We chose this clinic because it was right by our home. However, this Chicago location is often closed, and they make us drive to Hoffman Estates several times a month just for bloodwork and a five-minute ultrasound. The round trip takes three hours on weekdays, we only have one car, and gas prices are rising, making this very inconvenient. Had we known how much time we would spend traveling, we definitely would not have chosen this clinic.

I visited this clinic in 2024, and Dr. Lu was very pessimistic about my treatment plan. This was apparently because of my age, but all my test results were above average, which made it even more confusing. After a series of tests, some of which were very painful, it was finally time to begin IVF. However, because of their disorganized scheduling and the excuse that the “lab was on vacation,” I could not proceed. It was near the end of the year and I had already met my insurance deductible, so this was very frustrating. They said we could begin treatment at the start of the new year, but I never heard from them again. Of course, I could have followed up, but I did not because I was so disappointed by my previous experience and ultimately abandoned the idea of continuing treatment there. It is now late 2025, and I have received a bill for a visit in August 2024. Based on my understanding and insurance coverage, most services should have been covered, so I do not understand why the bill arrived so late, or why I received it at all. I suspect InVia ordered expensive and unnecessary genetic tests that were not billed correctly to insurance, leaving the patient responsible. I am very disappointed with my experience and chose this clinic only because it was the closest in-network facility. The only positive was that several nurses were very kind during invasive procedures, which is why I gave one additional star.

This fertility clinic has truly meant so much to me. Dr. Iko is an exceptional doctor—she genuinely listens to every concern, never dismisses questions, and always makes me feel heard, understood, and cared for. In a journey that can feel overwhelming and emotional, her compassion and attentiveness make all the difference. The staff is equally wonderful, especially Hannah, the patient navigator. She is incredibly responsive, always answering messages quickly and thoughtfully, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her support has been constant and reassuring. I’m deeply grateful for this entire team and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive fertility care.

Dr. Sigal and her team are wonderful, and we are very grateful for them. My husband and I have had an excellent experience so far. I highly recommend every Invia Fertility location! Communication is excellent and clear, and they address any questions or concerns about your health. They do not pressure you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable. They try to understand and follow your preferences and health history! Appointments also run on time! They genuinely care about their patients, not just their money! We are excited to begin this journey with Invia Fertility! Thank you all for your help, hard work, and care. May God bless you all!

I had surgery for a uterine septum. No one mentions it, but while it creates a better environment for a baby, it completely changes the intensity of your periods and the amount of pain you feel each month. Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu performed the surgery, and I could not recommend anyone more highly. She is amazing. She explained everything thoroughly before and after. She has a wonderful heart and makes sure you receive follow-up care. I am very glad I chose Invia for my surgery.

I keep calling, but no one answers.

They said we could not schedule an IVF appointment without a referral, even though we had no issue doing so at the other clinic we ultimately used.

Their scheduling is extremely inflexible, and the nurses are rude and incompetent. They sent me instructions for 1 progesterone tablet even though I take 3 daily. They did not schedule my FET appointment until the day before, which was Sunday, even though they knew it would be the following Monday. I had started a new job and requested the first appointment, but I was told FET was not a priority. I requested the last appointment and was told the doctor would not wait if she had fewer patients. The appointment time was inconvenient, but they refused to change it and threatened that my embryo would be refrozen if I was late. Refreezing and thawing are not good for an embryo. For the FET, I also took Valium, but they sent instructions that did not include it and never sent instructions that did. In addition, embryology was difficult to reach over the weekend, which made me even more anxious before Monday's FET. Update: I became pregnant from my first FET, so I added one star. The embryo was euploid, and my endometrium was in good condition. Dr. Luu did not avoid working weekends. Also, Monica, the ultrasound technician in Chicago, is excellent. She is very gentle with blood draws and ultrasounds, and whether you arrive early, late, or travel to Chicago from an appointment at another location, she does not make you wait.
