Dr. Ye and her entire team are wonderful. Thanks to them, I was able to have a child, and my treatment plan did not involve IVF. Many people think most fertility centers only offer IVF, but Aspire HFI evaluates your situation as a whole and creates the best treatment plan for you. I will always be grateful 🤍

Most employees were friendly, but the phlebotomists made errors twice. At the first consultation, my wife had declined genetic screening, as already documented, but the technician performed it anyway and charged us. They merely said, “Sorry!” This is medical malpractice. The second time, I arrived 5 minutes early, but another phlebotomist said it was too late and claimed I had not been scheduled for 4 p.m. I arrived early, yet sat in traffic for an hour because you wanted to leave work early. Unbelievable.

I had an excellent experience at Aspire Fertility. The doctors, nurses, and staff were professional, caring, and supportive throughout. Thank you to the entire team!

Under Dr. Saunders's guidance, I feel reassured and ready to continue our fertility journey.

I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this clinic. The only positive was that Dr. Ye was knowledgeable, took the time to understand my condition, and explained his recommendations in detail, which made me question whether I had actually been misled. The most frustrating part was that when I scheduled my initial consultation, they said the prepaid self-pay fee would cover the telehealth consultation, initial laboratory tests, and ultrasound because they did not accept my insurance. However, when I needed help scheduling the laboratory tests, since they had explained only how to schedule a semen analysis, they told me that my deposit would be nonrefundable unless I scheduled the laboratory tests and ultrasound within five business days after the telehealth consultation. I was shocked and angry because no one had previously mentioned this "requirement." I felt deceived and taken advantage of during one of the most vulnerable periods of my life. Needless to say, I will not return to this clinic. If anyone needs a recommendation, I suggest trying the Ingenes Institute of Houston. Their pricing appears more transparent, and the first visit includes a transvaginal ultrasound.

I greatly enjoyed working with him. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.

I love Aspire! They helped me tremendously throughout my journey to conceive. Everyone was very kind. My experience was unique and filled me with gratitude. I am thankful every day. Special thanks to Dr. Ye! I recommend that anyone seeking help conceiving try Aspire and see whether it is right for them.

I do not recommend this institution or people who see you only as money. I went there a year ago because I wanted a child. I had three tests: bloodwork, my husband’s semen analysis, and my hysterosalpingogram. I could not continue because their prices were outrageous, so I went to Pozitivf, which I highly recommend because I am now pregnant. That clinic requested my previous results to avoid charging me again. For over three months I have requested my hysterosalpingogram result, but they lost it, and no one knows what happened to the result personally assessed by Dr. Maya. When I requested payment records for a refund, they gave me a nonexistent number with no phone line. Learn from my experience and do not waste time or money on these unethical, irresponsible people and institution. If they handle test results this way, imagine what could happen to embryos. Perhaps ten years later you might realize the child is not biologically yours. Worst of all, because I could not continue treatment with them, they retaliated against me. This is inhumane.

Aspire HFI - Katy, everything you do—and, more importantly, how you do it—is filled with kindness and compassion. I never once felt like just another patient. At every appointment, Katherine greeted us in the lobby with a smile and welcomed us to the clinic. The nurses and nurse practitioners then helped us with the same warmth. Infertility and the IVF treatment that followed were very stressful. This clinic not only answered questions and concerns promptly, but cheered us on throughout. It was the best choice, and you will not regret it. Regardless of the outcome, we are grateful to this team!

I was a little nervous at my first consultation. Dr. Ye did not rush me or make me uncomfortable. He listened carefully and did not talk over me. That was important to me, and I look forward to future consultations.

The front desk staff were barely acknowledging me and the communication was very poor. We had to chase them down for updates, test results, and even basic scheduling. It felt like no one was on the same page—and worse, no one cared. Aspire fertility markets itself as compassionate and cutting-edge, but our experience was anything but. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that treats you with respect, communicates clearly, and values your journey—look elsewhere.

So far, my experience with this fertility specialist has been excellent. She is knowledgeable and caring and has made me feel supported throughout the process.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. My experience trying to obtain my complete medical records after what felt like an incomplete and poorly communicated procedure has been both frustrating and concerning. This process has made an already difficult situation much harder. I urge others to be extremely careful and ask detailed questions before trusting your care to this clinic. PLEASE Google this facility before agreeing to have any procedure done here. LOOK into the news articles from last year — lawsuits are public record and free to view through Harris County. Response to owner: Thank you for your response. While it sounds helpful on the surface, I find it disingenuous, especially considering that when I raised these concerns directly and repeatedly, I was escalated to your legal and compliance department rather than assisted.

Good afternoon, everyone! I appreciate this doctor's care and sincerity. She is very personable and showed great interest in our case. At another clinic, I felt alone and did not receive the same care and attention, but this time I felt I had come to the right place. I liked that she personally performed my ultrasound; it showed that she cares about her patients, which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you 🥰

I did not give them one star because the team does have one strength: they are nice. Advantages: -They are experienced with medicated FET. -The transfer clinic staff are kind. -If you have FET experience and know what to expect, this may be a good option. This was my first FET. Disadvantages: -If you want a more natural cycle, do not expect to change their approach. I told them three or four times that I did not want birth control. I also repeatedly said I would use estrogen only if my body did not grow the endometrium normally. My body was functioning normally, but I took an unexpected medication that suppressed my natural estrogen source, requiring that medication and estrogen. It is probably best to let them do what they know best—a medicated FET—rather than keep trying to use less medication. I suspect they lack experience with this and may not know what or how to do it. - Communication between staff and doctors on behalf of the patient/client is poor. - They strongly push medication, even at the last minute. I saw them three times a week to monitor my endometrium. On Friday that week, one week before transfer, I was given about 2 hours to decide whether to take a medication they had never mentioned, which would suppress my natural estrogen source. There was not enough time for proper informed consent. - When I requested a research-based treatment plan, they sent the protocol workflow, which I should have received from the start. I then requested the research supporting the treatment plan, but no one sent anything; both times I was only told my request had to be escalated. -At every appointment, I had to keep asking what would happen next because I did not know their process. Their response was essentially that they first needed to see my test results. I understand that, but if there is a formal process, why not explain it so I know what to expect, or tell me what comes next if everything proceeds normally? -I personally felt they did not want my input on treatment, even when I asked why they prescribed one thing or another. They seemed to expect me to follow instructions without explanation, simply because they said so. -For my first intramuscular injection, they gave me no advice on reducing the pain. I had to research it myself. -They are open only 5 days a week. I did not realize how limiting this was until I found an intramuscular injection clinic open 7 days a week, which makes it easier to track your natural cycle.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Saunders and her team. From day one, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I never felt like just a number. Her calm confidence and clear communication helped ease my anxiety throughout my fertility journey. I went through 3 IUIs and am now in my first IVF cycle, and every step has been explained with such clarity and compassion. During my egg retrieval, Dr. Saunders was so sweet and reassuring — and the anesthesiologist was incredible too! The nurses at both the Katy and Piney Point locations have all been so kind and supportive. If you’re looking for a fertility doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable but also kind, thoughtful, and truly present with her patients, Dr. Saunders is the one. I am beyond grateful for her guidance during one of the most important journeys of my life.

Do not come to this clinic under any circumstances. We had 2 failed cycles here, and the entire experience felt like a scam. They treated us as numbers, not people. They showed no real concern for our emotions or health and simply pressured us to pay for another cycle. Every appointment felt transactional. There was no individualized care or honest answer, only a mechanical, money-driven process. When treatment failed, they offered no support—only more bills. Fertility treatment is emotional and deeply personal. These people do not care. They prioritize profit over patients. Do not repeat our mistake.

Dr. Saunders is absolutely the best doctor I have met, especially during my fertility journey. Her compassion is completely genuine, and she truly cares about patients’ well-being. My path has been difficult, but she supported me throughout. I recommend her to everyone because words cannot express how exceptional she is. Aspire HFI is fortunate to have Dr. Saunders on its team!

My wife came here for fertility testing, and the experience was awful. The initial consultation was friendly, but afterward everything centered on money and dismissive treatment. Every service required payment before anyone would discuss it. Nurses and the ‘care team’ simply assumed you would pay and follow instructions. No one explained anything or gave answers. Everyone said, ‘You need to pay’ or ‘You need this test,’ and questions were redirected to ‘ask your care team in the app.’ After a procedure or test, there was no explanation—only, ‘Everything looks normal. Next we need this, and it costs $500.’ We repeatedly had to explain that this was not our tenth child, that we had never done this before, and that we did not understand the results. We practically begged for an explanation, spoke with 4 people who passed responsibility around, and were asked to pay extra for a ‘follow-up consultation’ simply to understand the $500 test we had just completed. The initial ‘consultation’ was not complete. They claimed they would proceed at our pace and make everything about us, which was false. They sent my wife to collect ‘medication’ for the next test without explaining that it was birth control. My wife is 35 and had never taken it. They move patients through procedures like livestock. This should have been exciting, but they made us feel like numbers carrying wallets. They do not care about you. This is not a warm, comfortable place for family planning. Unless you have endless money and no emotions about starting a family, stay away. This place is terrible and, honestly, should close.

Marlena is a godsend. Thank you for working so hard to help me resolve a clerical error that was not yours, and for ensuring it was corrected so I could attend my appointment. You are amazing!

Dr. Yeh was an amazing fertility doctor for us, and I fully recommend him to guide you through your infertility journey. He was compassionate and knowledgeable but also honest and realistic with us, which we greatly appreciated. By the end, the staff felt like part of our journey. When I became pregnant through IVF and graduated from the clinic, all the women were so happy. They truly support you. It never felt like a “money grab,” and I never had any problems with the financial department. Overall, I had a positive experience at Aspire's Katy office.
    Jan 31, 2025
We completed our first cycle at this facility about three years ago. After learning so much since then, I believe this facility was responsible for my “unsuccessful” IVF cycle. I also believe this was intentional because I needed treatment before my insurance benefits expired, and they were “closed for the holidays.” Do not make my mistake by trusting this office. Research providers before choosing one for something so sensitive.
    Jan 22, 2025
This was the worst experience of my fertility journey. It was all about money. I would pay, only for another balance to appear unexpectedly in the app. I was overcharged, and the finance and billing departments do not communicate. Case managers do not call with medication updates either. I had to call the authorization center and specialty pharmacy myself, only to be told the clinic had not processed my request. Because of their repeated failures, we decided to transfer to another clinic. They charged incorrect copays and did not check whether my insurance covered IVF. I am very angry with myself for not researching and reading reviews. They made this experience extremely stressful, wasted our time, and crushed our dreams. If you are able to go, Monterrey, Mexico, is a good place for fertility treatment at only 1/4 of the price.

He took time to explain every step and answer every question clearly. A wonderful person.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Run. Please do your own research. Google the recent Houston news articles from August 2024 about Aspire HFI and Piney Point Surgery Center. Dealing with this clinic is Murphy's law personified. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, at the worst possible time. Aspire protects itself first. I was a patient for 10 months, and this is the most unethical organization I have ever encountered. I would not wish this on anyone. The mass departure of staff and doctors speaks for itself. It was simply a nightmare.

If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would! I do not even write reviews of places, but I am taking the time to review this one. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness, discrimination, or confusion at a hospital, clinic, or anywhere else. This has been my worst experience by far. I have been trying to schedule testing but have gone in circles with this clinic for the past two months. Every time I call, someone is rude to me. The only truly kind person was Lindsay, to whom I was transferred so she could collect my insurance information. Everyone else has been terrible. I do not recommend that anyone support this institute. I never want to visit a place that makes me feel unwelcome or unsafe. Christian told me I should go to an imaging center instead of coming there. She said it was understandable if I felt unable to pay $576 out of pocket, but I had never told her I could not afford it or asked about other options. It seemed as though she wanted to steer me away. After reading this place's reviews, I am upset that I did not read them before trying to schedule because they are terrible. I worked in customer service for years. I have Southern hospitality, and I know what proper treatment should feel like in any industry. This is not even half of my conversation with Christian. More importantly, I will take this to the facility's board! Vicki, if you see this, please contact me!

Dr. Ye is excellent, but some nursing staff are terrible. I changed clinics because of the poor care I received from the nursing staff.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at AspireHFI. We are fortunate to be ten weeks pregnant with our little nugget! We conceived through ovulation induction and timed intercourse. Every nurse I interacted with was kind, calm, and encouraging. Dr. Ye and Dr. Sanders are the greatest, and I cannot recommend them enough!
    Jul 9, 2024
Dr. Ye and his team are miracle workers. I experienced secondary infertility for more than ten years. After a friend succeeded there, I went to Methodist, but I still could not become pregnant. I spent two very discouraging years there. When we arrived at Aspire HFI Katy, my husband was frustrated because all he heard was talk of $$$ and my low chance of pregnancy due to low AMH and being over 40. Even after seeing doctors for more than 10 years, I had not known about AMH before that appointment. Hearing my husband's heartbreak, I left without starting treatment. A year passed, and I told myself to do it now or live with regret. I saw Dr. Ye again and decided to continue trying, and I am so glad I did. My daughter finally has a little brother. We are overjoyed. My husband adores our little boy, and the grandparents are thrilled. I am so grateful to Dr. Ye, Dr. Kim, and the entire Katy team. Truly remarkable.

    A very good doctor.

She listens very well and addresses our concerns!
    Aug 21, 2024
Aspire HFI in Katy lost one of the best IVF doctors to another major clinic. Dr. Kim is the best doctor ever. He is sincere and knowledgeable, and we loved working with him. However, ASPIRE HFI's patient-management process is terrible. Patients are not assigned an IVF nurse or case manager, so they must continually call the main line without knowing where to direct questions. App messages come from everywhere, leaving patients unsure who manages their treatment. It is an extremely impersonal assembly-line system. My first IVF cycle was supposed to begin, but they completely mishandled it and told me to order IVF medication on the day stimulation began. Seriously! No one even checked whether I had $10,000 worth of IVF medication on hand—my pharmacy needs 2 days to fill it—or which specialty pharmacy should supply it. On the day I was to begin stimulation, an app message told me to start injecting myself. When I said I did not even know where to obtain the medication because no one had discussed it with me or taught me how to use it, the nurse asked, "Oh, is this your first IVF cycle?" Unbelievable! My insurance covers IVF 100% with unlimited cycles and is very easy to use, but this is not where I would spend $30,000 in insurance benefits. They could not even determine which specialty pharmacy should receive my IVF protocol, coordinate everything, and complete it on time. We moved to another clinic even though we loved working with Dr. Kim. Soon afterward, Dr. Kim left ASPIRE for another clinic. Good for him. We are glad he will have the stronger support network he deserves instead of total chaos and an incompetent patient-management team. Patients at other clinics have an assigned IVF nurse to manage their cycles, which is far better than ASPIRЕ HFI's poor case management. Please see Dr. Johnathan Kim at another clinic.
    Aug 21, 2024
Dr. Kim is wonderful, knowledgeable, highly professional, and caring, and he immediately put me at ease. Every meeting with him was pleasant, and he invested substantial time in his patients. However, Aspire HFI's case-management system is terrible. They treat you like a number. When I reach a live person by phone, I never know who I am speaking with. When I asked them to review my genetic test results with me, they refused and told me to contact the testing laboratory. Strange. Dr. Kim had created a plan with us several weeks earlier to begin an IVF cycle at the start of this week. He said the clinic would begin financial authorization with Progyny, where we have excellent coverage. I took 10 days of prescribed medication, flew in from another state, and had bloodwork and an ultrasound, all with good results. At checkout, however, I was told I still needed financial clearance. Nothing else was discussed: no IVF, no instructions for that day, no action plan. I was dismissed without knowing the next step, as though it did not matter. During the day, I missed a call from the office but returned it 6 minutes later. I got nowhere because the answering system asked for an extension, and I did not know who had called or where to call back. I assumed they would call again if it concerned anything important about the IVF cycle. At the end of the day, I saw a series of portal messages instructing me to complete an injection checklist by the end of that same day. How was that possible? I had no medication, and no one during my office visit had even suggested I would need to do this that day, what to buy, or where to buy it. It was a mess. I tried asking through the portal but repeatedly received a copied response saying the office was closed. After several calls, I reached the on-call person, who said not to worry and that I could start the cycle the next day. I still did not know what was happening because no one from finance had called to confirm I was cleared to begin. At 8 a.m. the next morning, the office began calling me. Why they could not follow up in time during the prior day is beyond me. I was told it was now too late to start the cycle and that I needed other medication that otherwise would not have been necessary. The nurse said, "We only call once because we have many patients." If you call only once and consider your case-management work complete without ensuring the patient actually knows what to do at the start of an IVF cycle, what kind of care is that? What kind of case management fails to explain the action plan during an appointment? You cannot fail to guide a patient through the process and then, only hours before injections must begin, dump a large set of copied injection instructions on someone who does not even know where to obtain the medication. Wow. I asked Dr. Kim to call me, and he did. He assured me the office's practices would change, that I would receive calls to ensure every step was followed, and that he would bring me into the office the following week to teach me how to inject. Meanwhile, I needed additional hormone medication, time had been wasted, and I did not understand why, especially since I had flown in from another state. The lack of a case-management process created tremendous confusion. My husband was appalled, and we decided not to subject my body to more medication simply because office staff did not consider proper preparation and management of my IVF cycle important.
