The staff at this clinic treated me very poorly. Medical practices usually provide a website or link for patients to register, but when I asked, they repeatedly said, “There is no link, no website.” Their tone was hostile and condescending. When I asked which insurance plans they accepted, no one would tell me. They sarcastically explained how to register but still refused to say which insurers they accepted. I politely told them there was no need to speak to me that way or treat me like a fool. I eventually reached Dr. Jacobs. Although he was not as rude, I did not find him much better. He rushed through every appointment. He seemed more interested in having me come in for blood draws, as though I were a lab rat, than in helping me find a solution. He said the surgery I needed would cost 4 ten thousand dollars, even with insurance. I found another doctor who performed it for only 800 dollars with insurance or 12000 dollars without insurance. It is clear that Dr. Jacobs does not care about patients; he only cares about money. He also said I had huge cysts on both ovaries, which was completely false. Before surgery, my new doctor told me I had only one cyst and that the other ovary was completely healthy. Dr. Jacobs also said I would never be able to have children, which was another falsehood because I now have a beautiful six-month-old daughter. I am so glad I am no longer his patient.

Umm I believe they are racist I did an egg donor app and put my race (African American) and it was denied, I redid the app and put (Caucasian) for the race and guess what? Yep. Lol 0 stars.

Four years ago, I began my fertility journey at the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Robotic Surgery (CRMRS) with Dr. Jacobs. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the experience. From the first visit, it was clear that Dr. Jacobs genuinely cared about his patients. He always prioritized my health and the best course of action, never rushed appointments, and patiently answered every question. I felt supported, informed, and cared for throughout. I was fortunate to conceive on my first IVF attempt and am grateful every day for my little girl. My sincere thanks to Dr. Jacobs and his team for making it possible. All the staff were kind, but his receptionist Ashley deserves special recognition. She was incredible—always available to answer questions, help with medications, and guide us through financial matters in the most cost-effective way. She went above and beyond to make an overwhelming process manageable. The process was emotional and stressful from the beginning, but the care, support, and dedication of Dr. Jacobs and his team made all the difference. I will always be grateful for their care and highly recommend CRMRS to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Our experience with him has been wonderful so far, and we could not have found a better doctor. We started at another clinic, but no one compares with Dr. Jacobs. He is the best and is excellent at what he does. If you plan to spend money on IVF, I absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Jacobs. We have not yet completed everything we need to do with him, but so far, both he and his staff have been excellent. He has exceeded our expectations for IVF. We wish we had started with him.

He made me feel very uncomfortable. It was essentially my fault that I had been abused. Every test he discussed with me, I told him I had already completed. It was a waste of $200. It is very difficult to keep seeing doctors, paying out of pocket, and repeating the same things. For example, what is the next step after all the tests are complete? I do not want a doctor to make you feel worthless.

I do not want to say Dr. Jacobs is the best, but he is not someone to be underestimated—which means he is the best. After dealing with terrible doctors for 15 years, Dr. Jacobs helped the Almighty create a miracle!!! When I say I love this man, haha, I mean it!!! Endometriosis had caused a frozen pelvis, and he completely cleared it. Despite my low egg count, I became pregnant after my first IVF transfer following 2 egg-retrieval cycles! Somewhere in all of this, he found the confidence to keep moving forward, and I am extremely grateful!!! I ultimately had a cesarean section because my baby girl was transverse. The OB-GYN said Dr. Jacobs had done an excellent job: my pelvis looked healthy, clear, and free of scars, as though I had never undergone surgery!!! This man has God-given hands 🙌🏾 If you are looking for a fertility specialist, see Dr. Saji Jacobs. He is the best doctor I have ever met!!!

From the moment I entered Dr. Jacob's office, I felt reassured that I was in capable hands. The first step was surgery to remove cysts, fibroids, scar tissue, and a fallopian tube. My husband and I appreciated Dr. Jacob's transparency in explaining that IVF would be our best option for building a family and that we should try immediately after surgery because endometriosis can regrow within 6 months. We did not follow his advice immediately and therefore needed a second surgery. After that, we knew it was time, and our IVF journey began. Miraculously, we were fortunate to obtain a healthy embryo on our first attempt. Now, as we celebrate reaching the midpoint of pregnancy, we can barely contain our excitement to meet our baby. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Jacob's dedication and support throughout IVF. He was direct, patiently addressed all our concerns, and used his expertise to ensure both surgeries went smoothly. Special thanks also go to Ashley, who lifted our spirits during difficult times, often before we realized how much we needed it. Her positivity and willingness to answer my countless questions were invaluable. I should buy a shirt saying, "I have one more question!" I also cannot forget the wonderful Kaitlyn and Carly, who always brought me joy and appreciated the IVF shirts I wore to the office. This journey was challenging, so it was always fun to enter the office in a cute outfit! I looked forward to their calls reminding me of appointments and other important updates. They were also excellent at teaching us how to take the medications. We truly could not have made it through without the entire team, who have now become family. As first-time IVF patients, beginning this process felt like a leap of faith, and we are deeply grateful to Dr. Jacob, Ashley, Kaitlyn, and Carly. You are truly amazing!

My husband and I are very grateful to Dr. Jacob and the CRMRS staff for their care. We previously saw another fertility specialist who did not conduct a thorough evaluation. After we transferred our care to Dr. Jacob, his diligence enabled him to identify the cause of our infertility—stage IV endometriosis—and provide appropriate treatment. During our fertility journey, we had several situations that required calling after hours. Even late at night, we always received prompt and effective care. CRMRS gave us appropriate hope while also setting realistic expectations based on our individual circumstances, which is exactly what excellent medical care should provide.

I initially saw Dr. Jacob to learn my options because I was of 'advanced maternal age.' Dr. Jacob, Ashley, and Sara were all wonderful—professional, personable, and kind. They felt like a second family. I am now the proud mother of a healthy, beautiful baby girl. I am so glad I chose CRMRS.

First, thank you to Dr. Jacobs! I had an enormous fibroid the size of a 32-week fetus. My previous doctor said it was too large to operate on and immediately referred me to Dr. Jacobs. I was nervous because I had never had surgery, but Dr. Jacobs reassured me it was straightforward for him. He is a man of few words, but everything he says carries weight. He is very attentive and makes every effort to help. His staff are wonderful: Ashley became my best friend, and Carly helped whenever I needed her. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am still on bed rest but could not wait to write this review. Back to sleep! Jazz! (I may add photos later.)

I do not know where to begin except to say how grateful we are to Dr. Jacob and the staff; 5 stars are not enough. The CRMRS team is the most compassionate and caring I have met and highly professional in every way. My husband and I gained another family through this office, and I cannot recommend another fertility clinic after this one. Fertility problems are hard, and having an entire staff support you throughout is refreshing. It truly is about you. Dr. Jacob is the kindest person I met on this journey and is honest about what needs to be done and the best approach. Ashley is the best cheerleader a woman could ask for and even gave me her mobile number to ease after-hours stress. On our first IVF attempt here, we became pregnant with twins and are now three months along. On 10/19/23, we will have been with the clinic for a year, and we could not be happier. About three years ago, we began with Dr. Silbers, who told us famous stories and spent all our money on surgery before we learned he was unlicensed. He charged enormous amounts for egg retrievals with no intention of making them work, labeled the procedure as cyst removal, and may have discarded viable embryos. He never communicated during surgery, his staff were rude, and they lied about procedures. Please do not see Dr. Silber; he is fraudulent. Dr. Jacob's office is genuine, and the staff are outstanding. If you want to start or grow a family, choose Dr. Jacob at CRMRS. Call them; you will not regret it.

I would rate them lower if I could. In 2020, my wife and I were told IVF was our only way to become pregnant. It is now 2024, and we have just had our second child without IVF. Soon after our first visit here, we obtained a second opinion from another doctor and were told, to put it mildly, that Dr. Jacob's advice was not the best. A warning to anyone using this clinic: obtain a second opinion from another fertility doctor.

Everyone at CRMRS is wonderful. Dr. Jacob and Ashley are passionate about giving families hope and guidance throughout fertility treatment. Knowing I had such an excellent team made the highs better and the lows bearable. No team will support you better!! I first saw Dr. Jacob on referral from my OB for endometriosis. He removed extensive endometriosis and diagnosed stage 4 disease. My ultimate goal was a child, and he and Ashley explained every step, medication, and outcome percentage. I felt fully informed throughout. Dr. Jacob ultimately performed two robotic surgeries; I completed two IVF cycles and became pregnant! For years, doctors told me this could not happen, but Dr. Jacob gave me hope that it still could. Thank you, thank you, thank you for my sweet little angel! 🩷🌹
