Doctor Introduction

Dr. Eli Rybak, United States

Dr. Eli Rybak was first exposed to reproductive endocrinology during his second year of medical school and immediately chose it as his specialty. “It was love at first sight,” he says. “I was drawn to the fact that this is a field of medicine that can make a tremendous difference in a couple's life.”

Dr. Rybak is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and OB/GYN and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He has particular expertise and interest in polycystic ovary syndrome, unexplained infertility, menstrual disorders, fertility preservation, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis.

Dr. Rybak graduated with honors from Yeshiva University in New York with a bachelor's degree in biology. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Rybak completed his OB/GYN residency at Johns Hopkins, where he received the prestigious Chief Resident Award for Excellence in Gynecologic Oncology.

He completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Assistant Clinical Professor.

In addition to his extensive medical training, Dr. Rybak holds a Master of Public Health and is an ordained Orthodox rabbi. As a rabbi, he has seen the gratitude of the Orthodox communities he serves. “We provide on-site Hashgacha, and our staff is always eager to speak with community Rabbonim and Dayonim to ensure treatment is both world-class and strictly Al Pi Halacha.”

He says working with couples seeking to become parents meaningfully combines his scientific, social, and spiritual expertise. “This field brings together many fascinating areas: embryology, genetics, reproduction, ethics, and social policy,” he says. “It also enables me to provide a unique level of care while appreciating patients' spiritual needs.”

RMA has been such a blessing in the crazy world of infertility. My entire team of Dr. Costantini, Eve, and my nurse Roberta was truly wonderful. They made you feel as though you were their only patient. Their care was highly personalized. They cheered you on from beginning to end and did so with such grace. The portal made communication easy and ensured that you took all your medications correctly. From Cece to the other receptionists, phlebotomists, and all the medical assistants, the entire office staff were very kind and welcoming throughout the journey. Graduating from the practice was definitely bittersweet, but I highly recommend RMA to everyone.

My IVF experience with Dr. Chu and the RMA Englewood team was excellent. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at RMA in Englewood. Our team included Dr. Costantini-Ferrando, Eve, an excellent nurse practitioner, and a lovely nurse named Aliza. I am now very grateful to say that I am pregnant! Thank you, RMA.

My wife and I completed five IVF cycles at your clinic, but unfortunately the overall experience left us deeply disappointed. Although we understand that medical treatment can be challenging and complex, the care model felt more like a factory operation and lacked the personalized attention and support we expected. Throughout treatment, we rarely saw or spoke directly with a physician, leaving us feeling disconnected and uncertain, especially during such an emotionally and financially important journey.

I am extremely grateful to the entire team at RMA NJ Englewood. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Maria Constantini and the entire staff were consistently patient, kind, and proactive in addressing my questions and concerns. Nurse Gabryelle Mitchell clearly explained every step, making a potentially overwhelming journey feel hopeful and manageable. Evelina Tuars NP was very kind and professional! Their expertise and care kept me from feeling alone. I highly recommend Dr. Constantini to anyone seeking fertility treatment—you will be in the best hands. Thank you very much for helping me achieve my dream. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and deeply grateful that they helped us create this precious gift. You will be supported at every step.

This place is wonderful! They are punctual for blood tests and ultrasounds and respond quickly to every question. All the staff are extremely kind! Dr. Costantini and her team are excellent! I had an amazing experience! I highly recommend RMA. Their service is outstanding, and I have nothing but praise for them.

Stay away from this practice. You will never see your physician again, and their finance department is dishonest. I should have left when a nurse told me vitamin D was water-soluble and I could take as much as needed. I prepaid $6000 for services I ultimately did not need. RMA took nearly 6 months to process my refund, during which I had to keep pursuing them. When they finally refunded me, they withheld $1000 for alleged outstanding charges. After reviewing the charges, I realized I had already paid them and RMA had charged me twice.

My husband and I were referred to RMA in 2024, in month 1 (January). We immediately scheduled care with Dr. Micheline Chu and quickly began diagnosis and treatment. We were very pleased with their detailed, personalized care. They promptly identified several issues and addressed and corrected them quickly. Although the IUI process itself was demanding and difficult, my team remained optimistic and encouraging. My nurse Cheryl Manole was always available to answer questions and address concerns. In 2024, in month 11 (November), I decided to pause treatment, rest, and regroup. Imagine my surprise when I discovered in 2025, in late month 2 (February), that I was pregnant, even though I was not actively receiving treatment. I must credit RMA for identifying barriers to pregnancy and preparing my body and health for this baby. I am due in late month 10 (October), and according to all current reports, my pregnancy and the baby are progressing well! Thank you for taking such attentive care of me!

This is for Dr. Constantini and Nurse Vilena. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for years, so we made an appointment. I conceived naturally. At first, they said it was a chemical pregnancy because my progesterone was too low. A few weeks later, Dr. Constantini told me to have a dilation and curettage (D&C) because only a ‘sac’ was visible. I did not, and now I am 22 weeks pregnant with a boy. It is very disappointing that an IVF doctor would recommend a D&C so early in pregnancy. I certainly would not do it. If they recommend a D&C, do not do it. Not to mention that we still owe a $1,200 bill because they had us return for ultrasounds on three consecutive days. Shameful.

Dr. Constantini is the best doctor I have ever worked with. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is extremely friendly and feels like an old friend. Nurse Selly made the experience even better. She responded quickly and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. I am so grateful to this Englewood team. After trying for three years, I am finally pregnant.

The best clinic! Every staff member is genuinely committed to helping families fulfill their dreams. My care team—Evalina, Vileena, and Dr. Constantini—always communicated openly and warmly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly miss visiting them!

I originally scheduled cycle monitoring here but conceived naturally before my first appointment. They offered an ultrasound at 5 weeks, while other obstetricians wait until 8-9 weeks. I was excited to see the pregnancy early, so I went. First, they said it was positioned too high near the uterine corner, that it “might not be safe,” and that the location was dangerous. At a follow-up a few days later, they said, “The position looks much better, but now we cannot see a heartbeat, and we should be able to by now.” I was 6 weeks pregnant. They wanted me to return every two days. My husband and I became so anxious and worried that the same day we sought second and third opinions from two other obstetricians—just 5 hours after the appointment where no heartbeat was seen. Both found a heartbeat, and we even heard it. I do not understand how the doctor completely missed it; it did not develop within a few hours. It seemed like something was wrong every time we visited. We were extremely upset, and we cried all weekend. I am now 15 weeks pregnant, and the baby is very healthy. I would not recommend this clinic.

The fertility process has been a tremendous strain on my wife and me, and the staff here did nothing to make it easier. I came for male fertility testing earlier this week and now question whether this clinic is worth continuing with. The front-desk staff made my wife and me wait awkwardly to check in while they watched someone cut cookies ahead of us. Fine, I could tolerate that, but the staff's unprofessional behavior afterward was completely unacceptable. Once I was taken to a room, I could hear people throughout the office mocking my name and laughing uncontrollably for 10-15 minutes. No one should be humiliated while going through this journey, especially at a clinic where I was seeking help and planning to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for treatment. This clinic showed none of the professionalism or courtesy I expected.

Dr. Konstantinidis and the nurse are very kind, but the other customer service representatives are not. They sounded unwilling to answer my questions. There should be an easier way to schedule. They kept recommending that I book through the website or app, but when I called to say it was not working, they said there was nothing they could do because my nurse was about to leave. Now we cannot schedule in advance and must use paid leave that would not otherwise have been necessary because no one told me my nurse would be away.

In hindsight, this place makes me furious. My journey began during COVID with advanced family planning and egg freezing. During stimulation, I gained 25 pounds, leaving me upset and stressed every day. Years later, I decided it was time to take family planning into my own hands. I wanted two more retrievals: one to freeze more eggs in case I met the right person later, and another to use fresh eggs to create embryos with donor sperm. I called in January. No one called to arrange baseline testing. I followed up in February and received the ridiculous response, “Oh, you want to start now? Tell us when your next period is.” I had called in both January and February to say my period had started. I had to wait until March. So frustrating! My baseline was finally done in March, but I never saw a doctor and heard almost nothing from the nurses. No information and no support. Retrieval was supposed to happen in April. They had me buy $7,000 in hormones, but on the day I was supposed to begin treatment, my thyroid function was extremely low. I had to see an endocrinologist for medication and delay another cycle by a month. I took these problems and errors as a sign and sought a top specialist in New York whose success rates far exceed other clinics. Five months later, besides my new doctor confirming they were preparing to overstimulate my ovaries with $7,000 of medication, do you know what I learned? I ultimately used the $7,000 of medication for two retrievals and still had hormones left. Even more surprisingly, I gained only 3–5 pounds with each retrieval, not 25 pounds as I did at RMA. My doctor communicated with us several times a week, and the nurses were excellent. It was a completely different experience. I am furious and wish I had never come here years ago. I did not know there were better options. It was during COVID, the clinic was local, and my gynecologist recommended it. They were warmer and friendlier during the pandemic, but now I understand that they overstimulated my ovaries, the eggs I stored may be poor quality, and I wasted money and time. I will not know until I move the eggs elsewhere. On my first day at a new clinic, I described my bad experience, shared my blood work and ultrasound, and showed the receipt for the hormones I had recently purchased. The doctor performed an ultrasound that day, almost immediately identified endometriosis, and connected it to symptoms I had experienced since my first RMA retrieval. The endometriosis diagnosis was confirmed. Why did RMA not see this on ultrasound at my second visit or take my symptoms more seriously??? My advice to everyone reading this is to do your homework and research. Join Facebook groups and schedule consultations with several clinics. If I had known then what I know now, I would have handled everything differently. RMA has become a money-making factory. Sadly, I am not the only person to have this experience recently. I have heard this story far too many times this year alone.

We are thrilled to share our experience with RMA. I am three and a half months postpartum and enjoying every moment with our precious baby. After years of trying to conceive naturally and five failed IUIs, our first IVF cycle succeeded, and we could not be more grateful to RMA! From the initial consultation, Dr. Chu took the time to understand our medical history and developed a personalized treatment plan, unlike our previous experiences elsewhere. Every RMA staff member was outstanding, from the receptionists and phlebotomists, especially Dana, to the nurses, particularly Rhonda. They were caring, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our anxious questions, helping us feel reassured through every injection and test. The clinic itself is organized and extremely efficient, making a highly stressful process much easier. We were treated like people, not numbers. If you want a professional team that genuinely cares about your success, RMA is the right choice!

The journey to parenthood was not easy, but knowing we had RMA's support allowed us to feel moments of triumph even during the hardest times. When we were struggling alone to find hope, Dr. Constantini and her team gave us hope. Today, because of their exceptional work and dedication, our hearts and family are fuller than we ever dreamed. After a journey filled with uncertainty, hope, and longing, they guided us with expertise, compassion, and unwavering support. Dr. Constantini's calm manner, extensive knowledge, and empathy were essential. She and Eve never treated us like a case or a number. They saw us, listened to us, and accompanied us with care and confidence. The nurses, coordinators, laboratory staff, and every team member patiently answered all our questions, offered warm encouragement, and worked quietly from early morning until late. RMA's dedication has a profound impact on the patients they serve.

My surgeon recommended that I see a reproductive endocrinologist before my myomectomy. I found this practice online and scheduled with Dr. Micheline Chu. Her office staff, including medical assistant Shania, who deserves five stars, were wonderful. However, after the consultation I felt emotionally vulnerable and excessively anxious about the myomectomy. She was too blunt for me, and her presence made me anxious. She seemed gloomy and very negative. I was not actively trying to conceive; my doctor wanted me to explore fertility preservation before surgery. I am not sure she understood that my primary goal was preserving fertility, not having a child immediately. I simply want that option in the near future. Worst of all, she said I could ‘bleed to death’ during surgery. I have spent months anxious, worried, and unable to sleep as the surgery approaches. I regret going there. How could she say that? Writing this is stressful. I also asked to check my anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), or ovarian reserve. She said women my age either have undetectable AMH or at most 0.5. I had tested 19 days before seeing her and knew my AMH was around 2. Because she was so negative, I did not tell her; I wanted to protect one positive result from her negativity. I became angry and told her she was too negative, especially the ‘bleed to death’ remark, which greatly affected my mental state. I also told her I might conceive naturally after myomectomy because God is above all! 🗣️🗣️ I will never return!!! A doctor should never tell a patient she may ‘bleed to death,’ especially when she is already suffering. I sought a second opinion only because my doctor recommended it. The visit felt like a waste of time and energy. Before her, I saw Dr. McGovern at URA, who was excellent and explained my condition realistically in a completely different way. Afterward I walked around Englewood trying to calm down. It is now midnight, and I still cannot sleep because I was already afraid of surgery. 😭 Update: It is 2:06 a.m., and I am still awake because of what she said. For the first time in my life, I passed a clot during my period, likely from stress. This visit caused enormous stress, and I am in a poor mental state. I see my surgeon at 9:30 this morning and can only try to make it until then. I learned that you called my doctor and said I was upset about egg freezing. Are you serious? I left extremely distressed because of your insensitive ‘bleed to death’ remark, which you laughed about, and because everything you told me was negative. Scheduling here was the biggest mistake I have made.

We thank God and RMA Fertility for making our dream come true. Thank you, Dr. Costantini, and nurses Evelina and Roberta. You gave me strength and encouragement and always listened to exactly what I needed most. Our daughter is beautiful and healthy. Thank you; having her makes us the happiest parents in the world. 100% recommended.

Words cannot fully express our gratitude to Dr. Costantini, Nurse Practitioner Evelina, and Nurse Gabrielle for their exceptional care throughout our fertility journey. From the first appointment through every milestone, from IVF to pregnancy monitoring, this team supported us with genuine kindness, compassion, and unwavering encouragement, and we never felt alone. Dr. Costantini's medical expertise is undeniable, but what truly distinguishes her is the warmth and confidence she brings to every patient interaction. Her bedside manner is remarkable, and our success confirms that our trust in her was well placed and fully earned. Nurse Practitioner Evelina's care and warmth added even more reassurance, making every visit feel safe and hopeful in a way we had not realized we needed. As for Nurse Gabrielle, her kindness helped us feel at ease even during our most anxious moments. We are incredibly grateful to have found a team that combines outstanding medical expertise with genuine compassion. If you are looking for people who will support you, believe in you, and stay with you through every step of this deeply personal journey, look no further. We will always be grateful.

I had a good impression of the clinic, and my doctor was clearly knowledgeable. However, during the visit, I felt they focused more on presenting IVF and IUI options than on fully understanding my personal concerns and questions. I would have preferred a more patient-centered approach, with greater emphasis on listening to and addressing my specific needs before discussing treatment options. Some of my questions went unanswered, leaving me feeling that I was not taken seriously. As a healthcare professional, I understand the importance of active listening in building trust and providing high-quality care. I hope future visits can be more comprehensive and personalized.

The care I received at RMA was so incredible that I do not know where to begin. From the moment I met Dr. Werner until I signed my discharge papers, I always felt well cared for. Communication was consistent throughout, my care felt organized, and everyone was on the same page. All the providers had a calm manner and treated me kindly. Even when things took an unexpected turn, Dr. Werner stayed with me through the end and showed nothing but support. She and my nurse Amy are absolute angels. I would recommend RMA to anyone seeking fertility treatment. It was the best decision my husband and I could have made.

Overall, I did not have the best experience at RMA. Unfortunately, when you need a facility like RMA to achieve your dream, you tolerate their nonsense. I will keep this brief because if you need fertility help, you will probably go here anyway, so a negative review may not deter you much. 1. They are very unprofessional. Your time does not matter to them. You wait endlessly for appointments, then are rushed when seen. You are just a number here. 2. The level of disorganization is incredible. 3. The nurses and portal are a complete joke. They never call when they say they will, and they constantly change your nurse/contact team. There is enormous turnover, and staff are always leaving. 4. If you call the main line, good luck finding someone who answers or is friendly. 5. They have too many patients. A procedure I needed was delayed because there were ‘not enough appointments.’ I will stop there, but you understand. It is a shame because they will never change, and we are at their mercy.

I am very pleased with my experience at RMA. They listened to my concerns, provided personalized treatment, and gave me a dedicated nurse whom I could contact with any questions. The entire staff seemed very positive and helpful. I wish I could stay with them throughout my pregnancy! Before this, I went to another fertility clinic in Wall, New Jersey, and had the exact opposite experience. I am glad to have found a place that truly cares about its patients.

Dr. Werner and the entire RMA team are outstanding. Communication was seamless, and their app made it easy to stay in touch with our assigned nurse, who was always up to date on my treatment plan. After every follow-up visit, I received prompt updates about my results, which gave me great peace of mind. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the front desk to the nurses, especially my nurse Andrea. The women who drew my blood were amazing. They made each needle stick easy and were always warm, kind, and reassuring throughout the process. I wish I could give them 20 stars! I am so grateful to this team. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Werner truly is the best, and Katja is the kindest, most compassionate, and most responsible nurse I could imagine. After spending 18 months at a fertility clinic in Edison, enduring 5 failed IUIs, 3 failed embryo transfers, so much pain, and overstimulation, I was left with nothing but sadness and disappointment. The RMA team made my dream come true with a successful pregnancy after transferring just 1 frozen embryo in a modified natural cycle, with far less stress. Every transition was seamless—from my consultation in December to egg retrieval in February, a positive BETA in April, and graduation at the end of May. Every appointment went smoothly. Most importantly, I was relieved to finally receive a positive pregnancy test. Dr. Werner develops the perfect plan for each person. She takes the time to listen and understand, and her calm manner is pleasant and reassuring. Katja responds to portal messages very quickly, handles every concern with compassion and empathy, and consistently answers all questions throughout the process. Lisa, my insurance representative, and Dr. Reig, who performed my egg retrieval, also made the experience very positive. Everything at RMA is organized and timely. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. I will always be grateful to Dr. Werner for helping me achieve my dream of a successful pregnancy, and I cannot wait to meet my angel baby!

I am currently seeing Dr. Werner at RMA in Eatontown. We have not started treatment yet, but their service has been amazing so far. Our nurse Katja always responds immediately and answers our questions. Dr. Werner is thorough with all testing and explains everything in detail throughout the process. All staff are friendly, and wait times at the clinic are short. I sincerely recommend them to anyone having difficulty on their path to parenthood. I will update after treatment and hope to have good news!

This star is for Maureen on RMA's financial team. She told me I had no IUI coverage and had to pay $3,500 out of pocket, which I did. I later called my insurer and learned that I did have IUI coverage and that RMA had already submitted a claim for my services and been paid. My insurer was shocked, considered this insurance fraud, and sent RMA a letter. I called Maureen repeatedly to explain, but she kept saying the payment had not arrived, that she was waiting for the insurer, and that I should call back later. After months of inquiries, I made one final call and demanded an answer. She said they could refund $600, but not the full $3,500. As a reminder, she should have acted proactively and refunded the full amount immediately after payment, rather than making me chase her constantly! I said I would not accept that and that my insurer was now involved. She said, "Have a nice day, ma'am," and hung up on me!!!! I was stunned that she could take advantage of a woman experiencing fertility problems and treat someone this way. My insurer has been very helpful and has now intervened and is contacting her on my behalf. This is terrible!!!! Update***** (August 11, 2025) Two years ago, they admitted it was their error and refunded the difference between my service fee and the insurance payment. They then called and asked me to remove this review because the issue had been corrected and resolved. Now, two and a half years later, they have sent me a bill claiming I owe additional money for the same service, and they have sent it to collections! What? How was this issue "resolved"? The financial team is a disaster. I now have to write them a letter, explain everything again, and reconcile the billing among me, my insurer, and them from two and a half years ago. As someone who struggled with infertility for years, underwent three IUIs (only one at RMA; after the financial crisis, I left and went elsewhere), and completed three rounds of IVF, the last thing you need is an unreconciled payment and a bill arriving two and a half years later.

Given that our story had a happy ending, it is difficult not to give five stars. However, I need to explain why RMA did not receive all five... 1. The routine morning check-in process was chaotic. Initially, it was first come, first served, which I preferred because I also had to work. Then they switched to scheduled appointments. The process did run more smoothly, but not knowing when appointments would be available was very frustrating for working people who had to leave early but could not secure a slot, forcing them to use a lot of paid time off. I suggest returning to first come, first served. 2. They lost my husband's genetic blood-test results because we had to go on a weekend, when their regular phlebotomist was not there. This delayed a cycle and was managed poorly. 3. Billing: do better. If we overpay, reimburse us promptly. Also, when patients say they understand their insurance coverage, believe them and confirm further with the insurer. Do not make them pay more than necessary. 4. I cannot remember how many nurses we had. Eventually, they had to rely on a nursing team. I suppose that is their best solution to staff retention. But what is going on? We pay high fees for services; staff should receive fair compensation so they stay.

We had a wonderful experience at RMA, and all the doctors and staff were very dedicated. Thanks to them, we welcomed our beautiful daughter and are now expecting our second baby. We are deeply grateful for their professional support. They were extremely helpful throughout. The front desk, laboratory, and billing staff were organized and highly efficient. Special thanks to Dr. Molinaro and the two outstanding nurses, Michelle and Jandra. Your dedication and professionalism meant so much to us!

I was very pleased with the care I received during my recent visit. Dr. Mary Warner was attentive and knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood every step of the treatment plan. The staff was equally excellent—friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. Everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. I truly felt cared for and respected. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Rybak holds a very special place in our hearts. He promised I would become a mother, and because of him we had a beautiful baby boy who is now an energetic 5-year-old. Dr. Rybak's warmth, compassion, and expertise helped me through one of the darkest periods of my life. Our entire family holds him in the highest regard and will always be grateful!

Dr. Rybak is an amazing doctor! He was supportive and patient throughout my fertility journey, and I truly appreciate him and his staff. My nurse essentially became my best friend and an excellent support system, especially when friends and family could not understand what I was experiencing.

Dr. Eli Rybak is one of the best doctors I found in fertility care. I endured 7 years and 7 failed IVF cycles and saw doctors in Albany, Manhattan, California, and elsewhere without success. Finally, I found Dr. Eli Rybak, who truly understood our story, our journey, and the science behind it. He is very understanding and has an excellent bedside manner. And now we are pregnant with our first child, and I am 27 weeks along. I am very grateful to Dr. Rybak and his nursing team. Special recognition goes to nurse Sarah E., who supported me throughout the journey. I highly recommend RMA Englewood and Dr. Rybak.
