It’s important for me to write this review so people understand how amazing this place is. I switched from New Direction to Bloom, and it was the best choice. First, let’s talk about Dr. Gordon. She is kind, confident, an expert, AND SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FUTURE. She’s the complete package and probably one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. When I needed emergency surgery, she responded swiftly, showed genuine empathy, and provided me with the best possible care. I cannot say enough great things about her. Next is the support staff. Everyone here is so friendly and communicative. There is nothing more frustrating than poor communication at a fertility clinic. That will not be your experience at Bloom. From Gabby to Carmen, Andrea, and even the kind woman at the front desk, you will be well cared for. The clinic is very clean, and it is easy to get appointments, especially when your cycle starts. They are willing to conduct thorough testing before moving on to IVF, and they care about your goals. I truly have only good things to say about Bloom and Dr. Gordon. If I had to name one negative, I wish there were a way to send updates directly to the doctor instead of scheduling an appointment every time. But if that is my biggest concern, I am in a good position. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, so I hope this helps anyone making their decision.

After more than a year of trying and four failed IUI cycles, our first frozen embryo transfer was successful thanks to Dr. Gordon and the wonderful team at Bloom! After experiencing a miscarriage a few years ago, my wife and I were apprehensive about starting IVF treatment again. Dr. Gordon and everyone at Bloom made the experience truly wonderful. Dr. Gordon went above and beyond to identify and address the issues that could cause another miscarriage. She made sure every concern was investigated, diagnosed, and treated. We are now incredibly fortunate to be expecting a baby this fall. I would recommend Bloom to anyone on their fertility journey. Dr. Gordon was great; however, the billing department has been extremely frustrating. My account has shown multiple inconsistent charges—$400, then $1,000, then $370. Each time I asked for clarification, I was told (three separate times) that it was a “glitch” in the system. Now my account shows a $570 balance, and I have no idea where it’s coming from or whether it’s even a legitimate charge. So, I reached out to them again on Monday. I would strongly recommend being cautious and not paying anything unless you receive a clear, itemized statement that shows exactly what is being billed and the date of service. Additionally, my cycle failed and reached out through their patient portal on Monday, but I never received a response. At this point, I will likely be looking for a new office.

Dr. Reschke and her team are wonderful, warm, and welcoming. From first entering the clinic five months ago to learning that I will welcome a healthy daughter in November, everything I dreamed of became possible because of them. I highly recommend Bloom for your fertility needs!

After a healthy first pregnancy, fertility difficulties were challenging. I was dissatisfied with another clinic's lack of care and attention, so a colleague recommended Bloom. From our first call, Dr. Gordon was different. She had carefully reviewed my information and even asked about my daughter, making me feel she wanted to know me as a person, not just a patient. I was with Bloom for 3.5 years. When I started, their communication wasn’t the best. You’d have to call and leave a message for anything. Since then, their communication has improved! You can talk to a person and/or check your portal. Provides were wonderful and genuine while being highly skilled.

Dr. Gordon is amazing!!! From the first time I viewed Bloom's website and social media, I knew she was the doctor I wanted. The first consultation felt easy and natural. I was excited from the beginning and never afraid in her care. She is knowledgeable and attentive. She took my condition seriously and genuinely cared about how I felt dealing with PCOS. After more than ten years of health problems, during which other doctors never even raised the possibility, she accurately diagnosed my PCOS from the outset. Her voice is gentle and reassuring, and she is highly skilled. Her personality made the process enjoyable instead of frightening or stressful. She made me feel valued rather than like just another patient. The whole experience was positive, and she understood every part of the process. I trusted her from the beginning, and our first embryo transfer succeeded. We are expecting our first baby in August! We love Dr. Gordon and have often said we wish she could remain our OB-GYN. It will be hard to find an OB-GYN we like as much. Do not hesitate to choose her as your provider—I already look forward to working with her again and feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. My experience at Bloom exceeded my expectations. I initially expected the process to be frightening and stressful, but Dr. Gordon and the entire Bloom staff never made me feel anxious. Our shared excitement and hope displaced the fear, and I felt fully prepared for every stage. Dr. Gordon is exceptional in every way, and the entire Bloom team is wonderful. The clinic is also very clean and made me feel comfortable.

I consulted Dr. Gordon for a third opinion about my unexplained secondary infertility. After the initial consultation, I knew I had found a doctor who genuinely wanted to help me. She not only helped us build our family but also believed the symptoms that multiple doctors had dismissed for years. She listened carefully and used her expertise to identify possible answers and create an individualized plan that met my needs and helped us have another baby. She also referred me for diagnosis and surgical removal of stage IV endometriosis, which greatly improved my quality of life. Special thanks as well to her outstanding team: Tina, Juanita, Jenny, Hannah, Taylor, Lauren, Kim, Janet, Daisy, Kiara, and any staff members I may have missed. I could not have reached this point without your kindness, patience, and guidance.

During my treatment, I found that this practice lacked pricing transparency. Fees were not clearly disclosed in advance, making it difficult to plan and make informed decisions. Coordination of care was also frustrating. Communication among staff and departments often seemed disorganized, and I frequently had to follow up proactively just to obtain basic information. After losing several months, I ultimately left and found a better-organized fertility clinic. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to improve communication, pricing transparency, and patient coordination for the benefit of future patients.

I struggled with RPL for over 3 years and had been to 2 other fertility clinics before Bloom and coming here was a night/day difference for us. Everyone was always so kind and did everything they could to make our journey as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful I made the switch.

Do not trust these people. The process is already stressful, and they will not help correct their own mistakes. They mishandled the initial prior-authorization paperwork and now want you to complete numerous tests and visits, even though they could simply correct the record and resubmit it. They only want to take your money. Do not choose a clinic that will not support you during this sensitive process.

Dr. Reschke and her team at Bloom truly exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about their care. My husband and I constantly praise our experience and results at Bloom and recommend them to every couple we know who is struggling with fertility. It is clear that Dr. Reschke genuinely cares about her patients and their family-building goals and does everything she can to help them succeed. Bloom was the third fertility clinic we visited and by far the best. We began trying to conceive in 2017/2018 without success, so we went to our first fertility clinic. After a year of testing, treatment, and two IUIs, we still had not succeeded and instead experienced an ectopic pregnancy. Fortunately, it was treated promptly and my fallopian tube was preserved. I felt I needed a fresh start, so we went to another clinic. Before beginning any fertility treatment, I became pregnant just three months after the ectopic pregnancy. We learned of the pregnancy one week after our consultation, and that pregnancy gave us our baby boy in April 2022. When our son turned one, we decided to try again, thinking there would be no further problems, but we were wrong. A year later, I finally became pregnant, only to have another ectopic pregnancy. This time I was not as fortunate and lost my left fallopian tube. Then in July 2024, I became pregnant again, but another ectopic pregnancy occurred in my right tube, causing me to lose that tube as well. I was devastated and discouraged. I realized IVF was now my only path to pregnancy. I had always feared IVF because it is more invasive than other treatments and can greatly affect mental health, but it was my only option and my hope for building our family. I contacted Bloom and joined the waiting list. From our first meeting with Dr. R, we felt reassured and that everything was under control. She listened carefully, showed compassion for our situation, and gave us tremendous hope. It was clear that she had taken the time to understand our fertility journey and challenges so she could create the right plan for us. Many fertility clinics can feel focused only on money, but my husband and I never felt that way at Bloom. Everyone we met was kind and caring from beginning to end. I began treatment at Bloom in October 2024 and completed two egg retrievals and one embryo transfer by May 2025. I ultimately had a successful transfer of one embryo that split, and we are now expecting identical twins! IVF can be frightening, but Dr. Reschke and her team made the process smooth and provided comfort and support throughout.

I just want to sincerely thank Dr. Gordon and the medical staff team for giving my husband and I our little miracle. After many months of TTC, we reached out to Bloom for some answers and assistance. After some blood tests and work ups, Dr. Gordon suggested we give an IUI a chance. To our surprise, our first IUI worked! Dr. Gordon is incredibly intelligent, so sweet and caring and has a great sense of humor. I can’t thank her and the medical staff enough for this miracle. My husband and I are so happy. We cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Bloom Reproductive Institute! When I first went there, I simply wanted to understand why I had not felt like myself for years. Several OB-GYN practices had dismissed me, but my instincts said something was wrong. In September 2023, I saw a reproductive endocrinologist at Bloom and finally felt heard. A few months later, I had answers about my hormonal changes and learned that my chance of conceiving naturally was only 1–2%. We had our first egg retrieval last summer, and six weeks ago we welcomed our son. We could not have built our family without Bloom Reproductive Institute.

The Bloom team is first-rate! This was my third fertility practice after trying with other providers for 3.5 years. I am so glad I found Bloom! We are now in the second trimester and doing well. I had very poor experiences before coming to Bloom. My previous fertility doctor was unsure whether the quality of our embryo was viable. She explained all the grades and statistics and was merely ‘willing to do it.’ I required emergency surgery after complications from an aggressive procedure recommended by my previous fertility doctor. They were accustomed to a more one-size-fits-all approach, while I needed a more complex process to achieve results. Needless to say, Bloom had a completely different tone from the start! Dr. Behera is a calm fertility angel. She listened carefully and considered my experiences. She never doubted that we could get here! No frightening statistics or devastating grades—just hope and a truly strong, science-based protocol. She tailored every part of my process to my specific needs and biology. I also want to recognize my coordinator Laura, who was extremely patient and empathetic and communicated with urgency. The entire Bloom staff is outstanding. We have been with Bloom since 2019 and are expecting our third Bloom baby. We cannot thank Dr. Behera and all the Bloom staff enough for the love and support they have given us over the past 6 years. Before coming to Bloom, I visited two different fertility clinics, and I can easily say there is no better practice than Bloom! Dr. Behara is an angel, and working with the nurse coordinator and IVF coordinator was a dream. Dr. Reschke is the best. She is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about helping patients through their fertility journeys. From the beginning, Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team were wonderful. Our care plan was tailored to our family's needs and work schedules. We never experienced communication problems or delayed responses. The NP/PAs—Alex, Kellie, and Lauren—the medical assistants, billing team, and front-desk staff were as excellent and caring as Dr. Reschke. I was interested in becoming an egg donor. Their website specifically says to text a phone number, but the reply says it is a landline. I tried another contact method on the same website and received a text from a different number. They dismissively told me to contact an entirely different egg-donation company and tried to end the conversation. When I explained that their website had directed me to that number and that I had followed up with the company they recommended, they changed their story and said they were not accepting egg donors. Do not be dishonest or dismissive. Update your website and improve your customer service.

I am currently a surrogate working with an out-of-state fertility clinic and use Bloom for all monitoring appointments. Bloom is wonderful! They can send all my blood-test and ultrasound results to my other clinic the same day when needed. Scheduling is easy, and they are always so kind. I have loved working with them.

Aside from a few rounds of phone tag, this place is well worth visiting. Every staff member is kind, and it truly feels as though they care about you. That is especially important because people come here only when they are struggling.
