Shady Grove is amazing! Dr. Patounakis is amazing! His team, Nurse Yuri, Angel, and Heather, is also wonderful. My husband and I faced male-factor infertility. Honestly, we previously thought becoming pregnant would be difficult. Dr. Patounakis was helpful, thoughtful, and compassionate. He gathered all our information and listened carefully. He reassured us at every step and created the right plan for us! Nurse Yuri returned our calls whenever we had questions and was very friendly. Angel gave us a warm welcome at the front desk and was always helpful! We underwent an egg retrieval and IVF cycle. In February 2026, we welcomed our beautiful daughter! We are incredibly grateful and plan to return sometime in 2027 for our next transfer. If you still have doubts, do not hesitate. Shady Grove is ready to help you!

I just wanted to say that if your are looking for a great fertility center this is it! Do not go elsewhere , Dr.P and this beautiful team of people work together so good to make it all happen for you . I want to shout out Yuri and most of all Nelida the financial coordinator who has bent over in any way shape or form to make everything happen! Nelida you are amazing and I appreciate you so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. George Patounakis and his assistants. I also had an excellent experience with Angel, Heather, Yuri, and especially Nelida Rolon. She said she would help me from day one, and she truly did. These weeks have felt very long, but I feel well cared for because they have remained attentive to my needs. Shady Grove has been a tremendous blessing during our family-building journey. We transferred from another clinic where we felt like just a number, and the difference here was remarkable. From the beginning, the team treated us with exceptional care and compassion, like family. Dr. Patounakis is warm and attentive and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is honest and transparent about treatment and always prioritizes my health, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Our financial counselor and coordinator, Nelida Rolon, also went above and beyond. She was prompt, helpful, and always made sure everything was arranged. Our nurse Yuri Ferrer was exceptionally kind and dependable, always thoughtful and ready to answer any questions. The entire team is wonderful. Although we do not have a baby yet, knowing they will do everything possible to help us achieve our dream gives me confidence. We are very grateful for the warmth and genuine support we have received at Shady Grove.

This process is stressful and emotional, so it is essential to have a doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns, guide you, and get to know each patient. I previously received care at another fertility clinic. Many people I met during this treatment recommended Dr. Patounakis, and even my OB-GYN practice recommended him. From the first appointment, I could see his commitment to providing the best possible care. I will never forget that he called me on a Sunday to check on me after my egg retrieval. He is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and highly respected physician. Thank you to his team: Yuri, Heather, and Angel. They are attentive, friendly, and compassionate. I only wish he could deliver babies.

Finding an obstetrician as attentive, dedicated, and passionate as Dr. P after leaving this clinic feels like searching for a unicorn—impossible! No words can express how grateful I am for this team. Dr. P is truly one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding doctors I have ever met. He spent over two hours getting to know my husband and me. He reviewed our history, laboratory results, fertility plans, and more in depth. He asked what I wanted from all of this and asked questions no one else had asked during my journey. He listened to every question and answered without judgment. I attended another fertility clinic where I felt like part of an assembly line. Here, I truly feel seen and understood. Dr. P is passionate about this field, and I can honestly say I would not want to use any other practice. Receiving this referral was a blessing. The front desk receptionist is wonderful. She is funny and makes us feel at home every time we enter. I feel that she takes good care of me and never misses a detail. The medical assistant is also excellent. She drew my blood very gently and explained every process. She took time to get to know my husband and me, and I truly appreciated having her with us during this process. Finally, Yuri is outstanding. She is the staff RN and goes above and beyond to answer my questions, address medical concerns, and respond promptly to every email. When Walgreens did not receive one of my medications, she corrected the problem almost immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. I have already referred someone here because I believe in them so strongly. We are only beginning the process, but I know I am in good hands. Whatever the outcome, thank you all for being such compassionate and amazing people. I will always be grateful.
