Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with the receptionist’s behavior during my appointment today, May 29, at 9:00 a.m. We arrived about 15 minutes early. I visit Reach Fertility frequently, almost every week, and have always had a positive impression of the staff. However, this receptionist was rude and unfriendly from the start. She also said only one guest was allowed in the reception area, which surprised me because I have attended many appointments with my father, mother, and husband and had never encountered or been told of this rule. Today I brought my aunt and cousin, who were visiting from abroad and wanted to accompany me. My father also came but ultimately had to leave. This upset me because he is my father and accompanies me to almost every appointment. None of them intended to enter the exam room; they only wanted to sit with me in reception. I was only there for a simple blood test, so the appointment was brief. There were many empty seats in the waiting room, and the clinic was not crowded. If reception had been full, I would have understood and asked them to wait elsewhere. Unfortunately, the receptionist asked them to leave in a very unpleasant manner, making us extremely uncomfortable. Worse, she kept staring at us while we sat there, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I am also a receptionist, and I would never ask a patient’s family or guests to leave this way. I understand that clinics may have policies, but courtesy and professionalism still matter. This was the first time I had seen her at the front desk, and I sincerely believe she should speak to patients and their families more politely and respectfully. I simply wanted to share this feedback because I genuinely enjoy visiting Reach Fertility and have never experienced this kind of treatment before. Other than this, every appointment has been pleasant, and I have been happy with the other receptionists. Dr. Ann Morris has also been wonderful at every visit. Thank you.

Reach was my second fertility clinic. I left the first because of poor communication and a lack of care. At my first Reach appointment, I met Grace Perez, and that meeting convinced me I had found the right place. I am now pregnant with our first child through IVF. I am very grateful to the Reach team. They always answer my questions promptly and call at every stage to explain the process in detail. I could not have reached this point without them. Thank you to everyone at Reach, especially Grace and Gillian, who provided most of my care, answered every question, and eased my anxiety.

From start to finish, our experience at Reach was flawless, and every staff member we met made us feel welcome. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at REACH and successfully conceived two children. Grace Perez and her team were kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. As an LGBT couple, we also felt welcomed and respected.

IVF is a long and difficult process. Taylor Holt and her team at REACH kept us informed, answered all of our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The portal made it very easy to communicate, and the team was always very quick to respond. We welcomed our daughter in November. We are so thankful for REACH and the services they provide.

I wish I could give less than one star. 1. Be prepared: the people at this clinic do not actually review your chart before seeing you. Every time I went in, they asked whether I had done IVF or IUI. I had done neither; why could they not take two seconds to check before entering the room? 2. They scheduled my Friday appointment at the wrong office—my final appointment with them. When I arrived at the office I always used, they told me I was wrong and asked whether I could adjust my work schedule. No. My job pays me, and I then pay you. I had already taken an hour off to come to my usual office, but you scheduled me incorrectly. Something felt wrong, and I wanted to see a doctor that day. You would think a fertility clinic would understand that many patients have experienced difficult events, but their response was terrible and arrogant. I then saw a doctor—and, by the way, you see someone different at every appointment—who slapped an ultrasound photo on the table and said, “You’re pregnant! Stop looking for trouble!” Wow. A doctor had never spoken to me that way. Again, you work at a fertility clinic where women have experienced problems. We are not looking for trouble; we are responding to past experience. He then made me feel bad for asking about symptoms and as though I should apologize. The nurse looked at me and said she would schedule a one-week follow-up. No, she would not. They can find someone else willing to tolerate being spoken to this way, but it will not be me.

IVF is certainly not a pleasant experience, but before the recent birth of our daughter, our experience at REACH was excellent. The nursing team in particular was always helpful and attentive, quickly answering all my questions by phone or through the patient portal. Grace-Perez was wonderful, kept us updated, and often resolved our concerns. I recommend REACH to anyone exploring fertility options.

I worked with Dr. Downs at Reach Fertility, and she and her team were wonderful. My nurse Gillian responded very promptly whenever I had questions, making the process much smoother. Much of the education and most communication with doctors and nurses occurred through their online portal. This requires some self-study, but the support team is available whenever needed. At age 40, I completed my first and only IVF cycle at Reach, and it was very successful. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Downs and her team for their attentive care and guidance.

Reach was amazing! They were extremely helpful throughout the IVF process. Whenever I had questions, they were always available. It was very convenient to contact them through the portal, and they responded very quickly. Even on weekends, they immediately helped if I had an urgent issue. I have interacted with many healthcare professionals at this clinic, and they care deeply about their patients. They thoughtfully develop the best care plan for each patient, and their providers do not rush like those at other clinics. I highly recommend working with this team!

My personal experience at REACH was excellent. We retrieved 43 eggs, which was incredible, and Dr. Whelan was my doctor. I visited all the locations, and everyone was friendly and caring. I know many people have had billing issues, but we never did. Our first transfer failed, but the second succeeded. I would definitely see Dr. Whelan again.

Reach Fertility gave my wife and me hope of becoming first-time mothers! My wife had previously been told she would never be able to conceive. We were discouraged until we came here and received a second opinion. They reassured us and provided the care my wife needed. After testing and medication, we decided to proceed with in vitro fertilization (IVF). We completed treatment and stayed optimistic. After 14 days, bloodwork brought the wonderful news that my wife was pregnant! We are so excited and cannot wait for our baby to arrive!!! Thank you, Reach team!

I highly recommend REACH Fertility and its team of specialists for all fertility needs. From the initial consultation and education through the entire supportive and compassionate process, our experience was excellent. At every step and appointment, we were met with smiles and empathetic care. All staff members, especially the Taylor Holt team, communicated well, listened to our concerns, answered every question, and were only a phone call or email away. We never felt like a number or statistic and were always treated with respect and dignity.

I used to be very skeptical of REACH. I thought it was like a “factory” and did not provide personalized care like other fertility specialty clinics—but I was wrong!! Dr. Wing is very knowledgeable, and EMILY, RN, is extremely compassionate and always responds quickly to questions or concerns! Kelly, RN, is very patient and kind and does an excellent job with medication management. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

Thank you, Reach Fertility, for a wonderful experience! Ours is a nontraditional pregnancy, and we are using a surrogate to welcome our son. Over the past six months, our intended parents and surrogate have had an excellent experience working with Reach. We sent our embryos to the clinic without any problems. Communication was consistently smooth, and messages or document requests through the portal were always answered quickly. Both Dr. Katz and Dr. Downs worked with us. Their medical staff were pleasant, and the nurses were always thoughtful. We highly recommend Reach!

I visited several fertility clinics looking for one willing to invest the time and effort to help my fiancé and me through this difficult process. I especially want to thank the front desk and insurance teams. Tasha at the front desk is a joy. She often knows patients by name, warmly greets me every time, makes sure I am comfortable on procedure days, and helps me understand what is happening. If she does not know an answer, she calls whoever is needed until we figure it out. To be honest, the billing team can sometimes be hard to reach, and the clinical side can make you feel like just another patient. But the insurance team and the women you meet face-to-face are a gift; they always restore a sense of humanity and compassion. They make an overwhelming process more manageable, and I am truly grateful. My journey is not over yet, but I look forward to the outcome.

September will mark my ninth year working at Reach Fertility. I work in billing, providing follow-up after patients complete services, helping obtain financial authorization for treatment cycles and related procedures, sending account statements, and more. I love working here and helping patients "build families" in my own way. I went through this myself many years ago, before technology was as advanced as it is today at Reach Fertility. Since graduating from Reach Fertility, I have seen many successful pregnancies and patients joyfully move on to their obstetricians. As a billing specialist, I often encounter patients who do not understand their bills because they are unfamiliar with fertility insurance benefits, such as deductibles, coinsurance, and other billing terms, or do not fully understand which services are included within or outside their fertility cycle. Unfortunately, misunderstandings sometimes lead to negative reviews. Understanding your fertility insurance benefits is vital on the journey to build your family. Reach Fertility's pre-service financial team is committed to helping you understand the financial aspects of fertility care, whether covered by insurance or self-pay. Wishing you all the best!

I hardly know where to begin. I just had an HSG here, and this facility truly deserves its 3.1 Google rating. The service was terrible. After the HSG, while urine was dripping onto the bed, they did not even provide tissues or paper towels; you had to figure it out yourself. Fortunately, this was not new to me, so I knew what to do. If this is your first HSG, go somewhere that will not traumatize you. The “care” described in their services and tests is something they choose not to provide.

We had too many medical and billing problems at REACH to list in a Google review. After wasting thousands of dollars there, we changed fertility centers and are finally making progress. There is good reason this center's Google rating is so low.

Incompetent billing. It took over two years to resolve, over a $55 copay. Poor attitude. This is why we ultimately did not return to this provider.

They do not provide your medical records when requested, and they do not answer the phone when you call. No one in the office does anything except collect a paycheck while sitting at the front desk or in the back office.

I am very grateful to Dr. Ann Morris and the team for their guidance and care during my IUI journey. We received the good news we had been hoping for, and I am so glad I chose Reach for this wonderful experience. We deeply appreciate everything you did for us and will always remember the role you played in helping us take this important step toward growing our family.

After a long and emotional journey, I am finally pregnant—and I have just graduated from the clinic with a strong heartbeat and a healthy baby! Caremaps technology is an absolute blessing and cutting-edge, and REACH is the only clinic in the country to have it! IVF can be overwhelming, but at REACH I never felt alone. They celebrated every milestone with me and cared for me so genuinely. Words cannot express how grateful I am to this clinic. If you are considering fertility treatment, trust this team. My experience at REACH Fertility was extraordinary. It took me years to write this review, but I could not have asked for a better team and was glad to work with them. Dr. Katz and his team truly care about patients' well-being. The nurses who helped us were kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Mackenzie and Serena made us feel seen and consistently took time to answer our questions. We appreciate the transparency Dr. Katz and his team provided throughout our care.

I would give negative stars if I could. This was the worst treatment. I had to pay every time I went in, and my test results were not completed promptly. When I contacted them, I was told my case was under review. Melinda, I am still waiting for you to contact me. Sadly, this place does not care about people's feelings. Treating people this way is shameful.

I had my egg retrieval this morning, and the medical staff were wonderful. I arrived in severe pain from cramping, and every nurse took time to make sure I was comfortable. They went above and beyond and truly made me feel seen and cared for! 🫶🏻
