We are deeply grateful to Jess, Missy, and Dr. O at URA Danville for their exceptional care and kindness throughout our fertility journey. From day one, they were wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to their support, we just received good news for the first time. 🥹 Fertility treatment is physically and emotionally demanding, especially when blood tests and ultrasounds require near-daily visits. Every time I entered, Jess and Missy welcomed me warmly and immediately eased my anxiety. The entire URA team patiently explained every step, answered our questions, and showed genuine care. Dr. O was our guide—highly skilled and compassionate. She never rushed, always made us feel valued and heard, and always smiled! We cannot thank this team enough. They gave us strength through an exceptionally difficult journey, and we will never forget their role in getting us here. We highly recommend URA to anyone exploring fertility care.

The service felt warm and attentive from the moment I walked in. There was almost no wait, and the experience was excellent. I cannot wait to continue my URA journey.

Missy and Jessica were extremely helpful and considerate during every visit to the Danville clinic. Their care made me feel comfortable and at home. They always did their best to accommodate my appointments and responded quickly whenever I called. Missy was especially outstanding, proactively contacting me about appointments, bills, test results, and reminders. They made an otherwise overwhelming process easy and pleasant, and I will always be grateful to them!

My experience at URA - Goshen was excellent from start to finish. Fertility treatment can be physically and emotionally exhausting and extremely stressful, but this clinic created a calm, supportive, and caring environment. The entire process was efficient and well coordinated. Scheduling was smooth, communication was clear, and each step was organized, greatly reducing unnecessary stress. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the phlebotomist’s quick and comfortable blood draws and the ultrasound technician’s considerate and respectful care, every interaction felt thoughtful. What impressed me most was the team’s consistently high level of service. Nurses and medical assistants provided timely updates, explained next steps thoroughly, and followed up effectively by phone and through the patient app. I never felt lost or unsure about what to do next. Most importantly, the staff understand the emotional strain of building a family. Their compassionate care made even the difficult days easier. I am extremely grateful for the care I received at URA - Goshen and would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing fertility challenges and seeking a team that combines professionalism with genuine compassion.

This practice treats patients like numbers, not people. Billing patients or insurers seems more important than quality care. Its billing department is chaotic and intent on collecting every cent. They advertise IVF as a fixed fee but still bill insurers separately for questionable add-ons. If insurance denies them, they add the charges to your account without explanation. Even after they acknowledged an obvious billing error, the same charge reappeared a month later. This cycle of mismanagement and profiteering is exhausting and frustrating. Please choose another IVF clinic; I strongly discourage using this one. I am no longer a patient, yet I found thousands of dollars in claims on my insurance after prepaying for IVF. They are still trying to extract every cent from the insurer. This is fraudulent!

Thank you to all the wonderful URA staff. Thanks to God and them, I now have a beautiful daughter after my first IVF cycle. Dr. Cho explained every detail as if teaching a two-year-old. I never felt lost and understood every step. I conceived twins but lost one, and I remain grateful. They were compassionate, caring, and patient. Every staff member I met was professional.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience. The staff are friendly, and the small clinic does not feel crowded. Dr. Cho is kind. However, monitoring hours are inconvenient. Monitoring starts at 7 a.m., and a long line can make work difficult if your job is far away. There are no payment plans, prices are excessively high, and there are no packages. Prices are not disclosed upfront, so by the time you receive them, you have invested time and effort and cannot switch without wasting more. This unfairly locks patients in. Learn the prices before investing your time. I strongly advise against entrusting such a stressful process to this clinic. Communication is also poor, leaving you to navigate it alone. This place is about money.

This was the worst medical experience of my life. Dr. Cho’s tone was the most appalling I have encountered.

Amazing staff and office! They’ve run every test possible to help me find an explanation for my infertility. Doctors and nurses have always gone above and beyond with my care, always ensuring my comfort and ease. The nurses were extremely helpful when I needed help with an insurance issue, and helped me resolve it swiftly! I’m not sure where my journey at this practice will lead me, but I’m super grateful my experience has been nothing short of amazing! That alone has given me comfort. Thank you for making my experience wonderful.

This experience with University Reproductive Associates (URA) has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I paid $140 in person by credit card on August 5, 2024. Despite this, URA continues sending bills and payment reminders as though my balance remains unpaid. More concerning, I receive automated collection calls from URA every month. They seem like spam calls, and no one answers when I call back, making the issue impossible to resolve. Repeated collection attempts despite payment, monthly automated calls, and no response from billing have raised serious concerns about their billing practices. I now genuinely feel scammed. I attached a screenshot of my credit card payment as evidence. URA must immediately review my account, correct the error, stop the automated collection calls, and confirm a $0 balance. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others to review bills carefully, retain payment records, and watch for billing problems.

Becoming pregnant was a long, challenging journey, but I am profoundly grateful to Dr. McGovern and the entire URA team for their tremendous support during IVF. Dr. McGovern and his team were very caring, and with their help I welcomed my baby in February. If you are struggling with infertility, I highly recommend URA. I will always be grateful to Dr. McGovern and his team!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to URA Fertility. From the beginning, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and exceptionally supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Morelli and her nurse Michele, who were outstanding throughout the process. Dr. Morelli was extremely thorough and attentive, patiently explaining every step and always making us feel reassured. Her clinical expertise and genuine kindness set her apart. We are deeply grateful for their care and highly recommend URA to anyone seeking fertility support.

Another complaint about URA's billing department. I previously paid out of pocket and all bills were mailed. Now they refuse to mail bills and only allow them to be viewed and paid through their portal, yet the portal has no option to view or pay a bill. The billing department still refuses to mail one. I only learned I owed money when I received a call threatening collections and legal action. I have already paid about $20,000 for IVF and am now being charged another $240 for embryo storage.

I wish I could give them ten stars! The entire team is amazing! The nurses, assistants, embryologist (Keith 🔥 my brother), Dr. Cho, and all the other doctors—I cannot express how grateful I am for your help throughout this incredibly difficult journey. This clinic helped me recover from the pain of losing my child and supported and encouraged me after surgery. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Thank you for making me so happy 💗

I had a very good experience at University Reproductive Associates (URA). I am honestly very glad I found this clinic. They were always available to answer my questions, which was truly important throughout the process. The staff were wonderful. From the nurses and phone representatives to the front desk, everyone was kind and patient. Diana, Audrey, and Khalea were all welcoming and helpful. Dr. McGovern was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his experience is immediately apparent. Being under his care felt different. He consistently made the right decisions, which gave me great peace of mind. I am so glad I found a doctor like him.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to URA. Every staff member made one of the hardest experiences so much easier. From reception and the nurses to the highly skilled doctors, I strongly recommend them. Visiting 3–4 times a week can be exhausting, but everything feels better when you are welcomed like family. Each morning felt like having coffee with friends. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Cho and everyone at URA. If you are looking for a fertility clinic, you will not regret choosing URA!

I usually visit the Hasbrouck Heights office, which is the best. This was my first visit to Wayne, and I was very disappointed. The waiting room was empty, yet check-in took 20 minutes and a nurse’s colleague had to call her twice before she came out. Terrible. The examination and blood work went smoothly and quickly, however. 3 out of 5.

Dr. Persaud is wonderful, attentive, and listened carefully to all my concerns. She was also very reassuring and made me feel at ease. We completed one IVF cycle and were fortunate to conceive a daughter due April 3. I cannot wait to return for my other children.

My first telehealth consultation with Dr. Persaud was excellent! She listened carefully to my husband’s and my concerns, answered our questions, and spent considerable time explaining the process of trying to conceive through IUI or IVF. I hope I do not need her services, but if we do, I would feel very confident choosing Dr. Persaud!

My egg-freezing experience here was unpleasant. From the start, care lacked personalization; I was simply given a one-size-fits-all plan. I rarely received thoughtful, in-depth feedback on test results. After retrieval, they encouraged another cycle despite my repeated explanation that we could afford only one. The staff consistently did not listen. It felt more like a business than a deeply personal and stressful experience. If I use my eggs, I will go elsewhere.

I went to the Hoboken office for monitoring. It was the worst experience I have had. The receptionist was the meanest, coldest woman I have met. I entered at 7 a.m. for monitoring, and she ignored me for nearly 15 minutes while typing a very “important” email. She did not ask me to sit or say she would help. When she finally acknowledged me, she said I owed $250, although my insurance had always covered every appointment. She loudly said I had no infertility coverage. I explained my endometriosis diagnosis and coverage. After checking, she said she had not reviewed my file. I needed monitoring 3 times that week before embryo transfer, and she ignored me each time. Once, after I asked her to tell me when I could check in, she said, “Oh, I already checked you in.” I wish she had told me. Dr. Wolf was also unfriendly. She did not review documents from my doctor and had to perform two transvaginal ultrasounds the same day because she failed to collect the needed information. When I said I had obtained 5 good embryos at retrieval, she claimed she could have gotten more. That was unprofessional and insensitive after more than a year of IVF, failed transfers, and miscarriages; no doctor can guarantee that. I left nearly every appointment crying. IVF is already emotional and stressful without unkind, uncompassionate treatment. They treat you like livestock and do not even read your chart. I will never return.

I had an excellent IVF experience with Dr. Wolf. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful, with wonderful bedside manner, and personally calls patients. Without her, I would not have my daughter. I will always be grateful to her and everyone at URA.

Communication with Dr. Loughlin was terrible. She never calls or follows up and is always out of the office. I repeatedly called the clinic requesting a return call, but she never responded. She is careless and treats patients like business transactions. The front desk, staff, and nurses are professional, skilled, and helpful.

After two failed IVF cycles, Dr. Jacquelyn S. Loughlin helped us succeed on the third attempt through her experience and dedication. She attended to every detail, and she and her team managed my case with great care. Words cannot express my gratitude to her and the entire URA team. I highly recommend Dr. Jacquelyn S. Loughlin to anyone seeking treatment at URA. With her, you will have a unique experience. God bless you, Dr. Loughlin. John and I will always be grateful. Solange Akissi Kanga
