Doctor Introduction

Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu, United States

Specialty

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

Infertility, reproductive surgery, and fertility preservation

Thanh Ha Luu, MD, earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Cleveland Clinic and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Colorado.

Dr. Luu is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is passionate about preserving fertility for patients at risk of infertility and improving access to care for everyone needing infertility services. She has been an active RESOLVE member and, during fellowship, helped advocate for infertility insurance coverage for Colorado residents.

As a medical researcher, Dr. Luu has authored peer-reviewed publications on endometriosis and translational research in obesity and infertility and ovarian immunology. Her research was named one of the top 10 abstracts at the 2020 Pacific Coast Reproductive Society meeting.

Alongside research, Dr. Luu is committed to excellent patient care. Having personally experienced infertility and IVF, she feels a distinctive connection with patients going through the process. Her experience enriches her practice and informs her understanding of the importance of clear communication, compassionate care, and patient involvement in achieving optimal outcomes.

Dr. Luu cites three reasons that confirmed her decision to join Invia Fertility. First, she was impressed by Invia's excellent clinical care and teamwork among physicians, nurses, and the laboratory. Second, Invia's nationally leading success rates reflect the excellent laboratory and clinical care she observed. Finally, the many academic and research activities involving Invia's physicians strongly appeal to someone committed to evidence-based medicine.

Dr. Luu is from Vietnam and has lived and traveled in many places. Chicago has been home since 2007, when she worked at Northwestern University helping patients and researching patient navigation in cancer care. She is happy to return to Chicago and reunite with her large network of family and friends. In her free time, Dr. Luu enjoys travel and looks forward to more of it as COVID pandemic restrictions permit.

Their scheduling is extremely inflexible, and the nurses are rude and incompetent. They sent me instructions for 1 progesterone tablet even though I take 3 daily. They did not schedule my FET appointment until the day before, which was Sunday, even though they knew it would be the following Monday. I had started a new job and requested the first appointment, but I was told FET was not a priority. I requested the last appointment and was told the doctor would not wait if she had fewer patients. The appointment time was inconvenient, but they refused to change it and threatened that my embryo would be refrozen if I was late. Refreezing and thawing are not good for an embryo. For the FET, I also took Valium, but they sent instructions that did not include it and never sent instructions that did. In addition, embryology was difficult to reach over the weekend, which made me even more anxious before Monday's FET. Update: I became pregnant from my first FET, so I added one star. The embryo was euploid, and my endometrium was in good condition. Dr. Luu did not avoid working weekends. Also, Monica, the ultrasound technician in Chicago, is excellent. She is very gentle with blood draws and ultrasounds, and whether you arrive early, late, or travel to Chicago from an appointment at another location, she does not make you wait.

They said we could not schedule an IVF appointment without a referral, even though we had no issue doing so at the other clinic we ultimately used.

I had surgery for a uterine septum. No one mentions it, but while it creates a better environment for a baby, it completely changes the intensity of your periods and the amount of pain you feel each month. Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu performed the surgery, and I could not recommend anyone more highly. She is amazing. She explained everything thoroughly before and after. She has a wonderful heart and makes sure you receive follow-up care. I am very glad I chose Invia for my surgery.

Dr. Sigal and her team are wonderful, and we are very grateful for them. My husband and I have had an excellent experience so far. I highly recommend every Invia Fertility location! Communication is excellent and clear, and they address any questions or concerns about your health. They do not pressure you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable. They try to understand and follow your preferences and health history! Appointments also run on time! They genuinely care about their patients, not just their money! We are excited to begin this journey with Invia Fertility! Thank you all for your help, hard work, and care. May God bless you all!

This fertility clinic has truly meant so much to me. Dr. Iko is an exceptional doctor—she genuinely listens to every concern, never dismisses questions, and always makes me feel heard, understood, and cared for. In a journey that can feel overwhelming and emotional, her compassion and attentiveness make all the difference. The staff is equally wonderful, especially Hannah, the patient navigator. She is incredibly responsive, always answering messages quickly and thoughtfully, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her support has been constant and reassuring. I’m deeply grateful for this entire team and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive fertility care.

I visited this clinic in 2024, and Dr. Lu was very pessimistic about my treatment plan. This was apparently because of my age, but all my test results were above average, which made it even more confusing. After a series of tests, some of which were very painful, it was finally time to begin IVF. However, because of their disorganized scheduling and the excuse that the “lab was on vacation,” I could not proceed. It was near the end of the year and I had already met my insurance deductible, so this was very frustrating. They said we could begin treatment at the start of the new year, but I never heard from them again. Of course, I could have followed up, but I did not because I was so disappointed by my previous experience and ultimately abandoned the idea of continuing treatment there. It is now late 2025, and I have received a bill for a visit in August 2024. Based on my understanding and insurance coverage, most services should have been covered, so I do not understand why the bill arrived so late, or why I received it at all. I suspect InVia ordered expensive and unnecessary genetic tests that were not billed correctly to insurance, leaving the patient responsible. I am very disappointed with my experience and chose this clinic only because it was the closest in-network facility. The only positive was that several nurses were very kind during invasive procedures, which is why I gave one additional star.

We chose this clinic because it was right by our home. However, this Chicago location is often closed, and they make us drive to Hoffman Estates several times a month just for bloodwork and a five-minute ultrasound. The round trip takes three hours on weekdays, we only have one car, and gas prices are rising, making this very inconvenient. Had we known how much time we would spend traveling, we definitely would not have chosen this clinic.

I am very grateful for the wonderful experience at Invia Fertility in Hoffman Estates. Thanks to Dr. Puscheck, my surgery went smoothly and was successful. Special thanks to Victoria, who helped me tremendously with insurance. I could not have completed the surgery without her help. Thank you very much!

Dr. Klipstein is an excellent physician who is patient and kind. She has many ideas and techniques aimed at achieving success. Her sense of humor is also very effective at calming nerves and hormones. I also highly recommend Dr. Puscheck. She is easy to talk to and very optimistic. During fertility treatment at InVia Fertility, things can sometimes become confusing, but once you bring an issue to their attention, they respond quickly and correct it. Pay close attention to appointments and insurance/billing details to ensure timely handling and reduce last-minute stress. Do not hesitate to ask questions; they are knowledgeable and happy to guide you. Hoffman Estates has been my main location for appointments and procedures with the doctor. For routine ultrasounds and bloodwork, they also have other potentially more convenient locations in Arlington Heights, Northbrook, and Crystal Lake, as well as locations in Chicago and Rockford. For specific medical and procedural questions, it is best to contact the nurses through portal messages. They are very responsive when you write rather than call. During busy periods, we all know that phone calls can take more time and be harder to answer than messages. Understandably, it is best to speak directly with the doctor during a dedicated consultation appointment or call. They have begun using Cloud Rx, which contacts pharmacies for you so medication can be ordered and delivered quickly. After previously dealing with the call center, this was a great relief. It is wonderful that InVia is working to improve the patient experience. Their main website also provides helpful videos showing how to take all medications safely and correctly. In such an unhappy, high-pressure setting, the staff do their best to help people regain control of their lives. I met all kinds of people—doctors, ultrasound technicians, nurses, front desk staff, and phlebotomists—who felt like a warm hug during the painful process of seeking fertility help. Whenever you are feeling positive, the staff here readily return your laughter or smile!

After 2.5 years of infertility and one round of IVF, we are nearly 15 weeks pregnant! We are extremely grateful to this clinic, especially Dr. Klipstein.

We are deeply grateful for the incredible care and support we received. Dr. Kaland and his entire team provided exceptional expertise, compassion, and guidance throughout our journey. They made an otherwise challenging process smooth, pleasant, and truly special. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and kindness, which have had a lasting impact on our lives. We highly recommend this outstanding team to anyone seeking exceptional care. Thank you for helping us receive the greatest blessing of all!

I am deeply grateful for everything you have done for me and my family. Dr. Krande is the best. His guidance, expertise, and kindness meant so much to us. He gave us hope and the possibility of beginning a beautiful new chapter, something we had dreamed of for a long time. I am extremely grateful for your care and dedication, which played a vital role in bringing us closer to our dream of a family. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.

An honest review of Invia Fertility My wife and I spent more than a year and a half with Invia Fertility. We will always be grateful that the journey ultimately gave us our healthy baby girl, but we would not recommend this clinic. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Their outdated, one-way portal often went unanswered, and calls rarely received prompt or useful responses. We had to chase basic information at every step. Although management promised improvement, the same errors continued week after week. Apologies became routine, but action never followed. At Hoffman Estates, staff felt cold and detached—more like ‘in and out’ than the compassionate care expected during such a heartbreaking process. By contrast, the Crystal Lake technicians were a bright spot: kind, encouraging, and a rare example of how this experience should feel. Appointments were disorganized, prescriptions incomplete, and billing confusing and error-prone. More than once we left appointments in tears, not only from the stress of fertility treatment, but because the clinic felt unsupportive and even indifferent. Invia fell short too often during a process that demands empathy and clarity. We are grateful for the outcome, but the experience was much harder than it needed to be, so we cannot recommend them.

I do not feel this is a ‘miracle’ clinic. It seems geared toward healthy people who need only a little help, so it may not be well suited to complex cases. Like most clinics of this kind, it offers nothing for men. A relatively healthy couple tried three times here without success. The staff were nice, however. Perhaps it was an outlier; I do not know. I have also seen positive reviews here.

They are wonderful and trustworthy. We just welcomed our baby, and the team is dependable and friendly.

Have you ever had this feeling? If not, choose Invia and you will feel like an ATM. They treat every patient like a cash register, trying to extract more money without performing any meaningful tests to determine the cause of infertility. After nearly a year of treatment with IUI and IVF, they still had no idea what the problem was and refused every requested test. Spend your money at a practice that genuinely cares about you rather than treating you like a dollar sign.
    Aug 12, 2025
Do not go here. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I began this journey in November 2024 when I underwent IUI. According to Invia's doctors and nurses, everything ‘looked great.’ After the second IUI, I had to take progesterone. No doctor or nurse told me the medication would delay my period. This was one of many distressing realities I had to discover on my own. We completed another cycle, again without success. We then proceeded with IVF. Both transfers failed, again with no explanation. Invia seems to embody the definition of insanity: repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome in a patient's journey toward pregnancy. Our third and final embryo transfer through IVF occurred after we had spent a great deal of money, and ultimately one embryo succeeded. My doctor recommended that I ‘take a month off’ to reset my body. During that month, I repeatedly requested additional testing because our doctor essentially said, ‘I do not know what is wrong.’ When I requested specific tests, such as a hysteroscopy to check for endometriosis, the doctor laughed and said I was ‘putting the cart before the horse,’ even though all my test results were normal and I know several people with silent endometriosis. I have now used my final viable embryo. Invia still has not explained why I am not pregnant. Finally, my doctor called me after every negative pregnancy test. For the final negative result, after I requested more testing and was refused, she had her nurse deliver the news through the patient portal. In addition, my husband and I are convinced that two of our ‘nurse’ consultations were conducted not by nurses but by general staff. After I asked a question, one person left the meeting and said, ‘Let me ask the nurse to confirm.’ Because we trusted Invia, we lost the $30,000 lifetime fertility benefit provided by our insurance, along with tens of thousands of dollars of our own money. I repeat: do not come here!

After a long journey trying to conceive, I am finally pregnant with a boy and could not be happier! With the help of Dr. Karande and his wonderful team, who supported me throughout, I finally succeeded. There was pain, disappointment, and the pure joy of seeing the ultrasound images. I could not have done it without their kindness, patience, and care. Forever grateful!
    Oct 4, 2025
My experience at InVia Fertility was very disappointing. From the beginning, their focus was on money rather than patient care. They quoted only one set of fees, but I later received unexpected bills from outside laboratories that had never been explained in advance. Communication was extremely poor—messages went unanswered for days, and I rarely saw the doctor directly. Most communication was rushed through staff members who seemed unconcerned about my situation. When things did not go well, there was almost no compassion or follow-up, making an already difficult process even harder. I would give the support team only one star!
    Oct 4, 2025
From my first appointment through my interactions with the doctors and nurses, my experience at the clinic was very positive and professional. Dr. Karande is wonderful. At each location where I had appointments, I felt welcome. The doctors—I ultimately saw more than one—were always clear and honest about what to expect. My estimates, timeline, and treatment instructions were easy to understand, and the doctors sent reminders for complex matters. I highly recommend Invia for any fertility-related care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karande and his team. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about how I felt. Danielle, whose last name I did not catch, was especially outstanding. She works at both the Arlington Heights and Northbrook locations and was always gentle and kind. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. I am very grateful for their care and understanding. I could not have asked for a better team.

This is simply a poorly run money-making operation. These so-called “professionals” are the most incompetent I have ever encountered. No clinic should be this disorganized. Their online advertising is full of lies. Personalized service? Expect infuriating automated replies. Satellite clinics? Always closed because they are too cheap to hire staff. Avoid this clinic and choose anywhere else.
    Apr 9, 2026
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Callander and his excellent team. He was kind, patient, clear, and candid. The process felt much easier because I always knew what to expect. The staff were also warm and friendly. Their support and efforts to reassure me meant a great deal. I recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a fertility specialist who is both caring and professional.
    May 13, 2026
The billing department is absolutely terrible. It is not that they are incompetent; they deliberately find ways to take your money. They delay, collect your payment, and include the unpaid insurance portion. When the insurance payment arrives, the money magically disappears. Everyone else deserves five stars. Billing staff also have a "you will pay anyway" attitude, so they are rude to everyone.
    May 5, 2026
After today’s appointment I am switching doctor. MEGAN the front desk girl is super unprofessional and rude. Today I checked in for blood work and they took me 45 min later . The nurse who was taking my blood apologized to me for the wait and said she had no idea that I am here. This is very strange so I decided to ask MEGAN ( the rude front desk girl) why this keeps happening bc this is not the first time … with rude and cold face she answered “ so did you get your blood drawn or not”? …. I was like “yeah” …Her mean attitude made me very upset and decided to leave bc in her eyes there was no compassion just careless behavior. I don’t want my IVF Jurney to this unpleasant . I am want to enjoy this journey that’s why I am choosing to look for a different facility . I STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. All the 1 star review are true. They only call when you need to pay bills. No empathy or compassion whatsoever. I am glad I didnt start IVF -WITH THEM. It would have been total hell. Dr. Klipstein is a nice person overall , with very warm and calm personality BUT, every appointment we had was very quick and she doesn’t seem to want to answer many questions which is little disappointing bc it is such an emotional experience for many woman. I am super disappointed and hope they change customer service personal especially Megan . She is the face of the practice people come up to her and she gives very awful vibes.

My partner and I were able to welcome our beautiful daughter and grow our family thanks to the attentive care of the InVia medical staff. The journey was long and challenging, and sometimes very stressful, but their kindness, professionalism, and consistent support made every step easier. The only drawback was that the facility was somewhat dated and could use renovation. However, the excellent medical care we received more than made up for it. Billing communication could also be improved. We did not know there was money in our account allocated to embryo storage fees until we contacted the clinic after repeatedly not receiving a bill.

After two egg retrievals and one unsuccessful transfer elsewhere, I came to InVia because I was dissatisfied with the results and lack of attentive care. After one retrieval and one transfer at InVia, I am now successfully pregnant and could not be happier! Dr. Karande gave me expert guidance during ovarian stimulation, Dr. Puscheck took exceptional care of me during the retrieval, and Dr. Klipstein performed an excellent transfer. I have complete confidence in all three doctors, and you will be well cared for with any of them. At 39, I had felt uncertain about whether I could become a mother, but after only 3-4 months of treatment at InVia, I was pregnant! Thank you, InVia team ❤️

Dr. Klipstein listened carefully to all my concerns and worked with my husband and me to create a plan for the next stage of treatment. She was compassionate, confident, and patient. She always asked whether my husband or I had any questions. I was very satisfied with the plan we developed, and her team was responsive, consistently professional, and very thorough with scheduling and medication instructions. I am grateful to have her guiding my fertility treatment. I have just safely delivered my second IVF baby. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Klipstein!

Long ago, I decided to remain silent about my experience at InVia and with Dr. Klipstein, but a friend's recent experience made me feel that I could no longer stay quiet and allow other women to waste their time at this joke of a fertility clinic. I had received various fertility treatments for five years. During that time, we consulted many doctors for their opinions, and because we moved 4 times, we also had to change clinics. During the pandemic, we decided to seek treatment closer to home and ultimately chose InVia on another doctor's recommendation. Dr. Klipstein spent an hour with my husband and me but did not provide any genuinely new or useful information, which was disappointing. More importantly, at the end of the hour she told me that, because of their BMI requirement, I would have to lose 50 pounds before they would perform an egg retrieval. This was not due to concerns about egg quality or fertility, but because they considered me an anesthesia risk. I explained that I had previously undergone egg retrieval and 21 surgeries without any anesthesia complications—and anesthesia is not even essential for egg retrieval. She insisted it was clinic policy rather than her decision. When I asked to discuss this with anesthesia or the medical director responsible for the policy, I was ignored. So, literally, before I spent $350 on a consultation and wasted an hour, was my BMI not clear from my medical history? When I explained how difficult losing weight was with conditions such as PCOS—I was working closely with a dietitian on diet and exercise and doing everything possible—she pushed the keto diet. Of course, this was through her clinic at additional cost, giving them more money, and it is an extremely risky diet for women with PCOS who already face cardiac risk. But since the clinic sponsored this expensive program, I am sure it generated more money for them. InVia's home page states, “You are more than a number!” That is supposedly their motto. Yet they refuse patients they think will not improve their success rates, while shaming women and making them scapegoats. I would avoid this clinic like the plague. I have told everyone I know, and they feel the same way.

Dr. Karande helped us become pregnant with our first transfer. We were allowed to have a “natural” transfer, which made the process much easier. Dr. Karande is highly skilled and knowledgeable. We live in the northern suburbs, so I was relieved to learn that I could use their Northbrook satellite location for monitoring. Sheila at the Northbrook office is truly an angel. Her ultrasounds were always thorough. I never left her office feeling that I needed more information. I am very glad we chose Invia!

Beware: this doctor hires fake reviewers. His clinic is nothing more than a scam. They work with commissioned laboratories, fraudulently bill insurance, and try to take money from patients.

This clinic is terrible. They move at a snail’s pace during testing and show no care for patients. They are never on time and are often 25–30 minutes late, which is completely unacceptable, especially when I specifically scheduled a 6:45 a.m. appointment to complete testing on time.

Such wonderful staff! Nancy is by far the most amazing person I have ever met! I highly recommend this facility.
    Sep 12, 2024
I wish I could say I even attended my scheduled appointment. Saying I had the worst experience at the Crystal Lake office would be an understatement. I chose this office after hearing positive reviews of Dr. Karande. My first interaction with the woman at the front desk when I arrived early left me embarrassed—not only for this office, but for everyone in healthcare—and insulted as a mother. She has clearly been allowed to make disrespectful comments to patients for far too long. I feel sorry for the office staff behind her, who likely hear her berate other people going through a very sensitive and emotional time. She needs better training and education on speaking kindly and respectfully to women with fertility difficulties. She does not belong in this field. Many women bear this emotional burden every day, and I was told my appointment would be greatly shortened because I had not completed laboratory testing before the consultation. I did not know this was required. She made me feel that my infertility was entirely my fault. No woman should be made to feel that way. Eighteen minutes before the appointment, as I was about to enter the parking lot, a very kind nurse called to ask whether I had the laboratory tests scheduled for the appointment. As I said, I did not know they were required for this consultation, but told her I would arrive at the office in two minutes. When I entered, the nurse I had spoken with was there and was very kind, while the sorry excuse for a receptionist told me to sit down. Because I was early and not in a hurry, and had waited so long for this appointment, I remained completely calm and sat down. Then she began barking at me from behind the desk. I was shocked because there had been no real greeting. She berated me for several minutes, blaming me for not having laboratory tests and an ultrasound. I told her I understood that the doctor might not be able to share much with me, but I had not realized. Honestly, after nearly two years of trying, what was one more month as long as I was on the right path? I received the call at 1:41 for a 2 p.m. appointment. She left me shaking, distressed, and crying uncontrollably. Never in my life had anyone who was supposed to be a medical professional spoken to me that way. By 1:55 I could not take it anymore and told her I would wait in my car because the doctor was late. I eventually calmed down, trusted my maternal instinct, and decided I would never allow anyone to speak to me that way or support an office that considered her behavior appropriate. Once I was resolved, I scheduled a new appointment with another fertility doctor. I returned and told her to inform the doctor when he arrived that I would not continue with the appointment or the practice because of her. She sent me away with, "Have a nice journey"—I could not believe her insensitive, ignorant comment. I do not want to spend another minute on this company, but I am angry. I decided to call and file a formal complaint so someone would know about this awful woman's behavior and, I hope, no other patient would endure what I and presumably many other caring prospective mothers have endured. I called a front-desk employee working from home. She was kind and intended to connect me with a "regional manager," but I was sent to a billing voicemail. Clearly that was not the manager, so I hung up and called again. Someone at another office answered and said they would transfer me to the manager, and I waited 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable, but apparently this is standard for this practice. Mothers, beware—choose another practice. Sending you all baby dust! And hoping you have a better experience.

After trying for a year without success, we were referred to Dr. Karande. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Most of my interactions were with Nancy at the Crystal Lake location, and she was amazing! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy calmed me when I felt nervous about the process and answered all my silly questions.

Dr. Karande is very knowledgeable and tells you the facts. I moved here from out of state, and he quickly brought me in for a consultation. We established a timeline, and everything proceeded smoothly. I had several visits with the nurse at the Crystal Lake location, and she was an absolute delight! I love her.

Nancy is the best provider at the CL office. She is extremely efficient, kind, and friendly. She is always positive and makes me happy at every appointment!
    Sep 22, 2025
The nurse/front desk staff member was terrible. She called to schedule an appointment and said she would send the appointment details and instructions through my patient portal, but I received nothing. When I called back with questions about the upcoming appointment because I had received no information or confirmation, she acted as though I should already know every answer. This was despite my explaining that I had never received anything through the portal. It was very disappointing to be treated this way simply for asking questions.

The woman who performed my blood test and ultrasound was very warm and friendly. She saw me early, and I was finished quickly. I remember her saying her name was Denise.

My husband and I came here as a referral from our OB/GYN and I couldn't be more disappointed. I would rate a 0 if I could. Not only was Dr. Karande impossible to get a hold of, he was very focused on us changing our insurance to have better coverage for IVF before he even had my bloodwork or ultrasound. He also told us one thing and then the nurse messaged us the next day with different info. They are impossible to get ahold of, to get info from or even guidance. I feel more hopeless and lost than before. I had to also tell the nurses and staff the same info about myself more than 5 times EVEN THOUGH it was in my charts. From desk woman was rude to us and told us she would call to schedule something that she actually never did. Do not go here.

The only good thing about InVia is Nancy at the Crystal Lake location. She is amazing! She does blood draws and ultrasounds very well, works incredibly fast, is always on time and flexible, and is exceptionally friendly. She truly is InVia's only gem. They should do everything they can to keep her.

After two failed IVF cycles at an out-of-state clinic, my husband and I came to Dr. Luk feeling discouraged but hopeful. We were facing male-factor infertility and needed a doctor who would listen and help us explore new options. From the first visit, Dr. Luk did exactly that. She took time to understand our history, listened carefully to both of us, and approached our case with thoughtfulness and determination. Under her guidance, we completed three IVF cycles. During this process, we made one crucial change that we believe led to our eventual success: testicular sperm extraction (TESE). Our previous doctor discouraged this option because of the cost and instead attempted to retrieve sperm from my husband's urine, which was unsuccessful. Dr. Luk was willing to reassess the treatment plan and supported us in trying an approach we believed could improve our chances. Because of that decision, together with her expertise, we ultimately achieved a pregnancy. Today, we are delighted to welcome our beautiful baby boy, who weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces at birth. Words cannot express our gratitude. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen and work alongside you, we strongly recommend Dr. Luk. We will always be grateful to her.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Luk. We felt genuinely cared for throughout a journey with many setbacks. Dr. Luk always made time to call or meet by video to discuss test results and treatment plans. Her expertise and empathy made us feel supported on our journey to welcome our daughter.

Dr. Luk is kind, compassionate, and exceptionally thorough. She uses evidence-based medicine and natural-cycle treatment. With her expert guidance, I successfully conceived my second donor-egg IVF baby in just one cycle.

My wife underwent three IUI procedures at this facility/doctor, all of which were unsuccessful. The procedures, including sperm transfer, were conducted by nurses rather than physicians. Despite certain abnormal parameters, the staff proceeded with treatment, and the nurses’ technical proficiency appeared inadequate.

I appreciated that she took time with my husband and me instead of treating us like a number, and answered all our questions. Whatever we asked, she always answered honestly, without sugarcoating or avoiding the issue. I only asked that she be completely honest with us, whatever the answer, and I am very grateful to her. In the end, my husband and I had a very healthy baby girl. Thank you so much to Dr. Lu and the staff for everything.
