Since January 1, 2012, Dr. Loh Seong Feei has led TFC’s team of embryologists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Before joining Thomson Fertility Centre, he was Head and Senior Consultant of Reproductive Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Director of the KKIVF Centre.
He is also one of the few surgeons in Singapore who performs laparoscopic tubal ligation reversal and is experienced in high-risk pregnancy care.
Dr. Loh chaired the Reproductive Medicine Section of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Singapore, and the joint Ministry of Health and College committee that developed clinical practice guidelines for infertility. He also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School.
While at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, he received the Service from the Heart Award and the Excellent Service Award (Star).

Our appointment was at 9:20 a.m. We arrived at 8:45. It is now 10:30, and there is still one patient ahead of us. I suppose that is life. Be warned: time management is terrible. We only came for a couple's fertility screening.

This doctor was so insensitive about my daughter's condition. She had the nerve to tell my daughter that her uterus was diseased, knowing how difficult her journey to have a child has been, with no tact or compassion. After seeing her cry, she had the nerve to ask, 'Are you okay?' You are a terrible doctor.

The place is clean and efficient, and in my experience the doctors were skilled at addressing my problem. However, if you want a gentler trying-to-conceive journey, that was not my experience. Several times, even after procedures, staff shouted at me or raised their voices, though not all of them. A notice says not to abuse staff, but ironically patients are abused. If you are thick-skinned and can endure it, I think the medical treatment is effective.

We wanted a standard fertility assessment. As we had read, this would involve blood tests followed by semen analysis, and we were also considering possible genetic testing. We hoped the doctor would offer more insight, as Thomson Medical requires a consultation before testing. We arrived with great curiosity, openness, and genuine excitement as we considered trying to conceive, but we were deeply disappointed by the lack of care and clarity and by the assumptions made throughout the experience.
1) The doctor was texting. She did not look up at all, mumbled something, and continued texting without making eye contact or apologizing. We assumed she had had a long day, although this was unsettling. When she finally looked up, I smiled.
2) We registered as a couple, and reception knew this. However, I, the wife, was the only person the doctor addressed. I did not think much of it at the time, but after the consultation I felt overwhelmed, as though I alone was responsible because the conversation had been directed solely at me. Later I realized the receptionist had put only my personal details and label on the invoice and the doctor's paperwork. Why? Before we entered, a nurse had asked both my husband and me to verify our personal details as patients.

She spoke continuously about her own views without asking what we wanted to know or about our current circumstances, then questioned us very abruptly. She made many assumptions about us as patients and as a couple.
"Trying or not trying? Trying or not trying?"
"When was the last time you tried?"
Why could she not simply ask when we last had sex or intercourse?
When I answered "often/recently" and said I had not tracked it, she scoffed as though I were foolish, returned to her chart, and again went on about a mechanical approach. I tried to nod and smile and stay composed, although the volume of information she piled on us and the way she made something joyful feel mechanical and dull made me feel sick.

We booked a couples fertility testing appointment for $491, including excise tax as shown on the website, but after the consultation our total reached $1,400. Although we resolved part of the issue and the total became $1.2k, I remain very dissatisfied because we were not told that some procedures performed were not included in the package. We were also not informed of the costs before they were performed.
Everything else went smoothly and was excellent. However, this left a very poor impression. The procedures did not need to be performed immediately, and I could have had them done more cheaply elsewhere. The cost of a Pap smear alone could pay for a full health screening.
I greatly appreciate the staff's patience while we resolved this issue. Thank you. The nurses and doctors were also good, but greater transparency about charges would be better.

I arrived at 9 a.m. to see the doctor, had blood drawn at 10, and received the results! The staff were efficient and friendly; everyone was kind, and service was quick.

Your Google Maps page shows the wrong location and says it is on the 5th floor. It would be helpful to correct this, as the current information makes the office difficult to find.

My wife and I had an examination at the fertility center in May 2025. We paid the full amount at the appointment according to the invoice. Three months later, however, the center emailed asking me to pay a registration fee that should have been collected at the appointment. I have never encountered this before. Since we completed all examinations in May, the sudden request surprised me. If a registration fee was required, it should have been disclosed and included on the original invoice.

Dr. Zhou Jing is very gentle and highly skilled. My daughter's nose was very sensitive, with a lot of nasal discharge. After treatment from Dr. Zhou, her nose is no longer as sensitive.

I went to the clinic for a gynecology consultation and was shocked to find a $50 consultation fee on the bill. The front desk staff said patients were expected to read the fine print on the table stating that consultations lasting more than 20 minutes, including the scan, incur an additional charge. The time starts the moment the patient enters the examination room, which makes no sense. After the scan, our consultation lasted only 10 minutes. The staff also handled the matter poorly.
I am unlikely to return.

I had a very poor experience with their appointment management. I arrived for a 15.00 appointment because I had an online work meeting at 16.00. I waited 1 hour to see Dr. Janice, but she never saw us because I had to leave.
Why call me at 2.30PM for follow-up and make me travel here if you cannot be on time or inform patients that the queue is running 1 hour late? This is completely unacceptable and a total waste of patients' time.
If you cannot manage doctor scheduling properly, I do not think you can manage customer expectations, and this place does not deserve its 4.2 stars. Why would anyone return? It is poor management, and poor management reflects badly on the clinic.
I hope you take this feedback seriously rather than replying with a generic “thank you for your feedback,” which would waste both our time.

A colleague recommended this clinic for testing and treatment. We saw a female doctor, but she was extremely rushed and seemed reluctant to see us. She did not listen carefully or answer our questions patiently, was always eager to end the visit, and treated us as though we were inferior patients. She immediately recommended IVF. The doctor lacked patience and could not provide reasonable explanations, leaving us unsure what to do. For example, she gave us a syringe to try a mechanical method but did not explain to my wife, who was seeing her alone for the first time, how to use it. Worse still, at the second visit she even said that if all went well, she would rather not see us again. This is no way to treat patients, who are also customers, and certainly not how a doctor should behave, let alone a professional. Throughout the appointment, she talked only about IVF and was unwilling to listen to anything we said. She offered no alternatives or encouragement and instead came across as hostile and discouraging.
Her nurse, who was in the back using two phones, did not listen to us at all. Yet this was the nurse assigned to follow up with us. The nurse said she could not remember many details from the room and had little to say.
Given the price of more than 800, we expected every aspect of the experience to be better.
Clearly, we are not the only ones who have experienced this. Another four-page review describes the same experience we had. This shows that Thomson Paragon does not value customer feedback at all. What a disappointment.

This is our second time coming to Thomson, and honestly, the experience has been terrible.
During my follow-up tests after the doctor’s consultation, they were completely unsure why I was having the tests. I was then told the results would take 3-5 days, but I had to call them after 3 weeks to ask about my results. They already had them, but once again, no one knew why I had not been called.
They were also unsure who should update me on the results and asked me to email them so they could release them. What kind of process is this?
I also expected them to tell me what my next steps were, but they could not even do that.
Is this really a premium fertility center? Do you even know what you are doing? TERRIBLE
