The clinic is small, with only one doctor, two nurses, and one receptionist. The receptionist is kind and polite. One nurse cannot draw blood; after several unsuccessful attempts, she blamed the patient for sitting incorrectly. The other nurse is very rude and raises her voice or even shouts if she dislikes what a patient says.

I came to this clinic for endometriosis treatment after specifically calling to confirm that they treated the condition, as advertised on their website. Their staff confirmed that they did. Instead, I spent hundreds of dollars on a brief consultation, only to be told afterward that they do not actually treat endometriosis but could freeze my eggs, which was a completely different service I had not requested. During the consultation, they performed an ultrasound and concluded that I did not have endometriosis at all. I was extremely disappointed that this supposed "specialist" said nothing was wrong. I later saw another doctor and learned that I did, in fact, have widespread stage IV endometriosis! If they do not truly specialize in treating endometriosis, they should not list it as a treatment on their website.

With Dr. Fangyin Meng's help, I now have three children. My first egg retrieval at another clinic was disappointing. I was referred to Dr. Meng, and she helped me produce eight embryos in a single cycle. I was overjoyed. She is an excellent doctor with a great sense of humor. If you need this type of care, she is a doctor you can trust completely.

Dr. Meng is very patient and highly skilled. Throughout treatment, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. From the beginning, we felt we were in very capable hands. Every stage of treatment was handled precisely and confidently. All procedures went smoothly without discomfort. The procedure itself was very successful, with no complications, which reassured us and strengthened our trust in her expertise. The psychological and emotional support we received was just as important as the excellent medical care. We felt understandably nervous and anxious throughout IVF treatment. The doctor remained patient, calm, and reassuring, taking time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. Whenever we felt stressed or uncertain, she promptly provided the support and guidance we needed.

Dr. Meng is wonderful! She is always on time, performs every ultrasound herself, and carefully answers all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt exceptionally well cared for throughout IVF. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.

Before meeting Dr. Meng, I underwent IVF with another well-known doctor in Irvine. Although I greatly respected their experience, I began to feel that the treatment protocol was not right for me. The medication felt intense and did not seem to be adjusted much in response to my body. I felt physically unwell and hesitant to try again, so I looked for another approach. Think carefully before coming. The doctor does not even understand the PGT-M process. She has too little experience and is not sufficiently professional. Do not assume that speaking Chinese makes communication easy; professional expertise matters most!
