In vitro fertilization (IVF) is one of the most effective fertility treatments. An embryologist combines sperm and eggs in an IVF laboratory, then a physician transfers one resulting embryo to the uterus.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI), or artificial insemination, is a procedure in which a fertility physician uses a catheter to place sperm in the uterus around ovulation.

Semen analysis can provide valuable information about fertility concerns by evaluating sperm count, motility, and morphology.

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) involves injecting a single motile sperm into the center of a mature egg, bypassing challenges related to low sperm count, poor motility, or abnormal morphology.

Genetic testing can help detect chromosomal abnormalities in embryos, a common reason a healthy pregnancy may not occur. During an IVF cycle, we offer preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) to identify chromosomally normal embryos suitable for transfer.

    I have wanted to write this review and even bring our baby to visit the clinic. My wife and I highly recommend this clinic. We are a same-sex couple and chose IVF. We were very nervous and learned as much as we could, but words cannot express how moved we were by the support the clinic provided at every step. They patiently answered all our questions and concerns. In a way, the clinic staff became like family. They were kind and excellent at their jobs, and we are truly grateful. Our treatment required traveling between Carmel and Fort Wayne for different tests and procedures, and the staff at both locations were welcoming and friendly. Our physician was Dr. Erica, whose embryo transfer technique was excellent. Her team was very thorough in preparing for the frozen embryo transfer and on the day itself, and implantation was successful. Thank God it worked on the first attempt! We feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience and hope to return when we try for a second child. I remember asking the clinic to estimate my due date, and I am happy they were correct!     I highly recommend Midwest Fertility in Fort Wayne! I had seen many doctors for recurrent pregnancy loss, but Midwest Fertility provided the care I needed. I am now pregnant with a healthy baby! They are very kind and thoughtful. I wish I had chosen Midwest Fertility from the beginning. They will not disappoint you!

    I am extremely grateful to Dr. Bradford Bopp for helping us realize our dream of parenthood through IVF. From the first consultation, he showed tremendous patience, knowledge, and a reassuring manner.     I had an excellent experience at Midwest Fertility Specialists in Fort Wayne. Their wonderful team supported and guided me throughout the process. They not only made it manageable but stayed with me every step of the way. I hope I never need to return, but I am glad I chose this excellent practice for my fertility journey.     They deserve more than five stars. Midwest was wonderful from the beginning. Everyone was helpful and kind. My wife and I cannot thank the outstanding staff enough, and we were very fortunate to have Midwest with us during this wonderful time. When we learned we were expecting twins, they were genuinely happy for us and helped in every possible way. We look forward to bringing the twins back to meet Midwest's wonderful staff.     Beginning our fertility journey was frightening. You never know what to expect, how it works, or what the outcome will be. From the first phone consultation through initial testing and finally ‘graduating’ to our OB-GYN, the Fort Wayne staff was incredible. If you imagine what the ideal nurses, support staff, and doctor should be like, they are it. From the first contact, the staff genuinely cares about you and your family. They stand beside you through every concern, fear, and celebration. I am deeply grateful to have been surrounded by so much love and such open hearts during a vulnerable time. We will always be grateful and will share our story with others.

    Dr. Matt Will and all the women at the Fort Wayne clinic were wonderful. They made sure my husband and I fully understood the IVF process. They were always kind and very witty. They helped us conceive a baby boy 🥰💙 Our sweet little one is now 5 and a half months old 💙

    I will always be grateful to Midwest Fertility Center. We began our infertility journey in 2023, and after several negative pregnancy tests, I was referred here—the best choice for us. Dr. O'Leary and nurse practitioner Tenesha were truly wonderful. They are among the most thoughtful, compassionate, and caring people we have met, and I will always appreciate their support. After four failed IUIs, we decided IVF was right for us. On our second transfer, we conceived our beautiful daughter, who is now four months old! The entire Midwest Fertility Center team was as thrilled as we were when they heard the news. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care meant everything to us. They will always hold a special place in my heart, and we will forever appreciate everything they did for our family.

    These two stars are for Dr. O’Leary and some staff members. Overall, several major warning signs led me to discontinue care there. They found that my vitamin D level was low, instructed me to take supplements for 6 weeks, and said I would have another blood test ‘at the end of medication treatment.’ It has now been 9 weeks, and I had to ask my regular physician to order follow-up testing. I asked whether they would perform ultrasounds while I attended another fertility clinic. I know it was an unusual request and a simple ‘no’ would have been fine, but the woman who answered the phone laughed at me. Once I decided I would definitely go elsewhere, I requested my previous ultrasound images. They said they could not provide them and offered no alternative, even though I had completed a medical-record request. After I stated that they could not withhold my own medical records, they suddenly sent the images the next day without any problem. I also have endometriosis on my ovary. No one was concerned that it was likely causing my problem; they were ‘monitoring’ it, even though no follow-up ultrasound was scheduled. This was a terrible experience for someone trying to determine the next step in an already distressing situation.

    My wife and I worked with Midwest in Fort Wayne to safely welcome our son and daughter. The physicians and care staff are compassionate, professional, and informative. It is clear that they are wholeheartedly invested in your treatment outcome: they remember details, share your joy, and are genuinely kind. One constructive criticism would be to improve the billing process, especially billing involving subcontracted service providers.

    We wish words could describe how outstanding this Fort Wayne team is. Anyone who has struggled with infertility knows how difficult the journey can be, and the staff here support you in remarkable ways and genuinely care. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Working with Dr. Bopp was wonderful. He took time to truly understand us and explained everything in plain language. After our transfer in April, we are now pregnant!     It was wonderful to have this team's support during such a sensitive process. They accompanied me patiently and kindly throughout. The nursing team encouraged me during my entire journey, and Claire helped reduce my anxiety about ultrasounds. This is a truly wonderful team, and I am glad we chose MFS.

    Couldn't possibly be happier with our experience. It is such a relief to be treated with kindness and dignity during such an emotionally exhausting experience as infertility is. All of the doctors and nurses are thoughtful and caring, recognizing the toll that fertility treatments can take on all aspect of your life. Treatments are not cheap (which is pretty much the case anywhere if you don't have an fertility benefit through your insurance), but it is absolutely worth every penny.

    This clinic is amazing! The care team is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Think of everyone there as your personal cheerleaders! Dr. Matt Will is wonderful; he genuinely cares about you as a patient and is committed to helping you leave with a baby. If you want to become pregnant, go to Midwest Fort Wayne. I cannot say enough good things about them.

    I cannot express how happy I am with my experience at Midwest Fertility Center. From the front desk and nurses to the doctors, I love every one of them. During such a difficult time, they were everything I needed: caring, kind, and compassionate. We struggled to conceive for 3 years and became pregnant after only 2 months of treatment. I am so grateful that they gave me the chance to become a mother.

    I cannot say enough great things! I met the most compassionate staff at the Fort Wayne office. From the front desk to the nurses, technicians, and doctors, everyone was so kind and gentle with me. Needing fertility help is already difficult to accept, but the staff never made me feel uncomfortable or heartbroken. I would recommend Midwest Fort Wayne to anyone seeking fertility assistance.

    The doctor I saw was kind, but we are seeking treatment elsewhere. My husband and I moved to Texas to begin IVF. I have contacted them several times to obtain our records for our new doctor. Each time, they say it will happen the next business day, but we have been waiting for two weeks.
