Dr. Michael Simoni completed medical school at Harvard Medical School, an OB/GYN residency at Yale School of Medicine, and an REI fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is passionate about translational research and authentic patient care.

Dr. Simoni practices at RMA New Jersey’s Marlton and Princeton offices, providing comprehensive fertility care with a focus on embryo implantation problems such as recurrent implantation failure (RIF).
Dr. Simoni is also passionate about and trained in addressing mental health concerns during pregnancy and the emotional toll fertility treatment can have on women and couples. I cannot say enough good things about RMA! I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with my rainbow IUI baby. The entire front desk staff, nurses, PA Roma, and Dr. P were wonderful. We felt everyone genuinely cared about our experience and was invested in our fertility journey. I especially want to thank our PA, Roma Benfanti, who supported us throughout. She explained everything, made us feel comfortable, and clearly cares deeply about her patients!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience scheduling an appointment at your fertility clinic in Lake Mary, Florida.
I requested a medical consultation, and my husband and I were instructed to download an app and complete 14 pages of personal and medical information before you would verify whether you accepted my insurance, BCBS. It seemed unusual that you could not confirm acceptance of such common insurance without requiring patients to complete this lengthy process.
I completed all required information and waited two weeks for an update about my insurance. The only missing item was a signature on a DocuSign document. Despite having all our contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, you then canceled our appointment without notice.
This cost us valuable time, which is especially important for people facing fertility-related health concerns. Throughout the process, I was also unable to confirm whether you accepted my insurance. I was repeatedly transferred to billing, where no one responded.
I found this process unreasonable and frustrating. Your clinic appears to prioritize collecting personal data over providing efficient and compassionate patient care. I request an explanation of what happened and improvements to prevent other patients from having the same experience.
I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this issue and prevent future negative experiences.

At 8 a.m. on Sunday, we traveled a long distance to the clinic according to the schedule posted here. No one was there; the office was empty and closed. We call every day, but they do not provide us with service.

We have been coming here for nearly two years. Thanks to your help, we have this sweet little boy in our lives. He turned one a month ago. Thank you to everyone, especially Roma. She listened and helped when we felt we could not keep going. I hope she is still there because we plan to return when we are ready!

This place has nothing but incompetent staff. My first appointment with the nurse practitioner was a completely misleading consultation. I asked whether bloodwork was included in the HSG fee, and she said yes. It turned out the HSG alone cost $800. No HSG costs $800 by itself except at a predatory clinic like this. I later learned that half of what these people said was wrong. I practically had to beg them to call in or mail my medication. This place is exhausting. The staff are lazy and incompetent. I would never waste my time or hard-earned money at this clinic.

This clinic has steadily declined since Dr. P and his team left RMA. No one answers the phone or the billing line, and I had to send documents five times before they were received. Search online for Dr. P's current location and go directly to his clinic to avoid dealing with RMA.

The nurses here are wonderful, but everything else about our experience was terrible. Our egg retrieval was canceled two months in a row because the doctor overlooked our medical records. We have now decided to use another clinic, but after more than two months, we still have not received the money back for the canceled cycles. They owe us more than $15,000. Our financial coordinator ignores us, and no one can give us a definite answer about when we will receive the refund.

My gestational carrier and I have consistently used this clinic for pregnancy monitoring. We checked the holiday hours online and scheduled her for laboratory testing first thing on December 26. Beginning at 2:30 p.m., we repeatedly called to have the results sent to our fertility center, but RMA Florida's phones were turned off. Although the clinic was supposed to remain open until 4:30 p.m., we could not reach anyone. Given the time-sensitive nature of these results, this was unacceptable.

My first high-risk pregnancy visit was at this hospital. This is my second high-risk pregnancy because I have a cerebral aneurysm. My last pregnancy, just over a year ago, was managed at Orlando Health. I transferred to AdventHealth hoping for better care because of their experience and because I had safely delivered my daughter at AdventHealth Orlando in August 2024. However, the experience was terrible, from scheduling through the visit. Dr. Ahmed M Al-Malt in particular was arrogant and rude. He questioned my age and asked why I was having another child. He also challenged my choices regarding treatment for the aneurysm. In front of my 12-year-old daughter, he told me I might die without treatment, as though I did not already know. He was clearly unprepared for my visit and had not reviewed the section of my record concerning the aneurysm. He knew nothing about my genetic testing or blood results and instead asked me what the results were. He spent only 10 minutes with me and showed no concern when I reported severe pain on my left side. I was worried I might have a urinary tract infection. He said it could be nerve compression or a UTI but offered no help. He did not even suggest being evaluated by an OB-GYN in the same clinic. His attitude and lack of concern for my health and my unborn baby's health deeply disappointed my family and me. I would never recommend this doctor. Please research carefully—your life and your unborn baby's life are at stake. I decided to transfer my care back to Dr. Christopher Dixon at Orlando Health, directly across the street.

Despite some recent reviews, my experience with this clinic has always been good. The staff and doctors are very helpful and kind. Although my original doctor left the practice, my treatment has remained consistent with no delays. Their nurse Amanda is wonderful, and the nurses always return my calls promptly when I have questions or concerns.
I appreciate their evidence-based approach to fertility treatment. So far, everything is progressing well after my first transfer.

I would greatly advise against going to this place for your fertility needs. I paid both a deposit and a large fee to even go to an initial appointment. While I was advised of some additional costs, there were costs that were not discussed with me and I was later billed for and they were exponential. This came as an huge surprise to me as I was obviously not expecting it. Additionally, they tested me for things I noted I had already been tested for and could’ve also avoided that cost. My husband went for his appointment, paid cash in full amount and was then later billed this amount again in a mail statement. I was also billed a fee for blood draw, which I guess is not included in the large amount you pay for your initial appointment. The medical assistant who took my blood also greatly bruised me beyond a normal bruising for a blood draw. As a medical assistant and someone working in healthcare I know what that looks like. It appears their organization with financials is also lacking. About a month or so after my appointment it was determined I could no longer move forward with fertility treatment because unfortunately I have been diagnosed cancer and I received a surprise $35 billing request to get my records that I personally never even requested. While the staff appeared nice at my one and only appointment I am disappointed in the organization as a whole. They seem money hungry and don’t really truly care for their patients.

The nurses were patient, kind, and always available to answer questions, and I asked many, haha. The phlebotomists were incredible despite blood draws being my greatest fear. It has been an excellent experience so far.

You can call and ask them to send records to another doctor, but they never do. Their assistance when needed is terrible, and they do not treat patients well when handling records. Very disappointing.

My experience at RMA was unpleasant. I saw Dr. Simoni, who treated me like a number. The nurse assigned to me was terrible. Whenever I had a question, she acted as though I was bothering her. Before even evaluating my situation, she told me that because of my age (40), I would probably need donor eggs. I went to another clinic and became pregnant one month later.

See Dr. Franasiak. It is difficult to find a doctor who is intelligent and knowledgeable and also knows how to communicate with people. My only regret is not meeting him sooner. Thanks to him, we have a beautiful, intelligent child. I would not entrust something this important to anyone else.

I was here for about two years, and I would definitely return. The front-desk staff and phlebotomists at the Marlton clinic were always warm and friendly. Dr. Simoni, the APN, and my nurses were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about me. They took time to listen to every question and did everything they could to help me, even at my lowest points when I wanted to give up. If you trust their process, they will help you succeed! I am very grateful for my experience at RMA.
I do think some of the women in the finance department would benefit from communicating with patients more compassionately during such a difficult and confusing time. Desiree, however, was wonderful.

I have been a loyal RMA patient for years. In 2021, Dr. Osman helped us conceive our wonderful daughter through our first intrauterine insemination (IUI). When we were ready to try again, we chose Dr. Osman without hesitation because she is very compassionate and always communicates possible outcomes promptly, which we greatly appreciate. We have completed 2 unsuccessful IUI cycles, but we look forward to beginning in vitro fertilization (IVF) with her help. I hope she can personally participate in our egg retrieval and transfer because we truly feel she is our lucky star.

I highly recommend RMA Marlton, Dr. F, and Dr. Osman!
My experience was somewhat unusual because my husband and I chose IVF for genetic reasons, as I have an inherited neuromuscular disorder, rather than infertility. From the front desk staff and phlebotomists to the nurses, doctors, and everyone else, I received attentive care. The service was exceptional. After my first transfer failed, Dr. Osman scheduled a hysteroscopy. I am very glad she did because she found uterine inflammation that would have prevented me from becoming pregnant naturally or by other means. The second transfer succeeded, and I am now holding my healthy, adorable baby boy!

Do not expect appointments to run on time. I scheduled a blood draw and waited an hour before being seen. They are very inconsiderate. This happens often, yet they tell you to come early before work. Be prepared to be late.

He and his team are amazing! After my girlfriend successfully became pregnant, I left another fertility practice and came to RMA. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I especially like their portal, which makes my appointments and medication records very clear. I am delighted to share that I am 9 weeks pregnant, although I am also very sad that I will no longer see them.

I highly recommend RMA! My husband and I first went to South Jersey Fertility Center, where the doctor and entire experience felt very impersonal. We felt like a number, which left us hopeless about our fertility journey. We then decided to see Dr. Franasiak at RMA. The experience was completely different and much better. From our first appointment, everyone at RMA was kind and treated us with exceptional care and consideration. They were thorough throughout the process and communicated well. We are thrilled with the wonderful outcome: our daughter. We will definitely return!

My husband and I came to RMA for help and, after years of undiagnosed symptoms, I was finally diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). They recommended starting with intrauterine insemination (IUI), but we chose to try a medicated ovulation induction cycle first. Fortunately, it worked on the first cycle. Everyone was kind and patient, and the process went smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will return when we are ready for a second child! Our sweet son was born this December after RMA helped us conceive in March :)

We left South Jersey Fertility because the care was not personalized.
RMA is wonderful. They are organized, professional, and very honest about treatment expectations. Dr. Bolig is also excellent. She is responsive, approachable, and patient with our questions, never making me feel embarrassed even when I asked the same question twice. Nurse Adrienne is also highly responsible and capable. Highly recommended!

RMA Marlton provided the best experience for our IVF journey. All the staff were wonderful, but our doctor, Dr. Simoni, our nurse Kaitlyn, and NP Carissa truly made the experience worthwhile. From the day we met Dr. Simoni, he made us feel heard, considered, and cared for. On day one, he created a plan and put it into action. I have never met such a hands-on doctor whom you can see regularly, speak with, and ask questions. He is the kindest, most down-to-earth doctor I have met, and because of him we conceived successfully after a failed cycle at another clinic before finding RMA. During our time at RMA, my husband and I were never confused or uninformed about any part of the process, and we felt we could reach Dr. Simoni or his staff whenever needed. Our nurse Kaitlyn is truly a gem; she brought calm and confidence to an initially stressful and frustrating situation. NP Carissa's personality can light up a room and was a beacon in dark moments. She calmed our fears many times and gave us confidence in the process. RMA is an excellent facility, and I always tell people experiencing infertility to run, not walk, to this wonderful place. The professionalism, medical expertise, and bedside manner are unmatched. We graduated today, but we will return in the future to continue building our family. After two years at another clinic, Dr. Simoni helped us have our beautiful, perfect rainbow baby. We initially planned to pursue DVIF, which has thankfully since closed, but after two egg retrievals, one miscarriage, two failed transfers, and a third cycle canceled for poor response, I began losing faith in my body. My husband convinced me to switch clinics and try RMA. I planned to use donor eggs, but Dr. Simoni persuaded me to use my own. After two back-to-back retrievals to bank eggs, I became pregnant after my first transfer! I am incredibly glad I met Dr. Simoni. I felt heard, he was very kind, and he gave me hope. I will definitely return to Dr. Simoni for our second child. Thank you so much, Dr. Simoni! We love our baby boy so much 🥰

I was a patient at RMA for two years. The care team is so wonderful that words cannot describe them. Dr. Osman is especially outstanding! I had to change clinics because I used donor eggs. I still attend morning monitoring at RMA Princeton and am always glad to see the familiar faces. They truly are the best clinic in the area!

Medical side was great but the financial department side was a complete nightmare. Sadya Malik completely misrepresented the entire loan process. Basically, listening to her advice, I requested a loan for $28,000 through a company RMA recommended which included enough funds for all medication and the IVF cycle. Insurance ended up covering all of the medication and I only used about $5,000 expecting to receive a credit for the unused funds once my wife was discharged. Now im being told im responsible for the entire $28,000. When I brought this to Sadya’s attention she even said to just call and ask for a “loan reevaluation”. Now today she only says “well, you signed the documents”. Absolutely disgraceful. I never received any of the money. Everything went directly to RMA. So where did the unused funds go?

Dr. Simoni helped me become pregnant on my third intrauterine insemination (IUI). We are very grateful to RMA because we tried for two years before conceiving. We had previously experienced a miscarriage and then had no success, so we came here for help. RMA is clean, treats you as an individual rather than a number, and works efficiently. Samantha was my nurse, and she was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Simoni to anyone having difficulty conceiving.

RMA has been a lifesaver for my family. The staff, nurses, and providers are not only welcoming, but also treat you as a person and create the plan best suited to you and your family. I could not find a better provider. Dr. Simoni was always available to answer any questions or concerns. From day one, he never guaranteed anything, but he always gave us hope and believed his protocol and prescribed medications would help make this IVF journey successful. I thank the entire RMA community for a successful IVF process. Although I am still in early pregnancy, I feel optimistic this time, and I thank Dr. Simoni and his staff for that.

After seeing another fertility doctor, we found RMA. From the moment we entered the office, we felt welcomed and heard. During our first visit with Dr. Simoni, we saw how down-to-earth he was. He listened to our needs and explained every step thoroughly.
From Dr. Simoni and our wonderful nurse Melissa to the front desk staff and those who performed our bloodwork and other tests, everyone was excellent and genuinely cared about us.
I highly recommend Dr. Simoni for your infertility needs.
I even continued updating him and Melissa throughout my pregnancy.

Dr. Simoni and his team at RMA are absolutely amazing. We were patients only briefly. We were fortunate that Dr. Simoni's medication plan worked so well that I conceived naturally while waiting to begin the IUI process. RMA continued monitoring my early pregnancy, which was very reassuring. When I graduated from RMA, Dr. Simoni told us to contact them if we ever needed help or advice. Without Dr. Simoni, we would not have the family we have today. This week, I was delighted to tell Dr. Simoni that our son had joined us, all thanks to him!

Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Simoni, RN Melissa, and the entire RMA team. Last January, we met Dr. Simoni to begin our fertility journey, and he quickly developed a plan. He supported us throughout the retrieval, surgery, and transfer, and we are very grateful. The fact that we could
easily communicate with Melissa about any questions or concerns, with Dr. Simoni responding quickly when escalation was needed, was invaluable. His bedside manner was also excellent, which is important in such a sensitive situation. The front desk was always welcoming each morning, and the blood draw team was always pleasant and excellent.
