    ♥️ I took time to decide on my choice here. It was only 1 week, but I researched carefully and reviewed the details. The facility is clean and new, with food available while you wait. There is also a very beautiful private lounge that I really like. ❇️ Most importantly, IVF is not expensive. Other places may charge a million, while prices here are in the hundreds of thousands. This is a very good option. There are no additional charges except for sending embryos for testing, and the shipping fee for testing is not very high. (However, if many embryos—such as 5-10 or more—are sent for testing, I hope there can be a promotion or promotional rate.) ✅ During IVF, the administrator answered questions quickly within 24 hours and communicated directly with Dr. Case, which I really liked. ✅ After IVF and egg retrieval, the clinic was lovely and served rice porridge. Patients undergoing egg retrieval have had no food or water for several hours, so this was very thoughtful and the service was excellent ♥️♥️ ♥️ I was impressed by the men's supplement; it worked very well. The medication helps prevent hair loss in men. I will definitely continue buying it because I tried many brands without results. However, it is a little expensive—almost 10,000 baht per bottle—but it works and is very effective. It would be great if the price could be slightly lower. ♥️ All staff respond well. The nurses are attentive, speak kindly, answer every question, listen to every concern, and keep developing and improving. Very good. I would like Thai patients to have a separate waiting room because some foreign patients speak loudly, especially when you have already waited several hours despite arriving at the scheduled time. Please provide a separate waiting room. Everything else is very good.

    We flew to Bangkok and completed our second IVF procedure here. Our case involved severe OAT and a high DFI. Fortunately, in addition to ICSI and IMSI, they have another technology suited to our case. The doctors and nurses are polite. They listened to the details of my previous failed IVF abroad and adjusted the medication. Most speak English, and some speak Chinese and Indonesian. We hope for the best outcome at this clinic 💕

    Clearly, I made an excellent choice for my first pregnancy🤰. The staff are very friendly, and their IVF, frozen embryo transfer, and intracytoplasmic sperm injection/single sperm injection techniques are highly professional! The laboratory's blastocyst culture technique is impressive; my success rate was nearly 95%. I am delighted to share that yesterday, seven days after blastocyst transfer, my pregnancy was officially confirmed. My HCG was as high as 133!!!! I love Dr. Wasin; he is the perfect doctor for me. 👍🏼 Wishing everyone a successful pregnancy! :)

    The clinic is on the roadside, so there is no designated parking—only street parking. However, I truly appreciated the security guard. He was cheerful, always tried to help me find a space, and kept an eye on the surrounding traffic. The staff were polite and attentive and offered good advice, although appointments could run slightly late. I was very dissatisfied with the male doctor. During the ultrasound, he explained nothing, so I had to ask questions myself. When discussing the results, he was rude and arrogant and did not understand the patient's needs. He repeatedly asked, "What do you want?" but offered no guidance on improving fertility. He only emphasized that my chances of conceiving naturally were low or almost nonexistent. I strongly disliked the male doctor who appeared to be the owner or person in charge. During the ultrasound, he was forceful and offered no explanation or information. The patient had to ask questions. When discussing the results, he was arrogant and did not understand the patient's needs. He asked questions such as, "What do you want?" He gave me no information about caring for my body to improve fertility and instead kept saying it would be difficult to have a child and that my chances of conceiving naturally were low or nearly zero, even though I was under 30.

    Dr. Vasin was terrible. He was rude and cold, and this was the worst medical experience I have ever had. Although the nurses and staff apologized, I am writing this review because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did. Here is what happened: I had an appointment today for a polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) evaluation and consultation. I am not planning to have children or freeze my eggs, and I knew they do not directly treat PCOS, but I still wanted a consultation. 📌 My appointment was at 1 p.m., but I did not see the doctor until 2:15 p.m. (That was fine; I could wait.) 📌 Before the ultrasound, the doctor did not speak to or greet me at all. He walked in, picked up the equipment, and started the exam. He was very cold and explained nothing (fine, I could accept that). 📌 During the consultation, the doctor never explained the results or treatment options. He provided no information and only said, “It is PCOS. There is no cure! We can’t do anything!” When I began asking about my concerns, he gave only a few curt words in an extremely inappropriate tone and manner. He even suggested that I look up the information myself using AI (unbelievable!). My boyfriend, who was sitting beside me, could no longer tolerate it, and I told the doctor to be polite and speak respectfully. Only then did his tone soften, and he apologized. After we left the exam room, the nurses and staff quickly came to help, which I greatly appreciated. They sat my boyfriend and me down, explained the results again, and apologized on the doctor’s behalf. We were very impressed with the nurses and staff. They helped us calm down and prevented the situation from escalating. The doctor’s attitude and communication need improvement. I do not know what the doctor was going through that day, but I hope he/she can show consideration for people who come to the clinic seeking help. He/she should not speak or behave that way.

    I want to share my experience! I underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with Dr. Wasin, and my baby was conceived here. My baby is now 6 months old. The clinic is clean, although parking is a little limited. Dr. Wasin is very kind and makes every checkup feel relaxed. He always says, “Don't be nervous. Relax, and everything will be fine.” The clinic staff are also wonderful.

    I wasted so much money throughout this process. The doctor knew I had experienced several failed transfers but offered no advice. I eventually had testing outside the clinic, which found a severe rejection response affecting blood supply and causing implantation failure. The test cost only 5,000-6,000 baht. When I asked why it was not done earlier, they said there had been no indication. The entire process cost 500,000-600,000 baht! They could have spent just 5,000-6,000 baht at the start to check for the problem. I regret wasting so much money. It was a lesson I will never forget.

    If the hospital is not ready to provide Social Security services in an industrial area with many users, please address it. I canceled. Seeing a doctor takes at least 4–5 hours. There are not enough doctors or nurses for Social Security patients. The system should be managed much better. Compared with other public hospitals offering Social Security, Ekchon Hospital and Phyathai Sriracha Hospital are the worst hospitals I have encountered in this area. Anyone considering transferring Social Security here should think carefully. Please read the reviews before transferring.

    I saw a doctor at Phyathai 2 using Social Security. This visit took a very long time—almost three hours.

    Please read this carefully to the end. I requested an ultrasound for right lower abdominal pain lasting 3 days. I was self-paying, without benefits or a social security card. >The front desk staff were excellent. They asked about my basic symptoms and spoke politely. >At general surgery, staff measured my blood pressure and took my medical history. They handled this well. >The next step was waiting to see the doctor. After 30 minutes, there were fewer patients and I thought my turn was close. I had already reached the front of the examination room. After 50 minutes, nearly 1 hour, I went to ask. The staff checked the queue and said I was next. In other words, I had already waited 1 hour. Less than 5 minutes later, an officer called me to see the doctor. It was the doctor who had just come out looking for an assistant. Reporting my symptoms, reviewing my history, and undergoing the examination took no more than 10 minutes. I was sent for an ultrasound. Before I went, the staff explained the examination price and the need to avoid food and drink. >At radiology, they greeted me, spoke politely, and asked for my VN number. My turn came in less than 20 minutes. I lay on the bed waiting for the doctor. The staff spoke very well and provided good service. >Examination process: We waited for the doctor to examine me, and because we were concerned about appendicitis and my ovaries, we asked questions. The doctor pointed to the projected images and also measured the size. >I returned to the same room, asked staff about the queue, and provided my VN because I was worried about missing my turn. The officer explained that I would need to wait for the results to be issued, which was understandable, so I waited. Then an officer came and asked me to wait outside the doctor's room. I was told that another doctor would report the results. We did not mind, so we agreed. >At surgery, I saw the doctor, who explained the results and the likely diagnosis. The plan was to monitor symptoms and prescribe medication, but I already had medication, so I did not take any. I raised my concerns and asked the doctor questions. The doctor answered clearly, listened to the staff, and spoke very well. >Billing: I walked over, provided my VN number, waited briefly, closed the visit, and paid. Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with the service, but the wait was long and no one checked or explained what patients were waiting for. Although I waited patiently with abdominal pain outside the examination room, I felt bad because I did not know what I was waiting for. If a nearby staff member had explained that it would take another hour, the patient could have gone to get something to eat first. Why wait without knowing? That is really all I wanted: to know what we were waiting for and receive an explanation we could understand, because we also work in this field. I do not know whether I missed something because nothing was clarified. If this could be improved, the experience would be excellent, because it was otherwise very good.

    January 29, 2025, 9:00 a.m. The registration staff outside the emergency department did not ask about the patient's eligibility for treatment. In our case, our baby was not moving, and we wanted a doctor to examine the fetus because we were ill and the baby had moved less the previous day. By that morning, there had been no movement. The staff member did not ask whether we were willing to pay ourselves. Instead, they assigned us to the Social Security internal medicine department. We were already worried and should have been sent to a gynecologist. As staff, they should have known the correct process. We followed their instructions, got in the vehicle, and waited to be taken to the Social Security internal medicine department. When we arrived, we sat for another hour before our history was taken. When it was our turn, the staff member asked what was wrong with the patient. We replied that the baby was not moving. The staff member then told us Social Security did not cover this situation and asked whether we could pay ourselves. We said we intended to pay ourselves. The staff then said the patient should contact gynecology next. We opened a self-pay treatment authorization. I ultimately had to move to another building and wait to be transferred again. After waiting in obstetrics, another staff member came and asked what was wrong. Social Security coverage could not be used, so we again said we would pay ourselves. We arrived at the hospital around 9 a.m. and waited until approximately 11 a.m. to be examined. Correct registration at the beginning could have led to faster admission, treatment, and examination.

    Dr. Chanchai Sumonwong The worst doctor I have encountered in my life. Worse than a government hospital. The examination and advice were rushed and worse than at a government hospital. You barely need to sit in the chair. He does not listen, ask questions, or give advice, and I had to repeat myself before he answered. I sounded like a crow. He did not respond. His answers were unhelpful. He only said PCOS is a symptom, but how can it be treated? He would not explain, answer, or recommend anything. When asked about other symptoms, he said nothing was abnormal. When asked about symptoms and medications, he told me to ask the doctor I had been seeing, who prescribed the medication, and said every medication was the same. This is also risky. Seeing this doctor will bring no benefit to your life. His statements do not reflect knowledge or ethics. This was the worst experience of my life. I wasted nearly 3,000 baht on an examination of lower quality than a free government hospital. Why does the hospital employ a doctor like this? He lowers the hospital's image. The nurse assigned patients to this doctor because his queue was short. I unfortunately assumed this hospital's specialists would be as good as specialists elsewhere, but that was not true. The nursing staff do their jobs well. You are all admirable. The health department's doctors are very good, but this specialist was terrible. I liked the restaurant. The service staff were pleasant and the setting comfortable, but the food tasted worse than dirt. Anyone visiting this hospital may need to research the doctors carefully. There are many hospitals to choose from in the Si Racha area.

    I came for my factory's annual health examination. The service was very slow, and I waited more than 3 hours for the results. The counter staff could not provide any estimate, even when asked, and only said which queue number was currently being served. Time management and the counter staff's ability to answer questions should be improved for patients' convenience.

    The patient appointment management system is terrible. This was not an emergency, but the system does not follow appointment order. Patients with earlier appointments arrive first, yet the treatment order is completely wrong. It is extremely chaotic.

    The physical examination took more than three hours, and with additional tests, more than four hours in total. Because the wait was so long, I had to ask about the order of the tests myself.     Everything else is good, but waiting 2-3 hours to pay is a problem that needs improvement. I am unsure of the exact cause, but if it is an insurance issue, you could recommend a faster insurer. I have brought my child here 3-4 times, and every visit has involved hours of waiting. Last time, we waited 2-3 hours and were exhausted.

    Although I had visited Phyathai Sriracha Hospital several times before for outpatient care with satisfactory results, today's experience in the ENT department was terrible. Last week, I booked a one-hour treatment, and the hospital confirmed it yesterday. I took half a day off work, arrived 20 minutes early, and registered. An hour later—40 minutes after my appointment time—I asked at the nurses' station. They could not explain why I had not been treated or estimate when I would be seen. I had to cancel the appointment and leave.

    I come here for regular checkups with Dr. Suthin in cardiology, who advises me and schedules visits every four months to monitor my blood vessels and sensitive nervous system. I have known him for seven or eight years and have learned a great deal from him. He is both a doctor and a trusted health adviser. My health and quality of life have improved. Regular medical visits help us learn how to prevent illness, and I can share that knowledge with those around me. Although treatment costs money, it is worthwhile if you can afford it. I recommend the clinic for cardiovascular care.

    Anyone considering this should think carefully. This is not a small amount of money. ICSI + testing 10 chromosomes + 2 embryo transfers + one month of hotel expenses cost over 300,000, and it did not succeed. The doctor was attentive and made me feel comfortable flying back and forth from Bangkok. Fortunately, we succeeded in one cycle and had 2 little ones.     In early 2025, my husband and I traveled from the United States to Nova Scotia, Canada, to begin our IVF journey at CM IVF. Overall, our experience was excellent. Dr. Mattawanon was wonderful—very patient, clear in her communication, and thorough in answering all my questions. She ultimately helped us achieve a successful pregnancy! The front desk staff were also very helpful. Although I sometimes felt they were frustrated with me because of language or cultural barriers, they were great overall. If you travel abroad, remember that you need to be patient because practices differ from place to place. The cost was very reasonable, and CM IVF was extremely helpful.

    We have completed treatment twice. Most recently, the scientists called to tell us some details about the egg retrieval. During egg retrieval and embryo transfer, my partner had an issue: he forgot everything the doctor had instructed. When they finally discovered the problem, they said they would take special care of us. I do not know whether the hundreds of thousands of baht we paid were worth this level of professionalism.

    Please remove the fingerprint scanning system. It is very strange. Everything else about the clinic is good, and I would give five stars if not for this issue. Forcing people to pay for this biometric technology is unreasonable. It creates many problems during use, and there is no identity verification when accessing the system.     Based on my experience requesting information, I believe the clinic staff's service needs improvement. When I asked about the clinic's programs, the staff only asked which program interested me and then explained that one. From a customer's perspective, someone seeking a consultation first wants an overview of each program so they can choose the one that suits them. This communication approach left me feeling that I had not received complete information. The tone and manner of the conversation were also inappropriate. Although the staff suggested using LINE for more information, people who make a special trip to the clinic in person may feel that their time has been wasted. I hope the clinic will consider these areas for improvement.

    Today I had an HCG blood test. The staff said they would call with the result in about two hours. One hour later, a staff member called, confirmed my name, and said, “Your HCG is high. You are pregnant. Please return Saturday for another blood test.” Then she hung up. I was overjoyed and about to tell my husband when the same person called again and said, “Sorry, we mixed up the results. Your test result is not ready yet.” I felt extremely upset and speechless. I spent hundreds of thousands of Thai baht, yet received such poor service. This mistake should never happen. Why did they not carefully verify the name before calling? They should know how sensitive this is, and checking a name before calling is not difficult. I have now received the correct result: I am not pregnant. After hearing the truth, I was disappointed not because I was not pregnant, but because of the clinic. Finally, I want to tell clinic management that staff training must improve. This must not happen again. It not only undermines the clinic's professionalism and value but also damages its reputation.

    I am currently receiving treatment from Dr. Worashorn, and I cannot praise her enough. She is compassionate and kind, with a gentle, warm manner. The staff are also wonderful 🙏🏼 From the cashier and English-speaking staff to triage and the medication/injection room, everyone is excellent. They are all friendly and welcoming, making every clinic visit feel comfortable. The nurses assisting Dr. W are equally kind and helpful. When I had surgery here, everyone—from the skilled anesthesiologist to the bedside nurses—was gentle and kind. Excellent clinical care and attentive service. As a foreigner from the United States, I did not know what to expect. I am very grateful to this clinic and highly recommend it for fertility treatment.     In my experience, the doctors appeared competent and professional, although I have no direct basis for comparison. The front desk could be better organized and friendlier. Feeling cared for is especially important when dealing with such a sensitive subject. Price transparency also needs improvement. Costs were not always clearly disclosed in advance, and we often received unexpected additional bills. A clearer overview from the beginning would have been helpful. The rooms were clean and the equipment was modern.
