I had a smooth pregnancy and am preparing for a second child. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. I love them.

Update: We spoke with the person who actually schedules appointments. She was very kind during our first interaction and even kinder when I was transferred to her about rescheduling. Does every office have its moments? Absolutely, so we will not hold this against them. We were able to get back on the schedule and met with Emily, who was wonderful and gave us extensive information and next steps. We were very relieved to resolve the scheduling confusion! Imagine scheduling a consultation and being quoted $100, then receiving a call the day before saying it will cost $275. Someone was supposed to call back to clarify the fee, but no one did. We attended the visit, and the provider apologized. There were no other available appointments that week, and having to wait another month after planning for this appointment was devastating. Couples have already been through so much. My first appointment was canceled because finance quoted me 2 different prices, which was not a good introduction to the practice. We were both disappointed.

SpringCreek is wonderful. From start to finish, their communication, information, and staff were excellent. You have to visit their main Dayton location for major procedures, but we went there only a few times throughout our journey. The Columbus office handles all routine care. I would definitely recommend SpringCreek to others.

We are grateful to Emily and her team for everything they did for us after 3 years of struggling with fertility issues. We are now 15 weeks pregnant. Thank you again to everyone at Spring Creek for helping us through our journey. I would recommend them to anyone; the staff are very friendly.

** Edited as of March 31: At the clinic's suggestion, I called on March 24 to speak with a manager about my experience, but I never received a response. This happens every time I am told to contact a manager. I was the first person I knew to experience infertility, and I am writing this review because I wish someone had shared their experience before I chose Springcreek. My treatment at Springcreek: 3 IUIs, all unsuccessful 2 saline sonograms 1 egg retrieval 1 ERA/EMMA and ALICE 3 transfers: the first was a chemical pregnancy, the second failed, and the third ended in an early miscarriage My experience: I chose Springcreek based on positive reviews, believing they would do everything possible to help me become pregnant. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I decided to write this review after confirming that my remaining embryos had been delivered safely to my new clinic. During all the treatments listed above, I spoke with a physician only twice. After a clear saline ultrasound and normal bloodwork, apart from needing metformin and Synthroid, I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and investigation into possible causes stopped. I was advised to try IUI and completed 3 unsuccessful attempts. I was then strongly encouraged to proceed with IVF. They told me that based on my age, AMH, and other factors, my IVF success rate exceeded 75% and that I would likely have embryos remaining for future children, avoiding the need to repeat the process. Before beginning IVF, I asked about testing for endometriosis, the only possibility not yet explored. I was repeatedly told no because IVF would still be recommended even if I had endometriosis. I proceeded with IVF and completed 2 transfers. After the second failed, I again asked about endometriosis and was told it would not change anything. I mentioned the noninvasive Receptiva test for endometriosis but was told that all frozen embryo transfer protocols assumed endometriosis, so a positive result would not alter the treatment plan. After my third transfer ended in an early miscarriage, I was told to stop all medication on November 26. I could not speak with a doctor until late January, and my next transfer would not occur until March 6. These waits were common throughout my treatment, and I had to use birth control to manage my cycle during them. The clinic uses a practice called “batching.” This means certain treatments/procedures are performed only on specific days, and your cycle is manipulated to fit their care schedule. During the long wait, I sought a second opinion at another clinic. The new doctor was shocked that endometriosis had not been considered because it significantly increases the chance of miscarriage. I gave her Springcreek's protocol, and given my history and prior bloodwork, she was surprised by it. Additional testing confirmed that I had endometriosis and fluid in my fallopian tube. While waiting for my next Springcreek transfer, I received more evaluation, treatment, and consultation than I had at Springcreek. I also received a transfer date without an extended wait. Before finally transferring clinics, I tried to contact Springcreek to discuss my experience but never received a call back. In hindsight, I feel taken advantage of. My strongest advice to anyone in this situation is to advocate for yourself, obtain a second opinion, and ensure you are fully informed before undergoing expensive treatment.
