I do not recommend this clinic unless it is the only one that will accept your case or the only one covered by your insurance. The staff do not respond to messages or return calls, provide no financial guidance, and leave you waiting in the lobby with a time-sensitive reproductive specimen for over an hour while patients having non-urgent blood draws or ultrasounds go ahead of you. They will ensure that you pay far more for medication than at other clinics and will be rude along the way. If you want infertility to be even more stressful, this place is perfect.

From my egg-freezing procedure through embryo transfer, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Steward and the entire Aspire HFI team at the Medical Center Women's location. From efficient appointments to consistent communication and support, I always felt well cared for. I now have a healthy baby girl, and it all began at Aspire HFI. I highly recommend Dr. Steward and any team he chooses to work with, and I will always be grateful to them!

The care was excellent. Best of all, the doctor speaks Spanish, which made my wife feel more comfortable. He is highly professional and helpful, and I recommend him 100%.

I had an excellent initial consultation with Dr. Dunn at Aspire in Houston. He took the time to review everything carefully and answer every question. My sister, who accompanied me, had additional questions about her own fertility journey, and he also took time to listen and answer them. After the consultation, I had an ultrasound and blood draw at the clinic, which was quick and convenient. Dr. Dunn personally reviewed all the results with me. He was very kind and took time to explain everything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr. Dunn and this clinic.

I love Aspire! So far I have had no problems. Every doctor I have met has been kind, patient, and understanding.

The worst doctors and staff! I have never encountered ruder staff in my life. They only push IVF—I wanted to try IUI first—and become very unpleasant when you refuse birth control and ask questions about the medications they want you to take. I wanted to understand what was happening to my body! They wanted me on BC b/c they did not want to schedule my HSG during my period. Note: birth control prevents pregnancy, so why would I take it??? Before pursuing any treatment, read Real Food for Fertility. I promise that doing things naturally and avoiding vitamin deficiencies will make it easier and less expensive to become pregnant, but they will not tell you that because it does not make them money. Low vitamin A levels cause miscarriage, and low iodine/iodide is bad for fertility...read the book and find a new doctor. Every visit here was a terrible experience.

I do not know whether this is a Texas issue, but dealing with Aspire Fertility in Houston was a painful experience as a patient. Even the process of booking an appointment through the front desk was extremely difficult 😓, under the rules of the Inception LLC new patient services team #third-party appointment processing. In mid-September 2024, we scheduled an appointment for October 21, 2024. Starting September 20, a staff member from Kathleen Slight's team called me every week during business hours, while I was working, harassing me to complete paperwork. Not one staff member sent me a proper email explaining how many forms were required or how long they would take. Multiple emails came from multiple sources, including the Prelude app and Aspire staff, creating confusion. I was harassed with calls during business hours. I asked, “Why make patients complete medical history forms a month before the appointment?” The appointment with the doctor lasts less than 30 minutes, yet the patient must complete 60 pages of forms a month in advance??? It is torture! Ms. Kathleen Slight emailed that Aspire's new patient services team had created a rule that “patients must complete the forms within 48 hours of scheduling an appointment.” I tried to be respectful and completed the welcome packet forms. Yet the team canceled my doctor's appointment again and left me a voicemail. Please note... “I did not receive any email after they canceled the appointment.” Only a voicemail from Ms. Gabby! My question is, “Why does Aspire operate in such an unofficial manner? Are they running a fertility clinic or a drug cartel?” That evening, I wrote to Ms. Kathleen Slight again. She confirmed that Dr. Bello wanted patients to complete the medical history form five days in advance. Honestly, my appointment was still 7 days away. I agreed and rescheduled my appointment. The staff did not apologize. In short, the employees at Aspire Fertility Houston lack basic humanity, kindness, and management skills. You would expect a fertility center to treat its female patients promptly and kindly. These nurses or front desk staff act like a drug cartel, constantly calling and leaving voicemails and making patients worry that their appointments will be canceled. I felt as if I were being held at gunpoint, receiving weekly calls from Ms. Emily, Ms. Gabby, and Ms. Courtney, as though they had no work other than chasing patients. One request to all patients: if you have the option to stay away from Aspire Fertility, do so. A personal relationship with a doctor may help. The front desk is terrible!!!

The billing department is a mess. They initially forgot to contact my primary insurance, then a month later billed my secondary insurance $4K. My secondary paid part of it, even though my primary should have paid the full $4K! It also showed that I was owed a $670 refund last year, but they used it to cover the portion my secondary insurance did not pay!

The latest review ever... I have resisted writing this review for four years after going through IVF because I really liked Dr. Stewart. But my experience was so awful, while my experience at ccrm was so amazing, that I hope someone finds this review before starting their journey and considers another organization. Your care and experience will be better. I transferred my embryos to ccrm, but this week I had to return to collect information about them. I was shocked that the place was exactly the same: impossible to reach anyone, calls not returned, long hold times, and intolerable staff attitudes. As a healthcare provider, I find this unacceptable, especially given the money, time, and emotional investment each patient puts into this journey. My nurse was rude; one nurse inserted the tube into the... wrong area, then put it in the correct place immediately before the transfer (yes, I mean what you think I mean); and the embryologists were extremely condescending. They would call after hours so you could not call back with questions. The list goes on, but I do not want to spend the energy writing it all out. It is worth mentioning that I became pregnant on the first try, and after beginning my ccrm journey I had greater success from one retrieval than from two retrievals with aspire combined. IVF is inevitably difficult, but the way the staff treated you throughout the process (excluding Dr. Stewart) added a hardship no one should have to endure. Better care does exist. Just not here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions about their healthcare. My gynecologist referred me to Aspire Fertility for a PCOS diagnosis and fertility options. I had a hysteroscopy at their facility, and shortly afterward, I received a call from Dr. Maya Kriseman informing me that they had found advanced precancerous cells on my cervix and that I needed urgent LEEP surgery. The news was absolutely devastating—especially since all of my Pap smears, including one done three months earlier, had been completely normal. Although my gynecologist advocated for me and questioned the results, which Aspire reportedly doubted, I spent weeks in tremendous emotional distress believing I had a serious condition. Eventually, it was discovered that their laboratory had made a serious error. I endured unnecessary emotional trauma over a diagnosis that was not even mine—and to this day, I worry that the actual patient's results may still be unknown. Aspire never even called to apologize for this grave mistake. Instead, I received an impersonal portal message from someone I had never met, Managing Director Vicki Sandel, without any real acknowledgment of the emotional and psychological harm caused. In addition, just after I woke from anesthesia following the hysteroscopy, Dr. Bello asked whether I had ever had an ectopic pregnancy—which was completely baffling because I had never been pregnant. When I asked the nurse and later Dr. Kriseman about it, no one could explain where that information came from, leaving me even more confused and concerned that my records had been mixed up with someone else's. The overall clinic experience felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a place focused on genuine patient care. Aspire felt like a fertility “factory,” with the clear goal of pushing us toward IVF as quickly as possible. After months of reflecting on our experience, it was clear that everything seemed geared toward getting patients to immediately sign up for a $25,000 to $30,000 treatment plan. As part of my PCOS journey, I shared serious and vulnerable concerns about my struggles with weight gain and insulin resistance, even crying in front of Dr. Kriseman out of sheer frustration. Rather than receiving compassion or support, my concerns were dismissed. Fertility care should recognize and support the whole patient—mind and body—but emotional well-being did not appear to be a priority here. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Aspire Fertility. In healthcare, especially fertility care where patients are already vulnerable, attention to detail, accountability, empathy, and integrity are nonnegotiable. Aspire Fertility failed in all four areas.

Dr. Dunn is an excellent doctor, and Aspire has an incredible team. The nurses and receptionists truly care about their patients. I had an emergency, and they saw me immediately. I have been receiving treatment at Aspire since last year, and the entire experience has been very positive. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and Aspire to anyone seeking medical help to become pregnant.

Dr. Dunn is experienced, compassionate, and understanding. He listens patiently, answers all your questions, and puts you at ease. He offers honest options and advice and genuinely cares about his patients. My husband and I would definitely recommend this clinic. The office is responsive and efficient. After so many losses, he stayed beside us and helped us rebuild our family!

My husband and I first thank God for placing Dr. Timothy Dunn on our fertility journey. He is an excellent doctor who always answered our questions and never left us with doubts. We recommend him 100% because God placed this doctor in our path. Thanks to God and Dr. Timothy Dunn, we achieved everything my husband, our child, and I hoped for. May God bless this wise and patient doctor. We appreciate his work and his Spanish, which he speaks very well. May God bless him greatly. 🙏🙏

Many thanks to Dr. Dunn, Dr. Grunert, and all the clinic's nurses and staff. They were wonderful and compassionate, and we trusted them. I cannot praise this clinic highly enough. They were extremely responsive, even after hours and on weekends through the app. Because of this, we completed an egg retrieval, attempted 3 embryo transfers, and scheduled multiple tests within 4–5 months. We wanted proactive treatment, and the South Avenue office's efficiency and scheduling fully met our expectations. We are very grateful. However, the billing problems were terrible and highly stressful. I am still trying to resolve numerous issues the billing and financial teams failed to catch; I found them only after spending hours with the insurer and billing department and reviewing each statement. So far, they even failed to obtain authorization for a procedure that required preauthorization, leaving the insurer to pay nothing. They also incorrectly recorded one visit as out of network and failed to notice, resulting in 1) the negotiated in-network rate not being applied and 2) a deductible incorrectly set at $1,200 instead of $400. Worse, they billed me twice for charges the insurer had already paid. They also showed that the insurer would pay nothing when it had in fact paid, so they charged me $500 more in cash than the insurer listed as my responsibility. If I had fully trusted Aspire's billing and financial teams, I might have overpaid by more than $3,000. That is not a small amount, and this was not just one incorrect bill.

Dr. Dunn truly goes above and beyond. His knowledge and professionalism are exceptional, but what truly sets him apart is his compassion. He genuinely cares for his patients, listens patiently, and supports them throughout the process. I am very grateful for his excellent care. Thank you, Dr. Dunn. If you want a child, see Dr. Dunn!

I had a good appointment because Dr. Kriseman speaks Spanish and explained the steps for trying to conceive very clearly. Although it was telehealth, the experience was very satisfactory. She answered all my questions, and I will now proceed with the tests she ordered.

Dr. Randall Dunn at Aspire Houston Fertility Institute is truly exceptional. From our first visit, his care, empathy, and professionalism made us feel at ease during one of the hardest periods of our lives. Our infertility journey was long and painful, with multiple failed embryo transfers that often left us hopeless. Dr. Dunn never gave up on us. He patiently explained every step, answered every question, and developed a personalized plan that restored our hope. His medical knowledge is remarkable, but his compassion and genuine dedication to patients truly set him apart. With his guidance and support, we finally became pregnant—a dream we once thought impossible. We are profoundly grateful and excited to welcome our baby. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dunn to anyone facing fertility challenges. He is not only an outstanding physician but also a deeply caring person who makes a meaningful difference.

My experience at Aspire HFI felt more like an assembly line than personalized medical care. Clinically, Aspire HFI performed poorly compared with the clinic I later attended. Although I was older during my second treatment elsewhere, 50% more eggs were retrieved. This suggests that Aspire HFI relies on standardized, one-size-fits-all protocols instead of tailoring treatment to each patient's physiology. The logistics were equally frustrating. After moving, I needed to ship my frozen eggs to a local clinic. This became a months-long ordeal. I was caught between Aspire HFI, its third-party shipping company, and the receiving clinic, with no single coordinator. Aspire HFI charged a high shipping fee, yet I still had to act as project manager. I sent dozens of emails and repeatedly followed up just to complete basic forms, only to be told it was not the staff's responsibility. Aspire HFI operates like a large corporation focused on maximizing patient volume and revenue. Fertility treatment is already highly stressful; rather than providing support, Aspire increased my stress and anxiety. If you want a clinic that prioritizes patient outcomes over corporate performance, look elsewhere.

Aspire HFI gave me the greatest gift of my life. I had never undergone IVF before, and Dr. Nurudeen guided me throughout. I needed several procedures and was even at risk of miscarriage, but she always arranged urgent visits or calls promptly. The clinic has many locations, which is convenient when you need options. I am now back to prepare for my second baby. Despite the years that have passed, she remembers our case and is developing a treatment plan. This was the only clinic that accepted our insurance, and I am truly glad we chose it.

Dr. Randall Dunn and his team—the entire Aspire team—gave me an amazing experience! My husband and I are so grateful that you made our dream come true. Your service exceeded all expectations. He was professional from start to finish, and the other staff, including those at my local monitoring clinic, were also excellent. I will always be grateful to Dr. Dunn and the Aspire team for making this journey so memorable!

So far, this has not been a good experience. When I asked whether I needed to fill out a form, the receptionist at the TMC location just stared blankly at me. The attitude is real every time I come here. I know her job requires repeating the same things over and over, but why does she need to be rude? I watched her greet other people with the same demeanor. Simply rude and unwelcoming. Communication at this location is difficult.
    Sep 9, 2024
They will not provide an itemized bill. They require third-party testing at outrageous prices and do not bill insurance. Treatment may leave you with only disappointment and enormous bills. Do not listen to them or undergo unnecessary tests.
    Sep 5, 2024
Initially, the team responded quickly when arranging diagnostic tests, but responsiveness steadily worsened. I had a terrible ultrasound experience caused by poor communication among me, my doctor, and the nurse. When I declined a blood test I did not need, the nurse responded completely unprofessionally. I called my care coordinator with feedback, but my call was never returned. The ultrasound experience was so bad that I immediately sought another clinic.
    Oct 10, 2024
Apparently, wait times depend on the type of treatment you are receiving. That makes no sense! If my appointment is at 3 p.m., I should be seen at or near that time, not almost 1 hour later. Unfortunately, every other patient who had just arrived was seen first. Please manage this better.
    Oct 17, 2024
Communication is poor and often condescending. They guide you into a process that encourages you not to think and simply proceed, resulting in enormous bills. One major example is genetic testing. In an alarmist meeting, we were told to do everything, including genetic testing, as soon as possible. We later learned that genetic testing may be covered by insurance with a referral from a primary care provider, such as a gynecologist or urologist. Had we not checked first, we would have tested through Aspire and ended up writing them a huge check for an expense insurance would not cover.
    Jan 4, 2025
Dr. Maya Kriseman and the entire Aspire team are wonderful! After my husband and I learned that we both carry a genetic disorder, Dr. Kriseman assisted us with an IVF cycle, genetic testing, and frozen embryo transfer. I had an excellent experience and recommend Aspire and Dr. Kriseman to anyone interested in IVF.

I want to share my experience at Aspire HFI at The Woman's Place on Fannin. Overall, I strongly recommend them. Although I encountered some negatives, the excellent medical team made the journey worthwhile. Dr. Clapp is a true gem. From the first day we met her, she was an absolute sweetheart. She is very patient, takes time to explain everything in detail, and ensures you feel informed and supported. Although I interacted mainly with the nursing staff during visits, Dr. Clapp was always there at the critical moments when I needed her most. I truly appreciate her care and dedication throughout my journey. Amy is a source of comfort. She is simply the best. Going through IVF, including injections, the emotional burden, and endless trips to the clinic, is exhausting. But every time I saw Amy, it felt like a warm hug. Even without knowing it, she always seemed to hug me on days when I could barely hold myself together. Her kindness and support meant the world to me. Alyssa is very patient and understanding. She is lovely and always takes time to listen. Whenever I had questions, and there were many, she never rushed me off the phone. She allowed me to get everything off my chest, which I greatly appreciated. I know I can be persistent, but she always handled my concerns with patience and grace. Leslie is a quiet expert. Do not overlook her. She may be quiet, but she is very knowledgeable. If you struggle with injections, ask her for advice. She has many excellent tips to make the process smoother. She is also kind and attentive during examinations. And Ms. Shirley is such a kind and gentle person. She always handled my blood draws, and I am extremely grateful for her care. She never poked around, always used the same approach, and made the experience as easy as possible. She is also very kind and humble, and our conversations made visits more enjoyable. The only downside was dealing with the front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, she was often unprofessional, rarely greeted patients, and became even more dismissive when discussing payments or financial obligations. Since most Aspire patients already face emotionally difficult circumstances, a warm and empathetic front desk experience would make an enormous difference. I sincerely hope she receives customer-service training or Aspire finds another front desk assistant. That said, do not let the receptionist stop you from visiting Aspire. Once past the front desk, the medical team is outstanding, and that is what truly matters. Say a prayer before going in, then move forward. I am deeply grateful to everyone who played a role in my journey. I wish everyone on this path the very best. Aspire HFI will support you greatly.

Infertility has been one of the most painful and private journeys I have experienced, making it difficult to post any public review. Having gone through it, however, I feel that people in my situation should know that I would give Dr. Kriseman countless stars if I could. As a 44-year-old woman much older than my partner, I carried the burden that my dream of having a child might never happen. The heartbreak of being unable to conceive naturally—something that seems effortless for others—can feel isolating and overwhelming. I knew my chances of a successful egg retrieval were low, but my partner and I did not want to give up without trying every option. After extensive research, I found Dr. Kriseman, widely regarded as one of Houston's best fertility specialists. She was outstanding in every way at our first appointment. She was honest, thorough, and kind. She did not sugarcoat our situation but told us the truth with extraordinary empathy and compassion. She explained fertility treatment, the complex science behind in vitro fertilization (IVF), and our individual chances of success in clear, understandable language. Dr. Kriseman treated us as people, not merely as data. She took time to listen and truly understand our goals and concerns, making us feel valued and heard. Our first consultation lasted more than two hours. She reviewed our medical histories in detail, answered every question, personally performed my first ultrasound, explained what she saw, and guided us through the next steps clearly and reassuringly. She immediately ordered bloodwork and began the necessary evaluation—no wasted time or vague answers, just compassionate action. She also offered resources and outlined other possible paths to parenthood with the same honesty and support, never pressuring and always encouraging us. In a process that can often feel cold and impersonal, Dr. Kriseman brought warmth, humanity, and unwavering professionalism. Fertility treatment is a roller coaster emotionally, physically, and financially. With Dr. Kriseman, my partner and I felt guided by a steady hand. To anyone going through this painful journey, I can say with confidence that you will receive excellent care from her. I am so glad we found her.

I am a transgender man freezing eggs and embryos before gender-affirming surgery. For many reasons, including severe gender dysphoria and the financial burden, this process has been extremely difficult. Dr. Kriseman and her team showed extraordinary kindness, respect, and consideration throughout. They fully understood my circumstances and made a difficult experience feel safe and supportive. If you are a transgender man seeking fertility preservation, I highly recommend Dr. Kriseman and her team. They were responsive, compassionate, and fully affirming. I am deeply grateful for their care and for the future possibility of having a genetically related child. Thank you to Dr. Kriseman and her team for treating me with dignity and respect.

Extremely irresponsible toward Black women! Dr. Glant caused me to develop pulmonary embolisms. My estrogen level was 10000, and he increased my stimulation medication because my ovarian response did not meet expectations. My anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level was 21, and every medication was at the full dose. My estrogen reached 22000, and I developed multiple pulmonary embolisms, one near my heart and another with a partial pneumothorax. Before my condition became that severe, I told the nurse that I felt terrible and could not even walk. She told me that the worse I felt, the better things were going. I had 78 eggs and 23 embryos. Although my former husband signed documents stating that the embryos would belong to me if we separated, they prevented me from having an embryo transfer simply because he was white. My name at the time was Akira Burke. If you are Black, do not go here. They do not listen to you.

They were able to make our dream of having a baby come true! After 10 long years of loss and heartache, we now have a beautiful baby boy. They are amazing there! We are so grateful for Dr. Steward and all the staff along the way that have helped us. They all were professional and very pleasant to work with. We have nothing but awesome things to say about them and our experience with Aspire!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sabouni and her incredible team at Aspire HFI on Fannin. From the moment I entered, the front-desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for my entire journey. Working with the phlebotomist was seamless, and the nurses went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and support me at every step. Their genuine concern and dedication were clear. They consistently lifted my spirits and made the challenging IVF process manageable. We succeeded after one IVF cycle, a testament to the exceptional expertise and compassionate care provided by Dr. Sabouni and her team. Their unwavering support and encouragement made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for the blessing they brought my family. I hope they know how special they are and the profound effect they have on patients' lives. Aspire HFI on Fannin is truly a beacon of hope and excellence in fertility care, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Thank you, Dr. Sabouni and the entire team, for making our dream come true!

I would actually give them 0 stars because they were rude, inconsiderate, insensitive, and unconcerned with my immediate care. I called the office to say I was lost but was less than 2 miles away with 15 minutes before my appointment. I called 3 times and left voicemails. No one returned my call. My sister-in-law called, and they answered because her number was registered to a doctor's office in another state. They finally gave me directions, but I was now 20 minutes late. The front-desk staff said Dr. Nuru-Jeter would not see me because I was late. I explained that I had called and left messages because I was lost and had driven more than an hour for the appointment. The front-desk staff told me to park in the garage and come upstairs. I did, only to be told upon arrival that I needed to reschedule. Needless to say, I did not and will not reschedule. As a healthcare professional, it is deeply frustrating to encounter medical staff with no empathy or compassion for patients.

I do not recommend them at all. Communication is nonexistent because they do not answer calls or messages. I had an initial egg-freezing consultation in January 2023, but because the office did not answer calls or respond promptly, my process was delayed in March. It then no longer fit my schedule, so I waited and called in November to restart. Dr. Nuru-Jeter said a nurse would provide a new timeline, but no one did. I left follow-up messages and received no response. I have since changed clinics, and the experience is 1000 times better. Go elsewhere for your fertility needs.

0/10, would not recommend. Poor communication, inaccurate information submitted to insurance, a terrible app, and a financial adviser who kept pressuring me to proceed with IVF despite knowing insurance would not approve it. It took months to get a doctor’s appointment. My advice is to look elsewhere.

Not recommended. They handled our miscarriage terribly. We waited 40 minutes in the examination room to confirm that the fetal heartbeat had stopped, while hearing staff laughing and shouting in the hallway throughout. My husband looked out the door several times. They should do better!

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided by this fertility clinic. At one of the most vulnerable times in my life, I felt completely alone and unsupported. My doctor did not communicate effectively, never called me, and provided no meaningful follow-up. It is nearly impossible to speak directly with anyone at this clinic. All communication must go through the Prelude Connect app. This lack of human interaction made an already painful experience feel even more isolating. In addition, Teresa, the coordinator responsible for FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) paperwork, was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. No one in that role should speak to patients who are experiencing a miscarriage in that manner. Fertility care requires empathy, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic failed badly in all three areas. I would not recommend it to anyone. I raised my concerns directly with the clinic and clearly expressed my disappointment with the care I received. I was told that someone would send me information on how to speak with a supervisor or file a complaint, but I never heard back. The lack of follow-up reinforced my feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.

First, to every couple reading these reviews: I feel the pain of having to go through this process, and I hope you soon no longer need to read reviews about the stress of dealing with fertility clinics :). I am giving 1 star because I want the negative aspects investigated. The procedures, doctors, and a large percentage of the staff might merit 3.5 stars. Be cautious about the prematurely optimistic reviews here. Had I written a review after my first consultation, I would have said how wonderful the clinic was and how satisfied I felt. If I could start over, I would thoroughly research Aspire's doctors. I chose the first one available and wish I had selected someone specializing in our fertility factors. In my experience, information was often withheld, and unless I asked specific questions, the doctor pushed whatever they wanted to do. I was told she would recommend next steps after bloodwork and ultrasound results. That was untrue. They wanted every test performed whether needed or not, with almost no explanation. I completed them, and nothing abnormal was found. At least we knew nothing was wrong, so I let it go. They also strongly urged genetic testing, which insurance does not cover if you do not need it and have no family history. I signed a form declining the test because my partner and I saw no need. During the blood draw, I was repeatedly asked why I was not doing it and told that the doctor recommended it. Under pressure, I agreed on the spot. It is difficult to go against a doctor's wishes or advice, and they were very concerned about why I declined, so I gave in. We paid $2,700 out of pocket. I recommend checking with your insurance often and not allowing anyone to pressure you into signing for something you do not want. This test does not increase the chance of pregnancy, and it is not the testing performed on pregnant women; those tests occur once you are pregnant. At the initial consultation, the doctor said it was optional but strongly recommended. It did not feel optional. We moved forward and learned from the mistake. They also pushed IVF heavily, again without a genuine reason. Most forums suggest trying at least several IUIs. We found this suspicious. When you have little trust in your reproductive endocrinologist, recommendations carry little weight. We pushed for IUI, and our experience a few weeks ago is the real reason for this review. We wanted to wait until the process was complete, but we found this highly unprofessional. We planned an IUI at the Piney Point location and pursued a medicated cycle. Preparation went smoothly, I responded well to the medication, and everything seemed to be going well. I began trusting our doctor and clinic again. However, the Piney Point receptionist and staff failed to check us in, delaying the procedure by more than an hour. We had brought the semen sample from home, as the clinic instructed. I do not believe the clinic staff care about individual success. Everyone is just a number, and their only concern is how much goes into their pockets. My advice is that, unfortunately, this industry is profit-driven. You can survive at this clinic if you do not let the staff push you around. Always ask to speak with the doctor, even if it means another consultation fee. Do your own research, verify everything with your insurer, and make your own decisions. The clinic will always try to have you undergo the most extensive testing and procedures, especially IVF, because that is the procedure for which they can bill insurance the most. We are still trying to make it through, but I wish I had known this beforehand so we could have been prepared to negotiate with these people.

First, I want to say how caring and understanding Dr. Ryan Stewart's nurses are. He has a great team. My nurse, Connie, is the best. She always responds quickly to our messages and shows that she cares. Whenever I ask her to give me an injection, she does so without hesitation. Dr. Stewart is the best fertility doctor. I have never doubted his recommendations. He is direct, knows what he is doing, takes time to listen, truly cares, and has an excellent bedside manner. It is safe to say I am looking forward to 2025!!!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Abdullah for the excellent care. He is not only a highly skilled doctor, but also very compassionate and attentive. From the beginning, he took the time to listen to our concerns, answer all our questions, and make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and informed. With his help and by the grace of God, our dream of starting a family came true. His dedication, support, and expertise made all the difference in our journey, and we will always be grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Abdullah to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares.”

Slow and rude. I waited 50 minutes for no reason, but if I am 15 minutes late, I lose my deposit.

I recently had surgery there. The facility was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were friendly. We did ask some questions about payment that the receptionist did not fully understand. The procedure went smoothly. Before surgery, everyone did their part and explained what would be done, how it would be done, and what to expect afterward. The anesthesiologist could have been friendlier; it felt like he was looking at us strangely. The wait was reasonable. After surgery, the nurses seemed somewhat rushed and urged me to leave only minutes after I woke from anesthesia. Perhaps rooms were limited. Overall, everything was fine, and I was in and out quickly. The other areas just need a little improvement.
    Nov 15, 2024
The staff are generally very good, but I recently had an issue. I was charged twice without any explanation and had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Being without $1,000 for a week was a very inconvenient surprise. I blurred the staff member's name because she was very helpful in resolving my issue.

The billing department is a mess. They initially forgot to contact my primary insurance. Then, one month later, they billed my secondary insurance $4K, and it paid part of the amount even though my primary insurance should have paid the full $4K! It also showed that I should have received a $670 refund last year, but they used it to cover the amount my secondary insurance did not pay!

    Jun 21, 2025
I recently froze my eggs at Aspire. I was very disappointed because on the fourth day after egg retrieval, I developed a new, persistent, and very uncomfortable stabbing pain on the right side of my pelvis, along with sudden bloating and stomach discomfort. It was a Friday. Since it was not improving, I got up at 8 a.m. on Saturday and went to their weekend clinic at Piney Point. Although I was one of the first patients to arrive, they did not make any effort to see me promptly, even though I was being evaluated for possible ovarian torsion, which is clearly very serious. Other patients there for routine bloodwork and ultrasounds were seen before me.

Bello asked whether I had ever had an ectopic pregnancy—I had never been pregnant. When I asked the nurse and later Dr. Kriseman about it, no one could explain where that information came from, leaving me even more confused and concerned that my records had been mixed up with someone else's. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Aspire Fertility. In healthcare, especially fertility care where patients are already vulnerable, attention to detail, accountability, and compassion are nonnegotiable. Aspire Fertility failed in all three areas.

It truly was made with love... I am 43 years old, and after 14 years of marriage and two unsuccessful IVF attempts, I am deeply grateful to share that I am finally pregnant—He blessed me with pregnancy and guided me to Dr. Mazen Abdullah. Under his care at Aspire's Fondren clinic in Houston, Texas, my first IVF attempt there was successful. Words cannot fully express my gratitude to Dr. Abdullah and his incredible team. What stood out most was how he treated every patient as an individual. His expertise was clear from the first visit, and his genuine care made me feel truly valued—not like just another number. He never tried to take advantage of us, and his thoughtful approach made all the difference. Dr. Abdullah and his team were always responsive, addressing every concern and question—even on weekends. Their attention to detail made the entire process easier, more comfortable, and far less stressful. Thank you so much, Dr. Abdullah, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful nurses: Connie, Kelly, Megan, Morgan, and Blanca. Special thanks to the friendly front-desk team. God bless you all, and I wish every future patient the best of luck.

I know it is not easy to maintain that attitude, but every time I visit, they make me feel comfortable, and I never wait long for a response or care. Customer service and a good bedside manner are becoming rare skills. Thank you for your consistency and for making an already stressful process a little easier.

In 2023, I had an egg retrieval and embryo transfer here. I became very emotional during the transfer because, after the first attempt, the embryo was stuck in the catheter. Somehow, I felt sure it would not work! The staff and Dr. Josh Skorupski were very patient and reassuring. Fast-forward to 2025, and I now have a beautiful 15-month-old baby! I will always support him. He was very thorough and answered all 999991 of my questions.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at the Piney Point clinic. Every member of the team is exceptional and provides outstanding care to expectant mothers. From the front desk to the wonderful nurses—Meagan, Connie, and Amber—and the operating-room staff, nurse practitioner Kelly, and Dr. Ryan Steward, each of you played an essential role in my fertility journey. Your care, dedication, and support meant so much and will stay with me forever. This team radiates positive, uplifting energy. As I prepare to welcome my first baby, I am about to graduate from the clinic. My journey was long and difficult, but your care, encouragement, and confidence never wavered. You helped make my dream come true, and I will always be grateful.

In the first month, the care coordinator mishandled our scheduling, causing us to lose a month of trying. When it was finally time for our intrauterine insemination (IUI), the doctor was more than an hour late, leaving us waiting with no updates for a procedure they had scheduled. Terrible experience—avoid this fertility clinic!

I cannot believe this clinic is part of the Aspire network. The staff could not even draw blood properly; they stuck me twice and left bruises. The waiting-room chairs were torn and uncomfortable. It was disgusting. If my initial consultation had been here, I would never have chosen it for fertility care. I cannot assess the doctors because this is not my regular location.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the Aspire team. Dr. Abdallah is an outstanding physician whose expertise and professionalism made all the difference. He took time to explain every detail and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. The nursing staff, especially Veronica and Roxanne, were equally wonderful. Their professionalism and warmth created a comfortable atmosphere, and their support was invaluable. They were always available to help. The clinic itself reflects their high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. I always felt comfortable and safe during visits. I highly recommend Aspire to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

I was not impressed. I went in simply for a consultation and to help them understand me, but they tried to pressure me to bring in my husband. I know I am the one with the issue because my cycles have not been very regular, though they recently became more regular. They immediately discussed IUI/IVF without asking how I felt about either option. On top of that, the consultation was expensive even with insurance. I know this is a costly service, but charging $128 for a consultation seemed ridiculous. I expected something more personal and an effort to understand me as a patient discussing a sensitive topic. I left the consultation feeling very uncomfortable.

We scheduled a semen analysis for my husband but canceled after finding better timing and same-day results elsewhere. I asked how long the refund would take and was told 6-8 weeks. They took the deposit the same day but need 6-8 weeks to return our money? I have never heard of this; refunds usually take 3-5 business days. I am glad we are not doing IVF there. Also, no one answers calls from current patients, but someone answers if you call for a new appointment. That is how I reached them to cancel.

I usually visit a different office, but after moving I ended up at Memorial City. After that visit, I can confirm that I will drive an extra 30 minutes to return to my original office in Cypress. If you can set aside all concerns and questions and blindly follow their instructions, regardless of what they want to insert into your body or what chemicals they want to inject, then this office is suitable for you. They make you feel that asking any question is foolish or ridiculous. If you ask through the portal, which they specify as their preferred method, they give you a one-sentence response that does not answer any of your questions. If you have too many questions, they make you schedule another consultation with your doctor, but the doctor is unavailable for 3-4 weeks. They then make you feel foolish for delaying your own process further, even though the doctor should have taken the time to review this information with you in the first place and the nurses should be trained to answer simple questions about what they call “routine procedures.” They tell you not to search Google, but provide no answers, so how else can you get your questions answered? Also, if you have a full-time job and miss several of their calls, they make you feel difficult to reach and find ways to shame you because you are in actual meetings and cannot immediately leave to go to CVS and have your blood pressure checked. In summary, I do not recommend the Memorial City office. Good luck to you all.

To be honest, my husband and I initially registered at the Memorial location. The front desk staff gave us almost no information!! Many times, our appointments were not scheduled by phone. The front desk did not tell us that communication had to be through the portal. The portal is actually very simple and easy to use, and the nurses respond quickly. I did not mind it at all. You can view your appointments and the medications you need to take each day. I later learned that they have other clinics. I highly recommend the Kingwood location and even The Woodlands location. The Kingwood staff are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I have been receiving care since October 2024, and now, in May 2025, I am pregnant, thank God. The process was not easy, but it was worth the wait.

I've been a patient here for several years, and my experience has been consistently positive. Dr. Yeh has been my primary physician throughout that time, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He takes the time to listen, uses sound judgment, and has an excellent bedside manner. Most of my interactions have been with the staff at the Memorial City location. While no office is perfect, the majority of the staff have always been respectful, professional, and empathetic. I've also had experiences with the Piney Point location, and the staff there have been just as courteous and helpful. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the care and service I've received and would gladly recommend this practice.

My wife underwent IVF, but it failed. Let me explain. Everything at Aspire worked well except for the embryos. They tested them but did not provide information about embryo quality. The IVF doctor we now use is at CCRM. He showed us information about every embryo, including likelihood of implantation and success. Ours was 72%. There were also 11 pieces of information about each embryo that demonstrated whether it was good. Aspire is terrible in this regard. We were easily misled. They tell you the embryos are good but provide no evidence or information to support it. After buying insurance, we wasted more than $15,000.

I absolutely love Dr. Sabouni. She is very thorough but also lovely, exactly what we need while trying to add to or start our family 💜. She never makes you feel foolish for any question you may have.

Dr. Sabouni and her team are wonderful! They guided us through everything we needed to do, and after years of trying, I became pregnant on our first IVF attempt. We began our journey in November 2023, and today, in July 2024, I am 24 weeks pregnant and excited to meet our bundle of joy.
    Jun 18, 2024
Our experience was not very good under my original doctor, who retired shortly after we began our journey. But when Dr. Sabouni arrived, we immediately felt the difference! She was extremely helpful and understanding and always showed genuine concern. She is a delightful person, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a fertility doctor. Needless to say, I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and thrilled to graduate from Aspire! 🤗

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Skorupski and the Inspire team. After years of hope and heartbreak, we began our IVF journey with cautious optimism. Dr. Skorupski supported us every step of the way. He was gentle, sincere, and compassionate. His expertise gave us confidence, but his kindness truly kept us going. Our first IVF cycle did not go as we had hoped, and we were devastated, but the support we received from Dr. Skorupski, the nurses, and the entire Inspire team was extraordinary. They never let us feel alone. Their warmth, encouragement, and dedication constantly reminded us that we were receiving the best care. Our second IVF cycle went smoothly, and we are now finally expecting our miracle baby. It is a bittersweet moment! We are excited to move forward, but sad to say goodbye to people who became like family during such a vulnerable time. To everyone struggling with infertility, please believe that hope lies ahead! We sincerely recommend Dr. Skorupski and Inspire Fertility. They gave us more than medical care; they gave us empathy, strength, and ultimately the most precious gift.

I have finally graduated from Aspire! Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Sabouni's attentive care and expertise throughout our IVF journey. From the first consultation, Dr. Sabouni was compassionate, knowledgeable, and wholeheartedly committed to helping us realize our dream of building a family. Although multiple attempts left us heartbroken, she never gave up and always told us, “God bless.” Every step of the process was explained thoroughly and patiently. She answered all our questions, eased our anxiety, and made us feel truly supported. The entire staff's attention to detail and personalized service were essential. Thanks to their exceptional skill and attentive guidance, we are now finally expecting the miracle we once thought might never happen. We will always be grateful for the role they played in our lives and highly recommend Dr. Sabouni to anyone considering IVF. You have truly found an expert and a caring physician. Thank you, Dr. Sabouni, for giving us hope and making our dream come true.

Stay away from this place. After one failed treatment here, it became clear that they cared more about extracting money from us than genuinely helping us. Every appointment felt like a sales pitch, and after the failure, they showed no accountability; they only pressured us to pay for the next cycle. There was no genuine compassion or personalized care, only a cold, robotic process designed to empty your wallet. These people are frauds hiding behind white coats. If you are going through something as sensitive and emotional as fertility treatment, you deserve better than this greedy operation.

Dr. Reem Sabouni is truly amazing! She answered all our questions in detail, and we trusted her throughout the process. Thanks to her, we now have a sweet little boy who brings us joy every second!
    Jul 21, 2025
Dr. Reem Sabouni is a wonderful person. From the first day of our IVF journey, she provided care, consideration, and clarity. Her knowledge, patience, and emotional support were invaluable during such a sensitive time. We always felt heard, supported, and exceptionally well cared for. We are also very grateful to her outstanding team. They were kind and professional and always there when we needed reassurance. We will always appreciate this journey and the people who made it a little easier. 💛

ASPIRE Fertility is amazing! I just graduated from the clinic and must say that Dr. Josh Skorupski is highly knowledgeable and explains everything patiently and clearly, which gave me confidence in my treatment. All the staff are welcoming, attentive, and compassionate, and go above and beyond to help patients feel supported during such an emotional journey. From beginning to end, I felt valued, cared for, and in the best hands. I highly recommend them!

My IVF journey had many ups and downs, and working with Aspire helped me keep going. Dr. Skorupski and his team were wonderful and compassionate. He answered all my questions and never made me feel incapable or as if I had done something wrong. At every consultation, he listened carefully and clearly answered questions from both me and whoever accompanied me. My friend especially appreciated that he remembered her four months later when she came with me for my transfer. I never lost hope, and having a team that was equally determined meant so much to me. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and more hopeful than ever! I cannot wait to meet my baby girl and introduce her to the team! Thank you so much. I would not be here without you! Steadfast faith and scientific expertise gave me my miracle baby. 🤗🥰

I had a terrible experience at Aspire. They billed me for lab work and a transvaginal ultrasound I never received. When I disputed the charges, they gave no explanation. It honestly felt as though they cared more about extracting every dollar than providing real medical care. The doctor seemed more focused on money than my health. Instead of helping me, they made me feel pressured, ignored, and exploited. No patient should feel that way in a medical setting. Because this conduct was so unethical, I had to contact my health insurer to report the false charges. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking honest, compassionate care.

Do not waste your time with Dr. Skorupski. He does not care about patients. He is rigid and needs to improve his professional ethics. I disliked the way he spoke to us, and he seemed indifferent to actually helping us. Terrible.

My husband and I have been with this practice for more than three years. Dr. Shabani is wonderful, patiently answering all our questions and supporting us throughout. We completed three egg retrievals, experienced one miscarriage, and I am now 27 weeks pregnant. Come prepared and raise your questions and concerns, but the team is very professional.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this clinic's customer service and financial practices, and both my wife and I are deeply disappointed. As a consumer, I advise anyone needing similar services to look elsewhere. Seeking medical care is already difficult, and being treated this way is unacceptable.
    Jan 13, 2026
Do not go!! This clinic's billing practices are unacceptable and unethical. I was required to prepay for IVF-related services, which I did. The clinic then submitted an incorrect claim with incorrect information to my insurer, causing the claim to be denied. This was their error, not mine. Worse, I have received no refund for the services. I have followed up repeatedly since August 2025, but the clinic has shown no accountability, urgency, or path to resolution. Keeping a patient's money without providing the corresponding services is inexcusable. IVF is already emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting. Patients should not have to fight a fertility clinic to recover their own money, especially when the clinic caused the problem. This experience added needless stress during an already vulnerable time. If you are considering this clinic, document everything in writing, review every billing detail carefully, and think twice before prepaying. I do not trust them to handle finances responsibly.

Dr. Kim is wonderful, knowledgeable, highly professional, and caring, and he immediately put me at ease. Every meeting with him was pleasant, and he invested substantial time in his patients. However, Aspire HFI's case-management system is terrible. They treat you like a number. When I reach a live person by phone, I never know who I am speaking with. When I asked them to review my genetic test results with me, they refused and told me to contact the testing laboratory. Strange. Dr. Kim had created a plan with us several weeks earlier to begin an IVF cycle at the start of this week. He said the clinic would begin financial authorization with Progyny, where we have excellent coverage. I took 10 days of prescribed medication, flew in from another state, and had bloodwork and an ultrasound, all with good results. At checkout, however, I was told I still needed financial clearance. Nothing else was discussed: no IVF, no instructions for that day, no action plan. I was dismissed without knowing the next step, as though it did not matter. During the day, I missed a call from the office but returned it 6 minutes later. I got nowhere because the answering system asked for an extension, and I did not know who had called or where to call back. I assumed they would call again if it concerned anything important about the IVF cycle. At the end of the day, I saw a series of portal messages instructing me to complete an injection checklist by the end of that same day. How was that possible? I had no medication, and no one during my office visit had even suggested I would need to do this that day, what to buy, or where to buy it. It was a mess. I tried asking through the portal but repeatedly received a copied response saying the office was closed. After several calls, I reached the on-call person, who said not to worry and that I could start the cycle the next day. I still did not know what was happening because no one from finance had called to confirm I was cleared to begin. At 8 a.m. the next morning, the office began calling me. Why they could not follow up in time during the prior day is beyond me. I was told it was now too late to start the cycle and that I needed other medication that otherwise would not have been necessary. The nurse said, "We only call once because we have many patients." If you call only once and consider your case-management work complete without ensuring the patient actually knows what to do at the start of an IVF cycle, what kind of care is that? What kind of case management fails to explain the action plan during an appointment? You cannot fail to guide a patient through the process and then, only hours before injections must begin, dump a large set of copied injection instructions on someone who does not even know where to obtain the medication. Wow. I asked Dr. Kim to call me, and he did. He assured me the office's practices would change, that I would receive calls to ensure every step was followed, and that he would bring me into the office the following week to teach me how to inject. Meanwhile, I needed additional hormone medication, time had been wasted, and I did not understand why, especially since I had flown in from another state. The lack of a case-management process created tremendous confusion. My husband was appalled, and we decided not to subject my body to more medication simply because office staff did not consider proper preparation and management of my IVF cycle important.

Aspire HFI in Katy lost one of the best IVF doctors to another major clinic. Dr. Kim is the best doctor ever. He is sincere and knowledgeable, and we loved working with him. However, ASPIRE HFI's patient-management process is terrible. Patients are not assigned an IVF nurse or case manager, so they must continually call the main line without knowing where to direct questions. App messages come from everywhere, leaving patients unsure who manages their treatment. It is an extremely impersonal assembly-line system. My first IVF cycle was supposed to begin, but they completely mishandled it and told me to order IVF medication on the day stimulation began. Seriously! No one even checked whether I had $10,000 worth of IVF medication on hand—my pharmacy needs 2 days to fill it—or which specialty pharmacy should supply it. On the day I was to begin stimulation, an app message told me to start injecting myself. When I said I did not even know where to obtain the medication because no one had discussed it with me or taught me how to use it, the nurse asked, "Oh, is this your first IVF cycle?" Unbelievable! My insurance covers IVF 100% with unlimited cycles and is very easy to use, but this is not where I would spend $30,000 in insurance benefits. They could not even determine which specialty pharmacy should receive my IVF protocol, coordinate everything, and complete it on time. We moved to another clinic even though we loved working with Dr. Kim. Soon afterward, Dr. Kim left ASPIRE for another clinic. Good for him. We are glad he will have the stronger support network he deserves instead of total chaos and an incompetent patient-management team. Patients at other clinics have an assigned IVF nurse to manage their cycles, which is far better than ASPIRЕ HFI's poor case management. Please see Dr. Johnathan Kim at another clinic.

Dr. Ye and his team are miracle workers. I experienced secondary infertility for more than ten years. After a friend succeeded there, I went to Methodist, but I still could not become pregnant. I spent two very discouraging years there. When we arrived at Aspire HFI Katy, my husband was frustrated because all he heard was talk of $$$ and my low chance of pregnancy due to low AMH and being over 40. Even after seeing doctors for more than 10 years, I had not known about AMH before that appointment. Hearing my husband's heartbreak, I left without starting treatment. A year passed, and I told myself to do it now or live with regret. I saw Dr. Ye again and decided to continue trying, and I am so glad I did. My daughter finally has a little brother. We are overjoyed. My husband adores our little boy, and the grandparents are thrilled. I am so grateful to Dr. Ye, Dr. Kim, and the entire Katy team. Truly remarkable.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at AspireHFI. We are fortunate to be ten weeks pregnant with our little nugget! We conceived through ovulation induction and timed intercourse. Every nurse I interacted with was kind, calm, and encouraging. Dr. Ye and Dr. Sanders are the greatest, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Ye is excellent, but some nursing staff are terrible. I changed clinics because of the poor care I received from the nursing staff.

If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would! I do not even write reviews of places, but I am taking the time to review this one. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness, discrimination, or confusion at a hospital, clinic, or anywhere else. This has been my worst experience by far. I have been trying to schedule testing but have gone in circles with this clinic for the past two months. Every time I call, someone is rude to me. The only truly kind person was Lindsay, to whom I was transferred so she could collect my insurance information. Everyone else has been terrible. I do not recommend that anyone support this institute. I never want to visit a place that makes me feel unwelcome or unsafe. Christian told me I should go to an imaging center instead of coming there. She said it was understandable if I felt unable to pay $576 out of pocket, but I had never told her I could not afford it or asked about other options. It seemed as though she wanted to steer me away. After reading this place's reviews, I am upset that I did not read them before trying to schedule because they are terrible. I worked in customer service for years. I have Southern hospitality, and I know what proper treatment should feel like in any industry. This is not even half of my conversation with Christian. More importantly, I will take this to the facility's board! Vicki, if you see this, please contact me!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Run. Please do your own research. Google the recent Houston news articles from August 2024 about Aspire HFI and Piney Point Surgery Center. Dealing with this clinic is Murphy's law personified. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, at the worst possible time. Aspire protects itself first. I was a patient for 10 months, and this is the most unethical organization I have ever encountered. I would not wish this on anyone. The mass departure of staff and doctors speaks for itself. It was simply a nightmare.

He took time to explain every step and answer every question clearly. A wonderful person.
    Jan 22, 2025
This was the worst experience of my fertility journey. It was all about money. I would pay, only for another balance to appear unexpectedly in the app. I was overcharged, and the finance and billing departments do not communicate. Case managers do not call with medication updates either. I had to call the authorization center and specialty pharmacy myself, only to be told the clinic had not processed my request. Because of their repeated failures, we decided to transfer to another clinic. They charged incorrect copays and did not check whether my insurance covered IVF. I am very angry with myself for not researching and reading reviews. They made this experience extremely stressful, wasted our time, and crushed our dreams. If you are able to go, Monterrey, Mexico, is a good place for fertility treatment at only 1/4 of the price.
    Jan 31, 2025
We completed our first cycle at this facility about three years ago. After learning so much since then, I believe this facility was responsible for my “unsuccessful” IVF cycle. I also believe this was intentional because I needed treatment before my insurance benefits expired, and they were “closed for the holidays.” Do not make my mistake by trusting this office. Research providers before choosing one for something so sensitive.
    Jan 26, 2025
Dr. Yeh was an amazing fertility doctor for us, and I fully recommend him to guide you through your infertility journey. He was compassionate and knowledgeable but also honest and realistic with us, which we greatly appreciated. By the end, the staff felt like part of our journey. When I became pregnant through IVF and graduated from the clinic, all the women were so happy. They truly support you. It never felt like a “money grab,” and I never had any problems with the financial department. Overall, I had a positive experience at Aspire's Katy office.

My wife came here for fertility testing, and the experience was awful. The initial consultation was friendly, but afterward everything centered on money and dismissive treatment. Every service required payment before anyone would discuss it. Nurses and the ‘care team’ simply assumed you would pay and follow instructions. No one explained anything or gave answers. Everyone said, ‘You need to pay’ or ‘You need this test,’ and questions were redirected to ‘ask your care team in the app.’ After a procedure or test, there was no explanation—only, ‘Everything looks normal. Next we need this, and it costs $500.’ We repeatedly had to explain that this was not our tenth child, that we had never done this before, and that we did not understand the results. We practically begged for an explanation, spoke with 4 people who passed responsibility around, and were asked to pay extra for a ‘follow-up consultation’ simply to understand the $500 test we had just completed. The initial ‘consultation’ was not complete. They claimed they would proceed at our pace and make everything about us, which was false. They sent my wife to collect ‘medication’ for the next test without explaining that it was birth control. My wife is 35 and had never taken it. They move patients through procedures like livestock. This should have been exciting, but they made us feel like numbers carrying wallets. They do not care about you. This is not a warm, comfortable place for family planning. Unless you have endless money and no emotions about starting a family, stay away. This place is terrible and, honestly, should close.

Dr. Saunders is absolutely the best doctor I have met, especially during my fertility journey. Her compassion is completely genuine, and she truly cares about patients’ well-being. My path has been difficult, but she supported me throughout. I recommend her to everyone because words cannot express how exceptional she is. Aspire HFI is fortunate to have Dr. Saunders on its team!
    Jun 6, 2025
Do not come to this clinic under any circumstances. We had 2 failed cycles here, and the entire experience felt like a scam. They treated us as numbers, not people. They showed no real concern for our emotions or health and simply pressured us to pay for another cycle. Every appointment felt transactional. There was no individualized care or honest answer, only a mechanical, money-driven process. When treatment failed, they offered no support—only more bills. Fertility treatment is emotional and deeply personal. These people do not care. They prioritize profit over patients. Do not repeat our mistake.
    Jul 26, 2025
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Saunders and her team. From day one, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I never felt like just a number. Her calm confidence and clear communication helped ease my anxiety throughout my fertility journey. I went through 3 IUIs and am now in my first IVF cycle, and every step has been explained with such clarity and compassion. During my egg retrieval, Dr. Saunders was so sweet and reassuring — and the anesthesiologist was incredible too! The nurses at both the Katy and Piney Point locations have all been so kind and supportive. If you’re looking for a fertility doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable but also kind, thoughtful, and truly present with her patients, Dr. Saunders is the one. I am beyond grateful for her guidance during one of the most important journeys of my life.

I did not give them one star because the team does have one strength: they are nice. Advantages: -They are experienced with medicated FET. -The transfer clinic staff are kind. -If you have FET experience and know what to expect, this may be a good option. This was my first FET. Disadvantages: -If you want a more natural cycle, do not expect to change their approach. I told them three or four times that I did not want birth control. I also repeatedly said I would use estrogen only if my body did not grow the endometrium normally. My body was functioning normally, but I took an unexpected medication that suppressed my natural estrogen source, requiring that medication and estrogen. It is probably best to let them do what they know best—a medicated FET—rather than keep trying to use less medication. I suspect they lack experience with this and may not know what or how to do it. - Communication between staff and doctors on behalf of the patient/client is poor. - They strongly push medication, even at the last minute. I saw them three times a week to monitor my endometrium. On Friday that week, one week before transfer, I was given about 2 hours to decide whether to take a medication they had never mentioned, which would suppress my natural estrogen source. There was not enough time for proper informed consent. - When I requested a research-based treatment plan, they sent the protocol workflow, which I should have received from the start. I then requested the research supporting the treatment plan, but no one sent anything; both times I was only told my request had to be escalated. -At every appointment, I had to keep asking what would happen next because I did not know their process. Their response was essentially that they first needed to see my test results. I understand that, but if there is a formal process, why not explain it so I know what to expect, or tell me what comes next if everything proceeds normally? -I personally felt they did not want my input on treatment, even when I asked why they prescribed one thing or another. They seemed to expect me to follow instructions without explanation, simply because they said so. -For my first intramuscular injection, they gave me no advice on reducing the pain. I had to research it myself. -They are open only 5 days a week. I did not realize how limiting this was until I found an intramuscular injection clinic open 7 days a week, which makes it easier to track your natural cycle.

Good afternoon, everyone! I appreciate this doctor's care and sincerity. She is very personable and showed great interest in our case. At another clinic, I felt alone and did not receive the same care and attention, but this time I felt I had come to the right place. I liked that she personally performed my ultrasound; it showed that she cares about her patients, which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you 🥰

I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. My experience trying to obtain my complete medical records after what felt like an incomplete and poorly communicated procedure has been both frustrating and concerning. This process has made an already difficult situation much harder. I urge others to be extremely careful and ask detailed questions before trusting your care to this clinic. PLEASE Google this facility before agreeing to have any procedure done here. LOOK into the news articles from last year — lawsuits are public record and free to view through Harris County. Response to owner: Thank you for your response. While it sounds helpful on the surface, I find it disingenuous, especially considering that when I raised these concerns directly and repeatedly, I was escalated to your legal and compliance department rather than assisted.

So far, my experience with this fertility specialist has been excellent. She is knowledgeable and caring and has made me feel supported throughout the process.

The front desk staff were barely acknowledging me and the communication was very poor. We had to chase them down for updates, test results, and even basic scheduling. It felt like no one was on the same page—and worse, no one cared. Aspire fertility markets itself as compassionate and cutting-edge, but our experience was anything but. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that treats you with respect, communicates clearly, and values your journey—look elsewhere.

I was a little nervous at my first consultation. Dr. Ye did not rush me or make me uncomfortable. He listened carefully and did not talk over me. That was important to me, and I look forward to future consultations.

Aspire HFI - Katy, everything you do—and, more importantly, how you do it—is filled with kindness and compassion. I never once felt like just another patient. At every appointment, Katherine greeted us in the lobby with a smile and welcomed us to the clinic. The nurses and nurse practitioners then helped us with the same warmth. Infertility and the IVF treatment that followed were very stressful. This clinic not only answered questions and concerns promptly, but cheered us on throughout. It was the best choice, and you will not regret it. Regardless of the outcome, we are grateful to this team!

I do not recommend this institution or people who see you only as money. I went there a year ago because I wanted a child. I had three tests: bloodwork, my husband’s semen analysis, and my hysterosalpingogram. I could not continue because their prices were outrageous, so I went to Pozitivf, which I highly recommend because I am now pregnant. That clinic requested my previous results to avoid charging me again. For over three months I have requested my hysterosalpingogram result, but they lost it, and no one knows what happened to the result personally assessed by Dr. Maya. When I requested payment records for a refund, they gave me a nonexistent number with no phone line. Learn from my experience and do not waste time or money on these unethical, irresponsible people and institution. If they handle test results this way, imagine what could happen to embryos. Perhaps ten years later you might realize the child is not biologically yours. Worst of all, because I could not continue treatment with them, they retaliated against me. This is inhumane.

I love Aspire! They helped me tremendously throughout my journey to conceive. Everyone was very kind. My experience was unique and filled me with gratitude. I am thankful every day. Special thanks to Dr. Ye! I recommend that anyone seeking help conceiving try Aspire and see whether it is right for them.

I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this clinic. The only positive was that Dr. Ye was knowledgeable, took the time to understand my condition, and explained his recommendations in detail, which made me question whether I had actually been misled. The most frustrating part was that when I scheduled my initial consultation, they said the prepaid self-pay fee would cover the telehealth consultation, initial laboratory tests, and ultrasound because they did not accept my insurance. However, when I needed help scheduling the laboratory tests, since they had explained only how to schedule a semen analysis, they told me that my deposit would be nonrefundable unless I scheduled the laboratory tests and ultrasound within five business days after the telehealth consultation. I was shocked and angry because no one had previously mentioned this "requirement." I felt deceived and taken advantage of during one of the most vulnerable periods of my life. Needless to say, I will not return to this clinic. If anyone needs a recommendation, I suggest trying the Ingenes Institute of Houston. Their pricing appears more transparent, and the first visit includes a transvaginal ultrasound.

Most employees were friendly, but the phlebotomists made errors twice. At the first consultation, my wife had declined genetic screening, as already documented, but the technician performed it anyway and charged us. They merely said, “Sorry!” This is medical malpractice. The second time, I arrived 5 minutes early, but another phlebotomist said it was too late and claimed I had not been scheduled for 4 p.m. I arrived early, yet sat in traffic for an hour because you wanted to leave work early. Unbelievable.

Dr. Ye and her entire team are wonderful. Thanks to them, I was able to have a child, and my treatment plan did not involve IVF. Many people think most fertility centers only offer IVF, but Aspire HFI evaluates your situation as a whole and creates the best treatment plan for you. I will always be grateful 🤍

Personally I have had the opportunity being recommended to such a great and professional doctor. He has done my two FETs and in my experience he has always been so caring and supportive, likes to hear your questions and concerns and puts his overall care of his patients first. Dr. Skorupski thanks for being a wonderful individual, my husband and I are extremely blessed to have conceived a child of our own with your help of IVF. I could never stop saying thank you! I strongly recommend Dr. Skorupski! -Cristina & Crispin
