Our onsite embryology laboratory, led by senior embryologist Scott Kratka, offers a broad range of services, including semen analysis, sperm and embryo cryopreservation, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). RSCNJ is proud of its IVF success rates, which are competitive with national averages.

We provide personalized, attentive treatment to every patient. Above all, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to become a parent, and we do not turn patients away even when their chances of conception are low.

Once the cause of infertility is identified, a treatment plan can be tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. With our personalized care, many patients become pregnant without IVF. While other programs may push patients toward more invasive procedures, we use less aggressive treatment when appropriate for the patient's clinical situation.
