I drank plenty of Tulsa’s finest liquor.

The service here is absolutely terrible, the hours are inconsistent, and they nitpick every detail. Go here if you want to feel dismissed or treated as though you do not matter. They do not care about your schedule or accommodate any requests.

I called their office and was given a number because I was only interested in egg freezing and wanted more information and research. They referred me to a woman who could help, but she only wanted my full name and phone number, never answered my calls, and did not return my messages. After asking a few questions, I felt abandoned and ignored by this clinic. I will never work with them.

We called several times asking for an email with intrauterine insemination (IUI) pricing, but still have not received it. It is extremely frustrating.

Terrible... Although there is no medical evidence yet, many IVF patients have experienced this. They did not warn us about the risks of the abdominal injections they had my wife administer herself... They never told us that these injections carried a high risk of causing cancer. Of course, if you are told the consequences, you should have the right to decide whether to accept that risk... Not long after they took 25,000 pesos in cash, my wife developed cancer... She had never been ill before. She was a healthy Filipina, but cancer spread aggressively because of a foreign substance in her body. The IVF injections were the only things introduced into her body that she was not born with.

We had an excellent experience at Tulsa Fertility Center. Every staff member was very kind, and it felt as though everyone was fully invested in our health and family plans. We welcomed our daughter in June, and it would not have been possible without the attentive care of Alex and the entire team!

The staff is always exceptionally nice and patient - but the organizations lack of communication or miscommunication has caused a lot of problems to the point that I would not recommend TFC. We were told not to call about appointments or questions for treatment and to do everything through their app. The login instructions for the app were supposed to be sent to our email and were not. When I called to ask about this they said to check the spam folder, but we still did not have an email - which the staff says happens sometimes. The front desk then just told us our logins. Fast forward two weeks, in the middle of an IUI cycle when they instruct you to login to the app daily to check medication requirements etc. the app locked me and my husband out without explanation. This was over the weekend when TFC is closed, so there was no way to contact them. In addition we had trouble getting our medications on time because they weren't approved by the provider on a Friday and then the clinic was closed over the weekend. When we came in for an appointment that Monday they explained that they switched apps - without warning, and without notifying any of the patients they serve. My first round of IUI was unsucessful, and I received a text on the new system asking when I'd like to set up an appointment for my next IUI round. Today, I'm being told that the IUI isn't possible this cycle because their lab is undergoing maintainance. The staff are all very nice, but I talk to a different staff person each time I call or come in and there seems to be a breakdown in communication. Overall, I am floored at how disorganized the organization is! The fact that they don't send emails or notifications about things like a new app or the lab being underdergoing maintainance when these pieces absolutely impact patient care is ridiculous and appaling - especially considering how expensive the services are!

The doctor is knowledgeable, kind, and highly professional. His tone and manner show that he genuinely cares, and he never pressures you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.

My wife and I saw Dr. Prough, and to them we seemed like walking dollar signs. MCRM is a better choice in Tulsa.

Dr. Shauna McKinney patiently diagnosed and treated my polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), restoring me to the best possible condition for conception. A few months after my first visit, I conceived my son while taking Clomid after three years of infertility. She was very understanding and kind because she had experienced the process herself. The next year, we were able to conceive our second child on our own because she taught me how to manage my condition. She changed our lives and helped me overcome infertility. We love her and feel she is part of our family. We will never go anywhere else. Everyone we met at her practice was kind and understanding.

To this doctor, I was basically a source of money and apparently not worth listening to. They charged more than twice my copay in advance and told me my insurance would reimburse me. My insurer found this unusual. During the visit, the doctor spoke more to the medical student than to me. I was then told to have two tests, bloodwork and an ultrasound. Before I left that day, the doctor gave me a price for the bloodwork. On the day of testing, they said the ultrasound would cost an additional $220. I asked whether I could have it elsewhere because I work for a company where I receive employee pricing. They said no; it had to be done in-house. They also said my blood could not be drawn elsewhere and had to be collected there and sent to a special facility for analysis, costing at least $200. The two visits cost more than $500. They made no effort to help make the tests affordable. Everything had to be done there at their prices. After speaking with other doctors’ offices and laboratories, I learned I could have completed the tests more cheaply and sent all the results back to this doctor. I left without completing any testing and with several other concerns about the practice, feeling that the world cares only about money. This doctor may meet your needs, but at a high price.
