Dr. Reschke comes to us after completion of specialty training inReproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the illustrious johnsHopkins School of Medicine. Prior to fellowship, she completed hermedical education at johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and herresidency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University, St.Louis where she was selected as Chief Administrative Resident andreceived numerous teaching awards.


Dr. Reschke's demonstrated clinical acumen is bolstered by herstrong interest in teaching and research. During her fellowship shewas an integral part of the Fertility Preservation Qualityimprovement team, and a mentor to the Women's Health interestgroup. She has numerous peer-reviewed publications, ranging fromonco-fertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine fibroids, and in-Vitro fertilization treatment in complex cases. Her areas of clinicalinterest include all aspects of fertility care, particularly fertilitypreservation, egg freezing, fertility treatment options for cancerpatients, diminished ovarian reserve, and LGBTQ family building.Having gone through fertility struggles herself, she understands theemotional hardships and complexities her patients face.


Outside of the office, Dr. Reschke, a Chicago native, enjoys exploringall Arizona has to offer with her husband, two young children, andminiature dachshund.

    Everyone at Bloom is courteous and friendly! Because my clinic is out of state, I use their office for monitoring appointments. They promptly accommodated every urgent request for results and appointments. Working with Natasha throughout the process was incredible. Thank you, Bloom!

    Aside from a few rounds of phone tag, this place is well worth visiting. Every staff member is kind, and it truly feels as though they care about you. That is especially important because people come here only when they are struggling.

    I am currently a surrogate working with an out-of-state fertility clinic and use Bloom for all monitoring appointments. Bloom is wonderful! They can send all my blood-test and ultrasound results to my other clinic the same day when needed. Scheduling is easy, and they are always so kind. I have loved working with them.

    I was interested in becoming an egg donor. Their website specifically says to text a phone number, but the reply says it is a landline. I tried another contact method on the same website and received a text from a different number. They dismissively told me to contact an entirely different egg-donation company and tried to end the conversation. When I explained that their website had directed me to that number and that I had followed up with the company they recommended, they changed their story and said they were not accepting egg donors. Do not be dishonest or dismissive. Update your website and improve your customer service.

    Dr. Reschke is the best. She is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about helping patients through their fertility journeys. From the beginning, Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team were wonderful. Our care plan was tailored to our family's needs and work schedules. We never experienced communication problems or delayed responses. The NP/PAs—Alex, Kellie, and Lauren—the medical assistants, billing team, and front-desk staff were as excellent and caring as Dr. Reschke. We are very grateful to Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team for helping our family grow.

    Before coming to Bloom, I visited two different fertility clinics, and I can easily say there is no better practice than Bloom! Dr. Behara is an angel, and working with the nurse coordinator and IVF coordinator was a dream. I have never received better care, especially for something as mentally and physically demanding as IVF. Dr. Behara and her team made IVF easier and helped me stay positive. If you are struggling with infertility, I cannot recommend Bloom Reproductive Institute highly enough; you truly receive the best help and support.

    We have been with Bloom since 2019 and are expecting our third Bloom baby. We cannot thank Dr. Behera and all the Bloom staff enough for the love and support they have given us over the past 6 years. They gave us so much hope during a very dark time and helped us realize our dream of having a family. IVF is never easy, but with our wonderful coordinator Erica, I felt they were always available by phone or email to answer questions and ease concerns!     The Bloom team is first-rate! This was my third fertility practice after trying with other providers for 3.5 years. I am so glad I found Bloom! We are now in the second trimester and doing well. I had very poor experiences before coming to Bloom. My previous fertility doctor was unsure whether the quality of our embryo was viable. She explained all the grades and statistics and was merely ‘willing to do it.’ I required emergency surgery after complications from an aggressive procedure recommended by my previous fertility doctor. They were accustomed to a more one-size-fits-all approach, while I needed a more complex process to achieve results. Needless to say, Bloom had a completely different tone from the start! Dr. Behera is a calm fertility angel. She listened carefully and considered my experiences. She never doubted that we could get here! No frightening statistics or devastating grades—just hope and a truly strong, science-based protocol. She tailored every part of my process to my specific needs and biology. I also want to recognize my coordinator Laura, who was extremely patient and empathetic and communicated with urgency. The entire Bloom staff is outstanding. I would not go anywhere else for fertility care! Thank you, Dr. Behera, Laura, Dr. Reschke, and everyone on the Bloom team! We are so excited to meet our baby boy!

    I had a wonderful experience at Bloom. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very caring. They provided tremendous support throughout my fertility treatment journey and made a difficult, challenging time easier. The NP and Dr. Reschke adjusted my treatment each month to give me the best chance of conceiving. I am happy to say that after 5 treatment cycles, I became pregnant! I will always be grateful to the team at Bloom Reproductive.

    So far, I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Behera and her staff. They are very kind and helpful. I was frightened before my first egg retrieval, and Dr. Behera held my hand and comforted me until I went in. She truly loves what she does, and so does her staff. I am always treated kindly. I have never felt like "just another number" as I did at our previous clinic. My experience has been excellent. Thank you, Bloom! 🤍 I have recommended you to many spouses at our military base, all the way in Tucson!

    We cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Bloom Reproductive Institute! When I first went there, I simply wanted to understand why I had not felt like myself for years. Several OB-GYN practices had dismissed me, but my instincts said something was wrong. In September 2023, I saw a reproductive endocrinologist at Bloom and finally felt heard. A few months later, I had answers about my hormonal changes and learned that my chance of conceiving naturally was only 1–2%. We had our first egg retrieval last summer, and six weeks ago we welcomed our son. We could not have built our family without Bloom Reproductive Institute.

    We had an amazing experience at Bloom! We are so grateful they helped us conceive our first child through IVF. Before our successful transfer, we underwent multiple FETs and various procedures. It was a long journey, but Dr. Behera and the entire Bloom staff guided us through every step and setback with knowledge, grace, and empathy. Alex, Kim, and Taylor were wonderful and supported me throughout. My coordinators, Emily and Kayla, patiently and thoughtfully guided me through egg retrieval and transfer.     Five stars are not enough for Bloom. The staff are warm and friendly at every appointment. They genuinely care and greet you by name at every visit. Even on weekends, they respond promptly to emails and calls. Dr. Gordon is absolutely amazing, and I cannot praise her enough. We previously went to another fertility clinic without success, then switched to Dr. Gordon at Bloom. I only wish I had switched sooner. She explained everything thoroughly, and there were no surprises. Every appointment brought good news. Our embryo transfer was successful, and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon!

    Bloom Reproductive is wonderful! We received care from Dr. Gordon at Bloom. From our first telephone consultation through the end of treatment, she patiently answered all our questions. She explained the different treatment options in detail, including their costs, and recommended the option best suited to our needs. The physician assistants, nurses, and staff were also very kind and thoughtful. If I need fertility treatment in the future, I will definitely choose Dr. Gordon again!

    Do not trust these people. The process is already stressful, and they will not help correct their own mistakes. They mishandled the initial prior-authorization paperwork and now want you to complete numerous tests and visits, even though they could simply correct the record and resubmit it. They only want to take your money. Do not choose a clinic that will not support you during this sensitive process.

    An excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was smooth, the medical staff were thoughtful, and appointments were well organized. My case was very complex, and Dr. Behera and her team created a personalized treatment plan and made my husband and me feel like family. Five stars!

    After visiting four fertility clinics in different states, Bloom is by far the best. We cannot say enough good things about their caring staff and highly skilled doctors. Every interaction with the nurses, doctors, and staff was pleasant—you never feel like just a number, as you often do at other fertility clinics.     I just want to sincerely thank Dr. Gordon and the medical staff team for giving my husband and I our little miracle. After many months of TTC, we reached out to Bloom for some answers and assistance. After some blood tests and work ups, Dr. Gordon suggested we give an IUI a chance. To our surprise, our first IUI worked! Dr. Gordon is incredibly intelligent, so sweet and caring and has a great sense of humor. I can’t thank her and the medical staff enough for this miracle. My husband and I are so happy. I highly recommend this fertility clinic. They are very thorough, very responsive and really knowledge and I feel like they truly care about their patients.

    Dr. Reschke and her team at Bloom truly exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about their care. My husband and I constantly praise our experience and results at Bloom and recommend them to every couple we know who is struggling with fertility. It is clear that Dr. Reschke genuinely cares about her patients and their family-building goals and does everything she can to help them succeed. Bloom was the third fertility clinic we visited and by far the best. We began trying to conceive in 2017/2018 without success, so we went to our first fertility clinic. After a year of testing, treatment, and two IUIs, we still had not succeeded and instead experienced an ectopic pregnancy. Fortunately, it was treated promptly and my fallopian tube was preserved. I felt I needed a fresh start, so we went to another clinic. Before beginning any fertility treatment, I became pregnant just three months after the ectopic pregnancy. We learned of the pregnancy one week after our consultation, and that pregnancy gave us our baby boy in April 2022. When our son turned one, we decided to try again, thinking there would be no further problems, but we were wrong. A year later, I finally became pregnant, only to have another ectopic pregnancy. This time I was not as fortunate and lost my left fallopian tube. Then in July 2024, I became pregnant again, but another ectopic pregnancy occurred in my right tube, causing me to lose that tube as well. I was devastated and discouraged. I realized IVF was now my only path to pregnancy. I had always feared IVF because it is more invasive than other treatments and can greatly affect mental health, but it was my only option and my hope for building our family. I contacted Bloom and joined the waiting list. From our first meeting with Dr. R, we felt reassured and that everything was under control. She listened carefully, showed compassion for our situation, and gave us tremendous hope. It was clear that she had taken the time to understand our fertility journey and challenges so she could create the right plan for us. Many fertility clinics can feel focused only on money, but my husband and I never felt that way at Bloom. Everyone we met was kind and caring from beginning to end. I began treatment at Bloom in October 2024 and completed two egg retrievals and one embryo transfer by May 2025. I ultimately had a successful transfer of one embryo that split, and we are now expecting identical twins! IVF can be frightening, but Dr. Reschke and her team made the process smooth and provided comfort and support throughout.

    I left my previous reproductive endocrinologist because I did not feel valued and communication was poor. Finding Bloom Reproductive Institute was a tremendous relief. From the start, Dr. Reschke and the entire Bloom team were clear, organized, and excellent communicators. They explained every step in detail and ensured my husband and I had no unanswered questions.     I struggled with RPL for over 3 years and had been to 2 other fertility clinics before Bloom and coming here was a night/day difference for us. Everyone was always so kind and did everything they could to make our journey as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful I made the switch.

    During my treatment, I found that this practice lacked pricing transparency. Fees were not clearly disclosed in advance, making it difficult to plan and make informed decisions. Coordination of care was also frustrating. Communication among staff and departments often seemed disorganized, and I frequently had to follow up proactively just to obtain basic information. After losing several months, I ultimately left and found a better-organized fertility clinic. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to improve communication, pricing transparency, and patient coordination for the benefit of future patients.

    I consulted Dr. Gordon for a third opinion about my unexplained secondary infertility. After the initial consultation, I knew I had found a doctor who genuinely wanted to help me. She not only helped us build our family but also believed the symptoms that multiple doctors had dismissed for years. She listened carefully and used her expertise to identify possible answers and create an individualized plan that met my needs and helped us have another baby. She also referred me for diagnosis and surgical removal of stage IV endometriosis, which greatly improved my quality of life.     Dr. Gordon is amazing!!! From the first time I viewed Bloom's website and social media, I knew she was the doctor I wanted. The first consultation felt easy and natural. I was excited from the beginning and never afraid in her care. She is knowledgeable and attentive. She took my condition seriously and genuinely cared about how I felt dealing with PCOS. After more than ten years of health problems, during which other doctors never even raised the possibility, she accurately diagnosed my PCOS from the outset. Her voice is gentle and reassuring, and she is highly skilled. Her personality made the process enjoyable instead of frightening or stressful. She made me feel valued rather than like just another patient. The whole experience was positive, and she understood every part of the process. I trusted her from the beginning, and our first embryo transfer succeeded. We are expecting our first baby in August! We love Dr. Gordon and have often said we wish she could remain our OB-GYN. It will be hard to find an OB-GYN we like as much. Do not hesitate to choose her as your provider—I already look forward to working with her again and feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. My experience at Bloom exceeded my expectations. I initially expected the process to be frightening and stressful, but Dr. Gordon and the entire Bloom staff never made me feel anxious.     I was with Bloom for 3.5 years. When I started, their communication wasn’t the best. You’d have to call and leave a message for anything. Since then, their communication has improved! You can talk to a person and/or check your portal. Provides were wonderful and genuine while being highly skilled.

    Bloom Fertility is wonderful! I consulted Dr. Behera, whose kindness and compassion eased my fear and anxiety about infertility. I appreciated that she did not pressure me into IVF and was very honest. I unexpectedly conceived just before starting IUI, but the clinic continued caring for me with HCG blood tests and two ultrasounds, for which I am very grateful. From our first call, Dr. Gordon was different. She had carefully reviewed my information and even asked about my daughter, making me feel she wanted to know me as a person, not just a patient. She identified an issue that had gone unnoticed for two years. Dr. Gordon and the IVF coordinator supported me throughout, and with their help I am expecting my second baby this year.     Dr. Gordon was great; however, the billing department has been extremely frustrating. My account has shown multiple inconsistent charges—$400, then $1,000, then $370. Each time I asked for clarification, I was told (three separate times) that it was a “glitch” in the system. Now my account shows a $570 balance, and I have no idea where it’s coming from or whether it’s even a legitimate charge. So, I reached out to them again on Monday. I would strongly recommend being cautious and not paying anything unless you receive a clear, itemized statement that shows exactly what is being billed and the date of service. Additionally, my cycle failed and reached out through their patient portal on Monday, but I never received a response. At this point, I will likely be looking for a new office.

    After struggling with recurrent loss and all of the fear, uncertainty, and emotions that come with it, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. Thanks to their incredible team, we welcomed our daughter, Poppy, and we will always be grateful. From our very first appointment, every doctor and nurse treated us with genuine compassion and empathy. They took the time to listen to our concerns, understand our fears, run all the tests and answer every question with patience and kindness. The bedside manner of both the physicians and nursing staff was exceptional.     It’s important I write this review so people understand how amazing this place is. I switched from New Direction to Bloom and it was the best choice. First let’s talk about Dr. Gordon. She is nice, confident, an expert, AND SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FUTURE. Shes the full package. Probably one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. I had an emergency surgery that came up and she approached it so swiftly, was truly empathetic, and provided the best care possible for me. I cannot say enough great things about her. Next is the support staff. Everyone here is so friendly and communicative. There is nothing more frustrating than going to a fertility clinic and having poor communication. That will not be your experience at Bloom. From Gabby, to Carmen, to Andrea, to even the nice lady at the front desk, you will be taken care of, The clinic is super clean and easy to get appointments with especially when your cycle starts. They are willing to do thorough testing before jumping to IVF and care about your goals. I literally have only good things to say about Bloom and Dr. Gordon. If I had to choose one negative thing it would be that I wish there was a way to send things directly to the doctor rather than having to schedule an appointment every time I need to update her with something, But hey, if that’s my biggest concern, then I’m in a good position. Anyways, I would give this place 10 stars if I could so I hope that helps anyone in their decision-making process.

    First, I want to say that Dr. Reschke was wonderful, but I did not hear from her after the initial consultation. The ultrasound technician and nurse at the Chandler clinic were excellent; I am sorry I forgot their names. However, those two could not make up for the terrible experience with the billing department and office staff who do not return calls. They communicate only by email and require repeated follow-up before responding. After receiving several different totals for my balance, it took a long time to receive a statement. They also charged these bills to my credit card, yet the process was still incomplete. Laboratory tests were drawn without being discussed with me or included in my plan. I was shocked to receive a $2,000 bill from LabCorp. I called and left a message asking the office manager to call me. I left the billing department a voicemail asking them to call rather than email. Last month, I sent three texts and left a message on the current-patient hotline but received no response. I am trying to transfer to a new fertility clinic while trying to have a child. The stress caused by this place is unnecessary. I simply want my statement, an explanation of why tests I did not approve were ordered, and my medical records so I can move on. Please help me obtain them so I can leave this place.

    I am disappointed with this office! I have called for more than two weeks trying to schedule as a new patient. I called first thing when they opened, in the afternoon, and late in the afternoon. No one answered. I called the new-patient line, current-patient line, and provider line. No one answers. I wanted to become a patient because my OB recommended the clinic and it offers exactly the services I want. I work in a medical office, and the apparent staffing shortage and failure to answer calls are concerning. I do not understand how a medical office can simply not answer the phone.

    Words cannot describe how happy my wife and I are with this place. They helped us achieve our dream. After disappointing opinions elsewhere, we were very direct, and the doctor responded respectfully and was equally direct with us. We are very satisfied with the doctors, nurses, and staff. Keep up the good work.

    I contacted the clinic on August 6. I called first, but no one answered, so I used the website’s text-message service to explain the retrievals and transfers I had already completed and that I still had stored embryos. They replied that day, said the wait was about four months, and asked whether I wanted to be added. I said yes. They then requested all my information, including cycle regularity, the treatment we wanted, and insurance. I sent everything but received no reply—nothing. Whenever I call, I still cannot reach anyone. I understand there is a waiting list, but do they not schedule anything? Other clinics may have waits, but at least they book an appointment. Does this clinic simply wait several months, then start calling people and expect them to abandon whatever else they have scheduled? It is great if others have had good results, but failure to communicate promptly before a patient even arrives seriously undermines my confidence. If the messaging system is faulty, it should be fixed so people waiting to begin time-sensitive treatment can actually reach the clinic.

    My husband and I are very grateful to Bloom, especially their outstanding provider Kim Anderson. I began fertility treatment at age 22. Many people may not expect to go through this in their early 20s, but after a PCOS diagnosis involving amenorrhea and anovulation, this was the journey we had to face. Every provider was very kind, understanding, supportive, and personable. After 4 treatment cycles, we welcomed our sweet baby! We would not be where we are today without Bloom Fertility. I highly recommend Bloom Fertility to anyone beginning their fertility journey. Every provider responds promptly to calls, emails, and texts. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but the providers break it down into steps to ensure you fully understand. It is clear that they are highly educated and knowledgeable in this field.     It has been a month of repeated calls and texts with no response or follow-up. This is disappointing, especially because my naturopathic doctor partners with them for certain services. I have informed my office that the lack of communication may make this an unsuitable partnership.
