Dr. Jeremy T. Choy, United States
Dr. Jeremy Choy is an endocrinologist and Acting Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition and the Department of Urology at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He specializes in male reproductive medicine, with clinical interests including male reproductive endocrinology, male infertility, oncofertility and fertility preservation, hypogonadism, and sexual health.
At SRM, Dr. Choy's practice focuses on evaluating and treating male infertility, with the goal of identifying underlying causes and exploring available interventions to improve fertility. He emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with SRM's female reproductive endocrinologists and urologists to develop treatment plans that give patients the best opportunity for pregnancy.
Dr. Choy's passion for reproductive medicine has shaped his career and initially inspired his decision to pursue medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology with honors from Brown University. While attending medical school at Brown, he developed a special interest in male infertility and further cultivated this focus through an andrology clinical research fellowship at Northwestern University. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and an endocrinology fellowship at Stanford University, continuing to build his expertise in male reproductive medicine.
Dr. Choy has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, journal articles, and book chapters on male infertility and men's health. He is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for Male Reproduction and Urology, and American Association of Clinical Endocrinology.
