我很少写差评，但这次在这家诊所的经历实在令人失望。我最初去那里是为了冷冻卵子，但几个月来，由于延误和沟通不畅，我决定放弃治疗。医生冷漠无情，对我的担忧漠不关心。我感觉自己从未被当作病人看待。最令人沮丧的是，基本的化验结果竟然花了将近五个月才出来。冷冻卵子是一个对时间要求很高的过程，等待这么长时间简直无法接受。整个过程中，沟通都很差，我常常感觉没有人负责，也没有人能给出明确的答复。更糟糕的是，尽管我因为这些问题选择放弃治疗，但我仍然不断收到账单，尽管之前已经延误了，服务也一塌糊涂。

Dr. Sara is wonderful. She is very honest and direct about everything, which I appreciate—no nonsense. Most of my interactions were with my coordinator, Dayse, who is truly amazing. She was very patient and understanding and responded quickly to my many questions. I know I drove her crazy, but she never made me feel that way. PRC is fortunate to have her. I have not yet had success in my IVF journey, but she is absolutely the reason I remain with them. I cannot praise her dedication and thoughtfulness enough. She was always positive and honest with us. Thank you, Dayse, for your love and support during this journey.
