communicating with my care team through the portal was very convenient. My IVF medications were adjusted after each ultrasound.

Highly recommend!! Everyone is so kind and professional! IVF is stressful, but everyone at Dallas IVF made it much less stressful for me. Questions through the portal were answered promptly, and I could always reach someone by phone. Appointment wait times were short. Every step was explained clearly, so nothing was left uncertain. I highly recommend Dallas IVF!

Dr. Sarah was amazing. The nursing staff was pleasant and we have nothing negative to say about the experience. They were very informative when asked questions. Overall if we had to go through IVF again we would 100% go back to Dallas IVF. I began treatment with Dr. Agrawala at the end of April and valued every moment. From Dr. A to the nurses and clinical staff, everyone was wonderful and helpful. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. A. I struggled with infertility for years without knowing why. She listened carefully to my concerns and guided my treatment with great attention to detail. She genuinely cared, took time to listen, and provided the best care possible. In July, I conceived my miracle baby on the first attempt, and I cannot thank her enough. I graduated from the clinic today, but the staff were so wonderful that I plan to stay in touch with her throughout my pregnancy!

Dallas IVF is our second fertility clinic and I can not recommend them enough. Dr. Mucowski made sure we understood every step of the way. We also saw her at every other appointment. It was so nice to have her so involved. She also really takes the time to listen and answer your questions. We also had some tough decisions about cost, procedures, and outcome possibilities. She really helped us weigh our options and make the best decision we could for our situation. IVF is tough, but having an amazing clinic makes it so much easier. We are so grateful for all of the amazing staff members. We are currently expecting our first baby in February! We wouldn’t be here today without Dallas IVF and Dr. Mucowski.

At first I was very excited to go to Dallas IVF, but by the end of my experience I was looking for a new clinic. Dr. Ku was initially very kind and informative and seemed invested in our journey.
One complaint is that billing needs greater transparency. During our financial consultation in 2024, there were 3 different options for paying IVF costs. In 2025, we had a second financial consultation because their prices had changed and my husband had new insurance through work. During our 2025 consultation, they changed the payment options from 3 to 2. We had already purchased and started egg-retrieval injections, so stopping the IVF process was not an option and we had to choose one of the 2 payment methods.
My second complaint is that after completing an entire IVF cycle and none of our 3 embryos succeeded, we never heard from the IVF clinic again. I called and left messages in the patient portal but never received any follow-up. My husband and I were not only grieving that our embryos did not develop, but also felt abandoned by the facility. I really wanted to discuss the embryo biopsy results and possible next steps for fertility treatment.
After this experience, I feel I know what to ask and look for in a fertility specialist next time. I hope anyone reading this has a better experience than I did!

Dr. Mucowski ensured everything was optimized for our last transfer, giving the embryo the best chance of survival. Our baby is due August 30, 2025. Dr. Mucowski also helped us have two other healthy children.

Dealing with infertility is overwhelming, but everyone at Dallas IVF made me feel comfortable. I had faced infertility for about two years, with several failed IUIs and miscarriages at another clinic. After establishing care with Dr. Mucowski, she took time to review my records and created a plan tailored to my needs. I was finally able to become pregnant. Even after a positive pregnancy test, Dr. Mucowski carefully monitored my health and the baby's until I graduated. We are extremely grateful to her and the Dallas IVF team.
